Service sucks. Cashier is rude! Food is not the best. Place looks dirty. Price is on middle ground... AND they charge you extra when you ask for hot sauce!!!! 😵Youre better off going to a Panda. 😅

I placed the order i always order & yesterday i got my meat RAW & it smelled OLD ! I called to see what they tell me and some guy answered like if he was bothered when IM the one that should be bothered & he went ahead and told me they dont do there food like that & i was readin other reviews and it hasnt just happened to me👎🏻🤢 the girl that answered the phone doesnt even know wat to say. Do better 👎🏻

Michelle owned the restaurant for years! This was my favorite restaurant, but not anymore!The restaurant has a new owner! They dont cook the food the same at all! Food taste old and the chicken is undercooked, not once but 3 times something was wrong with my order! Just nasty! I will not be returning!

It’s been bad since new ownership!! They lie the prices on menu, they accused my brother of stealing, cashier was extremely rude, and the service was terrible!!! They forgot to bring our eggroles, forgot a soup, and we had to ask for our drinks about 5 times. We are not coming back ever again.

We ordered Take out and got the Orange Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and Chicken Fried Rice. My Son, Fiance and myself had the worst food poisoning for 2 days. I do not recommend this establishment to anyone, we will never go there again. Its run down and if you look in the kitchen its completely cluttered and looks unsanitary, We are so disgusted with this place.

I am really surprised that this place has this much good review . I ordered the family dinner plate that comes with won ton soup, fried rice, sweet and sour pork, broccoli beef, Steam rice and fried wonton. The food was horrible there is not Chinese about this place and food is not Chinese . The fried rice was plain and soggy. The sweet and sour was also plain . The wonton soup was plain the broth taste like water with little soy sauce. The broccoli was hard and beef tasted slimy and old . I am very disappointed. No one here work here is asian. I find it disrespectful to call this Chinese food but not cook it correctly like Chinese food

Been trying to make a pre-order with this place for my members in Salinas. Mario the owner refuses to sell food to me. Very unfortunate and I would steer clear of this place. Plenty of quality Chinese restaurants in the area.

This place has continually gone down hill. Idk why they serve over cooked brown rice as fried rice and tastes nothing like it should in either form. Very oily noodles and im not exactly sure if what part of the chicken said meat came from. It was more like cartilage. Prices have went up no way is it worth the cost. Last time we ate here because my husband swears its the best place he was sick for 2 days. He has since changed his opinion and will not return.

Amazing fast and friendly service.Food is good, their chowmein is to die for (to my taste) it has a bit of a garlic taste which I love! Prices are good. For 3 plates, a side of crab ragoons and 3 sodas it was 38 bucks!

As soon as we walked in, we smelled wet dog. The carpet was filthy and smelled terrible. The wallpaper is peeling and the walls were dirty. We ordered the combination chowmein and we had to return it as they forgot to put the shrimp in it. The manager came with a small bowl of chowmein with a few shrimp in it. The chowmein was not edible; it was extremely greasy and no flavor. The BBQ Pork and broccoli was a fail. There were little bits of pork in it and big pile of broccoli. The server never checked back on us and we needed refills on our drinks.The manager was rude with us when I said we were not paying for the chowmein as we left it untouched. He was verbally abusive and said because we ordered the chow mein, we had to pay for it even though we did not eat it. We did not pay for it and he told us to never come back again. Not a problem!! Avoid this place.

Bought dinner here to go and the chowmein and won ton soup had a nasty after taste like something old had to stop my kids from eating it before they got food poisining I never had a problem with this spot till now. Wont go back!

This place is by far the only good chinese restaurant in Salinas, the only. Sort of oily rice but its good with some lemon sauce and hot sauce. Everything else is fairly tasty. For those of you comparing it to a Mexican reataurant, you need to go eat at a Mexican Restaurant. Try Watsonvilles Delicias and The Frijolito, then youll know its far from Mexican ^=^! The employees are soooo sweet, youll like the attentiveness. Just remember, theyre busy! so dont expect them to dedicate their lives to you. Chinese House wasnt opened for you, its for everyone so play fair ;) Okay bye!
