I went here only to do the drive thru to pick up a spicy chicken sandwich for someone that hadnt been feeling well and was craving it. Its a busy location, convenient off the 78, and the parking lot area is always congested. The team was helpful here and my friend was happy with her sandwich. As a vegan Im disappointed when a large establishment doesnt offer more vegetarian and vegan options. I like the lemonade!

Now that theyve said they are not supporting homophobic groups, I went there for the first time with my two toddlers. Service is amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Kiddos loved their chicken nuggets. Some healthy sides for the kids were fruit cup and sauce. My spicy chicken sandwich was yummy. Will go again for sure.

Why did chic fillet get so horrible. Terrible food, awful service. I use to eat here several times a week with family. I wouldnt even take free food from them. Whats with the weird texture of the chicken nuggets!!!! Not real chicken anymore. Would luv a rubios or something here, so disappointed chic fillet sucks so bad now.

Drive Thru wait review. Saturday morning at 0930 and waited 20minutes. As we are a huge fan of the drive thru service, this is the only one with this much of a wait even with ordering online just to pick up and on a Saturday morning, staff shortage? Not sure but drive thru needs to be reevaluated and restructured.

I don’t usually care for this place but my kids love it that’s why we continue to go back. The service is usually good, except for today. I found a hair in my sandwich when we got home since we went thru the drive thru and when I called to let them know he suggested I put it in there. Now why would I waste my time and gas to go get and exchange for a chicken sandwich. I was actually looking forward to having this sandwich today!

Lady ringing me up lied about a meal being cheaper. They only sent out extra people to speed up the line after waiting 10 minutes. The service is miserable. People in line don’t know how to drive, lady was smiling in her side view mirror back at me whilst leaving a whole car length in front of her. Terrible line and parking set up. Our go to place when we feel the hankering for chicken sandwiches. The food is always top notch. We order through the app so we can earn points and to make the drive though process easier.Just wish the parking lot was easier to navigate. In order to wait for food sometimes you’re routed to the spaces right in front of the restaurant along the main road in the parking lot. Makes it difficult to back out and lots of honking sometimes by people going too fast.

Came for the breakfast menu and had to wait in the drive thru line for 15 minutes by the time I came up to the person taking my order they said it’s past the breakfast hour times but I was in line way before that time and I’m genuinely confused on why I wouldn’t be able to order. When I asked they told me “the kitchen refuses to make the breakfast items now”. This is definitely a first world problem but I’ve worked in restaurants and fast food and would have attempted to accommodate the customer. The whole interaction was upsetting and the staff not accommodating, and I’m sure this has been a problem for many people. Chickfila management should supply to their demand

Great customer service, delicious food, and family-friendly environment. This CFA has the most efficient drive-thru around and gets your food prepared and delivered quickly. Multiple lanes in the drive-thru, plenty of drive-up spots to pick up app ordered food, and solid dine-in service as well. Parking is a little tough, being next to In-n-Out, so always very crowded in the shopping center.

The cook put chicken on my bitter biscuit, then took it off and gave it to me. I dont eat meat. No respect for cultural differences other than their own. You can see the fried chicken pieces on the biscuit. The staff are noce and the place is clean. This is why 3 stars. But the cook has no respect for preferential diets. Dont eat here if your staying away from meat. The hormones in it lead to heart disease and uterine fibroids and leaky gut big bellys.

Chick-fil-A is always good! They are fast and kind. This location does have a bit of a weird line system. Very confusing and would not recommend if you are pressed for time. The line overlaps with in and out right there it is a notoriously busy shopping plaza to say the least. Always worth it for grilled nuggets and a drink with buttermilk ranch!

My family and I usually love Chick-fil-A. Especially the San Marcos location. Usually staff is very friendly and personable. Today however was a disappointment. When our food was brought to our table, the girl didn’t even look up at us, didn’t ask if we needed anything else or even acknowledge anyone was sitting at the table. She placed our food down rather aggressively and walked away. Then she served a table across from us and was very nice to them. Asked if she can get the anything else and even smiled. We have never met her before but due to her lack of customer service with us, we won’t be visiting this location in the future. She needs some training!

My brother and I went drive thru and it was very organized and after we order it took a little longer to get our food, but we got a free cookie and brownie. We also ordered a cookiesn cream shake and before we left the chick-fil-A employee saw the shake was melting for the longer wait than expected he give us another shake on the house. The traffic from the long drive thru lune forces you to park across the lot near the Sushi restaurant. My cashier wasnt able to correctly take my name, even after spelling it for her 4 times. If i hadnt looked at my receipt I wouldnt have known when my order was being served. The girl serving my order was just as confused by the name spelling as I was. Employees cant hear customers in the drive thru via the head set and then the employees doesnt know of they have caffeinated coffee or decaffeinated. They gave me caffeinated coffee after I told them four timess I only can drink decaffeinated because of health reason. The inconsistency is the reason for the low rating. If you go in the evening the staff is very quick - however any time in the morning hours (when most people are actually in a hurry) they take the “fast” out of fast food. I write this from halfway through the drive thru line at 9 am.. 15 minutes in and a good 5 cars ahead of me still. Averaging about 5 minutes per car! Why not staff your business in the morning? This is my 3rd time with a morning experience like this and my last - kept thinking it might have been a fluke but it is not. Don’t come here in the mornings unless you want to be trapped in drive through purgatory for an hour. Always a nice staff experience, but the owners are short staffing the mornings for some reason.

This place is fantastic, and the customer service is over the top. I went through the drive-thru to get lunch with my kiddos. Of course, lunch hour rush, but the wait wasn’t bad.Unfortunately, when I got home, I was missing my sons sandwich. I called to let them know, thinking I would go by after work and get it for him. The young lady who answers the phone was so lovely and caring. Not a good idea to have a chick fil a near an in and out. It can get pretty cramped getting in and out. Also all the curbside pickup spots were taken up when we got there. Ive never encountered such an unorganized Chick-fil-A in my life! 1st and foremost dont bother parking to try and order inside because youll only loose your spot in the drive thru line since their diner is closed and theres no sign while you drive up that indicates that. 2nd Its ridiculous the way they have their drive thru set up, too small and a safety concern. 3rd When I got up to receive my order at the window I expressed my concern to the staff who then asked me to park in the waiting area until my food was ready. I parked and noticed that every other vehicle who had parked there after me received their ordered. After waiting for what felt like an eternity my gf finally got out the car to see what was going on and only after she walked up to the window did we get our food! I dont understand why our order was so difficult! We ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. I would not recommend this location!

It’s so bad I want to give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one. Never been to a chick fila that didn’t have great service. I didn’t even think that was possible, but it is at this location. If you want to wait a tremendously long time in the drive thru line (the dining is not open and they have absolutely no signs that it’s closed until you walk inside!!!!) the drive thru had 3 lines that barely moved and were poorly organized, it merged into one at the end. After waiting in the long drive thru line they will still ask you to park your car and they’ll bring out your order. Except they never brought it!!!! I watched every car park and get their food before I did to the point I walked up to them myself to get my food!!!

Theres a reason Chick-fil-A is at the top of Californias fast food customer satisfaction surveys and I experienced why, right here, again. It was lunch hour but no wait to order, taken by a very courteous & professional, clean cut young man who spoke English quite well. This place is good, possibly better than the one in Carlsbad. Always had my order correct, and little wait time regardless of whether your in the drive thru out inside. The only reason I took off a star is the location. Its right in the middle of different restaurants s well s next to a major intersection and freeway entrance. We love chick fil a. However this location was particularly disappointing. The line took forever - unnecessarily - with only one or two employees at the screens. Once we got our food, our milkshake was left out and my boyfriend had to go back and ask for it. As we were leaving, we got refills. I stood at the counter and watched three employees look at me and ignore my existence until the evening Supervisor finally needed to step in and assist me.

I am not one to complain and I usually don’t have any complaints every time I go to this Chick-fil-A but I went around 7 p.m and I get that it gets busy at this time but the guy who attended me I believe his name was Hudson was not very helpful at all! Since it was busy I didn’t have time to check my order to see if I got everything. When I got home I had ordered a southwest salad and got a completely different salad and no utensils I also wanted some chick fila sauces and I received honey mustard instead. It was frustrating coming home to a wrong order. He seemed like he wasn’t paying attention at all. I was highly upset.

Food i pretty good, I think you can find better at local chicken place Like Coop’s in lemon grove. But it is a chain people enjoy very much. However, this location has some of the best and quickest service i’ve seen in a fast food restaurant. With this location, make sure you don’t get caught in the intersection. Head down to the second light and make a left and find parking in one of the lanes if traffic is backed up. If not, you’ll get your food very quickly!

I couldve sworn Ive been to a Chick-fil-A before since theyre all over, but I walked in and realized that I have never been. So I asked what was good for a first timer. I got 4 nuggets (which I dont think was even in the menu), a sandwich and one of their lemonades. After I ordered, they comped me the meal! Great food. I agree too much, but I didnt have that post-fast food stomach you get from other fast food, probably because the food was pretty unprocessed. Will definitely be back.

I think its safe to say there is a love affair between In N Out and Chick Fil A. This is 1 of 4 set ups where they are extremely close if not neighboring each others restaurants. Its also kind of interesting to know that the employee satisfaction at each is extremely high. Too many places crammed into this corner and the only other open entrances is way down on the other end. Plus with the 4 way stop and the gas station entrance it almost makes me want to eat at Jersey Mikes. Its really just the line up to the drive thru for INO blocks CFA and all that blocks everyone else. Here is the kicker, say you walk up they have an exit specific door right by the registers, that doesnt make sense, unless its so busy the drive thru is backed up and then the inside is backed up.Bathroom is small and kind of darkly decorated. I know its a bathroom at a kind of fast food restaurant, but its a very different vibe than the dining room. Not so stark bright white like I was expecting.Pretty large dining area with well proportioned seating, I hate places where you have 4 chairs and can only get 3 trays on the table, plus the flowers are such a nice touch. Décor is more agreeable to me than any other fast foodery.First off their grilled chicken is spot on tender and perfect and I usually get the club, not for the bacon...They now offer some other cheese options like jack and swiss instead of the standard provo. The pickles under the bun always bothered me, but they are totally willing to put them on the side along with the lettuce which is all too often way too big a piece. Their prices are a little higher than most, but the quality in chicken and breading is really top notch. The chicken tortilla soup is kind of meh, prefer the standard chicken, but even that is thickened too much or perhaps Im more used to home made or even the more brothy souplantation style. I love how they use the newer Heinz dip packs for ketchup and are still more than willing to give you sauces, but just not out there for the rampant abuse we all know. They do need to step up their bacon game. Waffle fries to me are better for face stuffing because of the speed at which you can get the starchy goodness in your face, love the skin on and you get way more sauce on them.Sweet tea is the only way to go, frankly its one of those drinks that I exclusively eat when I do BBQ and when offered I always get. Its not a Socal thing at all and to stick with their tradition I do it.Service is excellent, it always is. Ive never had a bad experience here and though not open quite as long as INO to me it gets the nod over them more often than not, all things equal.

Unfortunately bad service experience with customer service except cashier, you can not only see it but feel it the way they treat people according to their appearance, my wife and two kids noticed not just me.....after we took our seat to eat the guys who were passing by us offering refills to more than 3 tables Randomly and closet to us and we where we ignored after almost finishing our meal finally a guy with the gray T-shirt (I like to think was the manager )stop and attend our need of lemonade refill. I decided no to put names in this note because I believe every person needs a second chance. My wife and I decided no to go nor recomend this place at all....unless you are from a race they prefer and dress with Gucci or tommy hilfiger clothing....yup 2020 sad but true believe it or not.

The new drive thru system isnt working... they have people out in the street taking orders. Ive been here a few times and Im convinced the system is slower. The food is always great though!

Fries were unsalted, ordered two sandwiches both had the pickles placed on top of each other in one spot. They had a ton of workers just standing around and not one of them can apparently make a sandwich right

They have closed their dining room so the drive thru lines are very long. You cant order ahead and them bring it to your car.

I ordered around 10:30 in the morning at drive-thru and have to wait like 20 min. to get my sandwich and the guy at the register wasnt nice, is the 1st time and place that this happens...Ill give 4 stars for the food not for the service

The authority on southern fried chicken sandwiches. There are no other comparisons for fast food in this category. Their waffle cut fries are to die for. Their Cobb salad is the best with pieces of their chopped fried chicken breast on it and their avocado cilantro dressing. Dont forget their chicken soup! Its just like grandma made. Wash it all down with their signature lemonade or ice tea, both unsweetened and sweet. The perfect fast food meal. I like my spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles and thr Chik Fila sauce!
