The food was amazing. I forgot to take the pictures at the start of the meal. The katsu was incredible. And a huge serving. The picture is after I ate probably half of it. Same with the Angry Lion roll. And check out the thickness of those pieces! For reference, I’m 6 feet tall and as you can see those pieces were as thick as my thumb! That was the Godzilla roll. My wife also had the chicken ramen and spicy edamame. She loved it. I tried the ramen’s broth as well and wow what a depth of flavor. We plan on going back often. The only area I could see improvement is for them to offer water more often. They’ve only been open a week so I’m sure they’ll iron out the kinks.

My fiancee and I are VERY picky about our fish having grown up with a sushi chef in the family. Cherry Blossoms fish is fresh with generous cuts! The price is absolutely worth it.

Wow, we have been looking for a solid ramen spot for so long. This really hit the spot. Reminded me of when we lived in Japan. I can’t wait to come back. I know I’ll be craving this, for sure!

Wife and I have had 2 wonderful experiences so far! Second time we visited, we ordered a roll that she did not enjoy. Nothing wrong with it, just not for her palette. The chef came out to make sure nothing was wrong with the roll and offered to make a hand roll that was off menu as far as we could tell. The hand roll was so good! They even threw in a bowl of miso. After clarifying that nothing was wrong with the roll we ordered, we ended up paying for the roll we didnt like but not the other items. Great customer service and awesome food! We had bento boxes and ramen on our first visit and it was awesome! The miso soup truly is a highlight too! Definitely ask for a cup or bowl of it before your meal.

We ordered out this Friday from newly opened Cherry Blossom. I would rate the food a 4.4 star only because we ordered take out and it’s probably better in person. I still rated 5 overall because it’s not their fault I ordered to go. Overall great first experience. We ordered a black garlic ramen and chirashi. The chirashi was good portion, good presentation and fresh. The black garlic ramen broth was excellent. Ramen noodles semi firm. Both meals were packaged well for take out. They use a seal top on the ramen and broth. They were packaged separate. Glad to see more food diversity in Vacaville.

First time trying their food out and WOW! It was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be visiting again soon! Ive lived in Japan and this place reminds me of the delicious food there!

The newest most freshest fish. Awesome service and great Ramen. Uni,Toro and saba. Taste lime just out from the ocean. Double Shaka Cherry Blossom our families choice. Even better than Zagat rated!!!

The food is so good. The quality of the sushi is unmatched in the area. If you haven’t tried Cherry Blossom, go and order the chicken karaage, sashimi (maguro & toro) and any of the rolls. Everything is so good.

Ive lived in japan, ive been to so many sushi restaurants and ramen houses. this by far is one of the best. the blue fin and salmon are super fresh and so tasty. the appetizers are wonderful and the ramen broths are just excellent, will continue to return!
