Far prefer the other La Costa location. This location was dirty. Staff pleasant but facilities are worn. Slight old hotel smell. Bathrooms not clean.
Took in a small cup of M&Ms, the manager saw it and made me give it to them. We also bought food and I offered to buy candy too, its not about the money. It was really awkward. They wanted to take the ladies purses. Love this place but thats ridiculous. Felt like elementary school.
Just because something has luxury in its name does not mean they can pull it off. The food and drink choices are great, you can either have a snack or a full meal. Seats are comfortable and staff is friendly. Whats missing? Cleanliness. So much of it!As soon as you go inside you can feel your shoes sticking to the floor. The restrooms reek horribly and all the way into the hallways. The seats are full of dropped popcorn.Last time I visited there was a literal maggot crawling on the tray table and was given free popcorn as a sorry. For what you are paying for food and tickets they should keep the place well maintained.

Well, I really enjoy coming here especially for a good movie! Theaters are clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful! The only thing Id say about it is when we order food, my husband and I always get crumbs on us! so be cautious ... and only because we were taking advantage of the reclining seats! Hahaa!
Oh man, how the mighty have fallen. We recently came to see a movie here (Doctor, strange) were met with shoddy leather arm chairs with the swing out trays that were broken and would tilt. This prohibited us from a drink or food on the table.The show we went to was at a 9:30 showing and we were met with the host/ server in the theater letting us know that they would be not serving adult beverages after 9:45. At which point we instructed them to bring us a round of beers at 9:30 and prior to last call bringing the second round of beers.Unfortunately, what occurred was that the server forgot to bring us our first round 20 minutes into the movie. At which point we ask them if we can get our second round. They were unable to accommodate, this is a shame.So what used to be an amazing experience at a theater has become pretty crummy. It would be an excusable situation but the fact is you are paying for a premium experience and it seems though they havent forgotten about that mission.Will I come back? Of course I will. It was a one time situation and I suspect its not a regular day-to-day situation.However, the theater is in need of repairs and My hope is that they remedy that.
Awesome way to watch movies. Lounging in your own recliner, ordering drinks and food or even normal movie stuff like popcorn. It’s great. Who doesn’t like that?!?

It was a little odd not being able to order food and stuff at the lobby but theres a button on your seat that calls a waiter to you.A little expensive but some things I think are huge improvements over other theaters are as follows.1. The seats come in groups of 2. Theres no trying to share an armrest with a stranger.2. The food was actually very good. The popcorn was very good, cooked in coconut oil I believe. We ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was better than expected.3. The drinks. We ordered the mango tea and it was very good and not syrupy sweet.4. The seats themselves were extremely comfortable and i could recline with my feet up almost enough to be fully laying flat.Saying all that, the movie tickets were 15 bucks each for a matinee showing and the popcorn, pizza, and drinks were another 35ish. So it is a bit pricey for my taste but it was a great choice for going out on a day date with my significant other.
Great place to view a movie. The drink selection alone /alcohol or non alcohol are great. The service was good and food as well. Prices are a bit pricey but if you want to spoil yourself, this is the place. I was in a family of four and spent around 90 dollars on food and drinks.

The accomodations were first class, and the staff was warm and welcoming. The only reason why I did not give it a 5-star rating was due to the cost of the tickets. It is a bit pricey, but also fun being pampered/catered-to in that way.
Waste of money and time. They took 45 min to bring our food, wings and toter tots were literally cold, we sent it back, 20 min later they brought back THE SAME COLD FOOD, they didn’t care. The milkshake took 40 min and of course it had melted .Horrible service at luxury prices :(

Honestly, this was my first time coming to this theater and it was a disappointment and a waste of money. It’s suppose to be luxurious but the service isn’t good the food is awful… the only good thing was the popcorn and the bar. Cocktails were pretty good. The service to your chair was not good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and my husband ordered a cheeseburger. The waiters got our order confused with the neighbors order so we basically didn’t have food for the entire movie. When we got our food my chicken tasted funny so I opened the sandwich and the chicken was burnt like black burnt. I couldn’t eat it. I wanted to eat my fries but they forgot my ranch and ketchup. I ring the little light thingy and they took forever to come and for me to ask for ketchup and ranch and they come back with two ketchups and a small ranch. Same thing when we wanted a soda refill. I spent $150 this night. I’m so disappointed in this Luxury theater
Plenty of parking, not super crowded (a plus), clean, comfy.And when we made a mistake of going into the wrong Avatar theater, they refunded us the ticket price since we missed half of the movie.
We always love going here. The last trip we took was the best yet, with the steak sandwich I ordered by far the best food Ive ever had at Cineopolis.

I remember when cinepolis opened, and the experience was great. Boy have things changed! We started at the bar and dealt with a rude and frustrated bar tender who didn’t hesitate to complain about how short staffed and lacking her workplace was. Patrons were coming to the bar looking for food they ordered over an hour prior. The floors were hideously dirty with food and trash. The smell was terrible like soiled carpet. As we waited in the lounge, we noticed the windows were leaking and water drenched the floor and furniture. Even the movie posters were torn.IT ALL COMES DOWN TO LACK OF MANAGEMENT! Based on the disappointment of those who ordered food and received none, we opted not to do the same. What a disappointing experience….
Not the best in terms of what you pay for. The seats are worn down and there was a lot of food still stuck in between the seats. Again, for a luxury theater I would expect more for quality and cleanliness. However, the customer service is good along with the service. Our 3D movie malfunctioned about 45 minutes into our movie. They gave us a full refund and refunded our food/drinks we ordered as well.

Disappointing! Took the family to a noon showing of Avatar 2, with plans to order lunch. My son ordered a pizza, and never received it, even though after the rest of the familys food arrived he called the waitress and asked again for his pizza. She said she would check, then never returned. I ordered a cobb salad with ranch dressing, and received a very sad looking salad with no dressing at all. I had to call the waitress back to request dressing.Yes, the seats are comfortable, but when you pay those prices for a noon show, you expect to at least receive the food you order.After the show, I politely let the GM know, and he responded by saying, sorry to hear that.
I normally have a good experience here but tonight I saw Black Panther and the service was VERY POOR in terms of timeliness. I can understand them being busy, but I waited 40 minutes for TAP WATER. That is unacceptable in my opinion. I then ordered a milkshake, waited an hour, pressed the service button, only to be told that the order was never put in. So I had to wait AGAIN for the milkshake to arrive. It was so unorganized with me having to ask 3 different people for a WATER. My husband’s drink and pizza came without issue but not water? Really? I was very disappointed with this visit and considering tickets are $20 a person now, the service needs to be A LOT better than this.
I went there last Saturday to watch Avatar with a friend. I bought the tickets for the perfect spot to watch the movie. To my surprise the chair didnt work, it wasnt able to recline. I called one of the servers and let her know about the problem. She said that she will call the manager to resolve the problem. After 20 minutes no one came. I called again, and another server showed up. I explained him whats the issue, he tested the chair, and told me that he will call the maintenance guy. Another 20 or 30 minutes and nothing. I call one more time, and another server person shows up and once again explained him whats the issue. The only solution he gave us was to move to another spot, and the only spots available were at the top right corner of the theater. I thought at least I will be more comfortable watching the movie but I was wrong because when I reclined the chair, I wasnt able to see the whole screen because part of the wall and the handle bar blocks the screen.Not the best experience!
We dont always go to theaters to watch movies, but when we do we have good food and drinks. Shout out to Andrew at the bar for service above and beyond!

My family and I have visited this Cinépolis cinema multiple times. I love the fact you can walk it, grab a drink from the bar, head to your very comfortable seats and order some really good food.The staff is friendly, the food far better than most cinema style food and the facilities are neat and tidy. Now if they would throw in a Tesla charger, we would be all set :-)
Its so rare that I ever give a negative review but in this case it was necessary. My BF got food poisoning from this place and was sick the rest of our trip which means we had to cancel going to Disneyland and the other things we planned to do. Also, a significant portion of the movie screen was blocked every time the servers would take other orders. Between the price of the tickets and cost of the food, we paid a lot of money for a very expensive poor experience.
My husband and I are new parents, so being able to go to the movies is now a luxury! We unknowingly came during happy hour and had the best time. We had the opportunity of being helped by Mike! Mike is so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. His customer service is top notch and reminded us why we love this location! We had a blast drinking our favorite cocktails, snacking, and watching the newest Doctor Strange movie. Looking forward to our next movie date at Cinépolis!
Absolutely epic! 4 stars because it was really warm inside theater. Sound for some reason seemed like it was low and hard to hear dialog. But when action picked up it was good. Seems like they have some work to do sound wise. Maybe the smaller theaters are a lot better to hear. The theater I was in was huge. All around amazing fathers day with the family.Staff was great and super helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.
Movie was fantastic! Saw Top Gun Maverick. But the service was very slow, which is understandable. But the theater was terrible. The power seats went out which included the service button. But having the seats half way back made it almost impossible for my husband who has a disability, to get up from the chair. The bathroom was dirty, only one sink working. I heard many complaints. Won’t go back to this location, but will try another. Not worth the money.

My son and I went and saw Top Gun: Maverick- excellent movie which was improved by our recliners and their seat ordering and serving staff. Good employees, very quiet and respectful. And we got to miss out on less of the movie.
I had the best time watching King Richard here last night and I will for sure come back. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pretzel was bomb. Our food was served to us way late and not all together so I just figured the staff was busy. Seats were comfy and it was just an overall great night. 👍🏻
I went last Sunday, I was the first one to get inside the theather ordered the food first and people that came in after me, got the food before me.Also I did get my food but after I requested 2 times and It took 1 hour.

This movie theater experience is one of the best. Great seating and comfortable recliners. They do recommend you arriving early to the viewing for ordering food or drinks from their large menu. Had the chicken bacon pizza there and a Magnificent Margarita, the pizza could have been baked a bit longer, but it was delicious, my tequila mixed drink was perfect in taste, but the amount of ounces for the price was ofcourse alittle short. I was expecting one of those big margaritas drinks 🍸 😩

Very clean and fancy interior. You feel like you are walking into a restaurant/bar instead of a movie theater. If you purchase your tickets online, you walk straight into your theater and to your assigned seat; no tickets to show, no stopping, it is very weird feeling. Each seat can recline, has a menu, and a mini table to hold your food (should you feel inclined to order any). Darkness of theater was great as well as the sound system. If you want an experience before your movie, this is the theater to visit.
So glad you’re open!!! Also, they have totally switched up the menu to include healthy options like cauliflower crust pizza and many different bowl options that’s are thoughtfully delicious. Ive been coming to this theater for a couple of years now. Its great! Good food, comfortable seating, clean and friendly staff! I only removed a star because if you go and your movie is packed, expect the staff to be delayed in serving you since theyre busy and she missed an item I requested but still a great place! Very relaxing atmosphere and why not watch a movie in luxury? :)

The menus is either not up to date or the server ordered the wrong item. Staff are pleasant, but most dont understand their food menus. Parking is good. And great clean facility for date night.
Ive been here with my son about 10 times. We both love it. The reclining seats are super comfortable and there is a lot of space between each set of seats. Its like kind of like being in first class of an airplane. The food is good, especially the gourmet popcorn and the desserts. I recommend sitting further back in the theatre or in the middle at the closest.

Oh wow! If youve never visited its a must even if its just once. Pricey, but the experience is amazing! Personnel is very friendly & very accomodating.The lounging seats are roomy & super comfortable & if you get chilly, you can rent a blanket! Service & foods are outstanding, with a vast variety of items from snacks to meals, as well as the typical theatre fare. They even serve alcohol!

Date night here is worth the price! Great service, drinks and food, a long with reclining chairs build for two. I felt like I was at home, but not my home because i dont have comfort like this! The service was quick and accurate. The staff was friendly and the manager, Leo, said farewell with a big smile. Id definitely recommend this place for a romantic movie night ;)
It was a bit expensive for a movie theater, but this was not an ordinary movie theater. This is in my opinion top tier. The staff were awesome. Even being a late night showing for Endgame. The staff were clearly exhausted, but kept a smile up and kept going with the manager working side by side with them delivering food and taking orders. My wife and I were highly impressed with them. Then comes the leather recliners and the excellent food they serve during the movie. Oh yes, this place was fantastic. First time here but it is now our go too theater
They are obviously short staffed at the moment which makes this not great. I bought these more expensive movie tickets for the experience of dinner and a movie. We ordered our food before the movie began and didnt get our food until about 40mins into the movie. They also forgot half our order so we had no 2nd meal ordered or drink the entire movie. The food we did get was almost ice cold :/ We asked about our order twice during the film, were told they would go check it out...but then they never came back. Sucks. I was also surprised that it was quite messy walking around .you wouldnt think it by the area in which the theaters are located. Wont be going back.

I only gave it 4 out of 5 stars because the prices on the food are a bit much... The food tastes good but I dont believe that its quite as good as what the prices would insinuate. I loved the pretzel bites, they tasted like they bake them there not frozen. I like that you order at your seats. They’re pretty slow at service but the food was definitely worth the wait. I’ll be back for sure.
I change my review to 4*. Gilbert is so helpful with this issue that he gave me 4 tickets for the error the corporate made. Ill give the staff 5* for being accommodating. I would have love to continue using Cinepolis, but my credit card I was charged $35 for 2 person 3x. I called, emailed when I found out the error. I been promised several times that I will be refunded several times. Its bee almost a month. I havent heard from them. All I want is to be credited to my account in order for me to used the theater. But I will not be using Cinepolis from now on

Im sorry what defines a luxury theater, i think the food should be exceptional right? Do not order thier lobster diabla tacos if your expecting spicy and something resembling a fish taco that you would pick up almost anywhere in San Diego County. They actually served a lobster taco in partially stale taco shells. I hoped it got better with every bite, but it did not. The French fries were seasoned and good... if you have to order them, please choose flour tortillas instead, Ive never heard of a flower tortilla taco shells...Otherwise people and service were greatIf you doubt me, go try it and then go try The Lot movie theater, and order tacos, they put the luxury in thier food too.
This theater blew me away. My husband booked us tickets as a surprise to see the new Avengers last month and we were in paradise! The food is fabulously plated as if you were in a restaurant with lamps at your seat to see everything. You can order from the bar or your seat. You dont have to miss a thing! This was so romantic and the experience was great. I would just say I wish that it wasnt so expensive! 😅 definitely worth it though
Its a decent theater. There were some things about the ticket service that were odd compared to when it opened. I did not like my avacodo ceasar salad very much.

Decent ticket prices during happy hour. Electric reclining seats are comfortable. Food and drinks are very expensive for what you get, which is to be expected in any movie theater. Avoid messier food that require utensils as the theater is dark and the tables are quite small.

Contacted management they said, sorry, it was opening night so that we can improve. I hope the Cinepolis will become worth the high price!

Absolute best place for a date movie. This is one of the high end movies theater experience at a decent price. Everything is high tech from the recliners to the check-in process, to the restrooms. And of course they have a bar and your food cater to your seat. If you have never been there, now that they are reopen, just go try it and see for yourself.
Bag check policy and the smugness of the ticket checker about the policy made our experience a last time visit. The tickets are already $7 more per person than any other theater. Ticket prices and concession prices are precisely the reason food is taken in. LAST VISIT FROM OUR PARTY OF 3. Laughably ridiculous business practice. We even planned on buying drinks from them, buzz killed their way out of more money. Nicely done. Taking our business to Regal. They dont check bags AND Im happy paying for their concessions because of the ticket price difference. Overpriced and over-entitled is the Cineoplis way...

Do you enjoy paying 40$ for two cocktails that are more fruit pulp than alcohol? Do you enjoy excessively overpriced popcorn that is cold and stale? How about a place that claims gourmet food options then serves a handful of fries with a tiny bit of parmesan dropped in the middle? Or even better extremely disgruntled employees that treat you like a burden instead of a guest? I guess its not their fault seeing as the manager left halfway through the night when they had excessive call ins (I asked one of the employees what was wrong) I am extremely disappointed that I spent over 100$ on tickets food drink at that place. I get one night off, one, after working 6 twelve hour shifts I wanted to go relax and enjoy a movie, I do not recommend here at all, save your money.
The viewing experience is good and its great having food and drinks delivered to your comfortable big chairs. The considerable cost is the principal counterpoint. We avoid having a full meal, opting for a something like a cheese and charcuterie plate with a beer, and even that can result in a net cost of ~$50 a person.

The best place to see a movie. Good food. Very comfortable spacious seating. Waiters to bring your snacks to you and a full bar. It is expensive but you can usually get good deals on early shows. Paying a little extra is worth it for the extra comfort. They also have delicious caramel corn fresh popped.
Cinepolis is always my go to for a date night. The seats are premium, the food is great, and every seat in the theater is acceptable at the least. The front rows are further back than a normal theater so dont hesitate to snag those lost remaining seats in the front of a full theater.
Great ExperienceSaw Frozen 2 with my niece. We had the whole theater to ourselves on a Wednesday afternoon. Shes 5 and kept telling me it was magic loved the reclining seats and everyone who worked there made her feel extra welcome and special. It was a great memory for both of us. Thank you so much.
If youve never been to one you are missing out on the luxury of watchin a movie in style. They have side by side recliners for 2 then a table to separate you from the people next to you. A server who takes your food and cocktail order and delivers it right to you. It is a great way to see a movie usually cost around $20.00 a person but worth it. Food and drinks are a little pricey but again worth it as part of the experience
Overall this is a great luxury cinema. It is a little characterless inside but the chairs are comfortable and the food is good. Two complaints - it is very expensive - $70 for tickets and for 4 alcoholic drinks, and 3 meals it was $130. So be prepared for a full event. The only other annoyance was that the servers required us to ‘cash out’ the bill after each order, which made for tricky bill signing in the middle of the film. Not ideal.
I could give this theater 10 stars! Absolutely a first rate experience in every way. Staff was extremely nice. Cook staff was accommodating as well bar/wait staff!The seats are to die for- I have a bad back and was comfortable during the WHOLE MOVIE!We will definitely go back!
We love going on a movie date night. This theater is clean and the staff respond so quickly to each order. We liked the starters we orderes but popcorn was a little too salty. Try to see a movie on Tuesday when tickets are just $12
Absolutely worth the extra cost. Middle/upper level seats are the best. They should incorporate a quick intermission though since most movies are 2+ hours long which, about 1.5 hours in, is brutal on the bladder after youve had a few of their tasty libations.
Reserved seating, and extremely comfortable seating. Tons of leg room, reclining chairs, small tables for your food. In-seat service, including wine and beer. A little overpriced. Great choice for a date though. Actually, Im not a fan of the in-seat service. It can be really distracting to other viewers.

I like the theater for its comfort and quality screen and sound experience. The food is a little pricey as is all theater food however the food quality is much better than your standard theater. I always get tickets far in advance to guarantee the best seats so I never go here as a last minute thing.

We come here often and I am looking forward to the new one opening down the street. Just left there and I know it is the day after Christmas - busy day - seeing Star Wars so we got there 15 minutes before show time to order food. We were the 2nd or 3rd group in the theater, pushed out buttons for service. 15 mins later the theater starts to fill up with ppl. The wait staff makes their way in 5 mins after start time and starts at the bottom row - painfully slow motion - disregarding who got there first. 35 mins after arriving with staff very far away my husband goes to the bar to grab drinks. Initially the guy refuses to get my kids Icees saying we have to order from our seats because to theyre closing (this is 5:15 pm Dec 26), but my husband convinces him to get my kids and icee and grabs a couple beers and comes back. We then wait a few more minutes and my husband finally goes up to the wait staff - still 3 rows down, ppl who came 30 mins after us are getting their food - and asks for a waitress. The food runner comes up and takes our order on a receipt and says shell get it to a waiter - this is 40 mins after we arrive. We wait 45 more minutes and nothing comes. My husband leaves the theater and finds a manager (weve now missed so much of the movie dealing with this and never once has a waiter come to our row). Manager admits the order never got put in and promises to do so now, he does give us 50% off. We finally get our food 1.5 hrs into the show. I would have rather paid full price, not to mention how expensive tickets are, to get the service I paid for. I could have gone to Edwards, paid half price and just ordered food before the movie. The whole experience sucked. We missed so much of the movie dealing with it and we still paid a ton. I am sad that we bought these tickets 1 month out and we so excited to see this movie and now I feel like we need to see it again to know the full story. Just terrible service! Honestly the theater was full but it was not crazy, and it was planable busy so they theater should prepare. We had a similar experience last year same time (week of or after Christmas). We will never go back during that time and will give the new La Costa theater a try in Feb. Hopefully it is better.
My wife and I LOVE this place. Sure, the cocktails at the swanky bar are too pricey and the popcorn isnt all that different than other theaters, BUT the reclining chairs and PLENTY O ELBOW ROOM, not to mention seat side service is superb! Oh yeah, the screens are fine too. All in all, Worth The Price Of Admission.
After visiting here for a few movies (it is such a cool, romantic place to class up movies!), I was lucky enough to attend an event at this location. While I had enjoyed the comfy recliners, stellar service, and pleasure of adult beverages of the Cinepolis experience before, this was 10x better than any time Ive stopped in on my own. Talk about attention and creating a classy event! From the red-carpet, private cocktail lounge, and signature drinks and menu to the friendly staff and individualized service, they really know how to host an event. It truly has now engraved Cinepolis as a great choice for large events from this point forward!! Now just to plan the right party!
I really enjoy going here. The vibe is great and having your own seats, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. They serve good food, but it is pricey. My biggest complaint is that the spicy popcorn has been out the last two times I have gone. Otherwise, I highly recommend the Mexican coffee they have. Tip: Be sure to get a seat behind the first two rows, unless you are ok with looking up at the screen. Also, they serve alcohol at some of their shows, so be sure to look out for that if you are interested.
Service is not great, popcorn was burnt flavored? The girls that served it ate some? Seriously! The movie was great, seating amazing! My chocolate almonds cup was missing some it was half filled? Seriously!
Up to this point, my previous experiences at the La Costa Cinepolis have always been enjoyable. I have always had prompt service and attentive waiters. Today my opinion has drastically changed and will certainly affect my decision to return. The beginning of the movie was great - we ordered food and paid with a CC at the same time as is how its normally done. The food came promptly enough and was decent for what it was. We expected the bill to come when the food arrived so we could sign the receipt and enjoy the rest of the movie. Unfortunately, the receipt to sign did not arrive until a critical part in the movie (typically about 2/3s of the way through in most suspense movies) which kept us from seeing one of the more important parts of what we paid to enjoy.With this business having so many locations we expected that situations like this would have been ironed out to create the high-end experience they are going for, instead all we can now recall about our visit is how frustrated we were having missed an important part of the film.
I enjoy watching movies here, and there are military discounts available.The wide, and luxurious seats were so nice and comfortable, that 2 hours have gone by that we hardly even noticed. There wasnt a bad seat in the house, and each raised level is so there arent any heads in the way of your viewing pleasure.We noticed that there is a revamp in the menu. The menu expansion have taken our usual order of criscut fries, now it is replaced with an option of regular cut fries, which gives more. We also ordered the chicken tenders, that gave us 4 large pieces for $15. Also, we were in the 21+ zone, we were allowed to order alcohol. We had our share of mimosa, long island iced tea, and Moscow mule ( for an additional $14, you get to keep the mug, it came with). The mix of the drinks were a nice blend of flavors. It is a bit pricey, though the quality is there. The staff is attentive and well-mannered. Our service was prompt.We definitely enjoyed our movie time at Cineapolis! Cant wait to watch another movie
The seats are expensive, close to $25 per once you add in the extra fees, etc. Its great that you can reserve an assigned seat and they are comfortably soft with reclining action. However I do not want to fall asleep while watching a movie I just paid a premium to see. The screen and audio were excellent. There were two negatives. People can order food and drinks inside the theater while the main feature is in progress. Wait staff is very distracting. They try to minimize it but its not possible. They have to walk in front of you, and they have to talk to the client to take their order, then walk in front of you 3 more times. Its distracting and annoying. The second negative is the very small bathrooms to handle even the smaller number of people they put in a theater. They have bathrooms upstairs but even those were wait on line full. When you pay this level of premium there should be larger or more numerous bathrooms.
This place is a lot nicer than the major chain theaters but the staff is poorly trained and so the service is terrible.Went to see Life of Pi 3D on Saturday November 24th. Before the movie began I pressed the service button. About 10 min into the movie a server brought food to the people sitting to our left. As he started to leave I asked if I could order some food. He came over and depressed the service button and I gave him my order. After waiting ninety minutes there was still no sign of our order. I went out into the hallway and asked one of the staff how much longer it would be. She asked for our seat numbers and said she would find our order and bring it out. About 20 minutes later a man came and asked if we wanted to order something. Since the movie was almost over I said no.
Great movie theater. Best time to go is from 3:30 to 5:30 because it was matinee times and seats are only $10. They offer a wide variety of food that you can eat a long while watching your movie. This movie theater has a great Lounge the offers drinks as well as main courses and appetizers

This theater is a bit more expensive than most, but the crowd is smaller, the seats recliner and they serve you at the push if a button. It is really nice not having to wait in line at the concession. Plus you can order from the bar.
A beautiful movie theater. Prices are a little higher than most movie theaters but its the experience that makes it worth while. I like being able to order from my seat and not having to wait in the concession line. The staff is very courteous and the half off ticket prices during the day is a definite plus.
Expensive, but you get what you pay for: a great viewing experience, super comfortable seating, good quality food, and sometimes alcoholic beverages. Service is decent; nobody has ever made us feel bad for arriving late or making noise in the middle of the movie when we want to order the amazing molten lava cake.
Clean, friendly staff, comfy chairs. Im not a big fan of servers walking around during the movie, but I can see the appeal. A bit pricey, but worth it in my opinion for the casual movie goer. They also have deals on tickets fairly often
It takes a while to get the groove of this place, but once you do, its fun. Only two screens serve booze, which is disappointing. The food is airline quality at airport prices. It can get cold, so dont be shy: dress warmly or bring a blanket.All that, its my favorite place to watch a movie.
Theater experience is good but pricey. But if you expect customer service to match that experience, forget about it. Web-driven business, absentee management and poorly trained staff makes for a frustrating experience. We used to be regulars here but not any more. This was not the first time but certainly was the last - unable to process transaction on website (down, we guess?), we called the theater, but no none answered - all phone options direct to website or voicemail. When we complained at the concierge (took the trouble to drive to the theater to purchase tickets), all we got was an apology - we were unaware that our website is down, when asked why no-one answered the phone, the manager rolls her eyes and says we are PROACTIVELY taking steps to fix the problem (which one? the phone or the website??) Never mind that. But what was shocking is that no attempt was made to sell the tickets, whatsoever. COCKY and indifferent staff.
I love Cinepolis. Ive been to the Del Mar and Vista locations and by far La Costa is the best with service and cleanliness. Vista is just too old.Press the blue button, order food and drinks and its delivered to you.I had the pepperoni flat bread, popcorn and a glass of wine while Tupac had a shake and a theater dog. The fries that it came with was oily and crispy. Yum!Very comfortable seats.
Super luxurious and great screen. Very comfortable seating with extendable foot rests. Full food and drinks service during the show. But you pay a price for all that: tickets were 20 bucks a piece.
First time visit to the Cinepolis and enjoyed the service of food & drinks! I wasnt totally comfortable in the chairs as they were reclined even at full upright position. Made it uncomfortable to eat. Food was excellent though pricey and really enjoyed the Sangria! The movie was the best part, however.
I dont know why anybody wants to go to the regular movie theater again. The seats are heaven, the A/C was so welcome on the hot summer days, no more sitting next to large persons that should pay for half of your seat, no more smelling the food your neighbor is having.. So take the day off and impress your date. My favorite day to go is Tuesday!
This is the best theater experience ever. You get spoiled by the awesome food. I mean it is really GREAT FOOD. Gourmet flare, and the majestic margarita is awesome. Bring your wallet, quality does come at a premium.
A friend and I went to Cinepolis in La Costa for the first time, although I have been to Carmel Valley a few times. I was hopeful the service here would be better as it is closer to me and once you enjoy first class, coach is always harder to return to. The theatre was chilly and I was told they had blankets....for $10!! Didnt want to purchase - just borrow for warmth to be comfortable. Luckily, being from a cool part of the country - I carry a blanket or two in my car. We ordered drinks longs before movie started and after contacting a waiter THREE times, we eventually got our coffee and tea. I had wanted a glass of wine, but of course I never seem to be in the theatre that offers that. Even at R rated movies, wine is only allowed in a special one or two theatres and I never know if my movie is in that particular theatre. I did not give the waiter a tip at all after finally receiving my coffee atleast 45 minutes after ordering. Good thing I didnt order any overpriced food. Actually if I were at any other food establishment the order would of been on the house if made to wait so long. Having to request something 3 times while watching a $20plus movie is nothing short of poor customer service. I know people who have tried to book parties there and cant seem to get schedules or movie listing until hours before showing. I guess they figure they can overcharge and get away with such behavior. Its too bad.....I dont mind paying for good service, but paying too much AND the worse customer service around is unacceptable. Love the movie experience still, but is it really so hard to offer better service??
Very nice staff tonight, but our seats were horrible (theater 5 seats H1&2) and the movie, Downhill, is the worst movie I have seen in a long time! It was so bad that we walked out before it ended. Shame on Will for being such a disappointment. Julia was ugly and angry. It didnt even work as a dark comedy. And, the seats were the last available in otherwise full theater because they were at the top of the stairs in the corner and everytime someone walked up or down the stairs they completely blocked our view. So damn disappointed.
This is a upper class movie theater in calls badd with Nice oversize seats for viewing the movie. Midweek specials are really great add an affordable price right down to the food that served Before the movie. Happy hour drinks and food special are a must try in seen some of the latest movies out
Going to luxery cinemas is a hobby of mine so I know a good one when I see it. The leather chairs are comfortable and can recline. They have small trays attached to hold your hot yet cold on the inside buffalo wings. The bathrooms were fairly clean but you will have to make a seat cover out of TP because the bathroom isnt stocked. Even at a 9am movie. Ill update my review after my next movie.
This theater is not worth the extra money that you pay for the food and seating.A major issue here is that the leg rests were super uncomfortable on the legs. My leg rest had uneven support and it cut off circulation on my calves. Ding 1.Our server forgot to bring the cookies n cream milkshake for my friend. Ding 2. But they were gracious about correcting the order when we asked for the 2nd cookies and cream. (Minus 0.5 Ding)The online ticket required photo ids in order for everyone in the group to enter. This is very inconvenient. (Ding 0.5)I would like to give them 4 stars out of 5, but the leg rest problem was a big disappointment for me.

Seats didnt work, service was poor example it took 2 hours into our movie to get our food and the gentleman who helped us gave us 2 options due to the chairs not working either move to new seats which was closer to the front but me and my friend didnt want to disturb the viewers because it was spiderman no way home or option 2 wait till the movie ends and a manager will provide tickets for next time so I was cool about it and sucked it up being in an uncomfortable position so the movie ended and we talked to 2 guys and they got the manager and he disagreed and didnt believe us that one of his employees said the options to us so never again going to that movie theater Im sorry but I never do bad reviews but wow it was awful la costa town Square is better
Be prepared for overpriced everything. This is the place you go to blow your wad in style. Stiff drinks and mediocre food. Screens are 4k and seats are first class. If you entertain gold diggers, you may just want to try your luck on a date here. If you are on a budget, find a different place to go. I went alone and the vibe was not suited for me.
Staff was great. Popcorn fresh, even on a Thursday at 4 pm. Seat was very comfortable tho I will need to choose better so as not being separated from my party. Will be back.
We love Cinepolis! The food is great, the staff is friendly, the seats are comfy, its our favorite date night spot. They offer special pricing during happy hour Monday through Thursday as well. Check it out!
Watched La La Land here. Drink and food prices were exorbitant, which I know going into the experience, so I had only minor qualms shelling our for a $17 Moscow Mule (which was, in fact, very tasty). The reason Im giving this theater such a low rating is not for its atmosphere, comfort, or service, all of which are quite good, but instead for the fact that they seem to have not upgraded any of the technical capabilities since buying UltraStar so many years ago.I sat down to watch the movie, which, as a musical, places a good deal of importance on the quality of the audio, but all the quiet portions of the movie were almost incomprehensible due to the roaring bass from the Rogue One showing next door.I could hardly believe that I paid $20 for this ticket and couldnt even hear a good deal of the movie due to the lack of soundproofing in the place.To summarize: this might be a good place to watch Rogue One, but any quieter movie you might have difficulty enjoying due to constant interruptions from the adjacent theaters.

Fantastic customer service. Seats are comfortable. They switched out waiters during our movie, and ended up charging us for our meals plus someone elses, but upon bringing it up to the staff, they did everything in their power to make it right and they did. This little issue wont stop us from being loyal customers when we are back in town.
If you want an amazing movie experience in an extremely comfortably chair, spend a few bucks more and give it a try. Just, please, dont walk into this classy place with flip flops, shorts, and a t-shirt. I know this is sunny, warm, Southern California, but please demonstrate a bit of self-respect.

Worst experience Ive ever had at a movie theater. Came for Star Wars opening night, the concession staff were seemingly incapable of answering any of my questions, let alone forming whole sentences. The bartender was super snarky and patronizing to my wife, who is a bartender herself. Basically treated us like we had never drank before. Weird but acceptable. Moving on to concessions, the guy that lethargically served us was definitely abusing opiates. Gave me cold popcorn. When I asked for butter he motioned apathetically towards a crusty bottle of cold butter flavoring, so I put it on myself. After tasting how gross this was, I asked for a fresh bucket. The girls working comcessions looked at me like I had a horn growing out of my forehead. I said just a warm bucket under the heatlamp was fine. She then started to try and put that cold nasty butter flavor again, so I stopped her saying NOBODY wants cold butter on their already cold popcorn. Again I got weird looks. When it came time for the movie five minutes passes by and then they started their Cinepolis pre-screening adverts. Thats not what showtime means. For how expensive this place is, youre better off going somewhere else. Maybe I just had a bad experience.
We love this Theater and the very pleasant and helpful staff. And we are very happy and pleased with the Manager yesterday that after a mix up with our tickets for The Martian he was able to make arrangements to let us see the movie. Thank you very much!
ALL movie theaters should be like this. Feel swanky on your next date night, but be warned, a solid movie date here with food&drinks is going to run you upwards of $100. However you will probably not go back to a normal movie theater ever again. Full bar, amazing entrees, and in-theater service is just the start - youll also enjoy the roomy reclining seats.
Warning make sure you are getting what you asked for. We went to the kosk to pay and order tickets in advance. There was an option for 3D at 12:55 and 5:05 pm, so we ordered 5pm time because we really enjoy 3D movies at the theater. Besides if you are going to pay those prices you might as well get the full experience.When we went to the seats we noticed no one had 3D glasses and no one was passing them out. I asked the usher about this and he checked with the manager who said that the 3D option was no longer available. I then informed him that the kosk we bought the tickets from stated the 3D option. he offered to refund the tickets but we had already bought popcorn, candy and drinks and the family was really looking forward to the movie.They need to either put up a sign informing that there is a problem with the kosk or fix the bug in the system.Other than that the theater was clean and comfortable with attentive staff.I edited the review down to one star because I received a generic response to my comments that I submitted to Cinepolis that said they would look into it . I replied on 01-02-20, please let me know the outcome. No reply back, so obviously they just send the generic reply and dont care about any follow up. Too bad, if there was a little more concern on their part the exorbitant prices they charge would be worth the experience.

I saw Star Wars here. Loved the movie, loved the theater. No lines, no pressure to get there early for your seat. Super comfortable, tasty food and drinks. Expensive, yes, but worth the treat, especially if you cant get out to the movies often, like my wife and I with young kids.
The place is clean and like any other luxury cinema, you can order by just pressing a button. They have mobile app/website where you cab look for more food to order. It is clean and neat. The light is also good.Parking is not a problem as well.
Really nice! Menu is pretty good. Obviously its on the pricey side but thats okay cause its a luxury theater. This place really isnt meant for kids. Also tons of shops and places to eat in the same plaza if you dont want the movie theater food.
Went to a movie last night, the AC wasnt working, our seats were at the top and it was SO hot, sticking to the leather seats, and people were complaining, it was hard to stay focused on the movie. I talked with the manager on our way out the door and he gave me two passes we could use in the next two weeks but, had I not specifically sought him out, I know we wouldnt have received these tickets.... Not the best experience at this theater.
Very expensive. Very very expensive. But you’re paying for the nice seats that power recline and a theoretically better experience.The only issue here is that servers are consistently walking in front of your view of the movie to take orders or deliver food and drinks. In addition the sound insulation of each theater is akin to that of a college dorm. Paper thin walls. So if there is bass in the movie next to yours, you can bet you’re gonna hear it over the sound of your own movie. Not impressed here at all.In addition, despite hearing sound from other theaters near yours, you won’t hear very good sound quality in your movie. I am used to movie theaters in which you can feel the bass of action scenes and those in which the sound quality is better than the sound system in your home. This is usually how you justify spending $15 on a normal movie ticket. These tickets at $25 and the speakers sound like the sound is coming out of the default speakers on my flatscreen (tin-ey, lacking bass, lacking frequency separation and impossible to hear the dialogue).Overall it might be nice for one date but don’t go here if you’re trying to actually watch a movie. It’s not worth the price. Go to a regal cinema

My wife and I have been coming to Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas for years, and La Costa is our favorite and closest location. You cant beat the luxury experience, but compared to iPic and Arclight, Cinepolis has better food and drink options and the theater is MUCH cleaner. I had an issue with my rewards points, and after not hearing from corporate on 2 attempts, I spoke to Josh, the Assistant General Manager, who listened and took ownership of the issue. He emailed corporate and copied me on all correspondence so I was always in the loop and followed-up consistently with phone calls of the status. I appreciate this level of service and the value and attention to the customers needs. I felt taken care of and that my issue mattered rather than being told to contact corporate. Josh, you definitely are a luxury to Cinepolis. Thank you again for your assistance!
Its expensive but well worth it. One of the best parts is having reserved seats so you can come late and you know your seats will be there and miss all the previews. Also the food is actually really good and I cant believe that I had the best hamburger ever while here watching a movie
Theres no better way to watch an Action film or Romantic Comedy or Animated film than where you can cuddle with your loved one and be served delicious food and drink. My favorites are the Street tacos and Angus Beef Sliders. The Lava cake and milkshakes are my boys favorites of course! I couldnt give it 5 stars because there are some negatives to the experience. You do have to compromise with not being able to watch the film uninterrupted as the wait service comes throughout the picture. We generally dont mind it. The cleaning service could be a bit better and some of the seats are noisy and have lost their padding. Overall, it wont stop us from coming but it is time for some maintenance.
Love the idea of this place! being able to to relax in a nice chair and enjoy some better then normal food and theater treats while you watch that new exciting movie you been waiting for is great. Perfect for date nights but the price might steer you away but its defiantly worth it to take the wife out and show here shes that special lol.

After going to a fancy movie theater you can not go back to a regular theater. You reserve your seats ahead of time so you do not have to get there super early to make sure you have a good seat. All the seats recline and the middle arm rest between two seats go up if you want to cuddle with your significant other. You can also order drinks and food before and during the movie.It can be expensive but if you go early in the day during the week you can get super cheap tickets. The only reason why I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because one time they couldnt start the movie and we had to watch the previews 4+ times before the movie would play. You think a movie theater would know how to use their equipment.
I dont even know where to begin with what a terrible experience this was so in stead I am going to keep is simple and list the Pros and Cons:Pros:- The seats are amazing and really the only reason to go there in the first place.Cons:- OVER PRICED- BAD SERVICE (I had to get up from my seat twice to get my own food or place an order)- Food was down right disgusting and uneatable (the Buffalo Chick Wrap was so gross that I could not even finish it and my wifes chicken quesadilla had chunks for grizzle and fat in side of it)- In theater service was not existent, rang our call button several time and no one came to take our order.- After we finally did get our order they only brought half of the order, (had to leave the theater to go get the rest and missed about 10 minutes of the movie)- Right at the climax of the movie the server came over with the bill and blocked our view until we singed the credit card receipt.- The staff and manager especially were rude, defensive about feedback and seemed to care less about the customers.- My large soda was filled to the rim with ice which all in all left me with only a half glass of soda- The popcorn was stale and way over salted- They were about 5 minutes late letting us in the the theater because they were running behind schedule.- When I asked for someone to help us order two of the staff members just said, sorry were short staffed tonight and cant do anything about it!All in all, I dont think this place will stay in business very long unless they really make some major changes in there management and service. I wish I had enough money to open my own theater and put this company out of business...

But this place was crazy expensive... like $25/ticket. My wife, son and i went here for a movie and with drinks and popcorn it was nearly $100. A HUNDRED DOLLARS for a freaking movie. Nice deluxe movie theatre, expensive but thats to be expected. Ample parking, comfortable chairs. Lights are WAY TOO BRIGHT in the foyer. Can sometimes feel like a big, bright, meet up spot for single Baby Boomers.

Great seats, but the movie broke twice, one time they rewound it to the beginning and the staff waited until 10 minutes before show time to clean the theater. At $22 a ticket this was a sad experience.
Easy to park. Make your reservations online before hand. The seats are comfortable and the theater is clean. The food and drink are nice but a bit pricey.
If you havent been to a Cinepolis this would be a good one to start at. From the moment you walk in to the moment you sit down in the Beautiful reclining seats and your waited on hand and foot while watching a movie you will be in heaven. They have deals during the week so call before you go. They also have an app that allows you to buy tickets before you go. My favorite theater in all of San Diego. I prefer it over the del Mar Cinepolis.
What a treat for my birthday from a great friend! The food and cocktails were good but too expensive, on par with a nice restaurant prices, but cmon, this is a theater, albeit one with plush, comfy recliners and chairside food/drink service.
Never here I was at Carlsbad library which has free movie Wednesday and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Very comfortable. Reserved seating. Reasonable priced movie tickets but man watch out for the add ones. Any food, drink triple priced. Eat and drink before you come
Very comfortable seats awesome when we ordered popcorn and soda and and wine for the wife our waiter was very polite and it took less than 10 minutes to get our order we will definitely be coming back
The seats are very comfortable, but the movie (The Last Jedi, seen on January 5, 2018) was so loud that my ears are still ringing two days later. Im actually getting concerned. I wrote a complaint to the Cinepolis Contact Us site, but havent heard back anything yet.
Never had a movie theater experience quite like this. The chairs were comfortable, the food was on par with movie theater food, and the quality of the sound and video were fantastic. Worth the extra cost for tickets.
Pricey but worth it for special occasions. Excellent food (not just snacks) and beer in some of the theaters. Very comfortable seating. Truly a luxury cinema.

Went there with my son to see the avengers in 3d ( 24.00 per ticket=48.00) Once there I ordered two Slider orders, chicken strips onion rings and two drinks ( 56.00 ) Tipped the girl 10.00 . When the lights went down our reclining chairs wouldnt work . I kept pressing the button calling for the waiter, but she never showed up . After the movie I reported it to two different employees ( that didnt show any interest at all ) I emailed the Theater manager the next day explaning our experience . He responded Has nayone contacted you I responded No .......... No one has called or emailed me back since . I tried contacting the manager two more time to no avail . To all theater goers, avoid this establishment . Way over priced, chairs do not recline and horrendous customer service . Stick with Krokorian
The space, recliners, atmosphere and comfort are awesome, but the food and drink prices are utterly ridiculous. Seriously. I recommend eating and drinking before you enter. Or sneak your own in. Seriously.
It would be most appreciated if they brought back the Mon.- Thurs., 3:30-5:30 movie discount. I went often. I think there are a lot of people who would take advantage of this and help fill the seats. Please voice your opinion.
Great place to watch a movie. Sound volume a little too loud. Getting food while watching a movie is cool. But the food quality is only fair. Food a bit overpriced for that modest quality.

They only have 2 theaters that are designated for drinking. Guy splilled coffee on my fiance. Asked him a dumb question when he spilled it on him, Do you want a napkin? That is a no brainer. Had to ask twice to get a wet towel or something to clean it with since it was sticky. They didnt compt anything, so their tip was compt completely. Too bad bc we tip well. Movie was great. Seats are super comfy. Everything was excellent for the most part except for crappy customer service.

We go once a year on vacation and look forward to it. Today the staff was great but the popcorn was old. Maybe because it was a Monday night and left over from the weekend.
A unique, pricey, luxurious, awesome movie going experience. Cannot beat a leather recliner and seat side service! A little to expensive to make a regular movie going thing, but worth it every once in a while.

They have spoiled us for movies. Crazy expensive, but a total treat. I cant go to a normal theater now.. The food and drinks are good as well. Try to avoid the back row or the first two rows.
This is how a visit to the movie theater should be. Comfy, luxurious, separated from other moviegoers, and you can order a whole meal with an alcoholic beverage. The food is a little expensive, but its good.

I walked into a towering & impressive rectangular grand lobby, kinda swanky, nicely decorated, with a massive bar of alcohol choices lining the far wall.We got a discount for being old, which at least is one good thing about getting nearer a visit with the Grim Reaper, & aeons from the hard partying days of my youth. Each of our tickets cost $16.50...really not too bad these days, since everything comes with sticker shock & the accompanying, Say What?The theatre we entered, was huge, from my perspective, with a ramp, down to the lower seating area, which is also the smallest. For $4, you can pre-buy tickets & pick your individual seats.Up the stairs, from the level you enter this theatre on, are 2 large seating areas, with a letter & accompanying 1 digit numbers. Our seats were in Section E, which is the lower of the stair seating areas. We Sat in E6 & E7. The upper stair area, was section F, & also the largest seating upstairs. The large reclining leather chairs are huge, comfy & youll recline or lower this chair, by hitting a large silver rocker button on the inside arm of this nice, soft seat chair.The server will come by, before your movie begins, so allow for that, should you care to order food or drinks, including a fully-stocked bar of adult beverages, & popcorn. Theres quite a fancy food menu here, kind pricey, but we chose the old school standard, buttered popcorn. This arrives in a large stainless steel bowl, & there was no shortage of salt, sprinkled on these delicious buttery popped cernels.Our server was super friendly & laid back. For my drink, I chose a JD Sour, & it was mega tasty. My wife ordered a Topo Chico bottle of sparkling water.Negatives for me, were only 2.1) Anyone, no matter the age, with mobility issues, should either be extra slow, & careful, or avoid these steep stairs altogether, depending on your limitations.2) Mens restroom was almost comically tiny, with a small toilet enclosure stall in the back, & one urinal inside the RR, as well.I liked the movie we saw, No Hard Feelings, featuring Jennifer Lawrence. She plays a riotous character in this movie, & much hilarity ensues.

2023-03-23 16:25:34It was.a nice experience. Customer service was great. Menu had quite a selection for a theater. There was a lot of room to walk within the aisle of the theater with an extra table in between seats. The popcorn was really good. It came in real bowls and each piece had butter on it. Unlimited refills on popcorn and sodas was a plus..we went on a Tuesday when the prices were cheaper but would go on any other day also. Cant wait to go back when we are in the area

No problem.Kim takes order and repeats order.To bottled waters with cups of ice and lime.“Bottomless” popcorn.Candy.Kim says, “I’ll leave your card open in case there is anything you’d like to add.”Never saw Kim again.Order took about 40 mins to deliver. Popcorn was stale and cold.No lime and only one cup of ice.I’d hit order the button to add a Coke, but no one came.Whatever the system is here for orders and deliveries…it’s broken.If a movie theater can’t nail down popcorn and a simple order, I wouldn’t buy a meal orFeel for one moment that there were be service supporting the needs of that meal.Tickets at 40.00 plus tax for two.Drinks and snacks are another 44.00.Lame.

2023-08-12 20:26:34This place is fancy and laid back. The employee are professional and polite. This place was actually better priced than regal. Theres a lounge area. With open bar seating. This is definitely a home theater feeling. Inside the theater has the nicest sofa chairs in San Diego. They have lamps in between the chairs to set your belongings. Restrooms are nice and clean and smell good. If your looking for a theater thats relaxed this is a place to go to. Just keep in mind though. Because since they serve you food inside the theater. You will see attendants coming in and out helping customers. If you are okay with that. You are golden! Its a must have experience. The surround sound beats Regal.

2023-08-21 22:44:33Saw Avatar-the way of water in 3D. Won’t make that mistake again. Plus the sound was so low it was hard to hear any dialogue. I asked a couple times to turn it up. No change. I have a better movie experience at home. All that for almost $20. Won’t visit this theatre again.

2021-10-10 19:51:41Seats are 5 star service is 3. We got there early and ordered drinks & food. Drinks a little bit of time but at least they arrived. Food was still not there after 1.5 hours! First time you brought it up, we were told they had a lot of orders. Didn’t look like it in our theater at least food wise.After we brought it up the second time in a little while food finally arrived and they gave it to us for free, which was nice, but our second order drinks never arrived 😆Go on a full stomach and if you want drinks order them at the bar or come early enough!

2023-08-05 04:51:08Ive seen three movies at this Cinepolis. The first two were wonderful experiences both 11 am showings. But tonight, we saw Haunted Mansion and it was miserable. It was SO HOT. The air conditioning was not working, the waiter even told us it was broken when my husband asked him to turn the air conditioning up. When I spoke to the manager and said something, he said Ill go check on it right now. When I told him the waiter told us it was broken, so they knew ahead of time, he said Ill go check on that right now. 🙄 He had not moved from the spot he was standing in talking to another employee even after we walked out. So lame. And all the teenagers talking loudly over the movie like it was their living room and making tik tons during the film made it even worse. Super sucky experience.
