This is my go-to place for Chinese. I love that they prepare food to order. It doesnt sit under hearing trays like other places, but they are still very fast! High quality meats and fresh vegetables. Great flavor. The owner and staff are all very friendly and attentive for dine in or take out. The best Chinese food in San Dimas! Recommend: broccoli beef, vegetable fried rice.

Out here for a visit and thought to try this place after the great reviews I saw. Got carryout. Its not super cheap, but you absolutely get your moneys worth AND the food is delicious. Healthy portions, not greasy, fresh and tastes great. I would absolutely recommend this place.
Went in to order a broccoli beef and fried rice. Once I was rung up, I noticed the price was almost double of what I normally pay. I asked the young lady working the register if this was correct for my order. And with a NOT so friendly or pleasant tonality she replied in so many words yes. I get my order home and find two BB in my bag, hence the double charge and instead of fried rice, I was given white rice. Mistakes in orders can be forgiven, but the bad customer service experience today is the reason I wont be going back.
The food is great! The owner and people here are super pleasant and helpful. I came in after closing and they still helped me! Even after the cook left😃. And they always give me an extra soup. He says “soup for you” and I didn’t even order it but am very grateful and appreciative of their kindness and good service.
I always love it here. I’ve been eating here for over 15 years and the service is still wonderful and consistent as well as the food. You always know you’re going to get the same friendly service and quality of food every time you go.

Went there with my 21mo old during lunch time & not so busy. When we walked in the waiter looked at me & said take-out right!!?!! I said No, we are eating here. He looked at me & asked if i needed a highchair. I said yes. We should have left then with that kind of service but we were hungry. & the waiter was always on his phone. Had to stand up to get his attention. Food & price was good. But not the service.
Staff is so friendly. Food is made fresh and they will accommodate any dietary needs you have. I love the orange chicken. Ask for it extra crispy. Also the chicken chow mein is once of my favorite. All the food is very good. Love this place.
Food in general is rich in flavor. Personally I liked the beef brocolli best. They serve it with steamed rice. Free refills. Egg rolls are really good. Service is decent I cant complain. Will be coming back...
One of my all time favorite places!! When I was pregnant I ate here almost every day and they would make me soups for like 3months because that was all I could eat lol... everything on the menu is amazing!! You gotta try it! One request... bring back the paper wrapped chicken PLEASE!!!!

By far the best Chinese food in the area. Prices are great, food is always perfect. They have the best Egg Foo Young and Fried rice. Never greasy, always piping hot and fresh. I havent gone anywhere else for Chinese food since Ive found this place. 5 stars. Cant speak highly enough about them.
We had not been in the Copsticks House for a while. We forgot how nice it is. Very clean, great staff and the food which is all fresh cooked to order was great. Will be returning soon to enjoy all they have to offer.

This is the 3rd time I have used Chopsticks House for a party of over 150 people. Paul did a great job of helping me stick to the budget and working to make sure I had enough food for everyone. This is as good as it gets for a small, family restaurant. The food is terrific, very fresh and great value. The atmosphere is perfect for families and extremely welcoming. I would highly recommend it!

Some of the worst Chinese food Ive ever had ordered Kung Pow chicken which tastes exactly like chicken chow mein which both of them were totally tasteless also ordered orange chicken which tasted like a bowl of Frosted Flakes with all sugar and once we didnt eat it and went to scrape it off the plate its stuck to the plate there was so much sugar I do not understand how this can be so highly rated and so poorly done there has to be much better restaurants in the area

2023-07-01 22:59:11Whats going on, Chopsticks House? Weve eaten here before and enjoyed our food. Today we spent $60 for food that went mostly uneaten. The beef in the Mongolian beef and Broccoli Beef tasted old, the bamboo shoots tasted like they were dumped directly from an expired can into the food, the chicken and vegetables were underseasoned. We all stopped eating, grateful for the strawberries and watermelon we had on hand to fill up on. We chose this place over Panda Express and now we are sad we didnt go to Panda Express. I dont know what happened today, but please correct these errors. I hesitate to try you guys again. I do enjoy the friendly service but $60 for inedible food is not worth the friendly service.

But at least in those places you pay $9 or so for the whole meal so you get what you pay for.Here the food has that same stale, bland rancid oil flavor but you are paying twice as much for one dish of terrible food.We literally got 4 dishes and an appetizer and paid almost $100. When the food arrived we were shocked at how bad it was. My father ordered the Orange Chicken and we thought they gave us the wrong order because it had hardly any sauce. They were just dried up fried chicken pieces with hardly anything on it. The noodles we ordered had the flavor of rancid oil and the Mongolian beef had zero flavor.With their prices I expected more. Just save your money and don’t eat here.

The second time we went, we had to try the House Chicken Salad with our meal because we saw another customer eating only that out of a huge bowl. Now I know why-- that was the best salad Ive ever had anywhere! All the food is delicious! Our 7-year-old loved it and he is a picky eater. We will definitely be coming back again!
