Chicken Troopers in Norwalk

First time here, we came in for lunch.Very friendly cashier. Took our order, bring it was our first time, we didn’t know what to order, menu was easy Chicken plates chicken sandwiches and side. We ordered the honey chicken and chicken sandwiches with Side fries and drinks.The portions are big enough to share, I had mine for dinner that night, having so much left over.The flavor of the chicken was so so good. Fresh and flavorful. The rice was perfect.My husband and son loved their chicken sandwiches, they said the best they ever had.Forgot to add that our order didn’t take long, we were in and out from ordering to eating in less than 1 hour.We will Definitely be back.

First off, everyone here is so nice! Ive been here 3 times and no matter who it is everyone is just so nice!Last time I was here I ate with friends for lunch. I ordered the Nuclear Chicken. If you love flavor and dont mind some intense spice, you gotta try this. Flavor in every single bite. So good. Another fav is the half chicken with Special Sauce. That sauce is so good.They also serve alcohol. Try the yogurt soju if you havent already!

This place is delicious and groovy. The fried chicken is crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside.I loved the half chicken, all their chicken is good, but the chicken sandwich was something special. The Pretzel bun was a good choice. I dont normally like pretzel buns, but it went well with this sandwich.The army soup was good too, a classic.Be sure to get the sausage/rice cake stick.Pretty good.I lived in Korea for a few years and Ive tried a lot of the Korean fried chicken places in LA/OC at this point, but the flavors at Chicken Troopers remind me of eating in Korea. Of course, Korea has a wide range of flavors and even many kinds of fried chicken. Chicken Troopers is special, though, I feel like the owner really cares and knows what things should taste like. Overall great experience.Come for the chicken, stay for the disco.

Been eating here for a couple of years now. Not only is this the best Korean fried chicken Ive ever eaten, its the best FRIED CHICKEN Ive ever eaten!Crispy, juicy, and cooked fresh to order!Customer service has always been friendly, courteous, and very attentive.This chicken is DEFINITELY worth the seven-mile freeway drive for us!

The food was really good and we didnt have to wait that long. Also they give a generous amount of sides even though their sides are really rather inexpensive. Chicken was absolutely delicious once we got it home. I would definitely go again for the food.The setting is a bit odd Im not really sure what the disco ball is for. However, coupled with its raining men playing in background I imagine they want people to dance there. Theyve set the scene for it. All in all it seems that they havent really figured out what the theme of the interior design is considering theyve got soft lighting with candles on the tables but theyve got disco music and a disco ball. Macho man even came on while we waited.Parking on the other hand was really not that great they only have three spots and what they call their parking lot and the side streets arent great for parking.

The best chicken sandwiches that anyone has to offer. Better than Chick-fil-A, KFC, Popeyes, all of them.

I love this place! There isn’t a lot of variety for Fried Chicken on the west coast so I’m glad I tried this place out. Their fried chicken is amazing & so are their wings. I usually get half a chicken which is reasonably priced & feeds 2-3 ppl. The vibe is cool with the crystal ball & music going. It’s clean and the guys have great customer service. Definitely recommend.

Service is great !The food is amazing. Attention to quality.I ordered on a Sunday at 7:00pm for dine in. I ordered the kimchi chicken sandwich and the fries with gravy and a side of radish. The sand which was just right. The chicken was juicy and had a nice crunch on the outside. I Honestly can say it’s the best chicken sandwich I have ever tried. It has that pretzel bun which just compliments the whole sandwich . Fries were delicious of course with their in house made gravy.The inside has a nice disco ball that goes well with the music they have playing. Ambient is nice. The place is clean. I hope to see this place more full over time and that the owner has continued success.

I ordered the chicken trooper fries and they were absolutely amazing. The fries are loaded with pieces of chicken and topped of with jalapeños. The sauce is unbelievably delicious. I would never expect the dish to have as much flavor as it did. I recommend this restaurant to everyone, the prices are fair and the service is excellent.
