Ordered dine in dinner and I got the Beef Chow Fun and Mongolian Lamb and some sake for my husband. It was fantastic, super delicious and the mongolian lamb was so flavorful and a good amount of spicy. Dine in wasnt too busy since it was Mothers Day, but a lot of people were getting to-go orders. The workers were kind and there were great views from the dining room, even the decorations in the whole restaurant were beautiful. All around 10/10, so happy we tried this place out!

Wonderful Chinese restaurant with pleasing scenery and Chinese atmosphere. The selections were many and the four we tried were delicious ! Prompt and friendly service. Will come again !

Excellent! I first visited China Villa about six months ago and have been eating there or getting take out nearly every week since then. Terrific food, beautiful decor, friendly people, and nice location on the water. Great vegan options.

This place needs a refresh. The decor is nice and the staff is nice enough (though varries from day to day). The food is not great through. After trying several of their signature dishes, it lacks the fresh taste and spice you find in more successful Chinese restaurant food. To the restaurant manager: Please work on adding more flavor to your food. Your business will do much better with it.

Family gathering brought me here. Nice setting in Alameda, next to water isle peaceful scenery outside restaurant. Service is 4 stars. Food above average for American Chinese menu, however, do not expect authentic Chinese flavors. My mother thought Crab Puffer is made of real crab (but its just wanton skin filled with cheese that somewhat resembles crab claws). Will recommend as great nice atmosphere for group gathering but not for foodies.

The food was pretty good! I like their Kong-Pao Chicken and sorted chow-mein. Usually the service was nice. But the waiter who took our orders was very impatient and couldnt really understand our desired dishes. We ended up with wrong dishes. Normally we would ask them to correct the mistake. It was 2 oclock already and near their afternoon break, so we just swallowed it anyway. Later, we asked for doggy bags, he, instead of packing the left over for the customers, he just simply threw 2 boxes for 3 dishes and 1 soup for us to pack our ourselves. We finally got another young guy who kindly and courteously packed all the dishes for us. I hope their manager would would see this article and made the improvement for the service of this certain individual.As of February 2016, the service staffs have improved quite a lot. The young gentleman was quite courteous and helpful. We were even greeted by the host lady. Very impressed.Dining experience has become more enjoyable.Thank you so much!By the way, the seafood signature has very little items and portion in it. Better not order it for your dinner.

I ordered “three greens with garlic sauce”, to go.My order was handed to me in a paper bag. I placed it on the floor of my car, on the way home it tipped over and leaked garlic sauce all over my cars carpet.When I opened the bag, the only thing in the carton were vegetables. No rice. REALLY?!If rice is extra, at least tell people.

Yum, yum, yum, the garlic chicken wings are finger licking good. The skin is perfectly crunchy. Once you bite into the golden crunchy skin, you are met with moist and tender chicken meat. Now I know why people order the garlic chicken wings by the tray full. You can get them spicy or non-spicy.

Took several guests here for an early dinner. Every single plate of food we ordered tasted the same. Bland and boring. There was no texture or flavor profile to anything we received. Never again.

Pretty good. Good service and good food in a pretty nice environment. This is not some fantastic place youd take every out of town visitor to, or your fiances family when they come to check you out. But it is a good place for lunch or dinner without ending up with buyers remorse over the bill or the food.

Great food and ambience. The view is spectacular. Salt and pepper pork and wings are fabulous. Hong Kong style crispy noodles are great, as well as the Mongolian beef.

I ordered General Tsos Chicken and got what they called their version....could not eat it...no taste...not at all spicy....too many water chestnuts...which I have never had in Gereral Tsos Chicken anywhere I have ordered it at many Chinese Food establishments all over the US !! China Villa is off my list when I am in the area !!!!!

Havent been here in over 15 years. Food was just as good as I remember it. My favorite is the szechuan beef. This is the only place that makes it the way I like it.

Worst experience ever 1 of the cooks was using the bathroom and didnt wash their hands with soap he just wet his hands only because I was there. Then I found a hair in my food. Not going back there again

Customer service is horrible. I called at 3 for delivery telling them my address and I was told to call back at 5:30 and when i did a lady very rudely told me they cant deliver over 2 miles. Im 2 miles from the restaurant and what makes it worse is they delivered to me numerous times before....NEVER AGAIN!!

The environment is quiet and beautiful, the seats are comfortable, the prices are reasonable, the service is enthusiastic, and the quality of the products is good. My favorite dish is the Herb Eggplant.
