Chilis Grill & Bar in Hemet

Came here for lunch with a party of 5 people. The menu covered a wide variety of options for both food and drink. They have specials various days of the week for decent prices. The service was amazing, the lady we had was attentive and friendly. She was super helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and items. Food was fairly timely and good. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Total tab was around $100 with the tip. Only opportunities I would say is more handicap parking as none was available and that the Ziosks at the tables function appropriately. We had to wait several minutes to pay the bills because they were not working.

GET the CAJUN PASTA! It’s been a bit since I’ve gone to Chili’s and I was immediately reminded of why this restaurant is such a joy. The food was great, the service was wonderful and the overall vibes of the restaurant were welcoming! This Chili’s offers an array of alcoholic beverages if you’re looking for a tasty and eye-catching drink. The restaurant is great for big groups or smaller meet-ups and is pretty clean! I’ll be coming back soon!

I ordered curbside pick up, the app said 15-20 minutes and it would be ready. I arrived at 15 minutes and when I arrived I checked in, and the app said my food would be brought out shortly. 25 minutes go by so I decided to call and the person who answered said they would bring it right out. He brought the food out and I asked him what happened, he said nobody saw that I had checked in. So the food had been sitting for about 30 minutes, was cold and soggy. Such a terrible experience, my first and last curbside pickup.

A Chili’s is a Chili’s is a Chili’s, and I’m fine with that. Good service and good food and drinks all around. On this trip the three of us ordered each of the different wing flavors and they were all good. No complaints.

All in all a great visit. Food was prepared great and seasoned just right. We didnt have to wait long at and everyone seemed to be really upbeat. Unfortunately I cant remember the server name but she did an amazing job.

Jamie, our server, made our time at Chilis a happy, extremely enjoyable experience. She was very knowledgeable about the meals, offered and suggested all the little extras that make a meal over the top. Her service was attentive and thorough. She had a beautiful attitude that emulated calm and relaxation. She really went above and beyond. She was a joy to interact with and always had an uplifting smile on her face. The food was perfect and exactly what we asked for. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The atmosphere was uplifting and clean. Im sure the other servers were good, but Jamie is top shelf. Thank you, Jamie, for making our last meal here together, at Chilis, such a positive and pleasant experience. We really appreciate how you choose to represent yourself.

It was a great dinner having this delicious food. First time ordering Salmon and it taste awesome 👌 must try! 😋

9-11-22 pretty consistent visits now the three for 11 meals are pretty good and a good value. There will be some wait time for pickup expect 20 minutes or so but they seem to be sort staff and working really hard. The burger was really good as well as the new chicken tender type sandwich along with the fries and sides definitely will continue to come back. Be careful with the upsells theyre not mentioned as an upsell until it comes time to pay2-22-20 Got the fajitas and the theyre great for $122-15-2020 Update...The wait time is no joke during the weekends. Service is tough during that time also. Make sure to get on their email list to get some free chips and salsa.12-14-19 Update.... Another great visit; again the staff is awesome and accommodating. Refills are on point and fixes to any issues are quick even during busy times. Glad the management/owner give the members the authority to make necessary adjustments.Food is good and the 3 for 10 is a good deal.Try the mango tea; its good and burger was not just a frozen patty.Update as of 4-2019...Our server was excellent, plenty of refills and add-ons for our table and this was peak dinner time during a Tuesday evening.Chips and salsa were nice; being they were warm; cause who doesnt prefer warm chips.The burger was of better quality than their competition that does the bottomless fry thing (think similar to blue bird). Speaking of fries, these were well seasoned.Try the 3 for a 10 offer, theres value there.

Exactly what you should expect from Chilis. Decent food for a decent price. Service is efficient and drinks are quick. Ceasar salad is just a garden salad with ceasar dressing but again, its Chilis

Burnt our food and then proceeded to offer us more burnt rice instead of just immediately offering to discount the food.
