Great fast and convenient food. Prices are very reasonable and the portions are huge! Several people had to tell them to stop piling it on the trays. I’ve never heard of that before. Lol. The places was busy, but the lines moved along at a fast place. Food was delicious.

Terrible experience. Customer service WAS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN. And witnessed rats in the back with cockroaches crawling. DO NOT EAT THERE!!! False advertising with 3 items actually only 2 counting rice or chowmein being 1 of 3! GO TO PANDA! IF I COULD PUT ZERO STARS I WOULD!

This place now theyre putting less food, nothing like it used to be. The Chinese lady that seems to be the owner she has given the other ladies that serve the food, instructions to put less amount of food, it is expensive and a lot of times it is last night carryover. Dont come here Im not giving my money away anymore.

Very good food and fast I love the sesame chicken as well and the fried chicken. The only thing is that they don’t have hot sauce to go and you have to spend I think is more that 10-15 dollars to pay with card

Id give them emotionless zombie/robots Zero Stars if I could!🤯😟😳 I used to go there a couple times a week, the taste & portions were decent, but then the portion sizes started decreasing, and its not like theyre one of a kind or the cheapest around? Just the closest, but they are rude, service w/o a smile, and seem to only be concerned with cash or debit!!! Even the owner lady that gets your drinks, order, & ring you up, so I been stopped patronizing them & their Shitty establishment and took/take my appetite & my $$s to Asia Delight in the San Pablo Town Center, the prices are a little cheaper, decent portion sizes, and the moods and attitudes are a little better as well- my opinion only🤔😁🖐

Love it here! Whenever Im in town this is the place I always come to eat. Literally no where else. When I stayed out in Richmond I came every day for the garlic wings! So yummy 😋. Now when I come and visit the manager always is delighted to see a loyal customer. Im actually going today yay!

Disappointing . Food tastes good but it’s not fresh, my egg rolls were old and oily . Prices are average, they get busy and only one person servicing, recommend to go w time . I enjoyed their beef broccoli and chow mein.

They give you more rice and chow mein, so the plates look full. Buying entrees from small to large is better and worth the money. They rippin everyone off giving them hella rice and chow mein.

Our first visit and looking for something different. Arrived early Sunday and asked for a quiet table for two. Ha! No sooner said than large family groups arrived all talking at once. Once food served noise decreased and we were able to talk quietly.

Food is descent but the servers are very rude. Signs are misleading as well. 2 entrees means 2 entrees but they count the rice or chow mein as entrees. That in my opinion is messed up.

Bad customer service I just came up there too pay $38.51 for a order today and the lady that was serving me was rude and the food was dry I wish I could get my refund the lady need too work on her Custmer service and her attitude as well period and they charged me for 4 forks period and I paid for my food that’s not right 😞💯

Had lunch here today. Place was pretty packed I ordered a 2item combo shrimp fried rice chicken wings the only gripe was they need to put green onions in the rice. They GIVE U ALOT OF FOOD

I went in there and I ordered some food by the time I was done I owe $33 and I let them know I only had $25 so I told the Asian cashier to take off something or the Shrimp Box and her response was you have to pay it she made me feel humiliated and everybody at the restaurant was staring at me its not that I didnt have the money I just didnt have it with me so I didnt end up taking anything I told her she can enforce me to pay if I dont have the money to pay as I was walking out of the store she was still talking to other customers about me that is so disrespectful it doesnt matter if she was using her fake sweet voice to talk about me its still disrespectful

The food is very good... but the cashier who I think is the owner is very rude. Even with her employees, a girl told me that she left because she was yelling at them. In addition, she also speaks very loudly to Latinos. They dont have food When you need it and when you ask, they give you one less than the corresponding portion.
