If you ever need a place to go, when you are trying to eat less meat, go here. I am a meat lover and love their Italian sub. However, their vegetarian sandwich on squaw bread is so delicious, for a moment, I forget about meat!
This is one of the best hidden gem for breakfast sandwich. I have the squaw bread egg bacon avocado. It is not busy in the morning and the staff maybe owners are very nice. I have to try lunch teriyaki chicken which looked tempting to order for breakfast. I passed by many times and so glad that I tried it. Five star + and more!!!
Best breakfast burritos and steak sandwich
Woke up early on a Saturday morning for brunch here. We arrived at around 10 am and didnt have much of a wait for our party of 3. Service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent!!Used the restroom after breakfast, the restroom was a little dirty, but nothing too crazy. LOVED the posted signage regarding masks, and I would return here just for that!
In town visiting and decided to give this shop a visit from the reviews, and the food is fantastic! Very nice portions and cooked with care. We will certainly make this one of our favorite delis in this area!

Coworkers and I used to eat here very frequently/ almost every Friday/ however - last experience - we called ahead about ten people or so, he (the owner) forgot to make one order double charged us for it, tried to make us pay for two other orders that were already purchased by the first part of our group. Then my coworker calls him after reviewing the receipt to tell him he was mistaken, only to get a bad attitude and then hung up on, the owner needs to slow down and respect his regulars. Unfortunately we wont be back and wont be promoting this establishment any longer :/
I work in the area so i come to CJ Deli a few times a week and i must say, i absolutely love this place. Prices are very reasonable and everything tastes great! They always use the freshest ingredients too! Unlike most places, the pictures of their food are true to scale. They do not minimize portions at all. I would definitely recommend CJ Deli to anybody who asks.

Great choice for lunch in the Cypress area. I had the turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on a French roll and it was terrific! Cozy seating and really friendly owners. Wish this sandwich shop was near my place in LA!

2023-06-13 15:51:33Tiny place but excellent sandwiches! Owners are funny! 15 minutes from Disneyland. Pastrami, very tasty, cooked. Soft bread, you can specialize what you prefer, very accommodating. Ham sandwich shown. Basically a way a sandwich should be made, to your liking. Our go to sandwich place when we head out that way! The reviews do not lie. In a strip mall on a corner.

2022-12-10 23:24:454.5. 1/2 star loss because they ran out of squaw bread, the reason I was there. Squaw bread is a popular choice. Decided on rye because I like to choose breads that arent typical. Avocado, bacon and turkey on rye instead of squaw. Sounds like an odd combo but it worked. This was hands down one of the best sandwiches Ive had. Bread was fluffy and soft. Avocado and turkey were plentiful. Bacon crispy. Ordered a large combo but should have ordered regular. Will go again. Hopefully, I can score some squaw bread.Update - had #46 deli-k-sea on squaw. Soooo delicious. I had to go back for more. Tuna on squaw bread with avocado and pepper jack cheese. It was all I could think about afterwards. Chef salad was also good. What you dont see is the spinach leaves mixed in, thinly sliced eggs and avocados and shredded carrots.

2023-01-18 18:05:52This is the most humble, fresh, and healthy deli I have ever been to. If I could give it 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. The food is amazing. My husband ordered a chorizo breakfast burrito and it didn’t have NO grease on the wrapper. The cheese was so gooey. The salads are crisp and fresh. The teriyaki bowls are awesome. The customer service is excellent. The man that works there is very sweet and kind. I really recommend you to go there.
