I love sushi and have had the opportunity of trying it at several places including Japan. And with that exposure, I can whole heartedly recommend Chelsea Fusion. You see, this restaurant gives Sushi a new twist, quite different from authentic versions and yet delectable. If you are visiting Brentwood like I was, the house specials at Chelsea are a must try! Very, very different from other options in the Bay Area.

One of my favorite spots in downtown brentwood. The sushi was so delicious, I didn’t even get a photo of all the rolls. Their specials on the board inside are always fun to try when you want to switch it up, the Lion King and Chelsea Special are just orders. Great spot for a bite to eat specially curated sushi rolls and plates. Only downside is due to its impressive and well earned popularity, waiting for a table does take some time. Sam and the staff are so kind and inviting from start to finish. Outdoor dining when the weather is nice is lovely as well.

The sushi there is great and the people who work there are amazing too! The fried calamari and spicy edamame are great starters along with the chicken wings. The peach sake is very smooth and flavorful. We get a few bottles every time were there in a group.

I was exciting to go here and try it based on FB recommendations and reviews. Unfortunately, not for us. The refrigerator was not working, they were informed of our party for the birthday prior. Sushi was not good in comparison to other places. Fly buzzing about said it all as my kids got sick and all had the runs.Ambience was dank and service was OK. Only good thing was no long wait time for food.

Smaller dining space but excellent customer service. Owners and staff are extremely attentive. We tried 5 sushi rolls, teriyaki chicken and salmon and the grilled shrimp skewer. Fish was fresh and cooked food was fantastic. Happy to support local businesses.

Hard to tell from the name but this place has really good Japanese food. Everything was excellent, oysters, Hamachi Kama, San Francisco Giants roll, and Tonkatsu Ramen. We were hungry. Lol

I came here for a pick up delivery... Ive been here multiple times before, but never treated so rudely. I was at the front counter and told I was in the way and can I sit at a table to wait. So I did... whatever. When my pick up order (not my order, someone elses) was ready, I went to pick it up and was told to tuck my chair back under the table!I will never eat here or pick up orders from this place again! 10/10/2201/24/23First off, I did not throw a chair. Please do not embellish your story simply to discredit mine. Secondly, I did not mistreat your staff. You were the only person I talked to. And thirdly, I was standing in the same spot I had stood the other times I was there. So I was not trying to pressure anyone. You had already given me a time frame. I was simply waiting.Also, Im not trying to take away from the restaurant itself. The food looks and smells amazing, and the restaurant is almost always full. Im simply addressing what happened to me on that day.

I walked in and immediately noticed I was the only Asian in there. If an Asian restaurant is named Chelsea, and there are never Asian people eating there...that kinda tells you how good of an Asian restaurant it is. Sure its supposed to be Fusion, but its not the inventive, creative, type of fusion. Its the fusion thats meant as an excuse for just not being authentic. Fellow foodies know what I mean by this. I gave it a shot anyways and regret it...so-so food, terrible service. The man and woman that were working the front was so unbelievably rude, double-teaming on the only non-white customer who was waiting for his order in the front. I couldnt believe what was happening. I paid and left. I will never go back there. That was my first, and last, time I will be there. I will not support this pandering, sell-out restaurant and will tell everyone I know not to go there.
