Do not use. Ordered food through ChowNow and the restaurant did not receive the order. Had to re-order and pay for the food a second time. Restaurant told me I have to call ChowNow to cancel the order, but nobody picked up after 20 minutes of waiting. I have to now dispute the charge via my credit card company. ChowNow also marked up the price of the order by something like 10%, which I would not have had to pay if I had ordered directly from the restaurant through its website. Terrible, terrible service. Charging for something that creates no value and actually ruined my evening.

Highly recommended ChowNow it’s very easy to use. The delivery fees aren’t ridiculously priced. And your order gets delivered promptly and fresh. I would add a photo but the food was too good to photograph if you know what I mean. I ordered JaX Burgers & Fries on Hopkins in the San Marcos Square.

I was hesitant at first to use this app because I already use others, and sometimes when a restaurant isn’t available on one of the other apps it means it’s really just not available for delivery and you end up with a refund instead of dinner, but it turned the restaurant I wanted and love was really available on the ChowNow app and not on the others; and everything went smoothly, except for a blank tracking page that was no big deal because I received text messages saying where the food was in the process the whole time. It was great!

The Chow app was easy ro use from start to finish.The delivery was supposed to be after six pm. The driver made goid time and was here a little before six.A plus for us. We could start dinner a little early.The main dish was still hot. The salads were still cold.The food was amazing. We put the salads into the refrigerator to keep them cold as we ate the main dish and then went back to the salads. My father and I both recommend the Lamb dinner we had.The salad had different herbs and spices in it making it different than salads we normally get. This made the salad stand out.My father says he would add two or three more stars to the rating if he could. Above and beyond anything he was expecting

I’ve been ordering through the ChowNow app since I used to place pickup orders for my favorite mom and pop sandwich shop (Crossroads Deli!) back in Columbia, South Carolina. Moved to the west coast two years before covid and didn’t think much about the relationship between delivery apps and the local restaurants that rely on them. After a spirited conversation with an owner in Santa Monica about how the more popular apps really eat the margins from both ends (percentage fees to the restaurant & to the person ordering) I did a deep dive to try to educate myself and low and behold, not only was ChowNow the leader bar none but it is also based nearby!I respect their transparency with regard to costs and fees versus other apps that bury their service charges, sell subscription services to elevate prices across the board that they then slash for subscribers and hitting these businesses with each order rather than charging a monthly flat subscription to their service.I’m unsure why their footprint was so much better back east but I’ve been a ChowNow advocate throughout the pandemic and always will be after every apple to apple comparison boiling down in their favor.Do I wish that restaurants had a driver to make deliveries instead of outsourcing to DoorDash? Yes. But is that sustainable for most places? Probably not.. so I think it’s been a great evolution of two companies linking up and to date it’s been a great experience.Please support our local restaurants, diners and bars by educating yourself, family and friends about the impact our choice of delivery apps really has!

This was my first time using ChowNow. The service was timely. The delivery man was good humored. The food was in great shape - just as if I had picked up the order myself. Part of the order was eggs over easy, and the eggs were still intact when I opened the container. I was impressed.Another nice thing, the driver was not one of those speed racers who tears down the street and slams on their breaks in front of the residence. This is greatly appreciated because we have so many younger children on this street.
I live in Wilmington NC and my first experience was awful. If I could select zero stars I would!! They picked my food up and stole it. Once the restaurant got to the bottom of it I was able to get my food free of charge the next day. NEVER AGAIN!!

First time using ChowNow had a wonderful experience. And our food was delivered straight to our Hotel room with no problems. And our food was delivered hot and before the estimated time. Delivery lady was polite and respectful.
I appreciate what theyre trying to do, but the app isnt ready. No customer service if something goes wrong, no support button in the app itself, no one answers online-number when called, and its just you and the restaurant figuring it out when something goes wrong. Its up to the restaurant to refund you, and up to you to make sure they do, and since the delivery/pickup option is both microscopic and convoluted, itll be an issue often. I like the idea of giving more money to restaurant, I dont like poorly made apps that exploit peoples good will to make money.

Ordered food from a restaurant that uses ChowNow as a delivery Service. After 3 hours the food had not arrived. Drove to the restaurant and spoke to the manager, who reversed the charge and comped a new meal. He told me these delivery services get backed up. When enough time passes they dont want to face angry customers, so just dont deliver the food AT ALL! And dont respond to inquiries from those customers. How do these services stay in business? Why do restaurants use them when they are aware of their awful service. Will never order from any place using ChowNow for a delivery service from this point forward.

Placed my 2nd order from Tagliare & cant wait to snarf on every sammy I ordered. I am so impressed with the way they tuck the napkins (not the flimsy paper ones) into the wrapper before its closed. Its classy looking not to mention if the sandwich happens to drip (which has not happened yet in my 8 sandwiches from there). This is my new FAVE sandwich place in all of town & will definitely order more in the future. They are either a few minutes early or right on the minute, which you cant say for most places. And if you want to cancel an order after it is placed to get your money back, you better be patient and have a lot of spare time. Skip over this terrible service and pay a little extra for DoorDash or UberEats.
Ordering online directly through the restaurant of my choice via ChowNow was a great experience without all the added fees of third party ordering. I wasn’t aware of how much money is charged in fees and doesn’t go directly to the restaurant when ordering through other food delivery companies. I’m excited to have found out about ChowNow and will continue to use this method for food delivery.

Terrible company all about making money. Nobody cares if your food shows up half what you ordered missing items whatever it’s not about the experience anymore it’s just about chargin. That when you complain you have to be an email conversations 10 times over for the offer you a rebate for your next meal like you would use that company ever again stop delivering it’s not convenient take your car show up order double check your food that’s the only way to do it society has not developed a smart method for this yet we’re still Stone Age.remember who delivered these fancy apps to you people that only have an interest of growing their own name and making money. First time I used this service! I received the wrong order (things happen!). However, there was no real way to address the issue that evening. They say, contact the restaurant, were just a technology company. Ultimately, I got a refund the next day, after chatting, emailing, calling, texting... still ruined our dinner though and a refund 36 hours later doesnt help with that.

So i decided to place an order for lunch today, and well it was a goodie!!!!Not only did she show up before the estimated time, it was quick, painless, and the food was still hot.I hate receiving cold food whether it be for the place itself, or from a significant other, because some foods once they get cold no longer taste like the original. These guys did a great job, and no random objects in my food. Will be back!
I have a local breakfast place that only uses ChowNow so I was kind of forced to use them. Well now that I have used them a few times I must say they deliver! No upcharge on the menu, fast and friendly service. Excellent communication about your deliver. Accurate and safe delivery.
Delivery was flawless, I cannot drive to pick up food (medical reason), I received a text when driver left the pickup place then received another text saying he was pulling up in 1 min which I saw him on my ring doorbell it was a nice alternative when my husband wasnt home to puck up food
Absolutely terrible and consistent with all other 1 star reviews. Its been over three hours of wait and no food. I called the toll free number pressed option 1 recording said error code and then disconnected the call. Called again pressed option 2 error code and disconnected again. Pressed option 3 for sales went to a voicemail. Not sure if the company is real. Went on the site with chat over 1 hour no resolve and the response time is every 15 to 20 mins for a question. Person on chat Roderick S was not helpful at all and pretty much said we will see what we can do for you in the next 24 hours fingers crossed.

Hot garbage.Not having any way of communicating between a vendor and a customer causes my orders to be canceled rather than someone asking for clarification while I’m on the way to pick them up.The last time my order was unexpectedly canceled, I called customer service and the agent was incredibly rude. Essentially she blamed me for an unexpectedly canceled order and an order placed for pickup at the wrong time. As an application designer I understand the value of user feedback and wanted to give input to improve the service, but I was met with resistance and snark. I decided then and there I’d avoid online ordering through your service, but I softened a little today... and had the same exact issue of discovering an order was canceled, via email (that went to a spam folder), as I went to pick up the order. Awkward for everyone involved. It boils down to bad design and an inability for the store to contact a customer for clarification if they don’t understand special orders. Optionally you could explore a standardized way of modifying an order the same as the Starbucks app does. The point is there are options, but your customer service takes the stance of blaming the user. That’s two bad impressions on your platform, once with the service itself and once with the issue resolution.I don’t want to hear any justification as to why this is or how I can better use your product. If it requires that level of justification and explanation, it’s broken. Period.It’s a problem that’s losing customers for vendors that work with you. I’ll be sure to communicate this to Summermoon as well,Love the coffee shop but I won’t be ordering online from them as long as they’re using your service, hate the app.
I wasn’t sure about using a service that was new to me, but took a chance. I ordered from Shells website. Our food was delivered in a very timely manner. It was hot upon arrival and delicious! The delivery person was courteous. I definitely recommend ChowNow! And Shells restaurant in Lakeland.

Faster than the deliver time I was quoted by phone, our delivery person used our first names and made us feel like a friend was dropping off our dinner. Easy to use, great at notifying me w/ status reports and love the fact the cash stays with the merchant.
The ordering process was a breeze to navigate. Menu options were an easy flow leading up to its payment/tipping process. The delivery person was pleasantly courteous, and on time.
This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with customer service. After placing a large order with a local restaurant, the delivery person drops off the food at the door and leaves (contactless delivery is mandatory) After unpacking the order, we discovered 4 of our side dishes were missing. I tried calling ChowNow and was placed on hold for over an hour, and then tried going on-line to get in the queue for the on-line chat customer service, After just over three hours of waiting, I gave up.(and dinner was over!) I then emailed the customer service the next day. It took almost a week to get a response. The apologized for the delay explained that these are very trying times. After reading my complaint, they responded by saying they were not responsible for missing items, which befuddles me since they are the ones taking my money. They suggested that I call the restaurant and take it up with them. They wash their hands.I agree that these are very trying times, and delivery services are working at an elevated pacing. But while other delivery companies have upped their game and gained my patronage like GrubHub and DoorDash, others like ChowNow use the current climate as an excuse for slow and sloppy service. If you collect money for a delivery, you should take responsibility for the integrity of that delivery. At the very least, make your customer aware that they need to contact the manufacturer instead of the sales team, so that they have a fighting chance of getting their food before the dinner is over!
I only give this one star because it is making me. This is absolutely the worst service ever!!! We ordered a pizza and after 1 hour it still had not arrived. The delivery driver called to inform us he was lost and was wondering where we were. We gave him descriptive instructions. 20 mins. later we still have not received our food. A second call from the same person comes in and at this point we have already cancelled our order with the pizza company. I inform the driver that we no longer want the order and he starts yelling excuses at me. When i started to reply he then hangs the phone up on me.I can not explain how angry this experience has made me.1.) My children didnt get dinner until 7:30 after ordering dinner at 5:302:) Had to go out to get our dinner after a 2 hour wait.3.) The unprofessional and rude delivery driver4.) The inconvenience of having to call two different people in order to try to get our food.I would not recommend this company to anyone! In fact I will certainly be informing more people of the horrible experience!

Pretty straightforward process. Only gripe is I couldnt set a time for delivery (only ASAP was available for delivery, but if I were to do pickup I could set up a time). Otherwise pretty convenient.
ChowNow made it possible to bring in real juice into the hospital when they were only allowing me to be on a liquid diet with almost no choices that fit my dietary needs. The deliverer not only got the drinks to the door, negotiated with security guards to make sure I could get the drinks, but also went to another entrance, so that my nurse could come retrieve them for me.
Ordered delivery. Twenty five minutes later I received an email from the restaurant, not a phone call, that they have cancelled my order. No explanation from ChowNow nor the restaurant. I called restaurant and they said they dont use this delivery service. Not certain who is at fault, but both parties need to update their info and not advertise a place that doesnt deliver. Seems like a pretty simple task.
As a restaurant owner, I have found this company to be exceptional. Our customers have commented at how easy it was to order. We have our own mobile ordering app in our company name which have increased sales. Everyone at ChowNow who Ive come in contact with have been friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!
Ive ordered through them several times with no problem, but my last order was missing an item so I went to the site to get some support. Thats when I discovered that they dont offer a Help function like other apps. I couldnt contact them for a credit or even let them know that my order was wrong. I tried contacting them through FB messenger, and they never got back to me. Ill be sticking with the food delivery apps that provide some real customer service. This one is not that.
What an unpleasant experience! I would not recommend this site to anyone. It is complete fraud. I placed an order for Habana Bakery for pick up, a $60 order. The transaction was immediately processed and supposedly ready to pick up in 4 hours, good for dinner. I arrive to the bakery and it is closed no workers on site. I walk over to the restaurant side and it is also closed no sign of business being open. I was scammed!

The delivery person called me that based on the message they received the window for pick up and delivery is 8.25-8.50. Couple of questions for the people who designed the system1. Why lie to the customer?2. Why is there no centralized service or tracking system for the food?3. How can I get my delivery money back?
Weve been a Chow Now partner for over 6 years. Easy to set up and use, reliable and affordable. If the menu is set up properly, customers do their own work, answer their own questions, freeing up phone lines for less tech savy customers to use. Online sales now represent 35% of our sales and is now the difference between making it and not. Dont know how any takeout restaurant can run efficiently without on line ordering.
He restaurant was quite apologetic, instructed me to contact ChowNow. ChowNow was very polite, considerate and assured me that holding the line, they problem of the delivery being late would be resolved. I was also promised a refund due to the late delivery; initial ETA was 6:38pm. ChowNow ushered out an immediate DoorDash delivery. Food arrived hot and Im happy. Yes! Deserving of a 10+!
Easy ordering transition process with ChowNow the app doesn’t hiccup like the others.
All the good and none of the bad using seamless or grub hub. ChowNow got me my order in 1/2 of the time, kept me updated every step of the way and followed the instructions perfectly so I didn’t lose $50 and I got to eat my dinner instead of the driver enjoying a freebie.Thank you Very, Very much ChowNow.
The customer service was 4 stars but thats where it ends. Not their fault except that theyve set up a faulty system that relies on uber drivers. Our order was picked up and delivered to the wrong house. The driver had two stops, gave out pizza to the first stop and then declared our order undeliverable. I wasnt notified but clicked the link texted to me when when it had been picked up to find out it wasnt coming. Customer service tried calling the driver but he didnt speak English. They put in a new order and new driver. It arrived cold and late. Zero stars. Dont use this service.
If it were a one time issue, it wouldnt have bothered me. Unfortunately it has now been multiple times that theyve messed up and ruined my lunch hour.There was the time where I placed an order, the restaurant was out of the dish I ordered and instead of calling, texting or emailing me right away, it wasnt until I got there to pick up the order that the restaurant let me know that the order was cancelled on their behalf.Then there was the time where I ordered pick up for a specific time. I got to the restaurant only to be told that they havent gotten an order under my name matching what I wanted. As I stood there, the phone rings and the hostess answered, guess who... someone from ChowNow calling in the order 30 mins AFTER I had placed it online.Also they messed up my name, Im not Ben....This was the last straw, I couldve called them myself to placed the order and saved myself the service fee. No more, too many fails
Two stars only because ordering was very easy. However dont plan to ever use this again. I ordered and 30 min later got to the restaurant and they had just received the order. Tipsy cow themselves was great about it and very apologetic. But they should look into a new service for their to go orders especially as they dont take them over the phone
Chow Now outshines the competition because it protects local restaurants with much lower fees, fair agreements, marketing support, customer support... Plus it doesnt overcharge diners using the platform. It also gives all tips the the delivery drivers.
Our driver Eric was at our front door a minute before the text message said he would be at our house. Our food was hot and perfect.
It was easy to order, and delivered quickly to the porch. The deliverer rang the doorbell to let us know it was there, and waited in the car to make sure we picked up our food. Great service!
Delicious food delivered hot and fresh! Nice local owned eatery that is not a franchise and has served Denton decades. I ordered a yummy chicken Tai salad and fried pork pot stickers and was very satisfied.
The food was 6 minutes early and the delivery guy was super friendly? The communication about the delivery whereabouts was perfect. The best part is that the food was oven hot and of course tasted awesome (Gino’s East)!
Has a very easy to understand ordering process and the fact that it is a subscription based service that will not affect a restaurants per order revenue is great. This service supports restaurants instead of trying to bleed them dry per order.

Very poor transparency in wait times and getting orders ready. Ordered online, after they process payment, a 1.5 hour wait time is quoted. Tried to cancel, customer service informs you to contact restaurant. Restaurant says they can’t do that chow now has to do that. You also can’t track your orders or anything
First time using ChowNow. Food delivered still very hot. Delivery was made 5 minutes ahead of schedule. Actually rang the bell so we could get the food as soon as delivered.

Terrible experience ordering through ChowNow. My order was cancelled almost immediately upon placing the order but I’m stilling getting charged for the items weeks later. I requested a refund but they say they don’t provide refunds. I chatted with a “Nicole U” in customer service to get the issue resolved, which I figured would only take a second since it was so obvious I never received anything at all. But that was not the case and after going in circles for 30 minutes about why ChowNow is a worthless service I’m still left holding the bag with no other recourse. Stay away! Never use ChowNow!

I had to pick up my own food.Ordered at 5:48pm, received an email a couple of minutes later saying the food would be delivered at 6:23pm. Called the restaurant at around 6:50pm and they said the driver hadnt arrived but my food was ready. I drove to the restaurant and almost immediately after I arrived the delivery driver walked in, it was around 7:05pm.

I got my order within 20 minutes from opening the app and ordering to delivery at my door. I recommend ChowNow for anyone, and I hope to see more restaurants using it!

I waited 20 minutes for confirmation email as stated when ordering. I finally called SoGo to find out my order was sitting there waiting to be picked up. Love cold food. I never did receive an email. I gave them 2 stars because it sure is easy to pay.

I placed an order with Napoli pizza via chow now . My order arrived in a timely fashion driver was pleasant . When it came to the order i was very unsatisfied it was greasy and absolutely flavorless the crust was extremely tough making chewing impossible I have emailed both Napoli s and chow now with no response I am extremely dissapointed with the last of concern .
We implemented ChowNow as an online ordering system for our retaurant in May. We have been very pleased with the ease of use, excellent customer service, and reasonable fees. I highly recommend them to other restaurant owners looking to implement online ordering.
People are reviewing Chow Now as if they were in charge of the restaurants they had a bad experience with. Chow now is the app the restaurants use and is just a bridge from you to the restaurant. They are not responsible for the customer service the actual locations provide. The company is great, wish their app allowed for pictures of the food but other than that theyre effective and affordable. Great customer service representatives too!
Easy website to order from. The email I received, after signing up, advised by ordering directly from the restaurant, they keep more of the money. This is especially critical during the pandemic were experiencing, which is also killing businesses. WAY TO GO CHOWNOW!

Every delivery has been on time, or early. Never a problem. ChowNow might cost more than some similar services, but as someone who places weekly delivery orders, their is actually a cut above.
We initially ordered our food at 6:11pm. My expectation for delivery time would be a half hour to 45 minutes at most. I got an email that said we would receive our order by 7:07pm, which is way too long. Worse yet the delivery didn’t arrive until 7:37pm. Order was cold and incomplete. We were missing 1 falafel that we were charged for. Your service is grossly inadequate and useless. You have one job to do and you failed.
Contacted ChowNow right after I didn’t received my food, I waited outside my car for over an hour for my food to arrive, wrote specifically where the driver can meet me to deliver my food . The food driver was across the location, photo was taken from him inside the car . The delivery person Took my food didn’t even leave it outside, I paid over $30 of food that I never received. I don’t think that’s fair at all.
The delivery was as promised. No problems whatsoever. Plus, ChowNow Has a unique, more e3quitable arrangement with the restaurant I ordered from.
Very transparent about who gets the money. I will only use Chow Now to order food from now on. Driver was right on time, pleasant, and professional. Jack couldn’t have done a better job.
Awful! Bad enough one item didn’t make it in the delivery, but refund was NEVER received, and they requested a screen shot of my bank statement/credit card statement to prove it! Who has ever asked for that?? INSANE! Restaurant (Pizza Romana) says it’s not their problem, ChowNow wants to see my credit card statement. Shameful all the way around. I’ve now escalated it with my credit card company. Shady, shady, shady!! Beware!
Horrible app. Difficult to contact anyone from app when order goes wrong. I placed an order from a restaurant and after receiving an email with an estimated time of delivery, the restaurant calls me and says ChowNow app canceled order. They asked if I had in fact wanted to cancel order. I said no. The restaurant said they could take order directly but that they could not contact ChowNow. I placed order with them, then emailed ChowNow to explain what had happened and asked that the charge from ChowNow be removed, since I had now paid restaurant directly. Never received a reply to my email to their customer service. Had to Google to get their phone number, since it appears nowhere on emails or on web page where I ordered food. No option to Live Chat with customer service. Had to call, wait on hold for over 5 minutes, and they refused to believe me. They had to call restaurant. A 20 minute phone call with ChowNow and the charge is still on my credit card!! They called restaurant and woman working wasnt there last night, etc, and so now this is my problem to deal with!Instead of refunding me the money, ChowUseless made it my problem to solve directly with restaurant!!
I own 3 restaurants and we use Chow Now for our online ordering platform. It is incredibly user friendly and just overall awesome. One of the best switches we have ever made!!!
First time order from one of my favorite restaurants, Giglios. Have twice been to the restaurant; always great food. We got our favorites: Meatballs over Polenta and Eggplant Parmesean.Delivery was under 30 minutes and food was still hot!

Website says they make their money from the restaurant. I paid 125% of the menu price,doing a pickup. Paid a tip that I thought would go to the restaurant and they knew nothing about it. Everytime I see Chownow attached to a restaurant, Ill go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever used chow now for 2 orders from the same place rumbas cafe never received both orders and never received my refunds and yes I contacted chow now numerous times either no answer or they put u on hold till u hang up .. Couldnt have been any worse of an experience !Once you sign up they dont care about you.I wanted to sign up with chownow to attract more customers and bring in more revenue to my restaurant .(thats what they say).so I started by talking to Chris who was a sales person with very elegant words but no actions he got me to sign up and sign that agreement the same day and his reasoning was Thanksgiving was coming and the pricing was going to change ..as soon as I signed up the next morning they took the money out of my account without even asking me a question about my menu or anything.. Then Chris said that he job was done and I am supposed to speak to the restaurant success manager (whatever that means)set up the menu and thats when I realized that whatever Chow now has to offer I already had ( Im supposed to have my own website and is supposed to be running all the time and all they do is add an order now button with a very expensive delivery prices)..so I decided to cancel the whole thing before i even started.and when I asked for my money back it took them longer than long to consider after about 20 emails and 5 phone calls finally got my money 35 days later .the only person that helped me is Ewi. She was very professional .so I am glad I canceled and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I have to say reviews kinda scared me but took the plunge with a grain of salt. The restaurant received the order and were already on the delivery drive. So far, I have to say, some restaurants might not be willing to get ChowNow setup properly or something. If youre skeptical of the restaurant you ordered from, call them 5 min before the delivery is due to check on the status. I would suggest that ChowNow Apps have the option on their app to login from a Google Acct and have a status.. :)

Horrific customer service. I was double charged and could not speak with anyone. The IM feature is worthless, they take your information and leave the conversation without connecting to a customer service rep. I also tried calling and had over an hour waiting in the que. Unacceptable. Read the BBB reviews, all negative.
Not responsive. Disturbingly rude over the phone. Waited forever for a resolution which never came. I placed an order from pizza cookery through chownow. After 1+ hours i called the restaurant and said that they dont have my order so I canceled it. Since I didnt get the email confirmation I called chownow and the lady on the phone told me to hold and call the restaurant and see what she could do for me. After putting me on hold for about 10 minutes she came back and said OK I canceled your order. She offered no apology and was very rude. This company caters to the customer. We have never ...NEVER received an incorrect order. We have experienced several bad issues when using Door Dash and/or Grub Hub.
Driver was very professional! I am thankful that he was also patient as he rang my doorbell and I was somewhat slow in getting to the door. I had fallen asleep while waiting for the food. ;)

It arrived fast and im telling you the food was really delish... better yet they deliver mixed drinks... Big plus.... and they are yummy well worth the bucks..
Order never went through to the restaurant and they charged me. If you call their customer service you will get told that the problem is on you or your banks end and that hopefully the charges will be reversed. Things happen with online checkouts, but why have customer service operators with zero solutions besides confirming you dont have dyslexia or a learning disability.
Worst food ordering service ever! Order from Uncle Paulies. An hour and half goes by no food. I call the restaurant, they say the chownow driver has the food en route, call them. I call chow now. They say theyre not responsible for the food, the restaurant is. So they make an online portal, happily take consumers money but never care if the food is delivered. Also no tracking option, when all the competitors have great tracking. Ask for a refund or refire, they say not their responsibility. So basically ChowNow doesnt care about the food, customer satisfaction or restaurant success. So why the hell should anyone use them? Dont waste your money and time!
2 hours late, both times I used them. This company doesnt know what they are doing. The refund policy on their website describes returning the unwanted order to a warehouse.If your ChowNow product is returned to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of shipment and is in working condition, your service will be cancelled automatically and you will not be charged any fees.A ChowNow hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, when you first use it after opening the box.They are an absolute joke.
I think that a couple of these reviews come from rival food delivery services. Grub Hub gives a larger portion of the money to the restaurants and their service is at least as good as their rivals.
Quick, safe food delivery. I was surprised because I had not previously used this service and was wary. I was so happy that the restaurant I ordered from linked me to ChowNow because it was a fantastic experience.
I would not recommend using Chow Now. They delivered to a different address than Id indicated when placing my order, then would not give me a refund.

2023-10-28 15:37:44I can’t believe I didn’t know about this app. Definitely under rated. The food prices are actually less on this app rather than door dash. I saved over 20$ when I compared (and I pay for door dash) DOWNLOAD IT! you will not be upset at all. Oh and they tell you who’s dropping your food off and the type of car so you know what to look out for.

2023-11-21 15:57:48Ordered a birthday cake for my son in Austin Texas. Driver from ChowNow picked up the $65 cake but never delivered. ChowNow support tried to contact the driver but they got no answer. ChowNow will refund my money but my son didn’t have a birthday cake. Maybe they need to vet their drivers better. Hope this one enjoyed my sons cake😳

ChowNow’s delivery service was extremely easy to follow and my food arrived when it was supposed to. I found that the app worked well. It communicated to me about any issues my delivery would have. Fortunately my order was delivered on time and still palatable.

Plus I think the selection of restaurants, though smaller, is higher-quality—in my neighborhood, the best bagels and Thai food are on here (believe me, I have done the research). Always my first choice when ordering delivery!

2023-09-22 20:08:05ChowNow app is easy to use. The only suggestion I have is to add the delivery instructions on the printed ticket, together with the list of the orders. This way, the dasher will see to drop off the delivery in the gate/door. This was not carried over on the print out when I typed it in on the additional instructions when I was entering my address. 2023-06-07 03:59:04I recently started this new delivery service and so far I am very happy with it. One good thing that ChowNow does not include any unwanted charges on the invoice. Also as you place order you will know that driver is there to pick up the order. Food always came on the estimated time give. Food was delivered when it was still warm and fresh. So far both deliveries was pleasant and both drivers were very friendly and kind. I did pay them cash small tip. Looking forwarding doing business with them. Highly recommended.

2023-11-22 03:02:00ChowNow is the best. They don’t inflate the prices of the restaurants like other delivery services do. Uber, for example, priced an entree that I get more than SIX dollars higher than the menu price!!! ChowNow doesn’t do that. ChowNow has really great customer service. At least in my experience. On top of that, the drivers are timely and super sweet. THANKS CHOWNOW! Five stars plus a smile.
