Posting this for their terrible service. I called four times and each time they hung up on me. I heard people in the background. The first time a lady answered and then hung up on me after I said I wanted to place an order for delivery. If you don’t want to serve customers, then don’t have a customer-centric business.

This is terrible I remember the original people that worked there 2016 to 2017 and the staff now is terrible maybe not all of them but I just called today and phone got picked up, I was able to listen to a who I think was a lead workers conversation, so then I hung up to call back because I was asking about a item that they sale that is Dough and has meat inside, so they pick up I said exactly that I’m looking for the name of the item they sale in the front and the lady hung up in my face, that’s rude and unprofessional as hell and the fact that I used to protect the whole Filipino side of that plaza and for you to be rude when I’m asking about a product you have for sale is real terrible and she should be actually fired because I’m person with someone in person she could have a problem . She is a bad look for chow king she don’t know if I was corporation or secret shopper

Order food here in chowking sonoma. We got our right order. But when we ask for cup of water we got this sauce container which they said it was a cup of water? I ask them if they were serious and they said yes. I was shock to think how cheap they can be just to budget the cup. Plus when I got the order Halo halo. People who eat this knew that it should have a lot of stuff on it. But I barely ate some of it. It mostly contain shaved ice. First time but I would not recommend people to come back here. I am pretty sure a lot of people were disappointed on this place.

Meaty asado 10 out of 10 but maps says they close at 9 but when I got there at 8:16 they were already closed and I was so mad I wanted some meaty asado and they were closed when they were supposed to be open

Had the beef noodles, Pancit and rice with chicken bowl. First the beef noodles were very salty and barely two pea sized beef in it. The pandit was ok but really salty. The rice and chicken bowl was so salty and sweet it was not edible. Please stay away from this place.

First time there. It is a chain restaurant. I got the Shanghai lumpia combo from the rice meal . I didnt realize it but they are the little three inch ones. It doesnt show/say it online but on the rice meals, it comes with pancit [ not regular pancit but good ] & white rice then you pick one or two entrees. It shows it in the restaurant. I also got the Thai Tea as an add on [ it makes it discounted ] which is always good.I also got one pork bun which was good. If you get a bun, unwrap it right away otherwise the bread part starts getting moist.I wish they had sesame balls to order. One does come with most dishes.Id like to try the chicken. The Halo Halo looked & sounded good.I would order everything again.
