Awesome food. Great noodle dishes, excellent sweet and pungent shrimp; good egg roll. Great service. The restaurant itself could use a good cleaning. There is greasy dust in the lights and shelves above the kitchen area. Still, I’d go back.

What an under rated gem. Just found this place yesterday and Im back again today. About 11 bucks out the door gets you a soup, egg roll and main dish. I am certified addicted to the orange peel chicken. Super crisp but not over cooked. Sweet and savory with a citrus flow through. Served in a bed of cabbage. The egg drop soup is all business with a rich savory broth just thick enough to suspend the egg drop. Plenty of egg in it. Great place for a lunch break and second from Palomar hospital. Great place for nurses to grab a quick lunch! Its like PF Chang food at a Costco bargain.

This place has been a go-to for Chinese food for the last 10 years for our family. Our favorite is the Snow Hill Beef! Its always best to call ahead to place an order for take out. They are usually really busy with orders and often have a line.Like many other small business restaurants, it has definitely gotten pretty pricy over the years understandably.

OMG! The best Chinese food around! Their lunch specials are our favorite! We love the Mongolian beef. But really all their dishes are fantastic. The service is perfect. Not much of an atmosphere so if that bothers you carry-out. They do catering too

Okay this last visit wth is wrong with my chicken and broccoli??!!? Where is the teriyaki seasoning or oyster sauce like they do broccoli and beef. This was very disappointing to look at and get. No flavor what so ever.

We enjoyed this place! Great portions at fair prices. Sweet and sour pork was our favorite!very satisfied with the service as well. They brought us our order in a large cardboard box (like the ones you get from Costco) instead of plastic bags so the takeout containers arent falling over themselves on the drive home. Quite thoughtful!

I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and not overly greasy the food was here. Thee prices are reasonable, the wait time was 20 minutes for 3 food items I ordered. Service was check out were both quick and easy, but sadly they dont take Discover Card! All in all if you havent been here Id say give it try.

Love this place! Friendly folks, quick orders, excellent food. The Wor Wonton soup and Hot and Sour soups are terrific. I love the Sweet and Pungent Beef, Garlic Pork, and any Kung Pao. This is an at least monthly stop for us.

What can You really say, about this place. It speaks for itself. The service is Excellent, The Hospitality is Awesome. The FOOD, IS DELICIOUS. This place rocks! Agree with all the previous comments: definitely a take-out place, the proprietor is awesomely hospitable for the 3 minutes you are in for the business exchange, and I havent found a thing on the menu that I dont like. And that includes the Hot-n-Sour soup, which is a singularly delicious concoction when done right but one that I find is often steered off the road by many cooks for some reason.

Probably one of the most expensive Chinese places for such poor quality. Salt and pepper wings were beyond disappointing, they didnt even taste seasoned. We ordered beef lo mein, salt and pepper wings and hot and sour soup for 30 bucks it seemed worth it until the tiny box of lo mein was brought out. Really disappointing, take the extra 15 min and drive to IRON WOK in Rancho Bernardo by the Urge gastropub. Better prices, quality and service there.

If you eat Chinese at any other place in Poway, you are outright wrong. This welcoming establishment is a bastion of peak customer service and delicious cuisine. 10/10, would spend an hour on the toilet from eating 5 pounds of orange chicken again.

4.6 ??? It is is to laugh . Just bought 3 entrees there. First time. Last time. Food is banal and pedestrian. Pretty tasteless. To add in sunlight to injury. They dont include steamedRice with the dinner??Then try to tell me that she was goung me a favor by not charging me for the rice. Anyone that say this is best and the were a few probably think Mc Donalds is a Michelin rated restaurant.

The owner is extremely friendly, the food is good for the price you pay. One of the better Chinese restaurants in Poway. Though you can sit and dine, it is mostly a takeout place. They dont serve alcohol.

I ordered three dinner items and a hot and sour soup and spring rolls. They gave me egg drop soup and instead of szechuan beef spicy they gave me barbeque beef dish instead. When I called and said.that my soup and dinner item were wrong and that I live 45 minutes away.and. an not able to come back and exchange the items for what I ordered she said I am so sorry okay goodbye and hung up. I will never eat or order from there again and I used to drive there at least once a month religiously. I have also referred at least five Poway friends there in the last month or two not anymore. Throughly disappointed
