Really good and fast! The street style noodles were my favorite. The chow mein was also delicious. very friendly staff and made fresh! Comfortable dining area but we ordered take out. Very casual vibe. Only took chefs 7 minutes or so to get our food to us hot and fresh. The sweet and sour pork was the only part we didnt like as much as we hoped too, a bit tough of a cut this go.

I was so excited to try out this place and I have to say I was greatly disappointed. The broccoli beef was disgusting and had a fishy taste to it. The chow mein was bland and tasteless. The only thing that was good was the spicy garlic chicken. I definitely wont be eating here again

Loved my chefs special Hong Kong chow mein! The sauce/gravy was savory, bbq pork and chicken were tasty and the fresh broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms were crisp-tender. Liked the decor as well.

This is a small restaurant in the old shopping area in Roseville. Not much selection in the menu, which I liked. We never been to this restaurant, so my daughter and I didnt know what to order. I wanted something with fish. They didnt have salmon, but only cod. They recommended the dish for me. My daughter ordered chicken and veggies. My plate was full of fish, rice and noodles combination, and veggies. My serving was enough for 2 people. It was good, but not a fine dining type of food. The price was just right to our budget. If youre hungry and you want a big serving, visit this restaurant.

Spectacular service! I had phoned in an order for dinner last night, and through my less-than-stellar phone signal an order of chow mein was confused for an order of fried rice, and I hadnt noticed until I got home and opened the box! I called them back up and they told me to swing back by, and quickly swapped it for a fresh chow mein without any trouble. The rest of the dinner was very good too. Great food matched with great service!

Got two entrees through Uber Eats last night. teriyaki chicken with chow mein and walnut shrimp with fried rice. I am very discerning and this was some of the best Chinese food Ive ever experienced. Excellent flavor, portions, and presentation. Highly recommend!

The food was off tonight. Had walnut shrimp with some of the shell still on it and not just one piece... all of them. The orange chicken was soggy with barely any breading. To be fair their pork fried rice was good but for the hit and miss I will be looking for a different restaurant.

What can I say other than dont go here if you are a fan of Chinese food. First, how do you mess up fried rice? My fried rice was wet as if it was mixed in porridge, and it had no flavor. I got the fish which was too salty, so I guess with the bland rice it averages out? We also got the chicken curry chow mein, being curry youd think it would be flavorful, wrong! It was grainy and bland. The overall experience was more like they microwaved last night dinner that nobody wanted and served it to us in a box. Overall this is a wanna be knock off, thinking its better than a panda express. If I were you I would save your money and go to panda. The price does not justify the food we got.

The service here is fantastic. In fact, it may be worth going back just for that. Unfortunately, the food itself was mind-blowingly mediocre at best and improperly cooked, a bit bland, and inedible at worst. I wasnt terribly hungry so I ordered a soup and their vegetable roll app.s for my lunch. The soup was okay, perhaps just a bit boring, but not bad so I finished that. By the time I got to the rolls, however, maybe I had let them sit too long because while the exterior was crispy (though a bit oily for my taste), the vegetables inside were just a horribly inedible steamy mush. I had two bites and couldnt eat the rest. They almost reminded me of microwaved Costco vegetable spring rolls or something. Disappointing, too, because of all the prior amazing reviews and also because of how phenomenal the service was! Like I said, perhaps it was an off-day, and I just need to come back and try again when they are back on their game..

First time trying this place. I ordered Honey Walnut chicken fried Rice and Chow Mein. The chicken and rice were very yummy. My rice tasted a little sweet but it was good. Wasnt too please with the Chow mein. Wasnt horrible but it wasnt yummy either. They looked like Thin spaghetti noodles and they were Soggy. Other then the Chow mein not being soo great it was Real good. My food was Hot and Tasted Fresh. The lady who took my order was very Friendly n Sweet. I also think the Price was Affordable. They give you Hella Food. 😋 This was A Good Lunch.

Tried about everything on the menu. All ingredients are fresh and prepared daily. Decent prices for large portions of food. Very friendly staff and chefs cook to order right in front of you in the wok. And they also cook the food fast so be ready! Busy during evenings, sometimes, so plan ahead. This little nook of a restaurant is getting more and more popular in roseville. Edward, the owner, was the head chef at Fats Asian Bistro and now several years later he is head and owner of an amazing Chinese restaurant. I dont know if the food is all traditional to Chinese cuisine but it tastes pretty darn close, and you can trust me on that since I have visited china and experienced the rich flavors of their cooling for myself. Not too much seating given that the building is small. Hopefully in the future will relocate to a bigger setting.

We ordered Pot Stickers, Egg Rolls, Kung Pao Shrimp and Hong Kong Chow Mein which arrived a few minutes earlier than stated. Loved the pan fried noodles in the chow mein, gave it a nice crunch. Egg rolls and shrimp were very good also. Then there were the hard, rubbery pot stickers..terrible even with the sauce.The service fee is ridiculously high though especially with the delivery fee and tip. A $43 order ended up costing $70.

My entire team went for lunch at this place on a weekday.On the upside, they are willing to customize your dish to any extent (we had a Vegan, and a Jain in our group) without additional charges.On the downside, the food is very bland. They simply stir fry the veggies and meat and serve you. Practically, we had 5 different Chicken plates on our table and most of them tasted the same. They atleast looked different though! ;)Wouldnt recommend this place if you are looking for some spicy and tasty food.

This review is because I slightly adjusted my order. I used grubhub to order my food I have never eaten here. I wanted chicken chow mien. Because I did this it took an extra hour and 10 minutes. When I finally did get my food the Mongolian beef was more random veggies than it was meat, and the chowmain was thin and they had just added grilled chicken that was dry and everything had no sauce. The wonton soup look like mirky dish water and the it tasted off. Im just not sure that this is because it was take out or because that is how it is. I have been to many other places and panda express is more tasty. For the delivery fees and everything with this place is not worth it.

Best Chinese fast food place! They cook it made to order so it’s always fresh and just the way you like it...they are really good at accommodating special requests. They get super busy, so calling it ahead of time and taking it to go is always a good idea 😁 We enjoy their orange chicken, Kung Pao chicken, cream cheese wontons, and their teriyaki chicken 😋 Check your coupons in the mail; they often have one in there.

This little local place is fantastic!the food is very good and fresh. The owner was the chef at Fats for years and you can tell it in the food. The Fish in Black Bean just melts in your mouth. the Peking Pork is crunchy and a little spicy without being overly sweet. This has become our go to Chinese Restaurant in Roseville.

Tried most of the dishes they offer and have enjoyed all of them. Had given 5 stars three yeas agoNot sure what is happened in your resturant Edward but our last 3 orders have not been close to on par. 7/26 6:30 pm, picked up our to go order of Chicken Chop Suey and there is no chicken, no green onion. Paid for extra reg onion and no extra sauce as requested. Have come to you since you opened and spoke to you the other time this kind of thing happened. Nothing done to make up for the second trip to get a correct order. Staff even wanted to keep the bad order to just throw away.Edward, we will not be coming back...
