Cm Hng Sandwiches in Union City

My wife and I just bought a spring roll and #7 sandwich today. Been going to this place for so many years. So upset because today I chewed a piece of steel wool from my spring roll and my wife sandwich had some kind of shell in it!😡🤬

Delicious banh mi‘s! I got pork bbq, and the meat was well done (was slightly dry), veggies fresh, bread not fresh enough to be crunchy and hold well (that’s a good thing!).Do get extra hot sauce.Also, they’re not cash only - they do take Zelle!

Combination banh mi: baguette was fluffy and light. Veggies were fresh. Pate: very flavorful. Did not skimp on the ingredients and meats —- authentic flavorsBanh cuon: flavorful and delicious. Authentic flavors.Shrimp spring rolls: 3 large spring rolls. Delicious with fresh ingredients.Affordable and good portion size.Too bad they close at 3pm.

Best Grilled Pork Vietnamese sandwich in the bay area. Theres so much flavor in every bite. It has a good balance of sweet, salty, and sour. Im not sure what the marinade is but the meat is really good, and the pickled veggies are really good and plentiful. They add in pickled onions too which I dont really see at other places. Im not sure how to explain it but the flavor for the sandwich is just delicious. The people who work there are also really nice and friendly. Service is pretty quick but they get pretty busy around lunch time.

Solid banh mi at a good price at around 6-7 dollars. Banh cuon is solid - just wished they added fresh toppings like mint, cilantro, bean sprouts, and all the other usual fixings you find at other places. Only negatives is this place is cash only and that the cashier does not put on clean gloves after handling money and continues to prepare and touch food. Pretty gross to be honest.

Their Banh Mi sandwiches here are really good especially #4 BBQ Pork. So tasty, fresh and crunchy. The nice warm bread makes it even better. They also sell other asian food here. You can get a combination of their BBQ Chicken with fried rice or steamed rice . The BBQ Chicken is excellent. Also my favorite is their Fresh Spring Roll with Shrimp and the dipping sauce is just perfect.

Found this spot about 5 years ago when I came to the bay area. Began with the hot foods and sandwiches. Now I am ordering trays to share for special occasion.Banh Cuon is a must here!
