I attempted to buy a Thai iced tea (bubble tea) here, as it’s my fav drink!! I’ve made it at home before so I know that it’s brewed. Here, it’s made with a powder. It did not taste right. Furthermore, they keep their tapioca bubbles in the cups on the counter and when I ate one, it crumbled like chalk in my mouth. Not worth $5.45! I hadn’t even left the restaurant, I turned right around and asked for my cash back. The gal refused. I told her to get her manager. She cave back and told me there are no refunds without a receipt, which she saw me throw in the trash next to the counter!! I was the only person in the place and she had literally just served me! Her manager finally came out and authorized a refund. Terrible service and nasty powdery chalky bubble tea! Not recommended!
When going there my food was not hot, the service was poor and there were bugs flying around. My boyfriend and I also witnessed them adding to the cold food instead of rotating it out. We will not be eating at this place again. We could have got a hot meal for a lower price at Panda Express.
I actually enjoy the food here, but its more of a middle ground in the end. Well it does have good taste, its not exactly hot and ready when you order it. This does affect the overall taste and experience, so that does cost a few points as well.
Not very satisfying to me. My chicken tasted more like an unknown mystery meat. My rice was crunchy, and lastly super super salty. Ended up throwing it away 😑

The lady was nice, but the food was soggy, as if it had been sitting there for a while. Gave me food poisoning too. Not a good time.
Service was good, very hospitable, but the food is loaded with MSG (we have migraines, the day after, to prove it). Also the food tasted like it had been sitting awhile and the drinks were WAY over priced.
First time and last time eating here!!! The food tasted ok but i found an egg shell in my food and i felt as if everything was drowning in soy sauce . Im not the type to complain but will be taking my $$$ elsewhere.

They give you such huge portions here. This is where the hungry man goes to eat. Moderately priced and really good food. Its a deal.

The food was very salty, apart from the girls being very unhygienic, they touched their hair and the percis they brought and thats how they touched the food.
It was unpleasant to see that they had a lot of fruit flies on the walls and the food was not very good. Just because I was craving the tapioca tea and it wasnt very good either.😕
The food is tasty, and the service is polite. I enjoy taking my family here for Christmas shopping!

2023-12-04 22:03:24Please do yourself a favor if you care about your health and swallowing metal objects in your food then never come here!Ordered a combo plate to go with fried rice, chow mein, pepper chicken and fried shrimp. Half way through eating I noticed a very hard object in my mouth almost like chewing a bone except harder only to find it was a piece of metal in my food! Its small and very sharp almost the size of a staple! Thank goodness I didn’t swallow it but goes to show I will never and do not recommend anybody to eat here.

2023-08-26 02:31:06The chowmein is good but the chicken has a weird after taste and so do the egg rolls…. Only took a couple of bites of everything and threw it out. I think they overcharged me too.. a combo plate is 9.99.. and with an egg roll the total came to be $26.

2023-01-18 00:03:08We love this place. The noodles - chow mein 10/10, orange chicken 10/10 kung po great. My daughter request noodles from here like 3 times a week and kids are so picking - the girls are always great to they pack the boxes nicely!

2022-03-23 01:55:12Never eat here. My wife and i went there during a day shopping for my son and we ate from the same combo plate... we had terrible diarrhea and vomiting for the next 2 days. Not to mention being stuck in bed with cold chills and body aches. No appetite the next day. Terrible experience. I would not post this if it wasnt true. Pls beware. I dont even want to think of whatnit was in the food that got us sick...do not eat here

2020-11-11 21:35:36Terrible terrible terrible! I decided today to try and give this place a second chance. My first try having it most of my food was hard and been in the tray for awhile. Went today got home to eat and the noodles were good but the chicken was frozen in the middle. I stopped eating it and had to throw it away because I would rather waste money on their food then get food poisoning. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

2018-03-06 01:52:27First and last time i go in there. Smells good. The rice was funky tasting. Orange chicken tasted some what fresh. Not bad . sweet sour chicken must have been there for long time was cold...i got border line food poisoning. Threw up after maybe 2 hours of eating there.

2017-09-04 22:05:16Food is good but service is horrible, went there to eat. There were two employees standing there I guess one was coming back from break or clocking in. It took a while for someone to acknowledge that we were standing there. After the one coming back from break or whatever finishes playing with her hair and hat she walks over to serve us, WITHOUT washing her hands first. My husband and I were seriously grossed out by this and walked out without being served.
