I was looking for a party tray of chow mein for a kids party and came across this restaurant online. They were quick to answer the phone and provide answers for the questions I had. It’s a hole in the wall…location is in a bad spot where you’ll probably drive past it while on the main road. When I opened the door, no customers and seemed like a slow day. The front desk person told me the prices and took my order down for pick up in a few days. The food was alright…nothing special and a little dry for my taste compared to other local spots. I probably wouldn’t order it again but service was good. I might have to come back and try other things.

This is a very ‘local’ restaurant, (the table next to us was filled with food and cooking supplies) but we would eat there again in a heartbeat because the food was absolutely amazing! Our whole family loved it!

I always try to stop somewhere and get more authentic Chinese food than what we have in the valley when I fly at SFO, stopped by this place this time and was very impressed by all three dishes we ordered. Ill for sure be back

Oh my gosh. We are very picky about our Chinese food. We are out of town. And I called two other places trying to look for sesame chicken. Chef Wangs is amazing. Best Chinese food that me and my picky family has ever eaten. TEN THUMBS UP

Looking for a good place for some hot and sour soup, well look no further! The other items on the menu are just as good too. For me its the soup. Some restaurants make their hot and sour soup too oily, too spicy too watered down, too much tofu or too Americanized. Their hot and sour soup is on point!

Their garlic noodles are wonderful. I always get them whenever Im in the area.Theres a little parking in the back but mostly on the street. They are very quick to get your order ready!

This was close to our hotel and thought we’d give it a shot as it, on paper seemed like an average Chinese restaurant! But this was so much better than I expected! I got the shrimp in lobster sauce and pork fried rice! Best I have had in a long time!. Don’t be afraid to try this!

When I moved to CA, every place I tried was flat out garbage. One day, when another place had ripped me off and the meal was meant for my wife before surgery, which the other place knew may be her last, they ripped her off, and upon seeing me, locked their doors. I went back home and by then, most places were closed. I then reached a restaurant whose owner answered the phone, who told me they were closing, but heard me out on what the other restaurant did to my wife, and gave me his cell number, which I use to this very day! Even though Chef Wangs Restaurant was about to close for the night, he was just as upset as I was, and kept the kitchen open longer just to do an extra order for my wife, and delivered it piping hot. Not warm as if kept under a heat lamp, but piping hot as if this was cooked in my very own home!We placed a huge order too, for entire family. $200+. I wasnt going to just order one small meal and have them drive all the way. I asked first. Every order has come this way, and its always the owner who shows up. Hes very friendly and family oriented. He even came back the next day with menus, because I told him I wanted to kick myself as I repeat this story a lot at work, then when asked who Are they, we want to order too, kept forgetting to ask for menues.The food isnt that cheap garbage many try passing on. Its fantastic quality, and even the large portions they give is worth the money! I always order extra to last the week. I can never get enough of their beef and broccoli, or chicken curry. Their fried prons I always order 5 orders, and same with the egg rolls, as they are grabbed before I can even set them down on plates. Bags come, we open the piping steaming hot egg rolls, and eat away before touching anything else. MY family then moves on to the fried prons as I serve out the other dishes. BBQ pork fried rice, Plain fried rice (They make this a special way just for me) Beef and chicken chow main, and so much more! Every item piping hot.If you want your food from them the same quality I get it, call the restaurant direct, and have them deliver it to so you get it piping hot. Using a service like GH will surely add time where you risk getting your food cold, because a driver hasnt been assigned yet. Call the restaurant directly, and they coordinate with their drivers, so the food goes out the moment its done cooking, and not left under heat lamps. I also recommend ordering not during rush time. I always ask when a perfect time is, especially the distance it takes to get to my home. I tip very well too. The quality and service is well worth it.

We often order takeout from this restaurant, and the food goes quickly. :) The young woman who delivers to us is fantastic (and loves our dog), and delivery is always prompt. My personal favorite is the eggplant with tofu, but everything weve tried has been delicious. Definitely give them a try.

They have the best BBQ pork fried rice I have found. Order it with extra green onion, delicious! The eggplant is fresh, hot and a very generous portion dish. Salt and pepper pork chops are crispy and well seasoned. This is a great little place to pickup or stop in and grab a bite, I recommend it.

Great reviews and hotel praise I got it delivered. The combination hand pulled noodles were truly tasteless with one small shrimp two one inch flat slices off beef and chicken. Mixed vegetables were ok but no flavor. Stir fried rice horrible. Pot stickers tough and no dipping sauce. With all this I was given two packets of soy sauce, not enough for the pot stickers much less the veggies, rice or noodles. Paid way too much for something I threw out. I was unable to eat as is without adding something with flavor. I would not try this place if I had it to do over again.

I’m only posting to try and help anyone that considers eating here.It’s bad. Really, really awful.Low quality, MSG loaded, barely edible.Especially when just up the street you have authentic, delicious, quality Chinese food like yummy szechuan and tasty place, with similar or even cheaper prices!Any 5 start reviews given are fake.I’ve been in the Bay Area two weeks eating mostly Asain food and this place is just terrible, by far the worst.End rant.

No good at all. Terrible service (the waitress was inattentive and rude), order was wrong (onions when we said none), and the place was dirty and old. Prices werent that great and parking wasnt the easiest either. Even asking for water 3 times didnt work and we had to ask a fourth time. The food we did receive was decent but not great, and my pot stickers were bland and not very filling. 1/5 stars, Id give 0 if possible. Not recommended.

This has been my go for past ten years to for delivery and dining in this restaurant. We usually order the same thing as we love the flavor - Schezwan Green Beans with Chicken, Pot Stickers, Sizzling Rice Soup. They serve fast and even though they say ataff isnt friendly, it is a cultural difference and language barrier. One staff member is amazing as he knows us and treats us like family!

Id been ordering their Malay spicy noodle soup for 30+ years. This time, I noticed theres no more sea cucumber nor shrimp in the soup, which were my reasons to eat that dish. I believe they used to serve hand pulled noodles, cant tell this time.

Dont bother. Ordered delivery to my hotel. Fried wontons have no meat in them. What you are paying for is fried wonton wrappers, the same kind other Chinese resterauntss give you for free when you order soup. The dumplings are OK, but the dumpling sauce is packets of soy sauce. The pork fried rice was almost flavorless. Zero for Three, glad we did not order anything else.

People seems to have different opinion based on what they ordered. I ordered Ganpounggi. black bean noodle. spicy seafood noodle. it was great for me. I could definitely taste athentic chinese style. it is different than Korean style Chinese but I honestly like this chef wang style better. If you never traveled to China or no respect for other cultures you might confuse. if you have sensitive taste buds you might like it. this review is for those ppl who actually cook and have a lot of food experience from the world.

I canceled my order through Grubhub immediately after placing it because I decided I couldnt wait the hour and a half delivery time. I was still charged $51.52 for my canceled order. I cant find my email verification with the cancelation but I never received an my order. I never ate their food. Chef Wang never delivered my food.

Make a call and have them delivered for my husband and I. They have super awful attitude about their late arrival we had been wait over a hour. Hung up on us just a simple question “when will food arrives?” First word we said “when....” hung up. Totally not cool. Called twice hung up quickly.

Came in here for the first time with a couple question and was treated terrible.I asked “Tiffany” the cashier if they had a vegetarian Chow Mein and she said yes. When I asked her what was in it and how it was prepared she gave me attitude and proceeded to tell me what she THINKS is in the Chow Mein and gave me false information so I said no zucchini which was one of the ingredients she told me it contained.When I received my food I saw that there was only one piece of broccoli and a few pieces of bachchoi so I bring it to her attention and ask if this is really the vegetarian Chow Mein because it looks plain. I told her I understand that I asked for no zucchini but I figured they would substitute the zucchini for more broccoli but she then tells me that the veggie Chow Mein doesn’t come with zucchini which was not the information she told me at First .Tiffany then proceeds to tell me to never come back again before we could even resolve the issue. Don’t worry Tiffany, I will NEVER come back to this place again I’m not into paying 9.25 for plain noodles.There was no need for her attitude as I was calm, there was no language barrier to cause any frustrations or misunderstandings. Very disappointed that something so simple wasn’t able to get resolved

A Chinese restaurant available at a reasonable price in the bay area was actively promoted for Koreans. However, the kimchi fried rice was at a level that was embarrassing to use its name. The sweet and sour pork was a little different because it didnt contain ketchup and was made with beef rather than pork, but it was still edible. The sizzling seafood teppanyaki was very delicious.Its a different style than many Chinese restaurants in Korea, but seems like a good choice around here.

A friend recommended this restaurant to eat, and ordered a fuyong egg. It was so salty that I couldnt eat it. When I talked to the waitress, she had a completely irresponsible attitude. I suggested giving me a bowl of rice to make it easier to eat. She reluctantly agreed. I was given a bowl of rice and specifically told that it was free of charge. Their first mistake (too salty) was that they didnt care about the customers feedback and even insulted me by giving me a bowl of rice as if I was taking advantage of it. It’s impossible to go back after the first time.

This shop was recommended to me in the kiosk two doors down... I also recommend the communicative gentleman!The restaurant is inconspicuous from the outside, but clean, fast and inexpensive!From the looks of it, there were residents dining there - nothing touristy.
