I get food here all the time!Groceries are expensive in California, but I just buy the Teriyaki Chicken here and buy like the big 32 oz serving they have and make it last like 3-4 days!Its good food and the chicken is good!

The food was really good BUT I had to use the ladies room and to get to it you have to go through the kitchen... It sucks for them that there was an employee in there which gave me a nice long time to actually look around... There were rat poison pellets in Tupperware around the bags of potatoes etc... Which of course means RATS... Then there were the tubes of roach gel scattered in different spots too which means roaches AND rats... The worker finally came out and he had been smoking in the restroom!! Nope, no food taste that good to go back...

Never have I ever experienced such negative experiences in my life. I’ve been a loyal customer to this China Express location for years (15 years to be exact). I’ve only been ignoring their horrible customer service for years because of their food. However, my recent most negative experience happened when I was being served by one of the Asian ladies and as usual giving me horrible attitude. But this time she decided to only fill my plate halfway. I brought it to her attention and she became bothered with it. She reluctantly gave me a little more. Afterwards a Hispanic male chef approaches from behind her to the counter. He observes what Im getting, I bought a fountain drink, and then he says “You cant get a refill.” After all the awful service, this person comes up to me and tells me I cant get a refill when the fountain drink machine is open to the customers (not even one refill.) On top of their bad service this place isnt sanitary at all, there are rat traps in the back. I advise everyone to not come here if they desire excellent customer service & a sanitary space to eat.

This place is not very clean. Where you start to order your food you can see to the back kitchen area and you could see its a mess. I went there because my son really likes their food. The food tastes okay not something that I could jump up and down for. But upon ordering I guess she didnt understand what I wanted I trusted them when I got home I got completely a different order. So I will not be going back.

A great Chinese food staple for when I’m in the area. The food is always consistent and great! The workers are very generous with the portions and are always willing to help. Overall, everything is very good and everyone is very kind. Definitely try it if you want a quick and tasty meal!

This Place is horrible. The lady there is so rude and inpatient and looks bothered as she is serving my food. I had to tell her, lady theres is no need to get upset. It seems Im not ordering fast enough for her or maybe I shouldnt wait on a new batch of beef broccoli and I should get something else, who knows what her problem is. As Im paying for my order a lady that was waiting on her food tapped me on my back and said, Thank you for saying something because she was rude with me when I placed my order Then I realized, oh man shes like this with everyone.I dont know if this Lady is the owner but she is very rude and somehow hates to deal with customers. The food is not that great and i will not be returning here again. They will keep losing customers

The noodle only good here, the meats it okay. The price was cheaper 8 years ago. Customers service at least they says thank you. Employee loves making mistakes when they see me, not sure why. Do anyone have same issues being over charge for one side combo??

Customer service sucks! The owner treatment is bad. She didnt let me finish ordering my food when she said bye bye. I ask for Hot sauce and she said is in the Bag when I double check, She didn’t put it. Than she realizes it was not in the bag, went back,brought me some and Left on the counter walk away.

Their serving portions are big, a great value for your money. The meat is tender (I ordered pork and beef.) and flavorful. Their mayo shrimp is done right, which means the coating is still crunchy and not soaking in mayo.

Silly me, I had no idea you could find such good Mexican food. Well, you can. My wife had a chicken mole that shes still talking about weeks later. I had the seafood soup -- delicious. Our other two lunch mates enjoyed their food, too.The wait staff was very friendly and attentive.

Not Good at all. Food looked kind of dingy. Nobody was in the restaurant at noon on a weekday. I looked at the place online and seen it had a 4.4 rating and thought it was good. 9 reviews prior to this post. I should have known better. Waste of time/money

I love it there so much, they put so much beef broccoli, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice, my favorite meal. Oh, I do loved the black pepper fish that my friend, Mikey Alva ordered and he ate it and he love it.

The cashier and staff is rude, we told them the sodas machine did nota have gas and they dis not fix it and when they did it the guy just walked and didnt evwn turn around to tell us it was ready neways it was not even good....had to go to the cashier to get a cam soda. Very fustraded.....
