China Cook in Ontario

China Cook serves authentic Chinese food, as good as Panda. I want to say the prices are the same. The lady at the counter was very kind. Ordered 2 small items ala cart, orange chicken and the chicken and zucchini with mushrooms, both were delicious. The tables and the inside very clean I also noticed they have great prices on party tray’s, give them a try!

This fast Chinese food is located on the corner of Archibald and East Riverside in the Ralphs shopping center with plenty of parking. Good food selection ready to pack. The two ladies working today were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of seating. The fried rice lacks a bit of flavor but I personally like less salty foods so it worked out, their Teriyaki sauce could be thicker. I bought a Teriyaki bowl with steamed rice priced at $6.50, combo A which consists of rice and/or Chow Mein with 1 item priced at $7.19 and combo B which consists of rice and/or Chow Mein with 2 items priced at $8.58. Prices are competitive and portions are decent. I enjoyed their Orange Chicken and Broccoli Beef, tasted pretty fresh.

Best fast casual Chinese in town! Consistent! Everything is a bit fried and greasy but I personally don’t mind that. They do charge a .59¢ for card payment. Best thing is that they don’t skimp on potions!

I stopped by for dinner for my family, the food was fresh and hot, taste was good/decent. Would totally come back and try other items.

When I got there things started off funny I asked for double teriyaki and she put double orange chicken . 13 hour day I wasn’t trying to explain so I just ordered two extra teriyaki so I can get what I asked for . When she put my total in is where I’m not happy . She put my total in 17$ n some change I seen on the little digital display then suddenly it went to 20$ and some change instantly i realized she clicked to add tip and whatever percentage she wanted .. I was gonna tip her anyway but it’s not cool to add a tip to someone when they didn’t click to add a tip I hope someone sees this and isn’t gonna get taken for 3$ . She helped me for 4 items and rice took her 1 minute I mean I’m sure she’s worth a tip but 3$ a minute I don’t even make that much 😂 definitely not gonna let that happen again be ware they are out there scamming people for tips that they don’t deserve as much as they are taking not given .

Overall good food, like everywhere else the prices have gone UP and the portions have been reduced.Just ordered a 2 meat plate, the rice had no flavor.

Probably best chinese food you can get in the area! Theres a new owner and its even better now. Get the teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and green bean chicken.

One lady puts a ton of food and thr other puts hardly any. Maybe find a middle ground. Lol

The people were very kind, with quick service. The food was not all that, except for the fried shrimp and cream cheese wontons were good. Doubtful well return.
