2023-11-08 23:09:20Lovely bubble tea place with a wide selection of fresh and flavorful teas. I got the passion fruit and peach dong ding with mousse… both good with real passion fruit pulp and not too sweet. A great surprise!

2023-10-03 01:22:16$15 for two cups. The price is high but the tea tastes good. The cup is small which is considered the small size in other boba place.I do like the tea they have. But not sure if it worths $7.5 for a small cup and a 45min wait.

2023-10-13 23:05:42This is hands down one of the best authentic boba tea spots! Worth the wait! The line can get very long very fast! They just recently open one up in the Bay Area 5 hr wait time! But I got lucky today and the wait was only 2 minutes! I order a 1.) Osmanthus Oolong tea with MangoRating 9/10- light ice and regular sweetness really good you can taste more of the Oolong tea flavor with a hint of mango. Very refreshing!2.) Bubba Milk TeaRating 10/10!- the OG drink is a great balance of creaminess and tea flavor. Not too sweet! The boba is Fresh and you can taste it! A must get!

2023-09-17 23:01:22There was a long line of queue on Sunday afternoon but it moved fast. Took us 30-40 mins from waiting to order to finally getting our drink. We tried 3 different most popular orders and they are all good. Very strong tea flavored boba. The drink is definitely on the pricy side $7 and up but I expect it everywhere nowadays.Whoever took ordered for us needs to do better. She just had this RBF or maybe she was just hangry and tired. There was 3 tables insides, so you likely will get it to go. Parking is hard to find so go with another person, one gets in line and one finds parking that will help!

2023-10-31 06:52:29Waited 1.5 hours for boba that cost over $8 and had pearls so tough they tasted like the cheap $4 boba I bought in undergrad.I can say with confidence that the tea itself has a great flavour profile, and the green tea did not disappoint. Very rarely can I appreciate a tea in its purest form, but I could taste the quality. However, the long wait outside (they only allow a few people in the cold, sterile, yet aesthetically charming store at a time) and cheap-tasting toppings made for a less-than-satisfactory experience, and while I acknowledge the tea has the equivalent of a 3 Michelin Star rating, I cannot honestly give this place a high rating. This place is wayyy overhyped because of its presence in Asia, but there are so many other good chains that originated in Asia with high-quality tea that its not worth the egregious wait time here. Unless you are a tea connoisseur and have a couple of hours to kill driving to and waiting at this location for a miniature cup of tea, skip this place.

2023-10-13 23:20:20The tea here is sooo good! It’s my favorite boba spot. You can really taste the flavor of the tea leaves in here. We got the Bubble Milk Tea, the Dong Ding Oolong Tea Latte, and the Osmanthus Oolong Tea with Mango. I like how the drinks here are not too sweet. The bubble milk tea is my go to order here, but the other drinks are really good too. The Dong Ding Oolong’s Oolong tastes a bit different than all the other Oolong Milk Tea I’ve had, but it’s a lot better! You also have to try that one!

2023-07-27 23:44:37One of those crazy parking lots that you hope to get a spot and we thankfully did!No one talks about dairy options and I found that very frustrating because a lot of Asians are lactose intolerant or sensitive!!! So I will let you know here that I asked and they do NOT have any non-dairy or lactose free options.I took a risk and we got the Lemon & Passionfruit with condensed milk (about $8). Thankfully no stomach aches! And, the mix of flavors is actually really good! I normally would not get lemon but it worked well with the other flavors and like someone else mentioned, it is tart-like (the lemon). The boba chewy-ness is good but I couldn’t really taste flavor from the boba (not sure if it was because the lemon was overpowering).Oh and the wait IS long! We waited close to 30min!! Part of that time was spent outside in the 100 degree weather and when we came inside, I noticed they have more space but are using half of their shop as storage!! Terrible use of space. Especially when the lines are long and weather is insanely hot! Some of us could be waiting in the AC if storage wasn’t taking up so much room!!Overall, I personally do not think the wait is worth it (my husband did because the flavors are unique). So make your own choice but you have been forewarned!

2023-09-07 05:21:35I came on a Friday afternoon around 1 PM. It took about 30 minutes from standing in line to place my order. The parking situation is a little bit hectic due to the small plaza with lots of traffic coming in and out. The inside is quite small with only three tables (side note the ac was broken when I was there) so keep this in mind if you are looking to come here to study or work.Overall, I really enjoyed the drinks. You can really taste the quality tea and I can totally understand the hype. If you are a tea fanatic, I would recommend checking this place out. It was also very cool to be able to watch as they brew each cup of tea to order, unlike the average boba shops.

2023-10-27 15:06:41Theres usually a long wait line and that should say it all. They use high-quality, finely brewed teas. The strong tea flavors arent for everyone, but I am a sucker for them! The boba is fresh and warm with a soft chewy texture that is very nice. This time I got a bubble milk tea (no milk alternatives), which was pretty good (especially the boba), but last time I got the Osmanthus Oolong and that one I liked a lot better. For being such a busy and crowded place, I just wish they had a seating area that didnt feel so cramped.

2023-10-02 02:15:07I was told boba topping was sold out after lining up for 20mins. So I had to order my tea without boba. When I picked up my drink. I see boba in other customer drinks who ordered after me. Like couple number behind me.I asked if I can add boba to my drink now, the staff making drink just whisper to the cashier “cannot” in Chinese.I asked why she said they only had enough “new” boba for 10 drinks. Then I asked why no one mention there will be “new” boba coming soon? Of coz no answer for that.Apparently they don’t care about the customer. The tea was alright. Not sure if it’s worth the price and wait.
