CHEERS CAFE in West Covina

It’s an Asian fusion restaurant located in the Tokyo Central plaza in South Azusa. There’s plenty of food and drink choices in the menu but we ordered 2 different hotpots and they didn’t disappoint. Service was good; it wasn’t busy when we came on a Saturday for a late lunch. The place is very clean and tidy and the nice decor added to atmosphere. Prices are just right and I recommend this place.

Late night spot in West Covina which is great if youre looking for Asian meat skewers such as lamb and beef. This place closes around 11:00 so its open late considering most places in West Covina close at around 9:00I ordered lamb skewers which were great and fried chicken skin skewers which I absolutely loved. No its not a Japanese restaurant they did have me so soup and it was one of the better ones Ive had.

Met up with my friend here and we got a spicy mini hot pot with beef and extra lamb, ($18 and $6 for extra lamb) bulgogi ($18) which came with rice and some sides, edamame ($7.95) and despite ordering some skewers, and not receiving them, the workers probably realized our table was out of space, and didn’t put the rest of the order through because we were already getting full, so we appreciate their judgment there! The two waitresses checked up on us occasionally, and there wasn’t anything about the service that was negative.We ended up ordering some food to go but all the food that we ordered the food to go was around $75! I think the prices are fair and if we’re ever back in the neighborhood, it’s definitely a place to check out if you’re craving Asian comfort food!

Looking for a dinner spot - this place has variety. ive been wanting yakitori and my bf loves bibimbap! wait staff is amazing!! come by and check it out.

The service was great. Server was attentive, courteous and the food came out fast.The ambiance was pleasant. Even the bathrooms were incredibly clean (reason why I added a photo of the mens one). Place is well-lit and has A/C. The decor is interesting and they have TVs with random sports playing in the background.The food, specially the skewers, was one of my favorite parts. The chicken heart one was ok, the chicken skin one reminds me of chicharron: crispy, salty and delicious. My favorite was definitely the peeled shrimp one. The rice cake one was also surprisingly good. Beef and Chicken Thigh ones did not disappoint either.Great option for Asian fusion if youre in the area! (I drove all the way from Downtown L.A. but Id do it again without any issues).

This Taiwanese pork rice should be tasty and juicy but what they made is dry and bad, the most about it is it cost $14 dollars! I’m mad that my lunch been ruined by it

Newly opened restaurant with skewers (yakitori) hand grilled only after you place the order. The environment was comfy for late night drinks with friends. The staffs were friendly. Scallops & beef belly yakitori were our favorites.

Really nice place for a worthy meal!$16 mini hot pot was bigger than I thought.The flaming pot one was spicy and good just as how I want it. Good location right next to Tokyo central.Will come again !

Delicious food, so yummy, excellent service, I ordered their boneless fish, I loved this taste, great. I will recommend my friend to this super tasty restaurant!! Next time I want to try their beef and pork combo

The food was amazing. I ordered the Satay Beef Hotpot and it was delicious. The flavors totally hit the spot. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the mood for authentic Chinese food.
