The asado siopao is pretty good, the bochi is nice as well. I was hoping they would have more filling but its alright. They have refill drinks as well. Disabled friendly access. Their halo-halo is awesome, def worth the price, its a must buy when visiting chowking for sure!

Their fried chicken is the best! Taho is my husbands favorite and siopao asado for my daughter. Overall its good and were grateful theres one nearby.

The food is all good, fried chicken is so tasty and crunchy. Asado siopao is so good and meaty. I just dont like the service. Already happened twice that I ordered ahead of time for pickup, but i still needed to wait when i got there. Theres not even many people inside. The manager should learn how to manage the time well,so orders are ready when people arrive to pick up.

Its ok. Taho was a bit watery.Asado Siopao was not as expected. I did not like the sauce for it too!We all have different taste, tho!Many people like the food here including my kids, but this is my 2cents... They also have Halo-Halo, but I did not get the chance to try it out.

Clean and not crowded. The restaurant still serves Halo-halo during evenings which is a plus!Their chicken is underrated, and I consider it a better alternative than Chickenjoy. (Dont worry, JB and CK are under JFC - in case youre super-loyal to the famous Pinoy fried chicken)~

My family love your halo-halo but a week ago its a disappointment. Almost Walang laman ang Halo Halo ninyo. I ordered 4 HH, spent $30 for nothing. Please dont serve to public if you dont have anymore panghalo na matamis sweet ingredients . This the only thing thats make Halo-Halo great.😠😠😠.... I will come back again maybe it just happened. Dont be madamot selfish sa customers this is the key of losing your customers.

As a Mexican American I’ve never tried this food and was confused on want to order. I ended up ordering 3 different things to try. The workers at the front was so welcoming and educated me in their food. She paired me with the right condiments that each plate has. Very friendly and welcoming spot. Food was delicious as well. I’ll be coming back! Thank you Josephine what a great employee!

Chow King is not inside Seafood City but in the same complex now! I just ordered Chicken Mami and Ill tell you Chow King, I will no longer be a customer b/c youve changed! This Chicken Mami is below standard. Wheres the chicken? This broth is chicken free. The temperature is Luke warm, its oily and theres pieces of Cabbage inside that were mostly stems. Instead of all that cabbage Chow King, try adding some CHICKEN! Good luck Chow King, youre gonna need it!

Always check the screen to make sure they input the order correctly. Otherwise, the person at the counter might mistakenly charge you for more than you are ordering.

Chowking is like a mixture of DimSum, Chinese, and Filipino food Fast Food style. It was quite popular, but rating is a 3, because I feel like its pricey for what it is. 3 shrimp dumplings that had no shrimp and very little filling was over $4 dollars. Their lumpias were tasty and you get 6 for $4.09. The shumai was OK, not the best, but for the price of four, it was really expensive too. Just for those three items, it was near $14. They had an interesting Halo Halo that we did t try this time around.

This chowking always makes us wait. Happened 3x already. I waited for my 1 lauriat, 1 taho and 1siopao for more than 30mins take out. I patiently waited. Then I noticed that a lot of traffic had come and gone but I was still there. They have forgotten about my order.So I will NEVER recommend to go to this chowkinh branch.

Same classic Chowking with some new menu items. Docked a star coz they didnt have sauce for the siopao. Wish they would bring back the braised beef. Taho was decent. Fried Chicken was crunchy but a bit oily. Overall still pretty good trip back to Chowking food.

Its alright, barely passable. Id prefer Jollibee more it has better quality food for the price youre paying for. The price and quality just doesnt match for me so its not a good value. Ill give this place a 6 out of 10. Compared to 8 out of 10 for Jollibee.

Ive really tried to enjoy eating chow king but for the past few year quality of the food just keeps going down. Always removing the staple dishes that made chow king, chow king. So now if i want chow king i have to wait till i visit the Philippines to eat chow king...

The crew, specially the elder ones, spend much time talking than working. I was here on a busy hour... 1145am, memorial day holiday 2021. The line grew because theyre very disorganized. From 4 people waiting for their orders, to10 waiting to order and counting... plus the ignored phone calls. The manager is no where to be found and he/she may not be aware of whats going on up front. Not aware of the discussion that the crew made in between orders and whatnot. Some where a bit rude to the customer ahead of me because they got their orders wrong. If Im not mistaken, L&i#a is the very active and talkative crew member. Her voice is the louder one. No need of a loud speaker. Shes either a solution or the problem. I was standing right in front of the cashier for 15 minutes because theyre very busy trying to gat back on their game of getting the orders out. The guy ahead of me has his combo of bangus fish with all rice and no noodles. He even reminded them of that and L&i#a came to show the order with all noodles and no rice, which is wrong. The customer then corrected them nicely. The crew went back to the kitchen and made a rude comment to one of the crew prepping the meal. The comment was sort of making the customer fault for a change on the spot when they got the order wrong in the first place. No apologies were given. Is this how chowking provides customer service? Pinoy customer service in southern California USofA? We were there for 45 minutes for 2 orders of beef mushroom bowl. I tried to order 3 more taho but they were out. Not sure if theyll make more as the young crew who took my order did not ask me if I should want to eait should they be making one. My wife and I wont be coming back to this branch until positive changes are made. You just lost our business and we will discourage others as well because we are embarrassed by this kind of customer service. Get more crew in there to get things done. Retrain your crew for positive customer service attitude.

My sister bought 4 orders of soup (beef and chicken) yesterday and some asado siopao. It’s my first time to eat their soup and it wil be the last. Its the worst soup I’ve ever tasted in my life.It’s super salty, the beef tasted like it’s from a can,. The only thing that’s fresh was the cabbage and the noodles maybe. Their asado siopao is super sweet, it tasted like they add a ton of sugar and soy sauce. Your siopao used to be good back then not anymore. Never buy or order food there again. There are some places in Cerritos where you can buy same kind of food that has a better quality, taste and price.

Newly opened (more accurately, relocated) at the former location of Jollibee. Was still smelling unpleasant, probably related to the renovation. Fortunately, its pandemic time and everyone was wearing a mask. I just bought a few siopao so I could get out fast.

Horrible listening skills with customers! I don’t get it. You ask the name for the customer so you can direct to your order. You tell them “ My name for the order is HAMILTON like the play” a simple puti name that can’t be butchered. And then you put on the order “R” really? What if I asked you for your name and I put on the order “Pangit lady” how would you feel? Learn to respect your customers! Shiet!

Filipinos have a lot of pride....Pried fish, pried eggrolls, pried turon....But, probably the most beloved of all is pried chicken.I find the fried chicken here to be delicious. Chowking only serves dark meat(legs & thighs) but its fried to a crispy golden brown & served with awesome mushroom gravy. On Tuesdays & for a limited time, there is the Triple Treat deal which consists of 6 pieces chicken, fried rice and pancit for $12.99. Its a lot of food, and depending on how many people ordered it, can take 10 min+ for it be ready. Its worth it, though. IMHO, much better than the KFC crap they call chicken.The other dishes arent very remarkable. The soups can range from okay to dishwater. The rice combos are usually small in portions.Breakfast is served all day. Tocino, longanisa, bangus-all with fried egg.Nothing starts your day off better than a shot o cholesterol.The desserts, such as halo halo & taho, are good. Chowking also offers thai tea, mango smoothies and other sugar-laden wonders.There is plentiful seating & is usually clean.Just go for the chicken!NOMNOMNOMNOM

Everytime I go to California I eat in Chowking but I noticed that the serving is getting smaller or it just me. The place I frequented was in Euclid St., Anaheim but now its closed for several years. I dunno but something taste different.

The taho was good before. I always make sure that after seafood grocery I must eat taho at chowking. Now, I noticed that the sago getting smaller and the taho too. They increased the price too. It was hot before but now it is just warm. That was my last taho to eat in chowking Cerritos.
