COVID hasnt done chain movie theaters any favors, but cheesy at home streaming still leaves most people yearning for the movie theater experience. I visited this theater as my first attempt to evaluate how big name chains adjusted to the need to go digital.The selection of movies offered a variety of classics, I think mainly because there werent any major releases, but I chose to see Bullet Train. Bullet Train is available through streaming ($19.99 at the time this was written), but you can still catch a matinee for $11.25?I ordered my matinee ticket before my arrival using the app, also adding concessions to be picked up upon my arrival. Ticket check-in went smoothly, but my concessions werent ready and no one seemed to know who was responsible.I asked the ticket taker and he radioed for help, but no one ever arrived. Eventually, a young woman approached, looked at my receipt, and said she would take care of it. She explained the food should have been already sitting in the pickup area when I arrived.The food was later delivered to my seat (an upgraded order feature), but the overall experience was severely lacking in execution. Overall, the experience didnt surpass any of the independent theaters Ive visited, but Bullet Train wasnt bad, I think its Rotten Tomatoes score is a bit low.(Updated with another star after visiting an AMC.)
The air conditioning for the auditorium 11 was still broken yesterday, Sunday. I saw feedback from another customer about the same incident in Google maps posted a week ago. It is surprising that it was not fixed in a week. The customer service was very unfriendly. They did not provide any alerts about this issue until we were in the theater. They were offering refunds but thats not enough for a popular movie that we booked 5 days ago and made a trip to watch it. Not even a courtesy offer of free iced drinks for everyone to keep them cool in the hot weather.
Please don’t go to this theater!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you will get cooked inside. They don’t have there AC working. You will only find about that at the entrance of the theater. Nowhere it mentioned about it online. It ruined my entire movie experience. The entire theater was using plates/cardboard box from popcorn to give air to themselves!!! Horrible
I visited there first time as I wanted to see the movie 😜. There was not so much crowd as maybe it was weekday. I bought coffee from there but it was not good and bought a ticket for the movie 🍿, when we entered in the theater there was no one else there. Movie was okay, didnt like it very much.. Overall good place 👍
Our visit here today was excellent the food and snacks were great and being that I was able to order the popcorn and drinks prior to arrival that made it very nice so we got into our movie with zero delay and were able to see the trailers to upcoming movies!!Overall excellent place with all great things and wonderful staff threwout You made our visit memorable Much Appreciated!!
The overall experience was horrible.We went to watch oppenheimer yesterday and the AC was down for the whole movie. It was a 3 hour movie with a full audience, the amount of heat accumulated was a lot.There was no intimation at the ticket counter stating this is the case. The staff manager was horrible to deal it. He was rude and didnt even apologize.Would give 0 stars if possible.
It is really bad for the value of money.The ticket price is ~38$ for 2 tickets and the hall has worn out seats and no heating option.They turn off the AC at night which makes it quite hot.The sound was just about ok. I wont recommend going to this one.
Half of the restrooms were out of order, the other half didnt have working paper towel dispensers, I watched a 3 hour movie and was sweating like crazy because they didnt have the AC on, or at least it didnt make a dent in the heat... It was cooler outside. Bar selection is pretty limited and the seating is a bit confusing. I had to ask people to move because they were in my seat as a result.
We came to see the new Indiana Jones film and we used some platinum passes and got the super deluxe vibration seats. Those seats were twice as much as the regular reclining seats. The problem is that they make it vibrate at the slightest opportunity. I guess to give you the maximum amount of experience for your money but sometimes vibrations don’t go with what’s on the screen. Next time I would just get the regular seat for half the cost.

Watched mission impossible in screenX. The seats were very comfortable.ScreenX wasn’t impressive. Restrooms in one side of theater was not functional and some of the theaters had air conditioning issues.
If you want a relaxing movie experience with lounge chairs and great AV quality, this is the place to be. Well maintained and never disappoints.
Well maintained theater, polite staff, and comfortable seats. But a ticket cost me $25 before taxes, and it couldve been cheaper.
The seats are recliners!!!!! The best part of your movie is kicking your seat back with your feet up munching on your popcorn and hotdog or whatever you eat at the movies. Mybentire family loves this theater!!!!
Wish they had a little more variety for food. But the food court is nearby, so I guess there isnt much incentive for that. Recliner seats are comfy. We saw our movie on ScreenX. It was cool, though not every scene is expanded across the whole 270°. Theater was too warm.

Best theater in Milpitas with one biggest flaw.The management turns off the Air conditioning for the last move (11 pm), it will be very suffocating. Why do you guys turn off the AC for tha last show ? I have been to watch a few times, every time I go to the show at 10:30 PM or 11 PM the Air-conditioning will be completely off. Infact I brought it to the manager, she said she will turn the AC on, but never happened.Fix this issue please. I went to watch a movie Saptasagaradache Yello on Saturday at 11 PM. Most of them were discussing the same thing. Please fix this soon, also when I read the reviews of this theater it looks like this problem is there from quite a long time, you guys just give the phone number of Cinimark as response to these reviews, stop doing that and fix it.
Watched a new release, I cant say enough about those chairs. They were phenomenal! Plus adult drinks!! Loved our experience!
Extremely racist towards Southeast Asians. As a Southeast Asian watching regional movies that have intervals in between due to the length of the movies, they keep shutting down toilets for us. I watched the movie Jailer twice and both the times they shut the toilets down and surprisingly opened it up after the movie was over. Bad management!

I am fun, and once in a while, I enjoyed spending time watching a good movie. Dont forget to get some pop corn and refreshing, too. It is so fun.

Seats arent working properly they dont recline all the way some do. The seats are peeling, so it feels uncomfortable if your in shorts. I gave it a 3 star only because its across the street from where I live and most likely will go back.

Restrooms for both men and women are out of order and I was told its been like that for awhile and there are no plans to reopen them anytime soon. This is unacceptable...They are sending guests to Outback which is not fair to the restaurant. I saw people using restrooms in other places instead.... traumatized....
The seats at our auditorium were very comfortable. We could adjust the back and the leg support. Worth paying extra three dollars for the movie.

Terrible service and experience. Went to a movie at 10:25 today and the air conditioning was turned off it seems as it was very stuffy and hot in the theater. I had a conversation with the manager of this establishment and he didnt seem to care... Never going here again.

Well, they dont allow backpacks.. means they cant check it(they wont since they dont have personal for this) so you can leave your stuff in the car. They said its from Feb 2018, but others century cinema doesnt have that stupid rule.Movie rooms are fine though.

Racist employees! Racist management! I went to watch a movie here and me and my family were asked if we had our tickets on 5$ tuesdays. Everyone else around us apparently didn’t need to get their tickets checked. Worn out seats! Rude customer service. Be careful with the entitled white employees. Never coming back!!!

A clean, relaxing place for enjoying movies. Prices are nominal, staffs are quick and interactive. The seating is very comfortable, especially the XD screens are a really good alternative to IMAX (cost-effective). Students can get a discount. Food is good but with limited options to select from. Mall near to the cinemas make it easy to hangout before or after.
I had a terrible experience all around. When we got there and sat down the first thing was my chair started to squeak every time it was reclined and every time I move my body the button pressed to recline it. They should definitely not put the button to recline inside the arm they should put it on top or in the front on top of the armrest. Then when the movie started I didnt know half our screen would be on the wall. And we could barely hear each other because we had to plug our ears because it was so loud and my kid was so upset.
My neighborhood cinema theater. Love the place. Food options are good, esp with new ice cream parlor and beer on tap added earlier this year. Staff is nice. And the theaters are clean, seats are new.Warning - avoid during holidays as getting in and out will be a nightmare or plan ahead with traffic details. See you at the movies.

This is one of my favorite theaters. The (+) - Their coffee café is almost always open and the bar opens at noon. The food/snack are usually fresh. The lattes are good.The (-) - The kettle corn recipe is always off. 😑 its just sweet, no salt at all. Yuck🤢
Another update and another 40+ minute wait. I love going to movies but I may just have to stop at this point.Updated again: They started the movie on-time the last three or four times I have been so I am increasing my rating. It seems like it may only be an issue for the special events. All the employees I have interacted with have been great. I am only holding back a star due to the concession area being poorly designed.Update: Went back a different day and it took them 10 minutes (and me telling a staff member) to get the movie started. Bumping them up a star because it is better but still not good.Took them 45 minutes after the showtime to get the movie started. Not even an apology was offered.

And all for good.. reclining seats, designated seating, new carpets and good sound system all adding to good movie watching experience! It’s at the heart of milpitas and very accessible! Basic food and coffee options are available inside and no outside food allowed!

Getting the good stuff out of the way first. This is my go to theater and as usual the theater was clean, seats were easy to find (assigned seating is amazing), had no issues during the film (sound, picture, etc.)Unfortunately the wait time on pizza is always bad, anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Even getting to the theater early its an inconvenience that its ready to grab 1/5 visits.My main issue with my visit today (5/28) was that my boyfriend grabbed their chicken tenders & fries for $7.00+ (this was our first time getting them) and when he opened the box in the theater he realized it was ONLY chicken tenders.I told him to give me the box and I would go and talk to someone but he wanted to watch the movie so we waited.After the movie I went to customer service (with said box), the guy there was friendly and was able to get me a manager (who didnt bother giving me his name) and I asked him if the chicken tenders & fries were supposed to come with fries. He simply told me that fries is supposed to be crossed out. Clearly it wasnt so, naturally, we were expecting fries in the container. I also told him they should make sure theyre crossing it off because the next customer might not be as friendly as myself.Unfortunately I felt as if he was tired of me talking to him (the whole exchange was under 60 seconds) and even asked if that was all I needed/if I needed anything else. There was no resolution. A refund or partial refund would have been ideal considering the false advertisement but a massive headache kept me from pressing the issue.I definitely feel unnamed manager could have handled that much better with an approach that didnt come off as him not wanting to deal with me or the issue.
The seating was comfortable. We got the plunger seats. It worked smoothly, leg space was good and the sound quality was great. Would recommend.

Im very unhappy with the service provided at food court on tuesday evening to watch Air. I asked about ordering a chesse pizza at the register for my spouse .I asked if i can pay first then pick it up ; was told to order it first and then pay when I pick up. Went to pizza counter and ordered a pizza was told to come back in 10 mins since they just put it in the oven . I came back in 10 mins was told it was given out by accident from the guy with black and orange blond hair. He told me to come back in another 10 Mins I asked him are you going to make sure to hold it for me he said YES! I asked if I should just wait for it he said no come back in 10 mins .( mind you Im in the middle of a movie with my spouse) . I come back to get the pizza and was told from a different employee it must of been given out to wait another 10 mins . I said a third time this is not right !.The customer service here is ridiculous! I asked to speak to the manager. The guy that come to speak to me had no management experience. He said its first come first serve and that they dont hold pizzas. I thought this is a big Joke Why wasent I told from the start ? no apology ! He was careless of issue and employees need to be trained better Worst customer service I have ever experience . Missed a big chunk of the movie about 30 mins walking back and fourth .I do not recommend this location !
The XD screen looked clean and not scratch up. Which seems to be asking a lot nowadays.
Cinemas have been upgraded with reclining seats... avoid lines by the new online booking system.UPDATE June 2023: This Century franchise has been poorly maintained and managed. They are often out of supplies and worst of all you will sweat in any of the theatres. Come in shorts and T and you will still sweat. They no longer seem to run their AC and their excuse is the HVAC is under maintenance. Seats have been worn and not updated. Even though we are very close to this theatre we will travel outside of the city moving forward.

Fun time. Empty theaters. Plenty to sit and enjoy a movie after all the covid. Turned into Cinemark from Century. I think the pandemic buyouts had that. The seats are now old looking. The luxury loungers have no where to put your popcorn. Just a drink holder. Grav a tray at the concession stand. Place your popcorn on the tray and you can share it freely and not drop your precious kernels. Layer it FYI when you get the popcorn. Theres a Starbucks to watch your 3hr movie. Youll need refreshments to stimulate the senses. Prices per movie range from a total of $30 per head. Plenty of food and parking when you enter or exit. Mall in the facility. I enjoy coming here. Been coming here 18 years. Ill still come here if I can.
Honestly I went here just to buy popcorn, is the pandemic still a thing? Anyway the popcorn is delious as usual but they no longer offer refills but have reduced the price a great deal so its a bargain and the guy over filled the bags. In the past the theater is clean with extremely comfortable fully reclining seats. 4 outta 5 easy Id go 5 outta 5 if the parking didnt suck.
Loved it!! Comfortable seating & great snacks! LOOK at your ticket, before checking the sign for your theater number, because it may not be up there and some numbers were not in order. Follow the ticket number! Otherwise, it was fun and the snacks were good. Plus, the bathroom was clean!!

Been going here for years, the service is generally good (they can also be generous with popcorn butter) and I personally like the fact that all the auditoriums here have recliner seats unlike AMC Eastridge. I wish this particular theater catered to more arthouse/indie movie lovers
My friend and I had an awesome time. We went early to see Black Widow. We had the whole theater to ourselves. The seats are power recliners and worked great. The movie itself was the best Marvel has to offer up to date. Plenty of action and plot twists. Worth watching. I recommend the early showings if avoiding large crowds is desired.
Clean theaters and they have had some nice upgrades from when i was little. However they definitely still need to work in bathroom cleanliness and upgrading it to match the theaters. They could do with better food choices too like some of the other theatre’s have.
The staff were great, but I have never been to a movie here where people werent on their phone or talking through the entire movie. The last time the dude next to me took his shoes and socks off. Probably wont be coming back.
The seats are definitely upgraded since the pandemic. Lots of leg room and they have controls to allow lean back and foot rests.
Great place to see a movie, but dont forget, its a mall parking lot youre parking in, and the this mall is always PACKED! Give yourself extra time; you might have to park far away from the theater.
You dont have to walk forever to get to your theater, not super crowded, seats close enough to talk quietly every now and then without bugging anyone around you.

Seat covers were worn off. Sound levels were low. Air conditioning was turned on only after 30-40 minutes into the movie. Whenever dark scenes were played, projector room lights were seen as three distinct yellow boxes on the screen. Bad experience for movie watching.
Loved the staff they were all sound kind and polite. The Theatre was very clean and had the best kettle corn and prices.

The seats here are beyond what I have seen in other movie theaters. They have leather seats where you can recline in. There is also a lot of space for you to walk around (really great when you need to use the restroom in the middle of the movie).

Even though Cinemark is literally next to The Great Mall, they dont allow backpacks or shopping bags. Is this even a good business move? There are no lockers to deposit the bags either. For night shows, the bags cannot be deposited in the Mall as it closes before the movie ends. The only alternative that they provide is to refund the tickets. Whats the point of State of California to discourage the use of plastic when backpacks are not allowed in locations near to the malls? I understand the security concern, they can provide lockers in such a case. The food is also very substandard. The iced caramel latte was tap cold.
We watched Thor Love and Thunder in the XD theater and I was impressed. The movie was great, the reclining seats were comfy, the screen was huge and the sound system shook my seat.
One of my favorite theaters! They have a variety of different auditoriums and snacks. There is almost never any lines or anything. All in all pretty good theater would really recommend :)
My local theatre. No complaints. Comfy seats.Only tip is if you go to cinemark regularly (ex: once a month), their membership makes a lot of sense. The cost of a month is $10.00 and you get a free ticket per month.
My most favorite theater in San Jose/Bay Area. This place holds many cherish moments, plenty of memories. I went to check it out on its Opening Day, 2/14/2000, Valentine’s Day in the New Millennium. That night I had my first date with a new girlfriend. Many friends or girlfriends came and went, we went there for many great movies. The popcorn taste is always excellent. Parking is great, and a great mall is next door. The pandemic interrupted my theater going, but hopefully I’ll be back in the future at this great theater.
I went to watch Thor: Love and Thunder at Century 20 in Milpitas on July 16, 2022. I bike everywhere I go and carry a backpack with me for keeping water and essentials. I was not made aware that backpacks were not allowed in the theatre when I bought the ticket online. I pleaded with the manager, Tony, to let me in and that they can frisk my bag or keep it with them until the end of the movie. Tony was extremely rude to me and told me to go away if I cannot keep my bag elsewhere. I explained that I could not have kept my bag anywhere because I travel on a bike. However, the manager, Tony was not at all understand. If you keep providing this kind of customer service to people at the theatre then youll surely lose valuable customers. I have carried this backpack to Regal Cinemas and AMC. I have never been stopped once, they frisk my bag and let me go. This has been the worst movie-going experience of my life.
The only thing I liked about the theater was the comfortable reclining chairs,now the worse part are not enough bathrooms very filthy and smells then when you buy food like large popcorn 🍿 there are no refills same with buying a soda from the coke machine.AMC theaters allows you refills they have a lot of restrooms and very clean bottom line Century theaters suck
This will be my last time I ever go back to this theater!!!Me and my girlfriend decided to go to the movies after our shopping at the mall and we went to go watch [Beast]It was a good movie until I started feeling like something was crawling on me I ignored it in the beginning until I started to ich and scratch my arm so I went to the bathroom and my arm was get bit up if rows of 3 .please be cautious of bed bugs at theater 6 cause this is beyond disgusting and unsanitary..and completely despicableAll I wanted to was watch a movie and not get attacked by bugs ..I told the manager and they were speechless on how my arm looked..

This is one of the better theaters around. They have recently upgraded all the seating to recliner seating. Now, there are fewer and more comfortable seats in each screen. Spacing between the rows is great, there is enough room for people to walk by, without interference to seated people. The best part is that the seating is reserved, this makes it easier to get good seating by booking in advance and avoid standing in long lines for the good movies. The audio is clear, picture quality is great.
The lobby was nice and clean. The refreshment staff were nice and professional. The theater was very clean and we had a great movie experience.

This place has an extremely inflexible bag policy. My backpack was over the allowed dimensions by few inches, and I wasnt allowed into the place. They dont have a storage option too. The staff guy I spoke to could have allowed me for just this instance but he didnt. Extremely inconsiderate. WOULDNT RECOMMEND!
I went to this theater for a company event and it was a lot of fun. I like the new assigned seating. The seats or lounges are really nice. You can lean back and enjoy the show, so comfortable. Food is the standard theater fair. Popcorn was OK. Overall it was a great company event.
This is a really nice theatre at the great mall. Its pretty big but our movie was somewhat empty which we liked. Its worth checking out! Im sure if you wanted to movie hop they wouldnt mind either. They seemed a little strict on people bringing stuff into the theatre but we got our drinks in. Definitely go check them out. The seats are comfortable af and the pice/sound quality is unmatched. The staff is really rude and dont allow a normal sized bag in. I told them i have no car since i took the public transport and i have to carry water so i had a bag. I asked them to check the bag or take a look in it but they said they have a no tolerance policy which is really dumb. I will not be going back here.
Love this place Ive seen many movies here. The theater is decently sized and the seats are comfortable. If you plan on going use the Fandango app to get your tickets seriously cuts down the wait and can get snacks faster if thats your thing. I recommend this place to see a movie. Also if you want to eat before or after there are some great food choices nearby (Mall food court and outback steakhouse).
Great theater with surround sound, lush theater seating and choose your own seating. Drawback is order online for best seats. We snagged disabled seating, which was perfect for us. First month of this movie, the good seats were already booked. There is a senior day and reduced ticket day, Mondays and Tuesdays. Both, good deals.

This has been our go to places for cinemas for quite a few years now. The place is kept quite clean and i have never experienced any issues with any facilities, cinema viewing or food. Theres sufficient parking for all - i havent seen myself waiting for a parking spot ever. You cant go wrong with this place!
Mall parking can sometimes make this place a challenge. They have reserved seating which makes it easy. Lounge seats were nice and in good shape but dont go as far back especially if you are in the front half of the cinema. Restrooms were clean but small for number of screens on each side. Refreshment area is tight but moves and popcorn was fresh and available in 4 sizes. Tickets are bought outside so weather can be a factor if you are in a long line.
Just saw Snake Eyes in their digital cinema, which looked and sounded great. This theater has come a long way over the years, with reclining comfortable chairs, plenty of legroom, and even a snack bar delivery service to your seat. Its a far cry from the noisy, rickety, cramped folding seats and sticky floors I remember at so many theaters. Their young staff is courteous and professional, which would rank a 6th star if possible.The Cinemark app also made things easy, with online ticket purchase, seat selection, and even an instant refund for in-app credit, if you happen to mistakenly get a ticket for the wrong theater, like I did. Credit back to the card used for purchase was also available, after a few business days. In this pinch, thankfully there were plenty of seats available, and I could get a ticket to the theater where I showed up, and saw the shower without a hitch.
One of our favorite place to watch movies, Great location with enough parking. Not at all crowded. We normally prefer to watch bollywood movies on Tuesday as the tickets are half price. $6 plus $2 online booking fees. Last week we cancelled 6 tickets without any hassle. Customer service is great. Nice and clean with comfortable recliners.
Watched Avengers EndGame here. Best cinema experience Ive ever had!
The Disney movie was great and not very many people in the viewing room. You can also pick where to sit for assigned seating. The snack bar is fresh in all their hot and cold food.
The Movie theatre is good with very good staff. The recliner seats are very comfortable and well maintained. The movie cafe is also standard and the pop corn is served hot.Con: Their restrooms are probably one of the worst, even public restrooms are far better in hygiene.Pros: Its in a mall so an added advantage.
The place has XD screens, X screens, and D-box seats.
Pros- Good screens and sound systems.Cons- Every Indian movie is considered as a special event with special pricing (I dont understand why).
Had an awesome experience here. First time actually watching a movie here and I got to see Infinity War. The seats are amazing. Its the one where you can pick and choose a reserved seat and it reclines back. Also the cleanliness of the theater itself was on par. I also think its great that this movie theater is literally next to the mall so after the movie you can definitely walk around and site see. Great movie theater to go to for a first date in my opinion.
Great theater. Gets crowded on the weekends so buy your tickets ahead of time. Upgraded leather recliner seats are so comfortable and are available at the normal ticket price for all movies. Discount Tuesdays make it even more affordable!
Easy to get seats for the top movie (in my case Spiderman No Way Home on the 2nd week) but not all auditoriums have the recliner seats. I thought every theater had upgraded all seats to luxury seating but I guess I was wrong
Seats are really cool but its sooo HOT! in the theater, there is a large group of people in here and they cant turn on the AIR!? Ugh cant enjoy the movie with no air flowing through. Bring your own fan...
The air conditioning has been broken in this theater for more than a month now. The last time I went there, they had a notice up that said they will refund the tickets for a one time pass since the ac is broken. I took the passes and used it to watch no time to die. The ac was still broken. When I asked the manager when they will fix it, he responded saying I didnt have to sit through the movie and I could have gotten a refund instead. I told him I am not going to be coming back here and I am going to post a negative review online, he started sayingI can post on Yelp, Twitter, Facebook etc. He never apologized. I didnt bother getting the refund passes this time because I am never back to cinemark . You lost a customer for life.
The only thing I DO NOT LIKE is that false advertisements from the snacks staff. I asked her several times about the refills of the popcorn bucket when I bought it which with same day refill no charge It turned out completely different. So just buy the regular popcorn when you come in. Dont buy the $15 one. Its a LIE. Otherwise, A lot of improvements the last couple years. I love the theaters upgrades which is why we come here so much more almost every week now. My kids enjoy the movies in comfortable chairs.
The worst experience ever!!! Came in and my hubby asked how long ago the kettle corn was popped. He said earlier. And that they dont make fresh popcorn (maybe because it was after 8pm????). Asked if we could get coffee or ice cream and he said he didnt think so... so I asked for a manager since he was really looking around like he was confused about being able too scoop some ice cream. The manager said the cafe was closed so no ice cream, no milkshakes,no coffee, no nachos. He was a really sloths sort of attitude and ot was not busy at all. Just seemed like he really didnt want to work. Then, we get inside and they definitely did not clean up after the last movie. I feel super disappointed that with covid going around they dont even attempt to clean. Definitely would not recommend this place. Bummer... Hope the movie Encanto is good. :).
Nice seats, everything was clean but the theater is outdated and they dont allow laptop bags. AMC doesnt have this problem, probably wont be back.
I went there for Infinity War using a supersaver ticket and only paid $2 out of pocket. The seats were very comfortable and can be reclined with electronic controls. The seats are pretty wide too. Sound is stunning and had a good time. This was on a weekday and parking was easy. Id do it all over again for a good movie.
Good location and friendly staff keeping the place clean. The place is a little dark but comfortable. Chair has cushion on the back so they arent too bad but not the best either. I wish they could have bigger screen though but I do like the bass from their speakers.
The luxury loungers were great and the staff was friendly and pretty efficient at handling the busy snack counter. Downsides were that the womens bathroom was rough [low on soap & other supplies, plugged sinks, (hopefully just) water all over the floor, even in the stalls] and the theater was pretty hot and stuffy.
This place is pretty good. The location is a perk. The theaters are clean. I wish they have little more bigger screens. They do recliners in all most all screens. The counter is like we have to stand outside in cold which is a bit bad. But overall as long as you are concerned about just watching a film, this is definitely worth it.
Alot less chaotic since before the pandemic. Staff is friendly and helpful no need to pre order tickets, yet availability can vary by online orders. Seating is limited obviously but if you wait till after the rush you may watch a movie without the stress that comes with a box office hit. Overall you want to experience a movie rather than just watch it check out century Great mall. Im out peace 🖖
The theater has amazing seats and good sound. You can watch the movie just like you are at home. The facility is also well maintained. Gets crowded and getting a ticket by walking to the box office is near impossible on weekends. Dont forget that they have a free refill on your popcorn.

New assigned/selected seating format is actually quite nice, and the new reclining power seats are very comfortable. As usual: sound system is well-tuned, environmental controls in place are generally fine for normal clothing (pants and a light sweater; jackets/heavy pants get warm), and the newer XD digital projection systems really impressed me. Optical and film media occasionally had issues in the past, and this seems like it avoids most of them. Staff here is pretty nice, place is clean all-around, and its nice to have the Mall conjoined to it 👌

Compared to other Cinemark theaters in the area, this one is lacking. The seats in the XD theater need to be reupholstered, it was unnecessarily hot inside, and the bathrooms were leaking and dirty. I wouldnt come to this one again by choice.
I really enjoyed the experience here the seats were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I also love when its not too crowded because that way you can access the snack bar or get tickets quickly without worrying about getting caught in a line. It feels like everyone who isnt working in management here knows what theyre doing to keep the experience clean and theres a lot of good snacks right next door before or after to make this outing even more special.
I love watching movies and there is raeely an issue that I have with this theater. Only one time they were lazy with the maintenance on an Xd theater; whereby the sounds was not working and they did not turn the AC on so it was uncomfortably hot for some. And this lady put WAY too much of their oil type of butter one time, it upset my stomach. They need to use a better quality, more tasty one. However, it was only 1 or 2 bad experiences out of many, many times we have gone to this theater. And it is an ideal location, I love how clos it is to Kohls, Great Mall, and Home Depot.
It was okay, seats seemed too used, but staff was very friendly! Open for late hours and the floor space is big! Overall, pretty good time here, and didnt have any complaints
Its a nice theater. All the screens have recliner sofas. I like theaters like this with reserved seating. Popcorn are usually ok but sometimes they taste really bad, almost like grease. Maybe the popcorn maker isnt cleaned well or something. But they were nice enough to replace my bag.
Reserved seating and extremely comfortable. Make sure you reserve early, though! I came 2 hours before hand and seats for Star Wars were almost all filled up! (Perhaps the discount Tuesday [$6.75/ticket] outweighed the three week gap since the release day)

I love this movie theatre. Seats are really good. I ordered cheese pizza(good), samosa(bad), coke(good). Try it if you like.. :)But please remember that dont carry big bags. They are not allowing which is really bad. Usually people come to mall and after shopping they go for a movie. If they dont allow bags, its very difficult. Anyways I like this place.
The seats are very comfortable. The theater is not crowded at all and on Tuesdays when the ticket prices are half the price it is an unbeatable price for the experience. There are also some snack options and an arcade that I have not used but look promising.

This theater has one if the best equipment in the bay area. The screens are nice, the sound is good and the sears are comfy. If youre a frequent movie-goer consider signing up to their membership.
My experience has been nothing but great but the past few times I’ve been here I noticed that the seats are starting to look very beat up. It is time for them to upgrade their seats or at least replace them.
They dont let you carry your bags in. For a location that is attached to a mall, that is pretty rich.The restrooms are untidy.The theaters themselves are clean and watching movies here is a pleasant experience.But being told that you cant carry your bags inside is just Machiavellian.I dont like it when the staff casually told me to leave my purchases in my car.I wish I could give less than one star.I would not recommend this location or chain to anyone.
The theaters have been renovated with reserved recliner seating.1st tip: Go for the first showing on the weekends to get early bird pricing $7.75 and avoid the Great Mall parking chaos.2nd tip: To save money, we joined the Movie Club, its $8.99 per month. Which includes 1 free ticket, it waives the fees when you buy movie tickets from the app or online, discounted tickets after your free one, and you get 20% off the snacks.
One word: A great mall. I went there for the weekend not with the much intention of shopping but ended up buying so much stuff. The collections are great, prices are very cool compared to the stores outside the mall. There is one fruit stall I fell in love with. A must try it is. They serve the seasonal fruits with some spice on it. The restrooms could be little more well maintained but they aren’t bad. One the whole it was a great experience.
We watched “Penguins” here. The seats were great comfortable and cushiony, but the theater itself was filthy as they did not clean it after previous crowd. They charged us 33$ for 2 tickets as we got our tickets online; I believe we deserved a cleaner seats. Those pictures are just from the seats next to me, I don’t have any idea what was going on in the rest of theater.
Really nice place to watch movies. The chair is a plus compared with other places, also remember that Tuesday is always cheaper.

OMG! While I am not much of a movie goer, I took my grandchildren to see Spiderman. This theater is awesome!!! The reclining seats are to die for. The place was so neat and clean, not crowded at all. I chose to do Tuesday as it was much cheaper. Enjoyed it immensely. I will be going more often. ❤
I bring the kids here for our movie night when theyve earned the night out. Coming here for us has always been a positive experience, we purchase tickets online and walk right in past the lines, we get to the snack area and thats always a breeze, then off to the seats, which are reserved online😊. From the entrance to the seats is never more than 10 minutes. Have fun, reserve online and enjoy your night out.
Theres no free refills on popcorn anymore, and out show was delayed due to some technical difficulties, by the time they started it up officially, it was almost 15 minutes in, they restarted it and we were able to watch the movie.
Not a bad place for movies and a whole lot more! Parking is a problem although theres a huuuuuge parking lots! A lot of people come here, even on weekdays!
Nice clean theatre that still offers a matinee discount. They serve alcohol but only after noon. Big plus, the seating is assigned so no guessing if youve got a bad seat or will have to split up your group.
Love the people working there, always friendly. Bathrooms need attending often. I think its the customers that dont give a damn (just like leaving trash on your seat in the theaters).Century/Cinemark does a good job upgrading to reserve luxury seats.

This place is great to watch a movie in great comfort. My son and I used to drive 30 minutes one way just to experience the comfort, but now other theatres are following suit with the recliners so we go to one closer, but still highly recommended! :)
Went to this cinema because of the reclining seats. Screens are good, sound also (even though the sound is quite loud, which my wife tells me is normal in the US). Enough options for snacks and drinks, refills included. The reclining seats are amazing, I’ll be advocating cinemas in the Netherlands now to start building those.Parking is free.Toilets weren’t very clean, nor are there enough toilets available I’d say (on the auditorium 1 - 10 side).I couldn’t find Wifi.
The seats are very comfortable, the popcorn is always fresh and I just cant stop eating it once I start. The managment is very friendly and answer your concerns immediately. Very clean and nice theatre. The sound is the best around. We saw Deadpool twice and I cant wait for the next movie to see there.
Comfy seats plus you get to pick your seat ahead of the movie so if it is not the seat that you want you can choose another time or not go to the show at all. Tuesday is discount day and the tickets are $6 bucks. You can save a lot of money if you take a family of four out to the movie but you have to be a movie fan member to take advantage of discount Tuesday. It is free to join aka no monthly fee.

The seats were really amazing! I was in the second to front row. The only problem is that the back support of the chair doesnt really recline very much or at all, so it started to hurt my neck from the feet being reclined.

Bought tickets for End Game 2 weeks ago online and with just 30 minutes to go in the movie, the entire theater loses power. The staff was trying their best, but we were all presented with vouchers to come back....however, you cannot use vouchers to save seats for a movie that’s been sold out for weeks.
The theater is very clean, especially the 3D seats ( they are clean and very comfortable). The lines are never too long when Ive gone which is great but they also have a kiosk right inside the doors where you can buy your tickets to help reduce line traffic.

Parking is always packed, thats expected with the mall. Service is always quick, walking in place looks great, they just renovated the cafe counter. Food & snacks are always great & fresh when weve gotten them, pricey but whats new? Restrooms could use some more maintenance, theatres (even the smaller ones) have always been clean. Their chairs are the best they recline, cushiony, they dont have a button to activate heat like the Century theatre in Oakridge, but they dont have a tray thats kind of in your way. And if you want you can move the arm rests up. Reserve seating is sometimes good because we dont have to rush to reserve our seats, but also suck because then we have to get seats before theyre all taken. Also they should do something with numbering the chairs because people almost always get into an argument over which seat they actually have. Between this location & any other, this one has to be my familys favorite.

Do not like that you have to show you’re ticket to use the restroom. There should be one when you first walk in.Theater was a bit messy, ladies room had water all over the floors in the stalls, recliner seats were decent but had a lot of yucky gunk in the cup holder.

Despite the prices, the seating and snack delivery was perfect and all staff we spoke with was cool. Saw staff thoroughly disinfecting, and I felt very safe in the theater.

2023-07-16 20:08:57Yesterday, I watched mission impossible here. Very good sound system 👍, seating is good, quite environment however yesterday AC is not working but they offered me full return. I enjoyed although without AC, because theater was 20% occupied only. Overall experience is good.

I wish they didnt have a convenience fee for online booking. Ticket prices are high already. They offer a movie club membership which can waive the fee.

2022-07-27 01:21:38Decent theater because not many people go here during the weekdays and is often empty. The staff is polite and friendly. The snack bars chicken tenders, pizza hut pizza and hotdogs are really bad but the popcorn and slurpees are good! No free refill though and the reclining seats in theater desperately need to be reupholstered, Nothing compared to Mercado AMC(their snack bar and seats much better). The arcade here has an air hockey game table that is so dirty the puck sticks and does not slide, save your $2. Buying tickets, reserving seats and snacks online saves time! Enjoy your next movie 🎬

Today my husband and I brought my daughter to watch the movie Glisten and the Merry Mission and when we were getting nachos, pizza, sodas, icee, hotdog, I saw a sign that said these stars from Marvels said $7 filled $5 empty . I got the star filled. When we went to the register the price didn’t seam right, so I looked and saw that they charged me $25. I said you guys have a bunch over there with the marked price $7 filled $ 5 empty. I asked the guy to follow me so I could show him, they contacted the manager and they still tried to charge me $25. I ended up not getting it, not that I didn’t have the money as you can see listed above I got a lot of stuff, it’s that they were not honoring the price of what the sign said. Very unfortunate, not sure if we will give our business to this specific theater again. I have attached the items with the signs of the price.
