Never coming back here I order bbq pork fried rice it tasted bland and it didnt have alot of meat it was nothing but fat pieces this places is terrible now only thing was okay was the servers do not recommend there are better places then this....

Ordered two chicken and broccolis through Uber Eats. These are advertised to feed 2-3ppl each (laughable upon arrival). We only received one steamed rice, though advertised that each meal comes with a steamed rice. You do the math - we should’ve received two steamed rices.Moving on to taste and texture:1) The reviews are spot on about the chicken being chewy and low grade. I pulled SIX pieces of chicken gristle out of my mouth upon consumption (my partner counted four in theirs).2) The meal was heavily salted and smothered in garlic. There was an unidentified mucus-like texture amongst the chicken. If you’ve ever had old chicken develop a mucus-like texture in the back of your fridge, you know what I’m talking about. It was yellow and disgusting. I spit out my food immediately.Leaving two stars bc the broccoli looked fresh and my dog enjoyed the meal.Review Date: August 7, 2023

Disappointing... I had to wait for my order, because the orange chicken was out. Sweet! The fresher, the better. Not in this case. The chicken and sauce both tasted burnt. The chow mein was also very tough. The noodles were very chewy. The servers were acting like they had a line going out the door, but only two people in line. After paying for my order and waiting, I was a bit hesitant to ask when I was going to get my order. Just needs better customer service and lighter tone. The plus side is that they did have great portions!

The food was great but the Orange chicken was hard to chew. Although it was great the worker was shy and quiet so i had to ask her 4 times how much money was it going to be. And then while eating there were teenagers maybe 13 smoking outside and then they came inside and started playing with there basketball INDOOR and then they went to the bathroom and they were screaming. WORST EXPERIENCE

This was one of the worst Chinese places Ive ever eaten, the oil they used to cook was old, the food wasnt fresh the noodles were way too sweet and the young man at the counter forgot to give us our teriyaki sauce.

Terrible customer service. Found a long hair in my food as soon as I opened it. Told the manager and she then started to argue saying it wasn’t their fault and none of them have long hair. This went on for about 5 mins before my husband got up and told her all we wanted was a new plate. She continued to argue and said sure but it’s not our fault. Never eating here again. Awful customer service.

Food is good when is fresh. Not sure what happened, but last time I went orange chicken messed me up. It was not fresh for sure. I ended up blowing it almost every 30 mins. I wanted to take my laptop to the restroom work from there.Could not work and have to go home sick and thirsty.

Been buying from them for a couple decades now. Consistently good food. The Combo C is still a good deal even though the prices have gone up. Two Combo Cs feeds a family of four with leftovers, unless you have a hungry teen boy. I recommend them...

The food is usually really good but they’re really stingy with the sweet and sour sauce at both locations for some reason. I got wontons as an appetizer and sweet and sour chicken and they gave me one teeny little bottle that was only a quarter of the way filled up for both food items. I asked for extra sauce too(I ordered from grub hub). Even if it were only the chicken that I had ordered there is no way that this teeny little bottle is gonna be enough. (Not the first time I’ve ordered with them and this happens)

My experience was horrible. First day overcharge you on the pork items then they overfill the other side so that the pork item portion is less. And I waited 10 minutes for one of my items while my food got cold and they kept telling me two more minutes over and over again.

Back in the day this place was great. Now no words can describe how horrible it is. Teriyaki chicken tasted like egg yolk?? Not even a hint of teriyaki flavor. When I took a closer look I noticed the chicken was a greenish grey color. Needless to say I threw the entire 3 item meal away. Immediately after just the few bites I had my head started to hurt and stomach started making noises. Then straight to the bathroom where I made many trips. It finally came to an end late the following night. You people should be ashamed of yourselves for selling this awful excuse for food. Never again!!

Not the best customer service. I did not eat there, but I got food for my brother. He said the chow mein was good, but the orange chicken was just okay. Giving it 2 stars because of customer service and how they were just throwing everything around from the food, to my credit card, and the receipt as well. They did not seem very happy there.

Drove 15+ minutes to go try this place for the first time. I got the teriyaki chicken. Lady asked if I wanted the sauce on the side and I said yes. Drive 15+ minutes back open up my food and surprise. No sauce. Now Im stuck here with some plain no flavor chicken...

Always a great choice for taste and value. Compared to Panda Express, the food tastes better, the portions are not stingy and more bang for your buck. The lunch staff get to know their customers making them feel welcome - not familiar with night staff, sorry. Its fast!! You can drive in, park, walk into restaurant, order, have order filled, pay and walk out in 3 minutes. Portions are generous and pricing is excellent. I usually get the B-combo with golden fried fish, jalapeño chicken and chow mein. The dumpling soup is also a great choice, but it takes a small amount of time. Ive been going here since 2002. Its consistently good everytime.

Have you ordered before? Yes You know the Dinner for Two comes with only one plate? Uh okayWhile this place has great food at great prices, they openly nickle and dime you. You get the designated number of plastic plates. Dont bother asking the manager (or the other people while the manager is around) for another plate because you will be refused one. Nothing cheapens your dining experience like being refused a plastic plate. You can not have a to-go bag if you ate in. If you order to-go, you will get a bag instead of your plate. No substitutions.

Terrible orange chicken, and I couldn’t even finish my fried rice bc every other bite had egg shells. If I could give no stars, I would. There’s always problems there. The fountain drinks are never carbonated enough and they buy their bottled drinks from Vons and sell them for like $2 more.

This place is a total rip-off. $40 for one plate of food (that they did not get correct), one bowl (bland), and a couple of drinks. Also, they advertised free items with a certain amount purchased. I did not get those items. I will never waste my money there again.

China Bistro is one of the best quick Chinese takeout or eat-in restaurants in its local region. The food is consistently good, and the front seating is kept clean. I personally think that both the quantity and quality if the food here surpass PF Changs. My wife and I usually buy the Orange Chicken on nights we have a craving for Chinese food.

November 2, 2019 as of 11:40 am I called them through the sign language interpreter and I told the person that I am going to order several dishes thru Uber Eats. I had to call them for a specific ingredient due to allergic and the person is really rude then asked me to call back later!!! Actually it’s NOT busy at 11:42 am and I’m surprised the person is a liar working for China Bistro! I’m not going to support their business and will share to all social media! Food is overall good. It seems less food process than other places. We constantly order the family meal and wonton soup. I have noticed a change in how they cook, less seasons and vegetables.The food is generally acceptable. Less processed food than other places. They could use more seasonings and vegetables. We ordered the family meal and a wonton soup on the side.
