Per usual all of Chuck E. Cheese employees seem to dread their jobs. The cashier and the manager seemed nice and the cook as well, the guy at the entrance was really shy and the guy that was suppose to be cleaning (the tallest in the building) was hating his job perhaps. No smile or hello, didn’t clean any of the machines the way they claim, not that I care because we should all know that we are suppose to wash our kids hands in and out of this place. Overall it was okay. My kids love it here no matter what the circumstances are. Chuck E never came out in the 2 hours we were here. The salad bar started closing 45 minutes before closing time. Sorry have to spill the beans. I get it we are all tired but the fun thing was they let us eat our pizza without pressure and the manager again really nice lady. I hope everyone figures it out the pizza is always A+ here and it does look clean

I did not try the food. The salad bar looks depressing. I was surprised at how clean it was, heard horror stories about it being dirty in the past. All the games and rides worked. You pay by the hour (or even 30mins) to have unlimited access to all the games/rides. A bit on the pricey side for unlimited access for one hour.

I have four kids so Ive been to my share of Chuck-E-Cheeses. This one is in the corner of the valley in what would be West Hills. This by far is the cleanest and most maintained Chuck-E-Cheese Ive been to. The staff is very attentive which is rare in other ones Ive been to. I know some Chuck-E-Cheeses can be a nightmare in the bathroom but this one was fresh and had at least 2 cleanings while I was there. The food. Well the food its still Chuck-E-Cheese but they do their best to keep the simple fare presentable and tasty.The layout in here is done right. The center of the location divides the play area between what would be for older kids and younger kids.My hats off to this location..they are setting the standard..

Worst Chuckee cheese ever Main manager Nalleli is absolutely incompetent. Show my receipt for the summer pass fun and in a very condescending way say whe was the main manager and she was not going to help me. Even when I showed my receipt. I seriously feel treated like nothing in front of my kids.

Please tell me why this was $18?. The franchise needs better marketing. 30 year old lifesize puppets are old and rundown. Big screen TV was a 30 years old playing old music videos.Food was not good. $18 for frozen chicken nuggets with hot sauce is a joke. spent over $100 today for my kids to get a little plastic one inch plane with the tickets and a plastic key chain for 500 tickets.If they had better games. Not to rip me off on the food. Better toys to win will keep us coming back. I will come at least twice a month and gladly spent $200 each time.The floor by the soda machine had dried soda. So the floor was sticking. You know the employees have to walk into. just grab a mop..The soda machine container holding straws and lids had grime and gunk by the straws nobody cleans it.The mens bathroom urinals were clogged not working.Its too bad I enjoyed coming here as a kid

It’s so loud. The video games are outdated. Nothing new in terms of arcade. Kids come home with a cold every time due to dirty surfaces but that’s just part of the package with anything like this.The good is it’s relatively affordable. Not cheap though. Parking is good. Pizza is decent and seating is clean. Staff is always friendly and the facilities are relatively secure for kids. A good time for the little ones.

Awful customer service! While trying to cash In on my tickets Kevin was super rude. Then while leaving I got stopped by Elias, bc my stamp did not match my daughter or husband even though I was not holding my daughter so what did it matter? I had to show proof of pictures of my daughter (again even though I was not holding her) and one picture was not enough! They need new employees, employees that want to work! Not rude employees. I feel very unsafe with their “safe procedures” I will not be returning!Very scary unsafe place due to the employees!

Yesterday i went and the food was great! The lady that was at the entrance was just creepy. She kept staring at me and my family uncomfortably and unpleasantly. The only 2 people who were super sweet was the young lady at the cashier whos been taking orders then going to sing for the birthday parties going on and the cook whos been working pretty hard on his own. On a serious I normally go to the one in Reseda whove I had better customer service. But we had fun despite the glares

Pretty sure the mechanical chuck had a missing arm... I paid $75 for 1 large pizza and 2 drinks with a 1 hour unlimited game time card. Pizza was garbage. They had alot of games down for service/broke. Kids got bored after 30 minutes.

Once when I was a *ahem* younger man - I came here for a NICE birthday EVENT. But - MY FATHER - forgot what time we had this scheduled (silly Dad, haha but I forgave him). So ANYWHO we came back here at a later date. Now, I know what youre thinking, hey! No way! His Daddy (I called him Daddy) must have been SOOOO embarrassed by forgetting. OH. He. WAS. But I made him take me back. I then played wack a mole (PRO TIP: dont take the skillset Wack-a-mole teaches into church with you. Haha #SorryPastorMatt). Once I was done we eated pizza. I didnt like the pizza >:( but then my aunt Rachael stopped by. It was weird. Daddy and Aunt Rachael were gone for like a few hours? And like Mommy didnt know about it? And she was like, crying, or whatever when I told her? Idk, adults are weird. ANYWHO, 20 years later I took my son here for a game of wack-a-mole. OH HOW THE TURN TABLES TURN. I get it pastor Matt. Thats too much power for a child to have. Haha, anyway... Nice little restaurant. Though if they would replace that MOUSE with something a little friendlier, like a Racoon or Possum - NO- a lemur! This location wasnt particularly bad. The service was fine but Chuck E. Cheese is just not as fun as it used to be. The toys are 99c store quality and the food is super expensive and not worth the price. And they always have at least 4 games that dont work. I mean if youre nit going to have them on then dont have them displayed because it just lets kids down. Would recommend if you REALLY need a place to take your kid but just dont expect too much.

I love Chuck E Cheese, but this place just has no good process at the counter. Try to get a beer when the person at the register is underage and says, you have to ask another team member, who is swamped with prize/ticket duty. A manager couldnt even help. All the arcade hes were working and great. Ive had my kids birthday party and they were great actually. Its just crowded on the weekends as youd expect and it is hard to get help with a beer that you might desperately need.

Took my nephew but I noticed the place had a weird smell not sure why it smelled liked that . Games were pretty clean but the use of the card takes a couple second for the machine to detect it its pretty slow. They only had 1 cashier so to get prices we had to wait for a couple of minutes. Chuckie came out and said hi to the kids . But before it was better when they would actually dance with the kids and give out tickets. Overall is not the same anymore but we still had fun. Hand sanitizers around the playground were good and working.

Four stars is about as physically many as I can give. For what it is, it is good to great. They are perfect for birthday parties, the pizza is surprisingly decent... and they have beer on tap! What do kids want? They want to play games, they want to fill up on pizza and cake and play more games. This place has it down pat. You have a 2 hour window for your party, then they turn over the tables and move on to the next group. They come out and sing happy birthday, Chuck E. Cheese comes out and takes pictures. Great for kids Id say 8 and under. I cant belive they still have the old school animatronic Band, I was hoping for nostalgia... but really it is just creepy in 2021. Could use a refresh. Speaking from a covid perspective, Mask policy seemed spotty, no one was enforcing when peopel walked around without masks. Fortunately when we were there is was mostly my kids elementary class which is basically a pod, but I would probably not go there with the general public unless they could open some doors and get fresh air circulating.

Crowded and super ghettoThe manager sent 2 employees to a table before he himself walked over to literally take pizza from a family after the employee had delivered an extra pizza to the table. The family had started eating the pizza when he came. Austin, the manager who literally made them take slices of pizza from the plates to put back on the tray so he could toss in the trash can, threatened that if they didnt they would have to pay for the pizza. It was chuck e cheese mistake. I would have filed a complaint with the corporate office. They were so embaraßsed I felt so bad for them. I spoke up but was told to mind my own business, by him. So I am writing this review .Now I must say that Deontae was so super respectful throughout the whole ordeal. He remained respectful and looked like it hurt him to have to do what he was told, try to take food from a family that they mistakenly gave to them, AFTER the family had already began eating it. Kids and all. He was the poster child of what excellent customer service. He was even empathetic to the family.Machines take your credit but wont give you the games. We purchased the cards with points. Some a lot of games just didnt work. Very dirty. We wont be back there.

Great place for a kid, still. I like the time-framed cards to pay for games. It really does save money and time. We did get the wrong pizza, a cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni pizza we ordered but got to keep the pizza and got our pepperoni pizza too.

Its a great place for kids and even for parents too! The system changed and they now use cards with nfc chips instead of tokens. However, there is a machine to exchange for tokens for points. The food is great including pizza, salad, fruits, drinks, and even more! I think its a great place for kids to just spend a little time and for parents too!

We had family visiting from out of town during the holidays, and decided to take them and their two daughters to Chuck E Cheese. As we walked in, there was a foul odor that hit us, that my daughter asked what was that smell. The odor was so bad, My husband mentioned it to one of the employees, so they could attend to it. As we proceeded to walk in, we had to wait to enter as there was no one to stamp us in. After several minutes, someone came from from the back party area, and stamp our hands. Our guests arrived after us. The same thing happened to them. Again, it took several minutes before someone attended to the door. We proceeded to place our food order. Our guests placed their order after us.There were announcements being made throughout the night. One announcement was to call a man back who had just walked out with their infant child. They too got tired of waiting for someone to check their hand stamp and proceeded to walk out. Another announcement was that they had many parties going on that pizza orders were being delayed. After 45 minutes, our guests food order arrived before ours. We had asked the employee to please check on our order. They never returned. My husband went back to the registers after 15 minutes. Again, he was told that because they had parties tonight, pizza orders were delayed up to an hour. As he walked back to our table, he had noticed that the was only one party. It had been more than an hour since we had placed our order. Another 6 minutes had passed before receiving our large pepperoni pizza.There was no one to bus the tables. At times the registers were unattended, with a growing line of people waiting to place their orders. Not to mention, on several occasions that there was no one to man the door. On this night, this location was severely under-staffed - I counted no more than 3 employees on the floor at any given time. My husband and I were extremely embarrassed in front of our guests and greatly disappointed in the overall service. Needless to say this was our last visit to Chuck E Cheese as we will not be back.

O good old baby Vegas. I have a 14 year gap between kids so it had been a while since stepping foot in one. The effort to modernize shows not only in a coinless/ticketless experience but surprisingly in their pizza too. The crust received the biggest improvement as I found myself eating my daughter leftover crust shamelessly. The audible volume level was almost ear plug worthy but what else would you expect from a kid-ridden arcade!

Great staff and great place to spend an hour or so with your kid. On Sundays when the open for first hour they do a special service for children with Autism where they tune the sounds down and turn off most of the brightest lights.

My wife and I decided to introduce our small children to Chuck E Cheese finally. We both have very fond memories from our childhood and were ready to start then with our own children. We havent been this disappointed in a place in a very long time. It was Saturday night, prime time take your kids out time. Of course it was packed.... kind of.There were only 6 people that we saw working there, plus whoever was cooking in the back. One of the 6 is at the door stamping everyone in and checking them out. Good. 2 were behind the food / prize counter. Except when Chucky made his rounds. The other 3 appeared and disapeared like magic.We came in and looked for a table immediately. There were 4 tables occupied, the rest abandoned and filthy, waiting to be bussed. I didnt bother counting, but lets call it 10 to 15 tables. Then there was the sea of tables in front to the band that all had reserved for private party signs on them. There was one occupied with about 30 people the rest nice and clean waiting for their guests. We stood around for approximately 10 minutes waiting to see who he was cleaning tables so we can snag one. After about 10 mins, I went up to the food counter and asked if someone can please come clean a table. The gal behind the food counter got on the radio, and asked someone else to clean tables. She argued a bit with the person on the other end, and told me itll be just a minute and to wait by the table we wanted. It never happened. No tables.We couldnt hold off our 3 year old any longer so we purchased a 1 hour game card ($21) and ditched the table / food idea. This is when we realized the next sets of issues. There were SO MANY games out of service. Water game with not enough water in it, multiple ticket exchange machines out of order, all games lit up, but 11 - ELEVEN - that didnt work. Not out of tickets, that was common on many others, but straight up broken. Now the functional games, new issue. At least 50% were taken up by adults playing trying to win as many tickets as they can. Sure a few playing because it was with their kid, but most without a kid around them. It took a long time for our kid to play between games as we had to wait and wait and wait. I pointed it out to one of the workers, she just shrugged and said we dont discriminate at Chuck E. Cheese and just walked away from me. I was speechless at the response. Our 1hr game card ran out, and we had played a total of 11 different games. Some of these games last for only seconds so we played them a few times.Mind you it has now been 1.5 hours since we got there. No tables were ever cleared off except a couple by patrons themselves. All the nasty old food and filth still untouched. As I was heading for the door I saw a girl tell her group she found a broom and started sweeping around a table they wanted Not a single reserved party has been in the area in front of the band, wasted available seating to accommodate everyone.We HAD to leave because we needed to go get food from a drive thru and go home to eat. Again I pointed it out to the same gal behind the counter when I turned in my card for a lollipop. She just shrugged and said next time if youve waited like 10 minutes and no one came they probably forgot and I should go back to the counter and ask again 🤦🏻‍♂️Nows is the kicker that will make me NEVER return. Not any of the above mentioned experience. As we were leaving, my wife was holding our 3 year old, and I was holding our 1 year old. They headed to the exit about 10 seconds after us so there were some people between us trying to get out. When I got scanned to leave with my assigned kid, the guy (same one that checked us in) quickly flashed his blacklight at my kids hand, then on my hand that Im holding my kid with, and said youre good. Thank you for coming. MY STAMP WAS ON MY OTHER HAND. I turned and said um my stamp is on this hand. His response was its all good and didnt even bother looking.I walked right out without any identification this was my 1 year old.Good luck Chuck E. Cheese. ✌🏼

They removed the play structure and slide. I scheduled a party for a bunch of 3 year olds and they were bored to death. Climbing on the structure was the best part for kids to burn off energy, but now they only want you spending money on games.

Ive been at chuck E. cheeses a lot of times when i was little. I really loved it! the games were fun, the crawlng tubes were fun, the pizza was good, and the mouse mascot was nice. I even went there on my birthday! man, those were great times! Then right now, when I went to the W. Hillcrest chuck E. cheeses, there wasnt a lot of games, and there was no crawling tubes, there werent a lot of kids and the new version of the mouse mascot wasnt interested of a lot of kids.

Used to enjoy going to Chuck E. Cheese but now not so much!! Since they removed the tokens and instead they put 💳 cards .... The machine takes away so much points!! I used to give my kids tokens so they could play alone, now I have to be behind them cause they dont know how to used the card and I have to make sure the dont steal points from the cards! Bad idea!! Not good tonight... we where there for 2 hour and it took over 50 min to get our pizza and it was not the right pizza. And after spending $135 for the wrong pizza the staff is rude with a smile. The bathroom needed to be cleaned the whole time we where there. I told 3 staff members however no one took care of it. The soda machine had flat soda and no ice. I dont think we will be back for awhile

Great place for families. I appreciate the extra layer of security; at the front upon entry, they stamp families with the same transulent code. All family members have the same number. When leaving, the adult(s) is/are checked against the child(ren)s code to ensure the child(ren) are leaving with the correct adult.The food is just okay.

Just had my kids birthday party at Chuck E Chesse for its convince. No need to worry about any details . The staff is very friendly even during peak hours which seems to be between 11 am to 3pm. Our servee was Amazing. She was on top of things with refillls and minor things like napkins, cup and such. I hadnt set foot in Chuck E Cheese in so many years, and I must say their menu is by far more tasty than I can remember. Their pizzas are just as good as Dominoes or Lizza Hut.. I swear they taste the same and my kiddo loved pepperoni pizza. Sandwiches are also good. And lets not forget they sell beer. Trust me when i say you will need one. Pkace is filled with excitedly screaming kids running up and down. But thats to be expected. It is a kids place so no surprise there. So if you planning a party for your little one consider Chuck E Cheese. Let the kids run wild for a chance and let them enjoy themselves. There is a little of everything for everyone. Ok so as a parent of two girls age 5 and 9, I have visited chuck e cheeses more than once or twice - I try not to count the number times so that I dont start calculating how much money I wasted there. Look, this place has its niche, but no more than that and if you really take into consideration the value you get, its not worth my patronage. Despite the little fun my kids are having playing the games for tickets, it doesnt satisfy my Fun Value Metric for me to return there anymore. First of all the Low Ticket to Prize Value! You can easily waste $40-$60 in this place trying to win prizes for your kids - and thats without food. Better off going to Walmart or Target, buy your children something more positive, then the cheap Chinese plastic toys you get for all those tickets you earned playing at Chuck E. Cheeses. Believe me, your children will have the same reaction and it will save you money. I think Chuck E CHeeses better serves as a venue is for birthday parties, age 5-9. Beyond that.. well, its your call..

My family and I were celebrating a 1 year birthday, got here at 7:30 ish took a while to order it was a busy night. An hour later we got our food which was fair by then it was 8:40 ish by 9pm they started hurrying us 9:10 when we were cuting this babys 1st cake they turned the lights off on us and told us we had to go! Not taking in consideration that they took long a disrespectful employee told another coworker we should have said it in Spanish since they dont get the hint get this a Caucasian female referring to a Hispanic family. I will never set a foot in this building ever again and am sorry that Ive spent all the money that I have. With all the money weve spent we should get out of there with a smile not angry, disrespected or upset.

This chucky is quite boring for adults. They took out their jungle gym so that was really dissapointing. Its deff one of the lazier chuck-es as far as kids activities. Pizza is off the chain deff on my Top 5. Prizes kind of suck but has a few OK ones. My son is 2 we have a lot of fun.

This chucke cheese sells alchohol to gang members that came in with no kids or family with them. They were drunk and starting to rub and hold my 9 year old brother. My dad was behind him and told him off and took the my brother to the side. We told the manager. He kick them out but said he has not much power to do more When we went outside it was dark and they were in the truck in shadow Watch for you kids safety. We told police.
