The service was absolutely great and the food was extremely delicious as usual. They had accidentally messed up our order but we didnt really notice because it was still so delicious and they gave us a free beer and fries to make up for it. I recommend trying this place especially if youre in a group. The food is easily sharable.

If youre looking for a place to indulge in some delicious food and have a good time with friends, this spot is definitely worth a visit. I stopped by on a Friday and was pleasantly surprised to find it wasnt too busy, which meant no long wait times - always a plus in my book. The food definitely lived up to expectations - I tried both the regular and spicy chicken, and while the latter was a bit sweeter than expected, the regular chicken was perfectly crispy and satisfying. The service was also great, which always makes for a more enjoyable dining experience. All in all, Id definitely consider stopping by again, especially if Im in the neighborhood and craving some seriously tasty food. 🐷🐷

I loved the little robot server. But were here for Chimak House crispy, juicy, and finger licking good fried chicken. We ordered the soy garlic drumsticks and the sweet and spicy 1/2 chicken and Terra beer combo. Both dishes were delicious, however, I personally loved the soy garlic drumsticks. They add a free side of cabbage salad and pickled radish...both were very tasty. Price was very reasonable and will definitely be back.

Food is outstanding! Everything spicy had a good kick and not over the top where you cant taste flavors. Service was good when they came around. Not many servers and used robot for table side delivery. Played kpop and hip hop.

The fried chicken was amazing! Like nothing Ive ever had. The fries were surprisingly good too, almost outdoing the chicken! Friendly polite and attentive staff! The Robot server was a little rude, and not very talkative haha. Im joking he was so cool!! And yes they have an actual robot server he brought us water and napkins, so cool!

I wanna say first and foremost that I regret not coming here sooner. Me and my friends passed this places so many times and now I love it. I came on a date and the food was delicious the wings we ordered were sweet and spicy! The blend was both so good and overpowering at moments but it’s worth it for the flavor! The TaKoyaki was good and I had no complaints about it and so were the dumplings. The rice cake dish was spicy and I had never tried it before until today and I don’t regret tasting it. For alcohol the waiter recommended me a good soju and for a first time taster of soju it was a smooth experience I really enjoyed it. I love spicy food and will be making sure me and my car club come swing by this awesome little place to eat, I encourage anyone reading this to try it out. Thank you brian for the amazing experience I can’t wait to come again. I go to Cerritos college and am not far from here, whenever I’m out with friends cruising the night or on a date with the lady this place is a welcoming spot to drink and eat after a long day.

Ordered for pick up by phone and it was a breeze! They had all the precautions set up with hand sanitizer available. More importantly, the food was BOMB. We got an order of shocking spicy half chicken and a drums &cutlet box set. The chicken was all real crispy and delicious. I LOVED the fries that came with the half chicken, pleasant surprise to find fries in my order lol. We got level 2 spicy, and it was very spicy... Painful for me to eat but my Thai boyfriend liked the level of spicy and thoroughly enjoyed it. Flavor was good, think Ill get level 1 for myself next time 😅 . The box set was a great deal, I couldnt eat everything in one sitting. Everything was well worth it and delicious. It even came with pickled turnips!!!! I highly recommend! Friendly staff and parking lot available ☺️

The food is delicious. I have to go back to try the Korean cheesy cutlets next time. The Korean fried chicken is flavorful. The servers need a little more training on the menu. (Had to look at menu to figure out what we ordered) other than that, good food. Will be back. After 8:30pm to close they have a late night happy hour. Beers are like $4 or less. And the appetizers are under $6 I believe. Music choice is catchy and booths give some privacy with the walls put in for covid.

Best Fried Korean Chicken Ive Ever Tried!!! It reminds me of Bosco moms fried chicken. I think the chicken here is better though. Great beer and chicken spot. Brings back good memories when I eat here. I enjoyed it!

Tried 3 menus1. Spicy soy chicken: It is spicy!!! But the soy marinade is on the spot. Not salty at all and balanced2. Spicy cheesy chicken: it is not as spicy but cheese with chcken thigh + the sauce is soooooooo goood. Make sure you mix rice with the sauce3. Curry chicken: curry cheesey sauce with french fries and tender strips, I love it!!

Ordered Family Combo # 1 (whole chicken, small dukbokki, 3 spam rice balls and mixed fries) for pick-up. I ordered the whole chicken with only soy garlic as the flavor, but got a half and half with the original flavor instead. Also, half chicken with bones and half tenders, so I am just confused if this is how they make/serve their whole chicken? I am not sure if they got my order wrong, since its my first time ordering. Regardless, everything was good, huge portions and price is on point.TIP: Order via their website (they have a convenience fee).

Chicken tenders were incredibly juicy and double fried and fries were perfectly crispy! Also did the kimchi rice ball where they give you gloves and you form your rice ball yourself. It tasted amazing. I was too full when I got the and still ended up eating meat of the meal or group was supposed to be splitting.

Fun atmosphere more like bar food. With loud music videos but still can have a conversation while in semi private booths with low walls.Its known for beer and fried chicken.We ordered bulgolgi plate with rice and whole chicken.. Americans cut chicken into 8 pieces with bones. But these were cut into like 16 pieces with an odd mix of some with some without pieces of bone. We good sweet spicy then waiter suggested original.. he kept warning about the spicy level which wasnt hot. And original that had no flavor. Meh. Ok just but amazing imo. Bulgolgi was good and Terra beer.. left satisfied

All around a great place to eat. First time, sat in shortly after doors open Thursday night so it felt like quiet fine dining. Can see how it can pick up on a weekend and have more of a sit in bar experience.Food was cooked great all around. Ordered wings (bone-in sweet and sour) and tenders (soy garlic) both came with fries. Though light on fries for the wings both dishes were delicious with just the right amount of spices for the taste.Clean and inviting at the dining room, did not visit the restroom.

The soy garlic wings are absolutely 🔥🔥🔥, my new go to spot for Korean wings. Dont even bother with the other flavors, soy garlic is just so much better. The staff is also really friendly and the owner dude with the bucket hat is a cool dude. Will definitely be coming back with new people.

The food and environment are honestly amazing, its a great bang for your buck you get a bunch of food with your order. Most options on the meal are big enough to where both you and the person youre eating with can share its a 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who loves fried chicken. :)

The picture says Good Day but it was a Great Night !The food was amazing The vibe was exceptional!We ordered the Kimchi chicken fried rice, I honestly cant remember the soup, (fish something I believe) and 20 pieces of wings! (Soy Garlic flavor).I would definitely recommend wet wipes for after the wings! I didnt like using so much napkins, especially when I was pouring that Soju! He he.Thank the amazing host for a wide variety of music and even entertaining us and educating us on a few things ❣️🦋

As a Korean person, we have Korean fried chicken(kfc) more than few times a month. A friend recommended this place and i decided to give it a try. This was, by far, the best tasting Korean Fried Chicken Ive had in years. Juicy and not oily. Seasoned just right. Definitely coming back as this is my go to place for chicken now.

Wanted some wing so thought to give this place a shot. Im more of a traditional wing guy but I saw that they had boneless spicy chicken with melted mozzarella and could not pass it up. I also got an order for soy wings. Bruhh....the flavor in the food was on point. Chicken wings were one of the best soy garlics that Ive ever had. Spicy chicken with mozzarella had enough kick in them. Spice wasnt overpowering which balanced well with the flavor of the chicken. Highly recommend.

What a great addition to the already saturated Korean Fried Chicken market thats in Buena Park/Fullerton. Came here with my buddy Eddie and couldnt be more satisfied.Whats different with Chimak House is the passion driven by the owner. Other places have staff running the house, but here the owner makes sure every order is precisely taken care of and meets your needs.The fried chicken is fresh, crispy and has the right amount of batter. The shocking spicy is truly spicy and meets my level tolerance.With fried chicken, comes sides. You cant eat chicken without them. Sides are delicious here. The white radish gives a cool refreshing after taste after you bite down the on deep fried chicken batter. The coleslaw salad produces a nice crunch and blends well with the homemade thousand island dressing. The corn salad is amazing and provides another layer of dimension as you chomp down on the chicken.Prices are competitive from chicken places in my area and I dont mind the extra drive for better carefully cooked and crafted attention to detail Korean fried chicken. Cant wait to take out from this place again and order more for friends and family.

I liked it because the batter wasnt too thick and it didnt smell like chicken. Both soy garlic and spicy seasonings were good. Usually, when I go to a chicken restaurant, there are a lot of places where the tables get sticky because of the grease, but thats not the case here at all. I think they take great care in keeping the store clean. The owner is also very kind. I intend to visit again.
