The food and drinks came out within a few minutes of ordering. Every staff member we interacted with was super nice and friendly. The food was AMAZING. Huge portions. Beautiful restaurant. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I decided to drive back to Chefs again tonight and had the most horrible experience ever. We walked in and the host greeted us by telling us they were only taking cash..?? We left to grab cash to come back as we drive two hours just to come eat here. We came back, got sat and the server Jesus came by and asked if we were ready. No type of greeting or smile on his face. We ordered and didn’t think much of it since this is how we get treated majority of times we come.When Jesus drops the bills we notice it’s higher then usual so we take a look at it and notice he added the tip without following any of their policies they have such as a party of 6 or higher or a bill higher then 100$. We ask Jesus why he added the service charge and he immediately got aggressive and yells out in-front of everyone “because we don’t tip” however we usually get Rose as a server and always leave cash for her instead of leaving it on card. As we were trying to have a conversation with him he walks away.We ask to speak to the manager and he says “here I took it off don’t worry about it” We wait to speak to the manager or owner as he said he was and I was just in disbelief on how he handled the situation. My boyfriend and I are BOTH servers so completely understand the situation. The manager basically discriminated us because of our color and told us we were not welcomed back although we were passive and collected and he totally just flashed on us.It is sad and disappointing that we won’t be able to come back as this one of our favorite spots however they were racist and discriminating us from the beginning. If that was the case they should of told us from the beginning that we couldn’t eat there instead of having us waste our money and get yelled at in front of the entire restaurant by both Jesus and the Owner!

Went today with a party of 12. Service was spot on, always attentive and gracious. The food was the BEST food I have ever eaten. Swear! Im used to kinda dried up Sweet n Sour Pork, but this was fat chunks of pork like Chile Verde meat, and it was absolutely delicious. We tried about 20 plates of all different food, and everything was perfect and absolutely delicious! We WILL be coming back! Ty!

A very large restaurant that can accommodate large groups of people. The food was excellent and visually appealing. The food came out very hot and you could see the steam coming off the plate. We had various dishes and its family style with large portions. We have plenty of left overs for tomorrow. The place was very packed but oddly not too noisy or loud. I would highly recommend this place for large groups of people. There is a back section that you can rent out for events too.

Went here for early dinner with my friend as a treat and she loved it and so did I. It was not crowded, the ambience was really good and the service very friendly. Most importantly, the food was delicious with good portions. Although we easily found parking, it would find to find a spot if the place is busy, especially since the lot is shared with 2 other retailers.

Been coming here for over ten years - never had a bad item from their menu. Love the sweet and sour fish, the chow fun, shrimp and lobster potstickers, won ton soup, the various dim sum items, just to name a few! Also a great DoorDash option but can’t beat coming in to dine!

I ordered online and apparently it is up to the bartender to enter the orders, which was not done when I arrived. This was also true for a Doordasher. We had to wait 15 mins for our food to be made. I would suggest calling to place your order.With all that said the food is definitely worth the wait! I also had a delicious mojito while I was waiting, which was also amazing.

They made the wrong food for pick up, had to change the order because what I wanted wasn’t offered, got to pick up and was being charged extra even though they made the mistake and I had to drive twice to pick up, do to principal I didn’t pay extra and asked for my money back. Went to sleep hungry

We asked for separate tickets(2) before we ordered. When we finished our meal he present us with ticket. We said we asked for separate tickets, he fixed But charged us tip without asking us. The food was delicious! We got our food to-go about 20 min before they closed. The food was almost too hot to eat (which was great). The staff are friendly and courteous. I had a beer at the bar while we were waiting for the food. Highly recommend this place. Wor wonton soup is so good! We also ordered the veggie and tofu coconut curry. The tofu was fresh and all of the veggies were perfectly cooked.

I used to love this place. But a little over a year ago, they changed chefs and now all of the chicken is marinated in the same seasoning. So every chicken dish has the same profile. Its like a duck sauce or Chinese 5 spice and its nasty on some dishes. Also, if you order takeout, theyll place fried food in closed plastic containers which creates condensation and by the time you get your food home thats supposed to be crispy, it will be soggy. Other than that, if you eat in the staff is nice and always quick. Just wish they wouldnt have changed the seasonings in their chicken dishes and also wish they used a more common sense approach to packing fried food for to go orders.

We made reservations for my daughters birthday only to get there and wait over ten minutes for a table and another 15 before we were asked if we wanted drinks or appetizers . We went by with several of our friends and I was embarrassed.The front entrance (by the parking lot) was so filthy dirty that we were not sure we wanted to go in. Im afraid to even use the bathroom. I tried to call to talk to the manager, but no one answers the phone.The food and service is always excellent and I dont know why they dont take care of this. It used to be so nice and clean.

My friend brought me here for dinner. Everything she ordered was delicious! We had salt n pepper shrimps, sweet n sour chicken, vegetable fried rice, sautéed veggies, and started off with vegetable egg rolls. Id give it a 4.8 if I could, but this place is usually 5 stars, the food is consistently good. The drinks are also consistently good. There can be long wait times during typical dinner rush and on the weekends. A good tip, its usually a little chilly in there, so I usually order a soup from their menu to go started. You cant go wrong with anything from their menu; the food is fantastic. The service is a little inconsistent, but usually theyre very busy, which is understandable.

On 7/12 I ordered food beca my mother was having some guests over. 2 large Chinese chicken salads consisting of that bagged iceberg lettuce mix, a few wonton strips, dressing and a little dry fried chicken pieces, 2 orders of vegetable spring rolls (6 rolls total), vegetable chow mein and beef chow mein for a total of $79.35! The price alone is ridiculous but that’s not my complaint. I called them the next day because there was almost no beef in the beef chow mein and ghe girl that answered said she couldn’t do anything because it was from yesterday and they no longer have that information. I asked to speak to the manager she said he wasn’t there and she’d have him call me that night. He didn’t, so I called the next day. The same girl said he wasn’t there and she tell him to call me. He NEVER did‼️I was going to go in there but decided what a waste of my time! That’s probably what they bank on!!! They will no longer get any of my business or my mothers and hopefully this review will cause them to not get some other business as well. Customer service is a huge part of doin business and if you’re not providing it your business will suffer .

We went to a celebration of the convergence of work and friendship. The banquet room was beautiful and the food was spectacular. Our business associates put on a wonderful party with a one-man band to boot. The owner was very gracious and our business partners did an excellent job, too.

They are super over priced, did not answer the phone when I called to place an order, but it was 1 which is when they dont have in door seating. When I arrived in person to place my order the gentleman seemed very indifferent when i told him that I tried to call he said yea were busy. I spent $80 on 3 orders of dimsum 6 peices of fried chicken 2 orders of steamed rice and half order of Peking duck ( which is not even what I wanted to order) but after waiting 30 mins I didnt want to have to wait longer for them to get me the right duck order. I was the only one waiting for some time and I could hear the phone ringing inside and no one answered it. The food was ok but for the price I would rather drive further for a better price.

Ive been here twice already, once for my uncles birthday party, and once with my parents awaiting my dog from the groomer.Overall, the food was good. They have an array of dishes to choose from, but none that were memorable.The dining area is large, and they can host big parties. And as I said earlier, I went here for my uncles birthday party, and theres a second room that can accommodate a private party of around 40 people.Its nicely decorated, and the wait staff are friendly. Parking is located behind the restaurant, and there isnt many spaces as the restaurant shares parking with a sporting goods store next door.Id come back here again if I was in the area.

Their food has always been cooked to perfection and most recently with the covid closures they are now allowing small groups to dine inside the restaurant which is nice but somewhat limited.Now I have been a patron of this restaurant for the longest and really like the food but one thing that I am absolutely displeased with most recently that I noticed was a surcharge of an 18% service fee when closing out my ticket as well as another petition for a tip. My favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area. Food is fantastic and they have a full bar with specialty cocktails. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. They even serve dim sum which is excellent. It can get very busy during peak meal times and the weekends so plan accordingly. If you sit at the bar there are a couple TVs. Enjoy!

I had my two favorites shrimp fried rice, dry fry ribs!!….something real simple!!!…..I can eat shrimp fried rice, twice a week every week, it’s one of my favorite dishes!!…So when I did bite into my shrimp fried rice it wasn’t anything about that rice, that said Chinese food!!…there was nothing about the taste that said it came from a Chinese restaurant!!…. I love this place eveytime I go. Ive tried almost every dish and they are all just amazing. The staff there are consistently friendly and awesome. Food is good but the online ordering is broken on their site and their menu on Doordash is incomplete. For example, if I order on their site I cant specify a mushroom allergy on my soup. If I order on Doordash you cant get steamed rice with your meal (doesnt come with the meal and must be ordered as a side).They never answer their phone so really the only way to get the order right is to order in person at the restaurant.

This place has a parking lot so thats super convenient theres always a good amount of people in there. The Decor on the inside is decent enough that you would want to stay there and enjoy your food and you could even take a date there but probably I wouldnt go there on my first date its casual.As long as you order the standards fried rice sweet and sour chicken sweet and sour pork noodles its fine. We ordered some fancy items and they were not flavorful at all stay away from the coconut curry something. It didnt taste like coconut and it didnt taste like Curry. It was just yellow like Curry. On the super plus side they have a good bar so you can order wine and other cocktails.

Indian woman who seated us was rude and insisted/demanded that our party of 7 sit at a uncomfortable formation of uneven tables. When we requested to change the table to a more even spacious table. She argued that they always do it the way they had it for us. I had to strongly insist they change the table so that we could be comfortable to eat. And she started talking about us to another table and other servers. Food was great but she needs to be behind the scenes if they want return customers or positive reviews.

Weve been here a while back and were pretty impressed with the food. Although its chinese food, Im really impressed with the way their food is cooked. You know the veggies are fresh because they come cooked just right and very tasty. I loved their version of crispy noodles even if I felt it could be a little crispier. The wife loved her honey walnut shrimp. I actually couldnt believe we were stuffed after just having these two items.Well definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. We found this place on internet and instead of ordering off website menu we went to door and ordered in person. Bad idea. we didn’t realize until later that one item was the wrong item. We ordered the bean curd tofu but got a different tofu dish. We dealt with it but when home found the prices on internet menu are very much cheaper than at door. Our bill was $56 plus but had we ordered off internet would have been almost $20 less for same food!! That is wrong and a rip off.

I didn’t receive any rice or utensils to eat my meal. Now I have no rice no utensils only chicken and Broccoli. Now how am I going to eat that. I called The restaurant and asked them about the rice and the owner said “oh well we can’t do anything about it” he was very rude about the matter. He didn’t care to help resolve the matter. I’m not going back anymore! Doesn’t care one bit about his long time customers. Ive even Booked his banquet hall in the past and now I am not going to do none of that ever again

One of the best Chinese restaurants in northern CA. Good quality ingredients, no mystery meat. They use chicken breast, not the cheaper cuts. The sauses are creations of Eddie, the owners. They unique, and they dont all taste thesame. Good for groups and has a banquet room. Full bar with TVs if you want to catch a game. Large portions so you get your moneys worth. Great for lunch or dinner.

I would call it elevated Americanized Chinese food...... The cooks are still chinese though so dont worry too much. The price point is midrange. There is also a full size bar and banquet room available. I ordered a steak and scallop dish which was delicious and my wife had the chinese chicken salad and war wonton soup. This being my first (and last) visit...I was beyond amazed! It was amazing how everyone else ordered drinks and dinner and and I got NOTHING! After my party ordered the waiter, Robert, came back 10 minutes later to tell me they were out of the food I had ordered, and then began to ramble off his recommendations, none of which were close to anything I wanted. So I politely asked to see the menu again. 10 minutes later, I get a menu. Robert the waiter, does return to the table,never once acknowledging me or bringing my wine, he did however KEEP my water glass full! Finally, I get my wine! Again, Robert fails to ask if I would like to order or if Im okay with the food Im eating off everyone elses plate? So I asked if he would be taking the wine off the bill, no he says, he cant do that, but if a managers around, hell go get him. 10 more minutes go by and Robert comes back to tell me that there is no manager available, and that him forgetting my drink and my food was because things happen, and nothing is perfect. Duh. Im fuming at this point! His babbling, explaining to the other people in my party and lack of enthusiasm to fix the problems he created had me at the point of tears! So now the bill comes! Low an behold on the bill is the food I ordered! When I asked Robert what was up with that?, he simply stated that he forgot to take it off, took the bill and went to fix it. But you cant take off the wine?, I asked. no, Im just a server, and can only do whats in my job description . NEVER EVER WILL I BE COMING BACK HERE!
