The food is great. The problem is that they keep running out of ingredients to actually prepare the food you want.The staff is nice, but seem a little aloof when apologizing for the multiple items that are unavailable (this is on multiple occasions).The atmosphere is nice, but it seems a little lacking when the only music you hear is the music blasting from the kitchen.A little better management could take this place from pretty good, to great.

Ordered chicken noodle soup and fresh spring rolls.Delicious. Was fast and good. Recommend this place for pho. Young kids running the show. They were nice and hospitable. They just need to learn to cleanup after some one leaves a messy table. They were just sitting at a table chillin while there were dirty dishes and things on tables. Not a good sight when youre eating.

I really used to enjoy going to Chopstix and ordering their glass noodle soup, until my last visit when they served me spoiled imitation crab. Luckily it was my first bite and spat it out right away otherwise I would have gotten food poisoning. They changed their quality and quantity, this place used to be my favorite because you could get a large bowl of delicious Pho for a great price. Their service has also gone down at this location. They hardly come to the table. Hate to say Ill be looking for a new location to find my Pho and Vietnamese cuisine cravings.

This place used to be really good to come to but its been on a freight train to hell for the past half a year. Rancid food being served to guests, completely burnt entrées, orders that come to the table missing main ingredients from the ordered dish, 25 minutes for one Boba smoothie with no one else in the establishment, the list goes on.Really its not worth your time until the quality improves. Want good food go to Noodle Bar in Marina.

I ordered the same dish (Stir-Fried Egg Noodles; Mixed with a combination of meats, beef, pork, chicken, and vegetablesa few days before the last day I went). The stir fried noodles I had ordered a few days before had significantly more meat in it) ..And to my surprise the dish only had a tiny piece of beef it was about 1 inch big, and one tiny piece of the pork and chicken. I asked the employee why the dish only have a tiny piece of beef and mentioned that I had gotten the same dish before; he said that it now comes like that. The other dish I bought was the chicken and shrimp udon soup and it only came with 1 shrimp cut in half. Regarding the shrimp in the udon soup, he also said it comes with that one shrimp cut in half. Im not a big fan of meat but I also didnt expect those tiny amounts. If I had known, Id just buy an udon soup with no meat and noodles with no meat. The total came up to $36.16 (stir fried egg noodles with 3 meats, chicken and shrimp udon soup, and 1 lemonade)...just a note to anyone that wants to go waste almost 40 bucks on food that is not up to par for quantity. Also, I gave 2 stars because the staff wasnt rude and because the food itself wasnt nasty tasting.

I liked this place because the food is good and it’s close to my house but the customer service went down. The guy who answers the phone makes it super obvious he hates his job, like he’s annoyed someone is placing an order. It wasn’t even busy, they were watching movies. Have some decent customer service. I worked at noodle bar and I was trained very well, without the training I already knew how to have some manners. This wouldn’t be ok over there. I won’t be spending my money at this business anymore

When we first walked in the waitress just tells us to sit wherever we want to sit. We walk in and as we try to find a table every single table in the small restaurant is full of dirty dishes from previous customers. And then we see three people at the register and not one of them was attempting to pick up and clean the dishes they were just chit chatting at the register. It looked like no one had picked up the dirty dishes from the tables for hours. Who wants to sit in a table and eat their food when you are surrounded by dirty tables and dirty dishes that not only does not look pretty but does not smell appetizing? Awful service and full of incapable people trying to run a restaurant.

Third and last time I have come out here and disappointed. This place started out awesome pre pandemic, Since then they are always out of something ( i.e today they didnt have most flavors of boba, no beef items) at 3 pm on a Saturday ??? This is begging for bad reviews My prior visit was on a Friday afternoon and no more chicken items on the menu that time !. Im now across the street and trying out a noodle house . This is only for to go orders, but this is the second time I’ve ordered from this location the first time I was giving the benefit of a doubt that because they were a new location they had some kinks to work out but this being the second time the food was bad and since they’ve been open awhile now I have no idea why the food at this location is so light on flavor and the beef is so chewy it’s almost inedible especially when the locations in Monterey and Seaside are great and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m really disappointed because I love Chopstix and I was excited to have one so close to home, but I won’t be eating here unless something changes.

Their pho is not prepared properly, and the broth is very salty with barely any bone broth flavor. The meat comes out over cooked and green veggies not fresh. I think most people in this area never had authentic Vietnamese pho before so they can’t tell the difference between in house made bone broth and pre-made bone broth from a can or packet. I recommend going to Saigon pho down the street, at least the bone broth has flavor and not salty.Edit— forgot to mention their portion size need some work. Ordered a large and the amount of rice noodles they gave us was eaten in five spoons full. The rest was all green veggies which were old… please fix your portion size you are over charging people when they are ordering a large by giving them all veggies, barely any noodles and over cooked meat which was only a few pieces anyways so def not enough food.

Apparently they can’t accommodate a party of 6. First I was told there would be a 30 min wait (1 cook only) or I can go to seaside or Monterey. I said I could wait and waitress started panicking and said “I actually have to call my manager” like WHY!??? If that’s too much for you to handle then at least put a sign up or something. I ended up leaving! Definitely will not be coming back to this location!

I placed an order & during the time having dinner inside this restaurant I noticed an animal crawling in the floor noticing theres a roach in the bathroom I came out the bathroom turned the left facing the backdoor noticed roaches inside the restaurant coming outside from the backdoor leading to the hallway of the mall.
