Basic tacos & they didnt want to give us the rice & beans that came with it. Waitress gave us stank attitude after we asked for them, even though they on the menu. No wonder they empty on a Saturday. She spent more time giving us bad energy then they took marinating the meat.
Updated decor. Food and service was great and free parking!!! Will be back again.

Poke tacos were the star of this visit. Burritos were huge and solid. Especially likes the roja sauce (wet). Burger was good as well.
Went for the phillies vs braves game and the place was super pack but a amazing atmosphere and the food was unbelievably good.
Ants coming out of the wall onto our plates. Food took over 1 hr and when they messed up my order they blamed me and told me I didn’t order it. The parking lot which has been free my whole life at islands now charges patrons for self parking LOL. Tough first impression of the place

The place is bright, extremely clean and bright. The food is excellent, it changes so much from burgers, pizzas and other street foods, its really very good.The service is top, the waitress we had is smiling, pleasant...Finally a place that changes in LA, I highly recommend and I will return.

The owner/manager, who ever he was, was the rudest person I’ve ever met in my ENTIRE life. It made my heart hurt watching how he treated his employees. It was absolutely disgusting how he treated them. To the staff, you are all doing amazing and you deserve so much more. To the owner, I’m sorry you were never taught values and right from wrong. I’m sorry for all of your pain but I refuse to watch you publicly humiliate employees that are doing a damn good job. You have a beautiful place and a lot of thought has went in to it, you should be proud. But check your attitude, it’s not acceptable.

The service from David was amazing, he took great care of us and recommended great food. The ahi poke stack and the shrimp tacos were DELICIOUS. Will be coming back!

2023-07-27 02:51:20My husband and I were super bummed when Islands closed in this location but Coco Beach is fantastic. Really good authentic Mexican food, house made tortillas for the tacos, and delicious cocktails! I’m so glad this place opened!Also Hugo the bartender took great care of us.

2023-11-15 16:07:34Strange spots bar vibe with annoying massive screens everywhere. Amazing and beautiful staff though they are often inattentive, leaving you ask for things frequently. Food is top quality for this area. They do a short HH here but prices are worth it.
