I was disappointed to find out that the Honey Pepper Pimento sandwich was no longer available. I was also disappointed with the server’s attitude when I tried to order one, not knowing that they are a seasonal item. I ended up leaving without ordering anything. It is a nice looking location, clean, and easy to park.

Food was nothing to boast about. All the tables and seats were not secured to the floor and moved around easily. This disturbed the customers sitting behind you and was a bit annoying. I honestly dont know what all the hype is about and will not go here again unless Im starving and its the only place around.

I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window they asked me to wait in the parking lot because they weren’t done cooking my food. I was ok with it because I knew it was gonna be fresh. However, when I got my food my Mac and cheese was almost empty and the fries they gave me were just pieces of leftovers from the fryer. I paid a good amount of money for this food and it wasn’t exactly what I expected.

The staff here is always on point for as much foot traffic as they get dinning in and drive thru. Been here plenty of times and it is always an outstanding service.

Good old classic, Ive always been to this place since 2018. Ive never got bored of it always a go-to, a great variety food items. Also, it isnt really that unhealthy and the service is really well. Even when the line at the drove has 30 cars. They still manage to get the food in 10 minutes or less. Amazing place, especially this location in Murrieta, Ive been to Temecula sometimes. But this one location stands out the most. It is one of the best restaurants in the entire world.

I went through the drive thru. Ordered two meals. They suggested a large so I took it. When I reached the front my order was not ready. I had to park In the we need to get your order out of the freezer parking spot. When I received my order after waiting for the additional time my fries were still not ready and mushy. To top it off the amount of fries in the large were less than the medium. This is an actual pic of the amount of fries I was given. None fell out. Horrible service. Horrible eye for quality. Only way I’ll forgive them is if that day they only had blind employees.12/16 12:51

Its chick-fil-a. Theyre consistent everywhere. Friendly employees, a few things that someone with an impossible diet can eat, and delicious. Its a more expensive fast food, for sure, but you get what you pay for. They make mistakes every now and then but theyre always so sweet and accommodating about it.

I went this morning at 10:44am. I had ordered number #5. I waited for 10 minutes for my food but never got it. I went up to the counter and spoke cashier Mary Jo. I told her that I want a refund because I have been waiting for 10 minutes for my food, and other customers after me had already received their food. She was not concerned about my complaint, she quickly said “Ok” without any apologies. Come on Chick- fil -A, she needs to be retrained on how to treat customers. I always come here and I never have this happen to me. I am very disappointed!

The playground is NEVER open. I called and spoke to the GM who informed me the playground needed repairing and the location is considering renovating the play area, then blamed the City of Murrieta for prolonging the permits, and how corporate is involved. Yada-yada. This playground has been closed since 2020 and it appears that the owner is too cheap to replace anything that needs to be “fixed” on the playground. This is the second time I’ve walked in and immediately walked out. This location has permanently lost our business, thankfully, Chick-fil-a is opening two new locations nearby in north Murrieta and Menifee.
