Waited over 20 mins for fresh beef & broccoli and when it was finally ready they still gave me the old soggy broccoli at the bottom. Thats disrespectful. PLUS THEY GIVE SMALL PORTIONS NOW. I am never coming here again.

This is my familys favorite chinese place, always hefty servings, the pic is after eating. Other than the hot trays you can order dishes on the menu. Only con is my daughter loves the coin machine toys but the candy is never changed and old.

1st time here and the last time. The food looked all right but Why is the beef n broccoli covered in some pink stuff so unnatural🤔 The Kung pao was not great, the rice noodle was ok but had to add chili for flavor. Very dissatisfied.

Its OK Chinese food as the flavor was a bit flat. The restaurant was pretty clean overall. Food was surprisingly reasonably priced considering all the high inflation going on, so thats good.Would come again to support local business.

I do not recommend this place. I ordered to go and asked for teriyaki sauce and hot sauce and was charged for it. On top of that the lady was very rude and pulled the sauces out even after paying for them. I had a really bad experience.

I think my expectations were to high. As whenever I have gone into a Chinese fast food I have never had to special order something. The variety wasnt there as they hardly had anything. I was very disappointed and will not be going back. If my husband would have been with us he would have walked out as there was only one beef side. Also their egg rolls were burnt. Plus they were not very friendly especially for being in the type of business they are in.

I eat here once or twice a month the prices are good and so is the food. The service is is always good and the are always friendly. I love there General Tsos and Mushroom Chicken but it doesnt stop there all there food is great. The food is always fresh and if not they will make it while you wait. I wouldnt eat at any other place but this. And I always have leftovers 😋

This place was recommended to me and Im picky about my Chinese food. This place was pretty good. Black pepper chicken was pretty good and so was the mushroom chicken. The chicken was good, tasted fresh unlike most places Ive been too. The noodles are thick and filling. Everything had good flavor. Going to try the thinner noodles soon those are my actual favorite so we shall see.

Love this place! The chow mein is seriously the best Ive had and the portions are amazing! On Fridays and Saturdays (for now) if you order two combo meals you get a bowl free. My husband and I usually go on a Sunday, and get the free bowl for his lunch the next day. The pepper chicken is my favorite, give it a try! And get a vegetable roll too!

The food is pretty fresh and the price is right, we were greeted and were treated very well upon arrival. Not exactly what Im used to when it comes to Chinese food but, its alright for a quick bite. The soups are prepared at the time of order so thats a plus for me. I will continue to return there and recommend it to my family and friends that are in the mood for Chinese.

I dont go to a take out Chinese food place expecting the same customer service as I would a nice sit down restaurant. I go for hot, fresh, delicious food that I can order and take home quickly, which is what Ive gotten here 99% of the time.I have never experienced rudeness from the staff, stoicism is not the same thing as abject rudeness. The portions are generous, the price decent, and I have always experienced friendly staff. In my extensive customer service experience, the customers that are treated with less joy are the ones who treat others as if theyre beneath consideration of respect and kindness.

Food is usually good. Customer service is not the best. Most recently I went inside to place an order to go. There Whats a couple inside the restaurant waiting for their food and both of them were coughing up a lung. When I mentioned it to the lady behind the counter, she asked me if I would like a fork. I left the restaurant without ordering and I called to complain about the situation. The worker told me that it was fine everything was OK, and asked me if I would like to do my order over the phone and come pick it up . I am not happy

Well i thought i would give them another try after they changed owners. First time was disappointed with the customer service and the food. Today customer service was good but the fried rice was dry the orange chicken was dry with no sause with it. The broccoli beef was ok but no sause. Dont think ill be going back. Use to be a really good place. Well i came back firguring almost a year might change the place. If your hungry they give plenty of good. No sweet and sour chicken or pork. Had the broccoli beef and the onion chicken both had no flavor will not go backWent there again should have known better broccoli beef had a wired taste to it some of the beef could not eat rice seems to be 3 to 4 days old 8 dollors for rice and one item no way will i go back

I am sorry but these two one star reviews are full of it. I have been to this place dozens of time and the food is AMAZING! There are times where we can see that some of the food especially the orange chicken or mushroom chicken doesnt look as fresh and guess what they always offer to make it to order for you. All you need to do is ask. And no I do not work there I just enjoy the food, the price is unbeatable and the amount of food they give you is much more than horrible places like Panda Express. Dont believe me go in and try it and if you are someone who only likes cooked to order, just ask them to cook to order they will do it for no extra charge.

Customer service was fine, but the food was garbage. Orange chicken, chow mein, and egg fried rice are all the most popular food items when anyone thinks of chinese food. The orange chicken was completely undercooked and cold in the middle, it had no flavor at all. The chow mein and rice had no flavor to them either. Probably wont be going back

Fresh take-out Chinese. Prices on par for take-out. Friendly employees. Gave me 2 free eggrolls for waiting patiently while they cooked up more Japanese chicken. If you pay cash they give you a coupon for next time you come in (within about 2 weeks).

Ive been here quite a few times. The food is ok and the portions are plenty but everything else about this restaurant is no good.The staff are generally unfriendly. Some worse than others.They will not inform me of extra charges and signs are sometimes missing. Such as the 75 cent extra sign on the Japanese chicken and the 49 cent charge for using a card to pay.When I ask for water I need to pour from a pitcher and there is usually some flakes of something at the bottom of my cup.I need to find a new spot...

Do not trust these people or order off their DoorDash menu. I ordered 2 of their duck dishes which is $28 per order. They replaced the roast duck which they claimed to not have with a different kind of duck dish that was $10 more. When my dasher gets there I call the restaurant to double check that they indeed had duck because they’re difficult to understand with their broken English. A lady answered and told me they had no duck at all and only serve chicken, pork, and beef which are way cheaper than duck. She tried to get me to replace duck and chinese mushrooms which they also didn’t have with chicken and broccoli which is like $6 on their menu compared to the $30 for the duck dish. Not even offering the chicken at the regular price. No, they wanted the duck price for fuc*** chicken! An at least $20 difference!

Having the crispy orange chicken took me back to high school when I would go to my favorite place in Orange County. So that was an awesome feeling while eating. Definitely looking forward to trying out something else from there, the jalapeño chicken was good, just had a sample though. Only thing that was meh to me was the teriyaki sauce. And I know good teriyaki sauce haha. Other then that I’ll definitely be back!

Its always a hit or miss situation when I go to eat there. Sometimes its good and other times terrible. The food looked like it had been sitting there a long time. I took a chance because I was hungry. I was sorely dissapointed again. I tell myself I am not going to eat there again. And then I do, such a vicious cycle. I gave them a (2) rating!

September 13, 2009. I ordered Combo B and was served by a nice woman, but my husband was served by a very rude lady whose name is Sue, he ordered Combo C, this Sue rolled her eyes as my husband ordered. My husband asked if he could have 2 entrees separated from the rice because he didnt want one spicy entree to touch his rice but this lady didnt do it. When I ordered a drink, this Sue picked a cup and touch the inside of my cup with her fingers. I asked for a different cup that she didnt touch the inside of and she rudely said that we can look at the video since they have cameras to prove that she never touched the inside of my cup. I told her to go ahead and look at the video, and then she says shes busy. I asked for my money back and returned the food that my husband and I ordered. This lady as we walked out was yelling, This is not even worth it. This Sue is very rude. She owes us an apology. If she doesnt know how to be nice to customers then she should not work serving people. We had a very bad experience at China Bowl in Yucaipa.

The lady tried over charging my family and i, it is 6.99 for a 3item plate but she charged me 50$ for 4 plates, when i asked for my reciept she was acting like she couldnt give it to me, when i checked my reciept, she had over charged me 3$ extra on each plate, i confronted her!
