Tuesday night and it’s easy to get a large table. Service was great. Most of the food was good. We ordered too many soup noodles. They are pretty big. The salt and pepper items are usually our favorite but the fish wasn’t good. We probably took what’s left in the photo home. It didn’t have much taste. The salt and pepper tofu was great and was gone fast. The chicken wings were good too. Congee and Chinese donut are the main reasons we came here and those were good too. Dessert was red bean but since only one of us had that, they offered a plate of oranges that were really good. Service was good here. They checked on us multiple times. We will come back.Parking in-front is easy not like going to downtown San Mateo.

Insane!!! Everything here is great, totally blew me away. Unassuming place with lackluster Yelp reviews, but don’t be fooled. Maybe they’re trying to keep it a secret? Loved the purple yam bun the most, but every single noodle dish, scallion pancake, bun was an all-star. Best dim sum I’ve had in the Bay Area so far.5 stars!!!

Interesting to see reviews for this restaurant from years ago when this building housed China Garden. Now, I liked China Garden (so long as I didnt get delivered or to go. WRONG EVERYTIME!) So I was a little apprehensive giving this a try. I had read some not so nice reviews.Walked down for lunch and was pleased to see that they still serve Dim Sum at lunch albeit not on the steamer carts.Service was not rushed (appeared to have only 2 servers for the entire floor) but then neither was I. I was a solo diner and they were there when I needed them and gave me my space otherwise.I must say, that the soup dumplings were what I always thought they should be but had never received from ordering them at other Dim Sum restaurants. A little gingery but extremally juicy and with a savory broth.Food arrived piping hot and also staggered although most likely due to the kitchen and not as an effort to be cognizant of one person ordering 4 plates of Dim Sum.Aside from Dim Sum they also have an extensive menu. Is it authentic? Having never been to China I certainly cannot say. Will try this again and from the regular menu.

Food was good here. Specially the shrimp walnuts. Service very quick. Highly recommended for Asian food.

We went to Cheung hing as it was local and sold duck. Overall, the service was good, The staff were quick with our order and polite. The restraunt was clean and the food (especially the duck and tofu) and Hong Kong tea was good. I didnt give 5 stars as the beef curry we ordered was not great. Overall we will definitely go back but just not order curry again.

The food is decent, didnt get to try their bbq pork. The soy sauce chicken was well done. Was a little underwhelmed by the clay pot rice. I like the service a lot and they gave free bowl of dessert. The portions are large so I would go with just one main dish next time

Price went up and quality went down. Salt and pepper pork chop are mainly salt and pepper fat chunks. Mongolian beef dish mainly onions with little beef. Seafood tofu with very little seafood. Very disappointed in this place. What a waste of money!

So pleasantly surprised by the Cantonese food in this restaurant!! Some of the best Ive had in a long time since I moved to the area from NYC. The minced pork with salty fish and egg tasted authentic, the mushroom and chicken clay pot rice was fantastic (perfect crispy rice in the bottom!!) And the red dragon fish was fresh and steamed well. The bbq and chicken meats were also well seasoned and cooked. Ill definitely come back!!

Busy Chinese Resto on a Saturday afternoon. Spacious dining area. We arrived just before the lunch crowd hit.Ordered the House combination crispy noodles and the Roasted pork appetizer. The roasted pork was more fat than meat and slightly under cooked. 2/5Crispy combo noodles were pretty good but sloppy towards the bottom because they were over dressed in sauce. 3/5Unfortunately, we will probably not return here ever again unless they offered half off dishes because in my opinion, thats what they were worth. Yikes.Service was okay though. 1 appetizer & 1 main dish $24

The fried chicken wings are savory but not marinated into the meat, only flavorful at the first bite of the crunchy skin, also meat is a bit undercooked... The wonton soup is also not the normal minced meat seen in the wonton stuffing, tastes like the dim sum pork ribs meat.
