Chicken Republic’s sandwiches were so delicious. Juicy chicken, fresh bread, and just the right portion. They had so many flavors. We had the Nashville, classic, and pb&j sandwiches. All equally amazing. Easy to find parking and it’s free too.
Hidden tasty Gem! Big fan of the chicken which is crispy and juicy. Also they have a big list of sauces that hit the spot!! Also for the amount of food you get, it is such a good deal! Enjoy!
Great fried chicken in central Hollywood, they marinate their chicken for 24 hrs according to the guy there, really tender too, fries are crispy and the sauces are flavorful but not overwhelming. Very little seating available if you have a group.

My family and I are visiting Cali from Texas, got a recommendation to come check out chicken republic and it was worth it. The pb&j was surprisingly delicious and the Nashville was the perfect amount of spicy. It was juicy and fresh and we had a great time and it was fast too.
I love their Big Bang wrap! My favorite with dynamite sauce!! and when I want to be healthy I replace the fries with extra coleslaw ;) depending if it’s cheat day or not!

Guys! This is THE best fried chicken place in LA. The breading on the chicken is unbelievable and the sauce selection is so diverse. Not one of those places that just gives you a spicy level, there are so many different sauces. My favorite is the buffalo and PBJ. Also the combos come with me and cheese, fries AND coleslaw. Such a good value. The owner is so nice and friendly. Go give it a try.

I’ve been here 3 times. Chicken is always juicy on the inside and crispy crunchy on the outside. You get to sample the sauces before you order and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

It didn’t take them long to go from a delicious thick chicken sandwich to a thin little disappointing sandwich while also raising the cost. We lost interest if this is the direction they are going. Better chicken sandwiches can be had at any of the local fast food joints.

Came here on a whim with my niece. Had one of the best chicken sandwiches Ive ever had. We both had the dynamite to try it out and Im already making plans to try the aloha. Service was nice, there was only one guy doing all the work and he clearly has some passion for it based on how phenomenal the food looked and tasted. Excited to come back.
This restaurant has great service and food. They have their own sauces for the fried chicken. They let me sample the sauces. I chose parmesan-garlic and teriyaki, both delicious. The plain French fries are delicious on their own, but better with ranch dressing. My wife and I love this place and we will definitely return soon!!!

I played the traditional sauce of Nashville, which in my fine opinion exceeds legendary flavor status. I also had a sampling of my wife’s lovely and spot on Buffalo and blue cheese, please do read into that. There is more to explore at this quaint yet outstanding place to grub. We will return for more culinary delights at a price point that is surprisingly outrageously affordable. Maximum value. I’m calling out that Chicken Sandwich chain from my neck of the woods. They may waffle fries but the Republic demanded shoestring fries with nacho cheese diced pickles and onion, it’s so good. You will not be disappointed, until it becomes a regular chain and is ruined by that thing we love commodification.

I ordered the supreme plate with two chicken sandwiches and fries. You wont go hungry or be disappointed the sandwiches were tender and full of flavor the fries were cooked perfect . You definitely get your money worth. I will definitely order again

Sooo good. Went on their opening day and I got the first special with the fries corn and coleslaw. Everything had such great flavor. Love that it is a mom and pop shop as well. They were so very nice. Also got the spicy coconut flavored sauce, it was perfect. Big portions too.

Ive been here a few times, and wow its good. The chicken is soft, they made a coleslaw that really works with the chicken, and the sauces Ive tried are excellent.El Classico is their in-house standard, it has a sweetness to it and 0 kick. Flavor rich, and not a thick sauce.Dynamite is like a sweet-sour sauce with some heat to it. Tastes like it would belong on a Chinese restaurant menu, I liked it.Island flavor has coconut, mango, and habanero. I found the habanero to be pretty overpowering, but the habanero flavor works with the sweetness of the rest of it super nicely. Maybe I will come back to this when I raise my spice tolerance!Try the cheese and relish and onion fries if youre willing, its a very interesting side and I always eat EVERY fry.

I dont waste time reviewing places that arent 5 star experiences. This place certainly didnt disappoint. Main guy (owner maybe) and the dude working the counter were friendly, not overkill. I love places like this, simple but quality grub walking distance from my apartment. I’m working my way down the list to try them all. 😋Would show you a photo but I was too busy eating the delectable sandwich.

2023-10-21 20:11:41I stopped by here coincidentally after my doctors visit at Kaiser. The owner greeted me friendly and asked for my order. I decided to go for the El Clasico sandwich with garlic Parmesan fries and a coke. It took about 5min and was made fresh to order, and man was it delicious. Super fresh, moist and crunchy chicken filet. Bread is super tasty and the coleslaw gives it an amazing flavor. I enjoyed it a lot and had a pleasant conversation. I think this place deserves 5 stars and will hopefully expand in the future. The quality is great and the prices are super reasonable. Definitely will come again.
