Watching a movie at Cinepolis is pure luxury. The seats are comfy and recline. The food is great and the drinks are good. There is plenty of seating at the bar to enjoy drinks before the movie. It also has two outside patios. TIP: if you have a party of three pick the seats on the edge of the isle and bring a small blanket.
My first visit to a Cinepolis, and the seating chart was different from the real floor plans. The guest service were accommodating and resolved the issue professionally, efficiently, and kind. I had the meat lover pizza and Chocolate espresso martini, and my partner had the chicken strips and the Sparkling Strawberry 75. Everything was delicious. Never going back to a regular/basic movie theater again, Cinepolis is my new place to go enjoy movies.
Amazing cinema with comfy seats and service. The only thing which is missing- hot tea ☕️. Please add it to the menu.
Theater is a cut above most. Food service at your seat (pricey but good), recliner seats, swing-out tables. Friendly, prompt servers AND the pre-show entertainment is not loud or obnoxious.

From Nancy;Who is managing this business? They should be Fired! The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting! Used toilet paper and seat covers all over the bathroom. Only two stalls vomit In toilet and on the floor. Upstairs bathrooms were closed to the public. No excuse to subject customers to this! I went up to four employees that were huddled talking and told them the bathroom was filthy and they looked at me like who cares! I then stated I hate to see what your kitchen looks like? They serve food! My husband used the men’s bathroom and said there was urine on the floor and use paper also! These bathrooms had not been cleaned for a full day by the looks of it. There kitchen and bathroom should be inspected before Cinepolis continues servicing the public. I’m calling the county health dept.
Unfortunately I dont own a car nor know how to drive, so I went by bus.The stretch of road leading up a very steep hill to the movie theater was much too grueling on my legs and feet (Im over 400lbs), so I cheated my way up the hill hallway up via Uber ($7 plus a $3 tip) after a 20 minute wait (for the nearest Uber driver).I was disappointed to find that in my Google search for a 4DX theater I thought Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas was one of those kinds of theaters. Its not. The cost to watch a matinee was $19 ($16 for the ticket, $2 for the booking fee (on the app, Im guessing), and $1 for something labeled as 1xFCF).Via a QR code (on a sticker on the table at your seat) you can download their fancy schmancy concessions menu. I ordered 2 bottles of Smart Water (at $7 a bottle), a cup of Reeses Pieces ($8.50), and Classic Burger that came with ketchup and fries ($14.50). Nevertheless, the menu also has the whole gamut of alcoholic drinks, spirits and whatever else they call those drinks (Im not a drinker). My waitress was very professional and took my order half an hour before Snake Eyes started. My water and Reeses Pieces came shortly before the movie had started but my burger didnt come until after half an hour (about 15 minutes into the movie). Because the theater is very dark and the movie had subtle lighting I had to hold my heavy plate of food under my chin and feel around for my burger and fries to prevent dripping ketchup onto my t-shirt.The surround sound at this theater is phenomenal! I only wish I had chosen my seat around the center of the theater so I could have enjoyed the full spectrum of the sound.Being a poor unemployed man, I felt that my experience was well worth the money ($85) I spent on my entire trip ($22 on buses and Ubers and $63 for in-theater purchases and tip).
We reordered twice when our food was wrong then the third time we just gave up, food was terrible, chip queso was nasty and some drinks took a while to reach us . We liked the service respectful staff but food and movies were terrible overall didn’t meet our standards.
The seats and athmosphaere is just fun and luxurious, so comfy you might fall asleep for a sec too. Pricey, but great fun to get drinks and food serviced inside. Like the large popcorn bowls, new thing lately.
Best movie theaters ever! Luxury theaters are the best! You can pick your seats and buy your tickets online. You press the button on the chair for the waiter to take your order for food, drinks, and snacks and it is delivered to you while watching the movie. The seats are spacious and the movie theater is clean. Great quality big screen.
Great service. Went there tonight, but not my first time. It seems the service is at its peak. I am not sure it can get any better. You order something from your seat, not only does it get there fast, It gets there nice and hot. I highly recommend this theater if you want a relaxing, comfortable experience. That you can have dinner and drinks right from your seats in front of the big screen.

Its nice to have a large seat to yourself, I was comfortable. But this last time, the employees walked across the entire row rather than utilizing the far end stair way, they interrupted the film to ask me questions about items I didnt order but guests next to me did. I ordered lobster tacos, but got the lobster grilled cheese. They also gave me my neighboring partys bill at the end. Also, the screen looked small relative to the room. I am not asking for IMAX size but if we had gone to a different theater it would have been larger. I would say if its more important to have a full service experience, then yes this is the place to go. Way better than the theater at the San Clemente outlets. But if you go to movies for the movie experience, them go to a regal or something and just order your food beforehand.

Cinepolis in Laguna Niguel is my go-to place for watching movies for several years. The theater boasts a wonderful environment that adds to the overall enjoyment of the experience. The staff members are always friendly and welcoming, creating a pleasant atmosphere right from the start. While the service can be a bit spotty at times, its something Ive come to expect from busy cinemas. Despite occasional hiccups, the overall experience is very good.
Cinepolis Luxury Cinema in Laguna Niguel is without a doubt the best movie theater experience that I have ever had.The Food is amazing, with rich textures and beautiful flavors. Each drink was handcrafted and required almost no alterations.The Staff is Responsive, Friendly, and Professional. Every interaction was seamless. A great experience going to the Laguna Nigel Cinepolis. First the before the movie entertainment was really nice. I miss having actual trivia to look at. It wasnt too distracting but enjoyable to look at. The staff was really nice and fast with the food orders. Definitely a great night out.
Usually this a great place. Comfortable seats and good food. This time when I went they took a very long to serve me. To come up took at least half of the movie and it wasn’t that busy. The workers must not be paying attention.

I live in Riverside and spent the day in Laguna and wanted to finish the day at the movies. I purchased tickets on the website but it must have refreshed or something because when I went to the theater little did I know my show was for the day I purchased the tickets not the day I was visiting Laguna. The manager was quick to accommodate and we got great middle seats for a show on the day and the time we wanted with no hassle. Myself and my party were not expecting the other services that are provided but we were surprised and impressed by the quality and the accommodations throughout the show. I enjoyed my time at this theater, the staff was friendly, the show was good, the theater really was luxurious, and we had an excellent time.
This was our first time and Bryan, Joseph and Harrison were superb embassasors! The service was excellent as were our drinks and food. We will definitely return. This is a welcome take on dinner and a movie! Great team work to deliver a great experience.
Absolutely AMAZING!!!! The employees seem to love their job and there are a lot of them!!!! Which makes the whole experience wonderful. You pic your movie, pic your seats, order your food right in front of the big screen and grab a beer then your set! The seats recline and theres plenty of space between each sets of seats to make it feel more private(which is nice because my husband likes to talk and I dont want to get shushed)lol. The overall experience was amazing and weve gone a couple times now. We actually went to this theatre right after we had a HORRIBLE experience from a stone age theatre in Aliso Viejo. The luxury theatre is definitely the way to go. This is the perfect place for date night!
Great experience. Saw Thor and theater wasn’t too crowded and love the recliners of course. Definitely recommend getting a warm cookie! One down side is the same as most theaters, they should clean the seating areas better a little
This place is great. Comfortable chairs! Great drinks! Service at your seat!But unfortunately the “going to the movies” experience is not what it used to be. Went to see Dr. Strange 2 - guy next me came in with a drink, ordered popcorn and nachos then proceeded to fall asleep and snore (comically loud). We moved but you could still hear it.How can you deal with this? It really makes the movie experience not great. I wish management was a little more proactive on dealing with situations like this. It makes me want to stay home and wait for the HBOMax premier.
Food and drinks are really pretty good for a movie theater. Staff is always pleasant. Prices are a little high for what you get, but the experience is always fun.

Staff was nice. Saw Elvis today. Theater was comfortable. The food was terrible. Ordered 2 classic burgers. They were very dry and not tasty at all. The frys were ok. $8 dollars for bottomless drink is ridiculous especially when you press your service button and no one comes.i used to like this theater. It has turned into a big disappointment.
First time - it was a very fun experience.Helpful service and very clean. Very comfortable chairs that are grouped in twos so you have space. Food was very good. I was surprised...truly nice restaurant quality. I got the lobster tacos with the elote corn, and a Ginger Jack to drink. (mule with Jack instead of vodka). All of it was delicious. Honestly I would go here just for the food.We did get some candy - I would skip that. It is generic brand in their own packaging. Not bad, just not what we were expecting.Popcorn is free refill and they serve it in a big metal bowl for you to munch on. OH, and they have free refills on Icees.Cost wise: $18 bucks for two tickets. All the food & drinks + tip: ~$80. Obviously you can get away with cheaper.
Super comfortable chairs. The waiter was extremely nice and the food was ok. I would love to have sweet popcorn here in the U.S. but it seems its just not a thing. We watched Jackass Forever and laughed so much. Definitely brought us 20yrs back in time.
A great place to catch a movie. They no longer have the check-in kiosk, so we had to flag down a server to find out which theater we were supposed to be in. Also, they no longer have the caramel corn. But the seats were good, as were the service and the food. One of my favorite places for movies.

Cinepolis is a fun, upscale movie experience. The service at your chair is phenomenal. The food choices are really good, particularly for a movie theater! Ill definitely be returning to Cinepolis to see movies!

Great customer service throughout the movie refilling popcorn and drinks for us discretely. Love that these were both bottomless for us and we never even had to leave our seats!Have been going weekly on Tuesday as its half priced! I go as much for the movies as for an easy way to disconnect with my wife for the evening. The hibiscus fudge brownie on the menu and the general tso cauliflower have become two of our favorites. Still cant wait for the chimichungas to come back.
Very comfortable seats, but the price for tickets was a little high. Nearly $20 for a seat seems a bit much to me. However, it is a very clean theater and we enjoyed the show.
The theatre itself is lovely. The upstairs bathrooms are very nice and the downstairs are marked handicapped, so make sure to be mindful of where you go. The theatre showing rooms have ample space and and leg room to stretch and all of the chairs have a small table you can eat on. Staff serves you while you are seated so you don’t have to order at the front desk when you come in.I watched the front desk here, an older white male in a suit talking with a younger redhead female, completely ignore two customers of color at the front desk tonight when they walked up to the counter. I heard one of the customers of color apologize for asking for a ticket and watched the front desk staff, specifically the older white male, completely ignore them.The younger redhead female eventually stopped her conversation with the older white male and helped the two customers of color. This was after about 3-5 minutes of waiting.A white woman and her daughter walked up at the same time the two customers of color were waiting and the older white male on staff looked up and immediately addressed them right away and helped them with their questions.This was my first impression of the company culture at cineplex luxury theatre and as a witness, I can say that it was uncomfortable to watch and it felt unprofessional. I hope the staff receive better training and instructions on how to treat all customers with respect and inclusive customer service, as the front desk staff represent the face of the company.
Wonderful experience. Service was attentive, start to finish. Very professional, comfortable and clean environment. Seat were very comfortable. Choose to eat in the movie theatre or out. Wonderful variety of drinks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic, food, desserts. Just push a button at your seat and service comes to you! Great for a quiet, almost intimate date night. We had a family night. My kids enjoyed a chocolate shake. Delicious! Definitely looking forward to my next movie night!

FALSE ADVERTISING. BE AWARE IF YOU WANT A REFUND that you cant do it online. When I purchased tickets, website claims you can refund online 30 min prior to showtime. Not true! I called 2 days prior to request a refund and was told I had to come to the box office to get a refund or I could request a voucher online, but to even do that, you have to download their app and follow bizarre instructions to send a message to the customer service who apparently only responds on weekdays.Its too bad because its a great theater to see a film.
Other than the fact that the call button was crusty with food bits and my beer came out flat, the service was awesome and the chairs were comfortable! The food was great, a little overpriced but I would totally pay that much to eat while watching a movie~
We went last week for date day. Going during the afternoon is very reasonable in price. They have something diifferent on discount every day like 50% off wine. I ordered a cocktail and tacos. I enjoyed both. It was very clean and the server was attentative.
We got there about 2 hours before our movie so we can eat and have a few drinks before the movie started... great idea, we got to enjoy the company of Albert! Hes amazing and is the reason well be returning ❤ oh and the food has gotten so much better than before! We will miss the zebra popcorn though 😢
Reclining chairs are so comfortable and drinks and food tasted great. The only thing I missed from a traditional movie theater is that you cant take extra popcorn home since its served in a metal bowl.
Fun luxury experience being served food (and alcohol!) at your recliner. It is unfortunate they have to walk in front of you a lot to deliver food but thats the name of the game and its mostly at the beginning. We had recently eaten and asked for our order to be brought halfway through but it was brought at the beginning and they actually gave us one of the meals free which was really nice. Only other reason for not 5 stars is the trays are still kinda in the way when stashed to the side and they dont slide over to share with your partner. But Id vote to go back.

Dont get me wrong, the theater and lobby are upscale. Plush reclining seats, and a button to call a server to you if you need anything, AND a full menu? Neat! The Lobby has an extravagant Bar, lounge, and indoor/outdoor seating areaDo not be surprised if the food you ordered is wrong, if it is, summon your server to tell them what you ordered and theyll fix it, they may remove the item from the bill.Plenty of positive experiences at Cinepolis, other experiences left me leaving still hungry. Cinepolis double booked our families seats. Family members drove multiple hours to bond and watch a nostalgic movie. No, we didnt end up seeing the Lion King. Double booked seats are rare, however unexpected situations happen. Despite it being a luxury theater, I recommend that you call again to make sure you are guaranteed your paid reservation.
The ONLY place Ill to to see a movie. Of course, like any place, its not perfect, although its certainly the best movie theater in the area. I was surprised when it was actually a Luxury Cinema, but it definitely lived up to its name.

The chairs are awesome you have lots of room, not tripping over anyone or getting up for refills, you get waited on, their food is awesome! Never had a bad meal/snack there. This place is pricey but its in the name so cant really complain there. But for heads up movie and food for 2 is 90$ before tip.Comfortable recliners. Decent food. Personally I enjoyed the loaded tots the most.

Yes!This place is awesome! Super friendly staff wait on you hand and foot as you enjoy amazing screening experience. Recline in cushy leather chairs while you watch your favorite movie! Menu options include tasty appetizers and entrees, wine, beer and spirits. Yes it’s more expensive than the normal theaters- you get that you pay for here.We will be back!
One of my favorite movie theaters. I always enjoy viewing the movies in comfort and style. The accommodation are fantastic and its just overall a great place to relax in a friendly atmosphere
Theater was not cleaned up, but there was plenty of space so it worked out to find a new seat since there were leftovers from the previous viewing.Drink order got mixed up, but they fixed it but accident when they brought more drinks after we got our items. It was really unfortunate to get stale popcorn, when those who are trying to go out cant get fresh popcorn.I recommend to try to get an earlier movie and not towards the end to get fresher popcorn and cleaner seats. I only assume the day experience is much different than the later showings because there may be more people. Feel free to reply and let me know if youre day showing was any different.
I love this place! The place is always clean and they have the friendliest staff. And the food is to die for. This is not your normal movie theater food. They have professional chefs working in the back. Its so good. As more theaters offer subscription services I wish Cinepolis would too, but thats an issue with corporate, not this particular location.
They expect you to arrive 30 minutes early if you want food. Nobody wants to sit there doing nothing for 30 mins and then watch trailers. And because of that they need like 6 waiters per theater walking all over the place during the movie. Stupid idea.

Usually a great movie experience but last 2 visits this month resulted in this bad review. For the money Im spending, a lot for 2 tickets, 2 drinks and 3 tacos = $100.00 with tip, I expect exceptional service and not 9 employees ignoring me, walking by me as I wait at a table for service. The employees there may be the rudest, least hospitable crew Ive ever experienced. They dont even pretend to be interested in you or doing their job. The food and drink service is slow, so slow. The tacos were greasy, so greasy. And last night, after buying tickets online, we showed up to find out the projector was broken for the movie and had to get a refund. And the employee doing the refund LEFT in the middle and didnt return or say why he left. Eventually another employee finished the transaction. If I were the GM Id fire everyone and start over. Also the facility is not very clean. Ill only return for a movie, not the experience.
What erks me about this place is the few staff that are lack luster. Its a luxury cinema, I wish the customer service reflected that more... when Ive had an issue theres no quick concern to help or fix. The food is always surprisingly good, you always have to be careful not to drip on yourself in the dark.The service to your chair is lovely and friendly. Its always a special treat, even with any odd staff happenstance.
Came here for the first time with my wife for a date and we had a wonderful time. We have never been in a theatre with reclining seats and waiters! So we had a good time and the tickets were not expensive! Great date idea guys if your significant other has never been!
This place is getting worn. The seating space and comfort is great, but my seat was missing the cup holder insert and the swivel table was so crooked that I had to hold my plate on it the whole time I ate, or it would have slid off. The menu needs a makeover, too. Had the street tacos, which were dry and flavorless. Expensive food that is not worth the price. Well go back to see popular new releases, but were not going to eat there anymore.
After you go here a couple times .. you won’t ever want to go to any other theatre!The food and service is awesome!Comfortable seating .. highly recommend 💜👍

I went to Cinepolis for my first time on Sunday and was not disappointed. Everything from getting the tickets to leaving was enjoyable. Everyone was very nice and professional. One person who stuck out to us who provided us amazing customer service and had a friendly demeanor was a server named Lewis. I was very impressed with how Lewis was so knowledgeable of the menu. We will definitely be returning to Cineoplois.

This theater is one of the most luxurious theaters Ive ever been and I love this theater!! Large food selection, great cocktail selection and gormet popcorn,that has four different flavors. Leather reclining chairs and waiters that serve you seat side with push of a button. This is the place to go to have a wonderful movie experience.
This is the first time weve been to one of these luxury movie theaters. The seats were great. They were wide with a table and they reclined too flat. Tickets are expensive or about 22 bucks per person, but I would definitely recommend it as a once in awhile outing for the family.
Great place to relax and watch a movie. The reclining chairs are so comfortable I’ve actually fallen asleep. Jennifer the Bartender is very friendly and attentive she always makes my drinks great. I would recommend this theater bc it’s relaxing and not stressful like most less expensive theaters.
I used to love this theater, but the service has gone down the crapper. It takes forever for waiters to take your order, and when they finally do, theyll deliver your food during the best part of the movie, while taking the longest possible route to your seat and interrupting the movie experience for as many people as possible. Other guests treat the theater like their living room. They talk loudly during the movie, laugh at inappropriate monents, and use the bathroom multiple times... stop walking right in front of me! For the price, this luxury theater is not worth it.
This is a good place, but it can get better. However, I figured out a way to make sure I have a good time here. The problems with this place is that sometimes (or a lot of the time) the servers forget to bring you everything you ordered from them. We had to keep ringing for a server to tell them we still havent received our drinks and food. Each time, it would be a different server promising to come back with our stuff. The movie was almost over by the time someone finally got us our order. Weve had this experience enough that we almost stopped going. When they do get it right, they interrupt in the middle of the movie to ask you for payment. Its kind of annoying and embarrassing at the same time, because some of the server can take up the view of the movie for other patrons. Sometimes, you could hear the server talk over the movie. So heres the plan.... Get your drinks and food at the concierge before the movie starts. I know that kind of defeats the purpose of the expected experience here, but its totally worth it. You get your drinks and food (popcorn/candy) right away, and ideally, no one else would bother you during the movie. As for actual food, dont go sit at a movie theater and have dinner. The main reason is that the food isnt good for the money you pay. Its just not worth it. There are some let downs from time to time, but for the most part, theyve figured out how to run this place. One time, the soundtrack of the movie was off and that annoyed my husband. There was a time all the bathrooms were closed and then someone turned off the a/c in the middle of the movie. And what do you know, it can be hot sitting on a leather seat! But nowadays, its usually a good experience especially with the reclining seats that we reserve ahead of time.
I love this place but you have to either sit in the front of the balcony or the very last row. Otherwise you feel like people are breathing down your back. And if for some reason you dont like the people next to you you should try to move if the theater has Spare seatingYou are separated but its not as intimate as it should be. When I was there last I noticed there were a lot of very very young women with older men. It was definitely escort night. Me and my wife were watching the people next to us more than the movie, Out of disgust
This is my favorite theater! Where else can I get mozzarella sticks and cookies with cream ice cream in one go AND enjoy such wonderful recliner seating! Endless menu selections for those with more discriminating palates! Oh, and Tuesdays are classic movie night so you can catch up on films that are meant for the big screen!
The Cinepolis Ocean Ranch is a fantastic concept. The architecture is beautiful, the decor tasteful, the staff friendly, and the theaters incredibly comfortable and luxurious. But the theater doesnt have its act together when it comes to food service. Tonight we ordered our food a few minutes before the start of the movie, as we were supposed to do, and our food arrived at the end of the movie, more than two hours later. Several other patrons complained of the same thing. It couldnt have been a simple case of the waiter losing the order, because we inquired several times about the order and each time we were assured that it would be out quickly. And it wasnt a shortage of servers. I fear the kitchen or some part of the order-taking process isnt sized to accommodate the success that the theater is having in filling its seats. I will still go for the movies at Cinepolis, because the theater is unmatched for comfort, but I will probably buy my food elsewhere.
Just went to see Disneys Aladdin. For me the atmosphere of the place is really chill yet luxurious, most importantly the chairs are comfy and look very clean. As someone whos kind of a health nut my opinion of the food is rather low- frozen fried foods with fancy garnishes, not bad but not great but this is a theater FIRST, restaurant second. All in all the movie was entertaining and our server Alex H made us feel right at home so it evens out!

The concept is great, but service is inconsistent and food quality could be better if youre trying to sell a luxury experience.1) Greet your guests warmly and personably - Dont just point to the door for the theater location.2) Take orders promptly and accurately! - If I ask for 2 limes in my drink thats what I want, not some tiny sliver of lemon.3) Complete food and beverage service before the house lights go down - Id like to see what Im eating.4) When I tell you Id like to close out my tab at the time of ordering, this is the time to bring me the check so I can complete payment before the movie starts.5) If I choose to keep the tab open, bring me the check when the movie ends and just before the house lights come up. - Its very distracting to have the servers walking in front of you, and the guests next to you turning on flashlights to see the check; which always seems to happen during a climactic part of the movie.6) Over the past year Ive noticed a decline in the quality and portion size of food for the price. - There is no excuse for 2 sandwiches, 1 order of fries, and 2 soft drinks to cost over $50.Hope this helps!

This is how you should see a movie. It is a restaurant and bar at your powered, adjustable seat while you kick back, relax and watch your movie. The argument I hear people make is how expensive it is. But, regular movie theater prices are nearly as high and you can really only get popcorn and candy there. This is so much more. My wife and I have not been to any other movie theater in years and wouldnt want to go anywhere else. How many movie theaters do the waiters remember you and personally greet you? If you havent gone to Cinepolis before, go. You wont be disappointed.
Like most business owners, we work long hard hours, 7 days a week. So this is our date night, our down time, time to just relax and enjoy a movie in comfort and be pampered and taken care of. No fighting for the armrest in this theater! You have your own big leather recliner with lots of personal space. We always get our tickets online and choose where we want to sit, no standing in line. And no waiting in the ridiculous lines for popcorn, just order it from your seat and its brought to you! (Along with that glass of Cabernet youve been waiting all day for!) We love this place.
Like sitting on your own recliner at home watching an enormous screen TV, with dinner and drinks brought to you what could be better. The staff is courteous and attentive.
I paid for food but never received my order. I ordered the truffle fries. An hour went by after I ordered my food so I went to the lobby during the movie and bought a snack. I saw the waiter and told him to cancel my order because I never received it. That was the end of our communication. They still charged me. This happened on Tuesday, October 29 during The Exorcist. The waiter didnt seem very friendly when I was ordering the food so I wasnt surprised that I was ripped off. It was almost as though this is something that happens regularly.
Reserved seating. Comfy recliner chairs. Good menu and food delivered to your seat. Waiters one button press away. Yes, can be relatively expensive with all the food, but I dont mind paying for what I want. Hence, I only watch movies at Cinepolis now.

Not the greatest of experiences, especially for a Luxury theater. Back row literally has the surround speakers mounted above your head...incredibly loud. Luckily theater was empty so we moved up four rows. But then chairs were putting a lot of pressure on my calves. Never had either of those problems at any other theater I have ever been to before.
It was comfortable and the servers were nice. But still had peoples heads obstructing our view and servers were back and forth in front of the screen much to often. Ive been to many other luxury theaters and didnt have this happen. Disappointed so giving a 3 star rating.
Best way to enjoy the movies! Totally worth the extra cost. Reserved comfortable reclining chairs, good food, decent etiquette, professional service, and ALCOHOL! Only complaint is that food service continues throughout showing of the movie which can be quite distracting as the constantly take new orders and shuffle past you every few minutes.
A nice place for anyone 40 and above. Not for kids. management needs to reconsider why they show kids films here. its not the venue for them somebody at corporates making a big mistake over and over again.For a quick bite to eat the menu is sophisticated and they have signature cocktails and lots of wine.Ambiance is very nice as long as theres not kids running around

Even one star is too much! Maybe for the Lobby looks great.1. Bad service (ordered drinks=never got it so during movie went to bar, had to interrupt the view of others!2. Food was cold and it looked like it had gone around the theater for a while! server told me they had wrong seat numbers...3. managers looked stressed and confused!!!4. many complaints during movie from other patrons next to us....I tried to count the seats, must have at least 100 seats! how can you feel special? there are only maybe 2 seats that can be called Luxury seats5. Dirty-Oily (disgusting) where the service button is, my ticket fell between the seats, found it among maybe a month old pop-corn...CONCLUSION: there is No Luxury only overpriced and overrated theaters.....

Theater and movie were great. We went with a large group (35 or so people) and most people I talked to didnt like their food. I had the Ultimate Burger and it was very dry and no flavor. A few friends tried the sliders and said they werent good either. Another person mentioned they had the Asian Bowl and it wasnt good.

Overpriced movie theater with rude servers. seats fully recline but servers will block your screen view to make a tip. adult tickets are $22.50 + an additional handling fee...good thing there is comparable theaters locally that offer same at half the price
Fantastic luxury movie location. The seats are comfortable with lots of room to stretch out and the food from the menu is terrific with a good diversity. You cant go wrong with Magic Hour pricing between 3:30 and 5:30 p.m.

A lot of theaters are slowly upgrading their seating, but Cinepolis is still superior and here is why. All seats are in sets of two, so you do not have to sit next to a stranger and each chair is completely separate so you have two arms - no strange elbows.All seats had great views and they reclined almost completely flat. Most of the new theaters upgraded seating has a limit on the recline which can be an issue if you are too close to the front or too far back. Here you have full control. Each chair had a table, cup holder, lamp and a button for service directly to your seat. This allows you to not wait in lines, instead go straight to your seat and someone will bring you your drinks, popcorn and food.Food - they have real quality food. If you want to enjoy a quality dinner and movie instead of just junk food and candy than go here. I did not try the food this time but I asked others and saw what was delivered. Menus are available at each set of chairs.Bathroom - super clean but small. I can imagine during a busy weekend that there is a line for both mens and womens restrooms. But they were clean and well maintained.Last thing is that the chairs were great but I felt they were not as clean and well maintained as they could be. This is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I will return and hopefully my next experience the chair is well maintained and clean.
Our first time here. The staff is ultra friendly and helpful. Most comfortable movie experience ever. Cinepolis serves food to your seat and has a full bar. Very enjoyable and relaxing experience.
Paid $80 for 2 drinks each, and they were terrible. Go to a different bar before hand and save the money by going to another theater. The food wasnt real good either. Plenty of other places to go. Much better to go to a restraint. I drove further because they had a bar.... Totally not worth it.
Friendly staff at the bar for a drink before the movie. Our order for food and drink in the theater was completed before the movie started. The only way to see a movie is these comfy reclining seats. The theater was clean and the video and audio was awesome.
Completely surpassed my expectations. The food, I thought, was pretty good..the food is so good its worth skipping a restaurant and just eating there. Service was wonderful, polite and professional. The folks there are totally top notch and friendly. I highly recommend Cinepolis.
Love going to movies here. The food on the menu is pretty good. A bit pricey but youre paying extra for the convenience of not having to have dinner before your movie. A great time saver.

Our recent experience with the Laguna Niguel location was less than desirable for having paid over $120 for two people to see a movie. Only one bathroom with two stalls was open. The other ones were closed for some reason. They even ran out of toilet paper and seat protectors! Fortunately, a patron left behind some paper towels.Food used to be decent here. The food at Taco Bell or McDonalds is more flavorful.Not sure what happened but this Cinepolis location seems to have gone downhill over that past few years.
The foot rests arent very comfortable, and the drinks are really pricey. Overall, its a nice theater, my girlfriend and I have been several times. We will continue to go back, but its not perfect.
Definitely a good activity to do once in awhile. Its a luxurious movie theater. So basically they have nicer reclining chairs with a table and they also serve you food and drinks at your seat. but obviously the tickets are a bit more expensive than a regular movie they were about $22 if Im not mistaken
Excellent theatre I really love it. The seats are so comfy and I love being able to sit in my chair and order food and drinks. All the food is yummy. The prices are a little high but you get what you pay for
From the first seconds i had headache, because quality of picture is bad. Yesterday We have ordered nachos and quesadilla with chicken. Nachos was super salted and it was impossible to eat. Quesadilla was super salted and I think it was spoiled because me and my husband now we have stomachache. So, we went out from cinema with headache and swallowed thong (because of the food). Also seats was super uncomfortable! Ordinary IMax much cheaper and more comfortable. I don’t know why this theater is luxury. It’s definitely not luxury. Do not recommended.
I have not been here in one year. I always enjoy it, however I think Cinepolis needs to start deep cleaning the chair, menus, and everything else. My menu was full of greasy figure prints. Bring hand sanitizer.
Awful experience. Food is OK but people have free reign to talk loudly and be on their phones. Nothing done about it despite mentioning to management. If you go, plan on having to confront rude cinema patrons yourself.
Sit back and enjoy a movie in a huge Lazy Boy style recliner. Reserved seating is a double edged sword. Make sure to buy tickets online beforehand. But that also means you don’t need to go super early to grab a good seat. Take your time, grab something to eat, or if you do go early they have waiter service coming around to take your order. This can be a little distracting during the movie when the person next to you is ordering garlic fries during the movie, but the servers are pretty good at staying discreet.
Comfy seats and a nice, clean experience. I love the reserve seating! The coffee and hot chocolate we had was overpriced and tested horrible. I had a beer the time before that was decent and a better value.
Needs to be more careful with the food they are serving and fix the recliner seats.
Great place to catch a movie, comfortable reclining seats and food/beverage service. Bought my tickets for the new Star Wars movie for the wrong date and time, explained my situation to the person at the ticket desk and she comped tickets for the next showing without hesitation. Will definitely be back.

By far the best movie experience you can have, they will bring your order to you its awesome. The chairs recline back just like your at home. Worth the $20 ticket per person.
I used to love this theatre but the service and food has gone to hell. Just about given up on em. Was a regular Friday night (date night) stop for the missus and I. Regularly dropped $120-$170 on dinner, drinks and tickets each week but now they serve old dried up cheese on the cheease platter, the Prosciutto was bad, the amount of food on the platter shrunk...often I will order items that they are out of which is absolute BS! Last night they didnt have sparkling water! On a Friday night!! How FN stupid is the management to not have bottled water? It never goes bad guys...stock it!! Menu changes suck, pricing is way too high for the food and liquor, I used to love their martinis and drink 3 doubles but now theyre so bad we go to dinner/drinks before or after the movie. Sad to see this place nosedive like it has but between the dismal service (they forget to bring something EVERYTIME!) and drop in food quality...we might as well return to Regency. A lot cheaper and comparable to this place now. Sad and disappointing. Mgt should be spanked. You ruined the place. Apparently Im not the only who thinks so.Have been going to other theaters for months however, gave Cineopolis two more chances this week (July 15 cuz they were the closest place playing the movies we wanted to see). Spent $250+ on these two visits. Still outta water! Incredible. Apparently the Mgr thinks stocking water is difficult. waited 30 minutes for my second beer and had to push the button and request it twice. Sent food back twice cuz the order was wrong. Ordered a vodka tonic with lots of lime, it came without any lime. 25 minutes later i was able to get one slice. So nothing has changed...the place still sucks. I would rather go to a nice restaurant and any other theatre...better experience and much cheaper. I think the last time they wiped the chairs down was 2013. I think the last time they wiped down the chairs was 2012. And why are there only one toilet and one urinal in the first floor mens room? Not even room in that tiny head for the guys to stand in line!
My husband and I went here for his birthday and we both loved it. I loved the luxury and relaxing atmosphere. The food service while watching the movie is awesome!! brilliant idea. I highly recommend this place.
I love the comfort of this theater, the food is very good, wine list could be better (but again- its the movies:) so not bad but the service is horrible. When they opened it was great but went down the hill fast. They could use more restrooms as only two stalls in ladies room for a theater not enough for the amount of customers at any given time.
I accidentally bought 4 tickets to the la costa location (my fault). I went in to this location and Keduse was so helpful! He contacted the other location and processed the full refund back to my card after the movie had already started. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Keduse!
I really enjoy going to this theater, I think this was my fourth visit. Good atmosphere and service. One demerit for the footrest (broken), and the mens room could use more frequent cleaning.

This place is dirty. Didnt used to be. It was pretty warm throughout our whole movie. Seems management is more concerned with profits than the movie experience. Theres residue all over the arm rests as if someone used the same rag to wipe all the seats, smearing a spilt milkshake all over the theatre; my arms are literally sticking to the arm rests...YUCK! When your there, look at the cloth on the seats just outside the restrooms downstairs too. Yeah, no thanks.

Much better than Regal or Edwards. Luxury Lazy Boy seating with waiters that come to you in the theater to bring you more drinks, food or snacks. Most night shows are 21+ so you dont get annoying kids or high schoolers.

The cool thing is this luxury theater has reserved seats and a great Mon-Thu $10 discount time slot... but when trying to book my reserved seats online, there was an error message that popped up that their connection to ChaseVisa wasn’t working. So I tried using the Cinépolis app instead of the website... and got the same error message. So I figured I’d try calling the theater. It said to press 2 for guest services and 3 for gift cards. I pressed 2 and got the message for gift cards. I pressed 9 to go to the main menu and pressed 3, thinking perhaps they got switched... but instead, pressing 3 resulted in a “thank you for calling” and hung up. I understand when credit card systems go down but there is absolutely no excuse for your phone system to be completely out of whack. So tonight my luxury reclining chair was great... with all 4 of us watching Netflix at home with much cheaper popcorn.
Theater is great seats are great but the concession line and process is a mess. Even when not crowded the amount of people they can serve with one register is a poor plan. Very inefficient and must cost them revenue as we just walked to movie.
This place is great but in desperate need of some maintenance. Three of the last four movies I saw I ended up in a broken chair. Its unacceptable and unfortunate. Time for the theater to do some upgrades and repairs. Otherwise, there is no place I would rather see a movie. Service time for food and beverage has gotten slightly better over the years.

Decided to take a long lunch and by long lunch I meant bounce out of work early and get my movie on. To all those new to the Luxury movie game, this is not Regal or Edwards or Ultra, this is Cinepolis. Frankly the United States just wasnt ready for the world wide movie giant. They have been doing posh theaters all over for a long time now and we here in the States just hasnt caught on. This is my 4th Cinepolis Ive been to in Socal and although not my most anticipated or in my opinion the nicest,its OCs first foray into something I honestly thought would start in LA and work its way down, not the other way around and something that has been a long time comingBear in mind the tickets are pricey and unless you have money this is not somewhere you can go on a weekly basis. I cant imagine having kids and taking them here. This is so much better than almost every theater most people have probably been to and with the amenities they provide its absolutely worth the money, whether you order food or drinks or not. Its a perfect place to bring someone out. The odds of having loud, annoying, patrons, kids or a bad experience is low. Most parents wouldnt bring their kids to a theater that allows drinking. Not all showings do this, so check ahead. Arclight allows you to pick your seats and yes they are bigger and they are a little less crowded, they have nothing on Cinepoliss fully lounge lazy boy recliners. Its more comfortable than most peoples couches.Food and drink is what will kill you. Were all so used to snacking at theaters that getting popcorn or sweets and sodas will hurt your wallet, but again I say this isnt your average theater and you shouldnt expect your average experience. They have a real kitchen with chefs and you order from your seat and they have a full bar, the lounge is nicer than most peoples homes as well. What I suggest is to have dinner elsewhere, grab a few drinks before the movie and have your mind blown.Only downfall is they dont have the highspeed reel showings of some of the techiest movies. No IMAX.The revolution has begun and there will always be resistance, but people need to get over their preconceived notions of a cinematic experience, because no one is denying the intimacy, the convenience and ambiance are worth a look, but people are so used to the matinee discount they forget they serve sushi (not very good though) here. They cant comprehend what its like to not drink and 60 oz soft drink or eat a tub of popcorn with candy from a box. You cant go to Mortons and expect sizzler or pay sizzler prices or sizzler experience. Maybe that means you use this to treat yourself from a half dozen other movies you watch.It took me a while to get used to the prices of a Luxury Theater and it will be that way for many, but as far as comparison to other supposed Luxury theaters its not close. Cinepolis threw it all out the window while Arclight is just Hollywood upgraded through and through. Youll always have people on their cell phones or chatting it up and you cant please everyone, but I think its safe to say everyone that comes here finds regular theaters annoying enough to pay the extra money for the luxury or convenience or experience.I prefer Del Mars location due to the shopping center and surrounding areas. I prefer La Costa since its close to me, but if I ever want to splurge and take a girl out and she lives in OC, Im bringing her here.

I like these theaters because of the seating. You get assigned seating in big recliner chairs. They serve all sorts of food and beverages including alcohol but only in certain theaters. Well worth the few extra bucks
Of the best multiplex in the city, offering state-of-art sound & projection technology. Comfortable seating. Great sound system. Lot of parking available. Very efficient staff. Very clean & beautiful environment, wheel chair accessable, also washroom are very well maintained. Good place to hangout with mates, friends, family etc. JUST LOVED IT!!! Laguna Nigel theater had the worst service I ever experienced. Over an hour for food deliver. Pushed the service button for 15 minutes with no response. Had to leave movie to get service and an answer to misding food. Ruined entire movie experience. I will never attend another Cinépolis movie theater.
Loved the chicken quesadilla w/avocado. Jillian the server was beyond great. We were celebrating my Grand daughters 13th birthday. Jillian brought her a lovely dessert with message..

Got searched, had my backpack in tow (but so were man others). Excuse was that they have people try to sneak in food. Was just from work and had my laptop in the bag. Was the only African/black in the lobby and wasnt the only one with a backpack. Go figure :( Very embarrassing experience

It is super expensive. I had to put that up front. I am willing to go once a month because of that, but I have yet to be disappointed. Pick a great movie, get some drinks, and order some food! I almost fell asleep in their reclining chairs. This place is an expensive and rewarding treat.

Awful service experience, ordered chai latte 10 minutes before movie started and received it 30 minutes into the movie! This organization needs to learn how to manage food and beverage service, they cant just have one barista for a theater that holds about 80 customers.
We bought tickets on line for an 1130 am showing of star wars to watch with our kids and when we arrived the theater employees said the show was at 1130 pm. Unbelievably, one employee told us and the other 20 other patrons that we were all wrong in the sense we all read it wrong. Not only were we outraged by the poor customer service and the ridiculous reasoning that all the custumors were wrong, but the fact that they never admitted they posted the time wrong on their own website. To add insult to injury, they would only refund the tickets and not the booking fee. A whole measly $6! Not much considering that their own website made the mistake yet the customer has to take the hit. So upset and dissatisfied. When I asked to speak with the maanger he told me he could not do anything about the booking fee even though it was their own website, and not a third party. I got the general managers name and will be contacting cinepolis about this.
The service was great and the experience very nice. I miss the Buffalo Wings and the mini burgers, but other teh that everything was great.

Its a different experience from traditional movie theaters, and with those prices increasing at a ridiculous rate, this is a much better option. Recliner seating, food, and a great view no matter where you sit, the extra $$ goes much further here than Regal/Edwards theaters
I visit this pretty often, because of cleanliness and very friendly staff. But I must point out server Saad, who went above n beyond to make movie going experience absolute delight. Thank you Saad and cinepolis!
I enjoy this theater. I used to go here when I was a teenager and then they remodeled and I think it totally works better now as a luxury theater. Very fun!
The seats are amazing and the drinks are great, unfortunately the food is overpriced and not great quality. Other than that I love going to this place but tend to eat before :P
This place isnt bad if you want to experience eating dinner food at a movie. I will say the seats at the AMC Tustin are better and they have a nice warming button unlike this place.
Comfortable and relaxed space, nachos with anchor chicken were also really tasty.

Young, eager, and excited to serve. They seem to be quite well trained, despite some of their youthfulness.Ive been now 3 times since moving to the neighborhood two weeks ago, and will be back pretty much every week, now that Ive signed up for the REWARDS PROGRAM.

2023-06-29 03:48:29This is a great theater. Its got a beautiful entrance and a nice lobby. The powered reclining seats are very comfortable. The screens, projectors, sounds, and acoustics are top notch. The service staff does a great job with getting food and drinks delivered to your seats. Prices on the alcohol are high for what you get. No complaints on food quality or food costs. The restrooms are kept pretty clean and well stocked. Decent parking. There are decent food, dessert, and coffee options within walking distance too. Highly recommend. Great local theater.

2023-06-04 17:40:42I love that you dont have to wait in line at a concession stand. Go to your nice, assigned seat and someone will wait on you. The popcorn is also much better than the usual movie theater popcorn, in my opinion (healthier / home made taste).Its definitely worth the few extra dollars vs a standard theater.Note: the armrest can be raised out of the way in the reclining chair pairs making one big chair. We ddnt realize that until the end and makes it much better if going with children or a significant other.

2023-08-02 02:19:19Besides being absurdly expensive this is probably one of my favorite theaters. The food is honestly shockingly well made and a great quality and the portions are nothing to sneeze at either.The staff is well trained and it’s very noticeable.

Its like being at home with all your home comforts and also like going to a restaurant combined with a movie theater. Its a unique experience and if you ever get the chance I would recommend you go and try it for yourself.

2021-06-13 22:41:55The best experience I have ever had at a movie theater. Watched A Quite Place 2 there and it was phenomenal with the 3D sound system they have in the theater. The seats also had haptic feedback (vibrations) for loud noises and moments with lots of action and movement felt so much more real. The food was also amazing. I ordered pepperoni pizza and it was amazing. Homemade and prepared wonderfully. The staff was so kind and service was speedy. Definitely recommend!

2023-09-09 00:54:58Service was good, bathrooms are clean,recliner chairs are working. But chairs needs a good cleaning or remodeling. Ive been to Guadalajara VIP Cinepolis, and others Cinepolis. I expected a little more for my money. Overall it was a good experience
