Tasty!! I’d been to a Cheese Steak Shop before at another location, so when we were determining where to go for lunch, we figured we’d give it a shot.The cheese steak sandwiches were pretty flavorful. Bread was a little dry, but otherwise good.Curly fries were crispy and good. The kids ate most all of their food, which generally doesn’t happen.Would go back.

Good food and quality service. Quick and efficient.. parking sometimes is hard to find, that has nothing to do with the restaurant... if you go here the King of Philly is the only way to go!

We were excited to try a new place and my hubby really likes steak sandwiches! Unfortunately, we walked through the front door, and although gloved, the employee making food sneezed right into the glove and then proceeded with the food prep. We won’t get to try this one.

Usually good. You can ahead and order on your way there. Thats nice. They have sweet and hot peppers. Only thing is if the bread was more toasted and buttery. Always a good meal.

Probably haven’t eaten here in about ten years, but the quality is as good as ever. I got the Philly made with chicken and added roasted garlic. I ate mine at home, so that’s why I didn’t show all of the fries and only half of my sandwich. They did a wonderful job on my order. 😊

This level of food would not be excepted dine in, so you offer it to deliver? For $7.99 you get chicken tender scraps where the package is almost equal to a stick of chapstick? Then a side order of sweet pot fries were undercooked and all stuck together as one big ball of mess. They had to be separated and cooked more to be eaten. It is sad the product you charge for.

The food was delicious! We enjoyed our cheese steak! BUT...the inside needed a good cleaning. Tables were dirty, we had to clean them. Sticky floors. Dont look up! Just dont do it! Theres about 3 inches of dust on the ceiling fans. Take your food to go.

Tonight was a bust! I’m a regular customer and get steak king of Philly every time. Tonight pretty much no cheese and not usual amount of meat! I took the time to call and the cook wanted to argue and tell me it had the amount of cheese a king of Philly supposed to have. Meat was dry!! Took some pics in case manager/owner interested. Very inconsistent for the past few months but never this bad. Previously I would always give them Five star. Guess it’s time to find a new cheese steak shop. Too bad bcuz I’ve been going there regular for years. Be careful.

I was trying to explain what I wanted on my sandwich. The young Hispanic girl was VERY rude she kept interrupting me. I did not know the terminology that they use but we were saying the same thing. Then she started commenting in her native language talking about me I just brought five 10” inchsandwiches. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There was a African American man taking orders he was very nice. TODAY AGAIN 6/23/23 THE SAME GIRL VERY RUDE I PLACED AN ORDER IN MY CAR ON THE FREEWAY I WAS ACCUSED OF BEING RUDE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS MY TONE. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT BLUE TOOTH BACK GROUND NOISE IS LOUD. ONCE THERE THE YOUNG GIRL STARTED SCREAMING AT ME I AM REPORTING HER TO THE OWNERS.

Been coming here a few times a year for the past 10 years since I moved to the area. Theyve never gotten anything wrong on a single order and everything has been prepared hot and fresh. The cheesesteaks here are the closest to the ones I have enjoyed in my hometown of Philly. The Amorosos bread is what adds to the authentic Philly cheesesteak taste. The only downside is paying for extra meat by buying the King of Philly. In Philly that size costs way less and a regular sandwich has that much meat and more, you could barely close the it back home because you are give more than enough. I will say the workers are friendly and fairly quick, especially on the weekends. The need to fix their pay station so that I can use Google Pay but I overall weve returned many times to this location and have been satisfied with our orders each and every time. There is indoor seating too. The only downside is that their supply of Tastykakes is always lacking. I need a good butterscotch krimpet for dessert after my cheesesteak. That jawn is fire!😉

I never had a Philly cheese chicken steak with shredded chicken, the jalapeno peppers over power the taste of the chicken. It was to much of the sauce and it wasnt big, it was kind of small and the bread wasnt grilled.

Very good! Always love a cheese steak.I did have one issue with this particular visit, unfortunately. I ordered a large regular cheese steak, but I asked for only meat and cheese on that. I naturally assumed we were both clear on what I wanted, especially since she didnt ask what type of peppers I would like. Then when I opened my sandwich, there was peppers !! Red and green.Luckily Im not allergic or anything like that. I just sometimes prefer my cheese steak with nothing except the meat and the cheese. I had already left before realizing this, so I decided it wasnt that big of a deal and just pulled most of the peppers off.So besides that minor setback, my sandwich was delicious, as always!

Would get 5 stars if they had more people on to help everyone. Its a Friday night with 2 people on. I tried calling 3 xs with no answer. Food is great but management needs to get it together. They probably could have a lot more in sales. I saw one guest who would have ordered more but didnt want to wait. Its really sad when you see a business that could be making probably 3x more than what they are if they staffed correctly. Its like this every time I come here which is why its not often unfortunately. The phone rang many times while waiting with it being unanswered. VERY SAD.😕 It makes it seem like the owners dont care if they get the business.

Good news for cheese steak lovers. These are easily better than those I found in Philadelphia.They really need help getting their online ordering system together though. It has been totally disfunctional since the first attempt several years ago. Web ordering is a joke and if you download the app you will find it equally frustrating so I usually end up calling ahead and paying at the register. This is 2021 and most places have figured out how to do business online to avoid unnecessary face time during the pandemic.

One of our favorite places to get some cheese steak sandwiches by far. Customer service is always so helpful in picking out what to order and their suggestions on my daughters sandwich is always a hit. I had the most frustrating depressing experience at my favorite most awesome cheese steak shop today . I have been so very sick the last five days losing up to 5 pounds today I got back my appetite for one thing cheesesteak from my favorite shop not physically up to driving, through a lot further than I would like to drive in this condition But after a long morning on the phone with AT&T U-verse treating me like a technician I needed my comfort food so I pre-order the food, go to pick it up, it was packed up perfect for travel so I did not want to disturb it. I got home got comfortable went to heat up my sandwich and it was missing my favorite part the peppers call the store of course no manager around told them the situation after they spent forever trying to find my receipt that I had right in front of me with all the info I said I will come back and some more meat cooked fresh with the peppers the bread was fine .On my way back to the shop on my one and only rest day half shot I decided I would I would like to keep to meet that I have as compensation for my stress time and gas I explain this to the girl and she said no I had to give her back The meet I already have knowing they were only going to throw it away she absolutely refused . After she insisted there was absolutely no one else I could speak to on this matter I ask for my receipt back she claims I never gave it to her . I told her I either want everything or my receipt back . She said no I can only take the old meet or the new one I was so upset as I left the store with nothing she finally produced a receipt . So upset I had to go back and get my money back . Needless to say now Im home sad hungry twice as stressed way weaker ( part of my weight loss was blood loss ) and really missing my favorite cheesesteak if only I could come up with something else to eat . I miss them already . People should not always assume someone is there just to try to get over on them . Some of us just like being treated fairly and with respect .Aawww but if wishes were kisses !Sincerely, SAD TIRED AND HUNGERY 😔P.S. Every other time they were just fine
