We went to grand opening and got a free promotional rare beef pho. We also ordered chicken eggrolls, garlic beef noodles, salt/pepper tofu, and chicken bahn mi. Everything was absolutely delicious especially the garlic noodles, tofu, and pho. We were also celebrating Hyunjin from SKZ bday lol

My family and I love pho and we go around trying pho and fried ricedFor the past 2 years I’ve only like 1 pho but today I definitely add this place to my favoriteFried Rice was delicious I loved itAnd customer service was greatWe felt so welcomed, thank you 😊We came in 2 min before closing (sorry)And they still said come inDon’t rush take your time ❤️omg excellent customer serviceAnd we got free ice creamWe will definitely make this our home pho 🍜

Robot waiter. Very convenient. Can order via phone and pay by phone. Obviously they have a wait staff and can do conventional ordering and paying. Good Vietnamese food. Friendly waiter. Shrimp spring rolls are excellent. Beef and noodles were pretty good.

First time in my life ever having food delivered by a robot. Cool place. Nice and WIDE OPEN, too. Had the chicken phô and the tofu spring rolls. Both were delicious. Service was exceptionally fast, and the server (owner?) who worked with the robot was very friendly. Ill be returning soon.

Flavor, quality, and amazing service! My family and I been here multiple times (both as a dine-in guests and for takeout) and have never been disappointed. Although we’ve ordered multiple menu items, here are some of my personal favorites:Pork spring rolls: I love that they aren’t overly full of fillers. Sometimes you get spring rolls at other places and it’s ALL noodles and/or greens. The pork is wonderfully flavorful and the noodle/green ratio is perfect.Salt and Pepper wings: SO crispy and as a garlic lover, I adore the full cloves of garlic with the peppers. I easily could eat an entire order on my own.Pho with brisket and meatballs: The best way I can explain the broth is clean but flavorful. I’ve had pho before that is laden in grease or tasted watered down. The pho here is delicious and comforting.The service is always SUPER friendly. I never feel rushed; always welcome. The interior is open, bright, and incredibly clean. And yes they have an adorable robot that delivers your food.If you’re looking for high quality Vietnamese food, this is your place.

Food was great! We got a shrimp roll appetizer, pho, and rice vermicelli. There is a cute robot helping wait tables alongside the waiter. Their homemade chili oil was quite good as well! Excited to have a new place to go here in escondido

Second time coming to chieu for dinner. I got the salt & pepper wings with the beef and garlic noodles. Food was really good both times. The gentleman working is really friendly and attentive. Will definitely be coming back again for lunch to try one of their banh mi sandwiches.

This restaurant has delicious mouth watering food & an outstanding group of welcoming staff! My husband and I tried it for the first time, got our order to go, & waited in the car while our meal was being cooked. Before we could go back into the restaurant to check on our order, a friendly member of the crew walked our meal out to our car. Then I realized I forgot to ask for boba in my Thai Tea. So my husband went back in and asked for a side of boba, when we were surprised with an extra one at no cost. Food is amazing; noodles, broth, and especially vegetables like the lettuce tasted so fresh and clean! We will be returning again sometime soon, I definitely found our new spot located in Escondido!

Our first time trying this new place and we were very happy with the service and how clean it is. The egg rolls, beef rice noodles, beef pho was all delicious. We will be back to try more on the menu!

Our Family LOVES this place. Delicious, fresh and very hot food comes right to your table with a robot and server. Owner is very nice and the cafe is clean. We have been 4 times in the short time they have been open.

Love this New Vietnamese restaurant. Fresh, Tasty, Generous Size & Good Price… We certainly will return to try different dishes.We had a traditional Pho Noodle soup with Seafood, the Broth is very tasty good & the Vietnamese rice noodle with Grilled Pork & fish sauce, surprisingly it tastes quite good, no fishy smell, etc… Certainly we will return to try different dishes… Also hope the desserts will be added to the menu, a popular & traditional “CHE BA MAU”… Thank You. This new place we just tried it and the food was exceptionally great taste and good variety in the menu. Service was very warm and helpful They even had a robot to help them serve which is good helper on busy days. We were lucky and got table right away. Thanks we be back

Wow! What a great place!! Fine dining food, in a fast casual setting. The soup and noodle dishes are served in nice double walled insulated metal bowls. Flavors are outstanding and cooked perfectly. Wings are crisp, peppers are warm but not soggy, Thai ice tea is awesome. The place is new, so everything is still nice and shiny. Very spacious with vaulted ceilings, wall of tall windows and nice rice paper style ceiling fans. Chairs are mid century modern, tables a nice black wood grain. Coolest thing of all, they have automated service robots that bring the plates out to your table for the waiter to present. Service was good, and unobtrusive. Very happy, will be back for sure.

Ordered the grilled pork banh mi to go. Best banh mi I can remember having! So good! Definitely worth a stop. Great staff and great service. Really nice dining area - I’ll be back!
