Upon the recommendation of the cashier, I went with the Chocolate Chunk Cookie, which I was leaning towards, anyway.Chocolate Chunk Cookie-Consisting of both semi-sweet dark & milk chocolate chunks, along with oats, the chocolate chunk cookie was a tantalizing sweet treat for my birthday month. Not small, yet not ginormous, it was an ideal cheat day size, to where I wouldnt feel too guilty eating it.Service was good. This location, just as every Chick-fil-A location, is extremely busy, seemingly at all times of day. However, the line moved swiftly, and the wait for the cookie was nominal. 2 drive-thru lanes for those wanting to stay in their vehicles. Chick-fil-A is located across Candlewood from the Lakewood Center.Chick-fil-A gave me a much appreciated birthday month gift. Nothing speaks my language more than free food, in this case dessert. Their Chocolate Chunk Cookie satisfied, and my experience at this restaurant has been nothing but pleasant.

Waited 25 minutes for our food,on a normal day and it wasnt even crowded... Everyone got attended and got there food and left...We sat to dine in and they were aware our order to long and didnt do anything about it or offered us something for the wait...After getting our food,we noticed they gave us all the tiny pieces of fries,and no whole or half or even quarter sized fries..We did have them replace them... Horrible experience unlike the always crowed but super fast Cerritos location. To top it all off they even had a dead flower on the table

I’ve been to this location a few times, but this was my first time actually dining in. The service was wonderful. The employees were all polite and friendly, and quick to get my order out. The food was delicious. The chicken minis are my favorite! I wish I could order them all day, but unfortunately they are just a breakfast item. The entire restaurant was constantly cleaned by its employees to ensure everyone had a clean table to sit at

I love Chick-fil-A in Lakewood for a lot of reasons. But one right now made me have to come on. Online it was only allowing drive through pre-order, I love eating inside of chick-fil-a. Extremely clean and they make you feel like your at home. I told Erick I ordered online and was supposed to go through drive through. He switched my order to be meant for inside. Since I was crazy and didn’t go through drive through it was confusing for the cooks and took almost 20 minutes. Then, Erick came up and saw I didn’t have it yet. He not only brought me the fresh perfectly cooked meal in one minute, he refunded my entire meal. This is one of the reasons why I eat here 80 percent of my meals. I love all the workers in here.

The restaurant was crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon but they were very proactive and resourceful in getting the orders in quickly. There were 3 employees taking orders in the drive thru line. It was busy on a Saturday night, but the line still moved fast. Our order was correct and got to us quickly. It was definitely a busy, family atmosphere, but unlike other fast food places, clean and not too loud. They also had glorious stacks of 6 (!!!!!) sauces for grabs. I recommend trying all 6 if youre new to Chick-fil-A: its just fun.

The parking could use a little help as sometimes the line makes it somewhat difficult to park however the food is great and the employees are always so helpful and nice! Honestly, I have never understood why so many people like to eat here. I finally have the worst reason to complain which was not only the worst service in any fast food experience Ive encountered, but it was literally the worst experience with fast food ever. I had won the coupon for a free chicken sandwich because my grandpa and I went to an Anaheim ducks game. Downloaded the app and headed to the closest location to my home. My grandfather and I pull up to order and he asked if he could apply his coupon to a chicken sandwich but grilled. The person taking our order on the intercom said yes, and continued with the rest of our order. We pull up and they charged us for two chicken sandwiches despite scanning the two coupons both from our phone apps. We point out the mistake, and then ask why the grilled version was still left on the charges. They argued that the coupon was not applicable to the grilled, sowe asked instead for the regular so that we could apply the coupon. They then informed us that they no longer had any chicken sandwiches, which would also inform me that our food was not made to order. It would seem odd that they randomly ran out and had not informed us of that to begin with. We tried to argue but gave up due to lack of any sort of logical response. We got our order, and they handed us two drinks for the 3 combos we ordered. I told them that they had forgotten a drink and that the order was still incorrect, and the supervisor just stood there gawking as if she didnt hear me say it multiple times. My grandpa just said its fine, they handed him back his card, and we started driving away. We got home with the now cold food, and realized that the person had given us the wrong credit card back. Rather than dealing with incompetence any further, we called my grandpas bank the next day and reported the card lost. This was the last time I will ever eat (or attempt to) at Chick-fil-A.

Good chicken sandwiches, but pricey and the menu is limited. While they do have other items such as a kale salad they are very expensive and the portion is small (kind of a side dish). I dont prefer waffle fries so they dont wow me, but my wife likes them. The service is very good and someone always comes by and offers to refill my drink when we eat inside. The kids play area is nice and our 3 year old have fun in there.

I always love giving someone credit where its due. I go to Chick-fil-A by the Lakewood mall more often than any other location. That being said, my order happened to be wrong but I didnt realize until I got home. I made a complaint on the company website and within 24 hours received a call from a very sincere and caring representative. Not only did he reassure me how sorry they were but he even offered a free meal replacement. I made sure to mention that this has never happened to me at this location and Id still love to come back. He thanked me and made sure all my concerns were met. Very professional, apologetic, and genuine.

Was stalked by chubby female employee . Her name began with an M . I was a former employee there . If one ever gets a job there, they should watch out for this girl and Jasmine . The chicken sandwiches are amazing and their service and condiment bar is bar none. I grew up eating Kentucky Fried Chicken I actually ate there about a week later, I wanted to like Kentucky so bad because of my childhood but I just could not compare it to Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-As chicken was so much juicier and crispy. Once you try this place theres no turning back, its just good wholesome food with great service. The service reminds me of the old days when people took time to provide good food and customer service. Most fast restaurants today either I cannot understand them or they cannot understand me, and their training falls short professionalism... This place is always packed and trying to get into the parking lot is always a struggle. The cars going through the drive thru always block the parking spaces which are empty. Nevertheless, the food is alway and hot you get your order pretty fast. The employees are alway very friendly and always seem to come around your table and offer refills and ask if everything is OK. They have a play center for the kiddos while parents eat and the playground is wide open for view. Despite the struggle to get into the lot, I always come here because the food is always hot not like other Chick-fil-As Ive been to. The spicy chikin is my favorite. I will keep coming back to this particular one.

This place is awesome!!! Even with all the stuff going on and then having to set up shop outside, a customer leaving forgot something from the order and one of their associates runs out to give it to them just before they were about to drive off. That was the best thing I’ve seen in a while lol

I ordered online at 10:05am online and pulled up at parking lot at 10:32 and they canceled my ordered without telling me anything for whatever reason. I was upset, I talked to one of the reps and he didnt care or bothered to try and help me out. He said breakfast ordered are automatically canceled at 10:30. I was upset, I didnt get my food and decided to eat else where. FYI, I checked my statement and even though my order was canceled they still had the nerve to take $1.00 from my paypal account. I confronted the rep about it and told them why they still took money from me even though they canclled my order and he told me to call cooperate so they can give me my $1.00. Never again am I eating at this Chic fila again

Chick-fil-A is delicious and I love eating here, especially love the chicken biscuit minis and the Chick-fil-A sandwich with extra pickles. However, this particular location is too busy during peak hours. The Drive-Thru gets insanely busy and although they are working like crazy inside they can only go so fast. Often this results in a much longer wait than youd want or would get at other fast food restaurants.

Its a great place to eat at and the chicken is delicious but be prepared to wait because of really long lines. The service is excellent and they do their best to keep the line moving, so the wait isnt really that bad unless you go through the drive thru.

Like this place but the drive thru is terrible 1 way in left and right turn into this business is terrible. Changing drive thru issue would help many more future visits and the soups got smaller along with the chicken sandwiches. Raisin Caines better for my buck.

Traffic congested restaurant! Hard to pull in from Street due to too much traffic, The drive thru has 2 lines, but is overcrowded. Service was good though. If you are willing to put up with all this congestion of cars all around the building.

This particular day it was horrible. After waiting in the long drive through I finally drive off to exit and of course you grab a fry to eat while you drive. I coughed because the salt content was excessive. Even the nuggets were salty which is rare. A waste of $25 that day and I was hungry during my picnic

I made a mobile order and I was at the Downey location, but the order got transmitted to this location. Usually when I put an order in it does not allow it to go through until I am at the location. It must be an app glitch, but it was inconvenient to drive from Downey to Lakewood, but I am glad I did. The Lakewood Chick-fil-A remade my order. They greeted me when I walked in and wanted to make sure I was okay. I will go to this location from now on. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Typical Chick-fil-a except for the fact that it has a tiny parking lot and shares overflow parking with Chilis. Hard to get a spot on fundraiser nights, which are usually on Thursdays. The drive through has two lanes so they get you through fairly quickly.

Even though canes is now in the neighborhood I still go back to Chick-fil-A because I like their sandwiches much better than canes. The only thing that I dont like at Chick-fil-A is there miniscule laughable chicken nuggets with are both way too small and way too expensive. If I want to just eat the nuggets without the sandwich then I will go to Canes. There is also a much nicer selection at Chick-fil-A which means I can get bacon in my sandwich.
