I am normally a Hilton or Holiday Inn sort of guy, however I made a few business trips recently to The City of Industry, Los Angeles and found this hotel close to my client.WOW, what amazing service for this class of hotel. The reception staff are 5 star, (especially JENNIFER). The room gets made up every day without asking, the free coffee in the lobby is available and fresh 24/7 and the price is very competitive.
The rooms look clean but it doesnt feel like it. The room looks modern, but the furnitures are wearing out.
La Puente Ca the hotel confort inn was clean and it seemed secured. Friendly staff breakfast was good and traffic was light. Many stores and attractions nearby.
Julian at the front desk accommodated all our needs upon arrival and made sure our stay was a comfortable one. Housekeeping cleaned our room every day of our stay and left it clean and comfy every day we returned to our room. Beds and pillows are very comfortable and we had a great nights sleep every night of our stay.
Got my room and got some excellent rest. I got a excellent restaurant across the street to eat dinner. In the morning the breakfast was excellent and I was ready for continue my vacation.
The hotel was very convenient for our business trip but the room was not well maintained. The carpet was patched and torn, there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The room was directly on the street that was very noisy and trafficked by people all day and night so opening the window was not an option. The water pressure in the shower was very lite, but the room was serviced each day.
Great place to be near city of industry gas stations and bakery shops are near rooms aren’t the best or bad there’s cracks in roof and holes in the walls,Bathroom Was little dirty but wasn’t too dirty that you can’t stay in it i’ll recommend coming here if you looking something normal not to fancy or bad the room was cold as ice and hot at fire i’ll recommend coming here there are homeless people around but your in danger if you go outside my kids loved the room it was calm and cold come here for good prices and calm rooms
Hotel went above my expectations and I look forward to visiting again in the future. Food was fresh, plentiful, and had a great selection of items. Rooms were very spacious almost like a penthouse suite, beds were comfortable and shower pressure was on point. I look forward to returning in the future.

It was a great stay. The staff us wonderful. The rooms are very clean. The bed are comfortable. My kids enjoys being at this hotel. We have a good time every chance we get to come there.
Hotel is in a decent location that is safe and secure. The beds are comfortable and the staff is pleasant. The only negatives are that WiFi is spotty and that the rooms are starting to show their age (i.e. peeling wall paper in some parts). However, I would stay at this location again because it fits my needs.
I stayed there 3 nights. Very noisy rooms the window was on the side walk of a busy street. I could hear every car and fire truck, was able to switch room after sleepless night, in the other room found a cockroach next to microwave table, peeling paint, keycard problems, dining area in the hallway. Iam just shocked how did this hotel get a bove 4 rating. The staff were kind that’s the only positive thing. I would never stay here again.
The only downside to this place was that I had to leave that super comfortable bed! I slept so well because of it! Upon entering the room I was beyond relieved to find it pleasantly cool, especially because I’ve spent the day melting in the heat because my truck’s AC took a dive and had to go in for repairs. The room was huge, and the privacy partition helped give it a cozy feeling instead of just a giant box with some furniture thrown in. Also, plug and usb outlets EVERYWHERE. I only needed one plug since I just had my phone, but it definitely is a plus for families or groups who are all about having their tech on them without worry of fighting over who’s turn it is to charge. The towels were clean and FULLY stocked, and although the shower pressure was a tad weaker than expected, it still was pleasant when winding down from the sweltering heat of the day.I definitely recommend staying here!!!Also Ivanna checked me in, and she was so kind and welcoming! It definitely made the experience here so much better!
Hotel was nice and clean. Room was big and well kept. Parking was easy to get in and out of hotel. Breakfast was nice. Staff were all helpful and professional.
Im revising this review from 1 to 4 stars for a few reasons:1) The staff is very helpful, everyone was friendly.2) While the wifi password never worked as soon as I entered my email instead the wifi worked perfectly3) I think the manager read the review and the front desk person proactively let me know that there was an error and the gym does open at 6 AM... I wouldnt want to have the room next to the gym. (I was told when working out the gym opens at 9 AM)The hotel needs some updating, there was some noise from street at 4 AM one night. Ive stayed at a lot of meh hotels and while this is safe and clean, there are better options and I would not stay again, but for the price the hotel is good, not great. I can afford more expensive hotels, and in this case I will spend more in the future when in the areaOverall if you are on a budget and dont care about working out this hotel is a great value, if you want to work out I would pass

DO NOT COME HEREEE!!!! Floors are stained, sheets have period blood on them, curtains are stained, food under the beds and more. I Wasn’t even in my room for 3 hours and found 3 different roaches!! I went to talk to the people at the front desk and they offered me raid. This place is infested and they are well aware. Do not waste your money coming here!!! This place is absolutely disgusting.
It gets five stars simply because my room was soooo clean and felt like a studio and the hotel itself is very nicely decorated and clean. However, the front desk with the exception of the pretty, thin girl she was PROFESSIONAL & WELCOMING when handling my reservation. The other three front desk clerks werent nearly as welcoming and quite frankly tight & dry in their interaction and SHOULD take notes from the PRETTY, THIN GIRL!!! 😉... nonetheless, I WILL rent there AGAIN,I LOVE the feel and set up of the room.
USB in room were inoperable, room walls were warn, towels were rough, blow dryer was outdated. Their ATM transaction system needs upgrades since it had technical issues taking Credit Card payment which cause an inconvenience in my trip.

This Comfort Suites is our go to location every time we visit California. Its a low key location that is close to many food options or any necessities you may need. Its never overcrowded and there is always good parking. Its also close to all of the major highways and some really great shopping places. The staff is always super friendly and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. Every experience we have had here at this location has always been a 10. In fact, in the 9 years we have been coming here, we have never had any complaints. The hotel is always super clean and offers many snacks if needed. The beds are comfy and have mattress protectors which really adds to the feeling of security and cleanliness. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Arrived for a 6 night stay and honestly the staff is amazing. The hotel room was very clean and they insured if I needed anything they will be more then happy to assist me. The cleaning ladies are so sweet and adorable. My Spanish is broken but she insured to try and understand if I needed the room cleaned or not. The bed is super soft and honestly kinda jealous I don’t have one at home lol. Did spend a whole day sleeping cause that bed was just so comfortable. The breakfast was different but I enjoyed it and would highly recommend this location. Nice staff, SUPER CLEAN rooms and semi modern.

Room was dirty, hair in shower, room smelled . Expected way better for a choice hotels . Kids running around and yelling on second floor. Booked two nights only stayed one . I had to get my family outta there . Also a light fixture was not properly secured fell and broke, got all in my coffee.
This hotel is good. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast is the only thing lacking but still has a good selection and it is hot (as of July 2022). Overall i recommend this place.
Nice hotel. Nice staff. There is no pool so not really family friendly if you have young ones wanting to swim. The area was quiet. The to go breakfast in the morning is quiet ingenious. They get a brown paper bag and let you fill it with cereal, granola bars, frozen sandwich or burrito to microwave in room. Juice, coffee, milk and muffins. They were all prepackaged so definitely Covid friendly. I chose this hotel because they had a sofa bed. The room and sofa bed seemed clean.

Premises are clean, rooms are comfy and quiet. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Good Wi-Fi service. Reasonable breakfast options which the cafeteria staff re-stock frequently. Adequate parking. Ice machine and its surrounding clean and dry unlike many other places I have seen. The staff here really stay on top of cleaning.Did not use laundry or gym.IMO, the suite I booked was somewhat expensive even though it was booked through ChoiceHotels.com of which I am a long time member though TBH; I am not a frequent guest in their hotels.
This is an awesome hotel at a price you cannot complain about. Rooms are spacious and clean. Best of all are the staff. Angelina at the front desk is very welcoming. She will go out of her way to make your stay comfortable. Everything went by smoothly and if you have any problems she will try to accommodate you as best she can. The person who does their breakfast is so nice she catered to the needs of the old ladies that were there. I was listening, yes. They lived up to our expectations and to their name which is Comfort Suites! We will come back again.
I really like the hotel. the staff service was excellent. The hotel was near to restaurants and stores. It was very clean and smelled good. The lady in charge of the breakfast room was very helpful and was cleaning all the time to keep the area super clean, which I appreciated. the lady at the front desk was really nice too. The room was comfortable and extremely clean. The only thing that I dislike was that the curtains didnt make the room really dark when the sun was directly on the window. I have been recommending the Comfort Suites to family and friends.
I had a horrible experience at this hotel. The area did not feel safe. I was from out of town and visiting for a sporting event. The sheets and floors were stained. There was a person warning the staff about a lady doing drugs in the bathroom. I was told that the doors would lock at 11:30pm and that there was a 50/50 chance that my key would open the doors. I will never ever stay here again and will warn others.

I stayed at Comfort Suites for 1 night i really liked this hotel. we stayed in what i called the split room or suite. the room was big and comfortable it aloud me the privacy i needed to get my work done. my floor was very quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful. i enjoyed some of the perks that came with my stay,for example the breakfast was good and very accommodating to my new diet. Speaking of healthy the fitness area was also one of my favorites i was able to get in a good workout with good workout equipment. The location is perfect as well there are lots of shops around and i was able to get in some shopping,and my bank was right down the street. i would definitely stay here again.
My family, and I were desperate looking for a hotel room for the night, since we unexpectedly had major plumbing issues at home. From the moment I called, and spoke to Angelina, to the moment we arrived and checked in, she had been nothing but super sweet, friendly, and welcoming. She was great with my kids, and even remembered our names, which is shocking, because not many people go out of their way to get to know you. She really made us feel like we were at our second home. She went above and beyond for us, and she definitely deserves a raise! The rooms were clean, the beds were great, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious! I recommend this hotel to anyone, and everyone who happens to be in the area, and in need of a place to stay. You will not regret it!
Stayed at this hotel with my family for 2 nights while touring California. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel very clean. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good with breakfast area well maintained and attended to. Exercise room was small but had some good equipment in it - was surprised to see a quality weight machine. Would definitely stay at this hotel again if Im in the area
A group of us stayed for 2 nights as part of a wedding party. Our rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, although the individual air conditioning unit in my room was somewhat loud. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings were a cut above the usual. All in all, a pleasant experience. Locals told us that this is the best hotel in the immediate area.
I typically love this hotel and normally stay in lower occupancy rooms. But this last stay was uncomfortable as the double room was cold due to no heating, comforters were dirty and doors really showed aging. The staff is always nice, breakfast decent and location is great. Very safe area and close to many stores. I hope improvements are made to rooms needing it.
Front desk customer service was good. Okay hotel for a one night stay or family on a small budget. Road noise can heard even on the side away from the street. Room was very spacious. Nice closet, but no drawers for clothing. The bed was very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is very clean, just outdated. Did not eat breakfast so I cant comment on that.
Outside robbery theft in lobby area and place not clean. Plus, people live there. Its sad. Employees are extremely kind and helpful.

Very much enjoyed my stay here with my family. The room was large and bright. These beds are comfortable! We had a restful stay since it was pretty quiet. The complimentary breakfast was just wonderful with a great variety of just about everything.
We got here late on a Friday night for our two-night stay. We had called in advance to let them know wed be held up past check-in time. Once we arrived, we were able to quickly check in and get to our rooms without a hassle. The hotel is in a very convenient location. We had breakfast in the dining area near the lobby on both Saturday and Sunday morning, and both times were pretty good. Im very happy that we got to have a hot breakfast.On Saturday we inquired with Angelina at the front desk as to whether we could have a late checkout. She asked us to check back with her in the morning. So the following morning, she enrolled us into the Choice Privileges program and authorized our late check-out. We are thankful that we could have that extra hour of time to get ourselves together.We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was very comfortable, the air worked well, and the room was clean (though it could have used a little extra attention to detail).The single most amazing part of our stay was the service provided by Angelina herself. She is very friendly, very attentive, quick to respond, and super helpful. Every hotel provider should have staff of such an excellent caliber. As we are moving out of state soon, I look forward to our next stay here when we come back to visit our family in California. I know well have a great stay with great people on call.
I have visited Hacienda Heights area on a regular basis since last year. For the first time, I followed the high rating online reviews and selected Comfort Suites at La Puente to stay. After my first stay, I keep coming back every time when I visit that area. I visited Hacienda Heights again a few days ago. When I tried to make a reservation, the front desk staff, Yuli, could recognize my voice over the phone. I was amazed with her good memory and thoughtfulness. At the time I checked in the hotel, another lady, Angelina, could greet me with my name. I was impressed with her hospitality. Every time staying there, I enjoy the comfort and clean room, friendly staff, quietness and hot breakfast. I had a pleasant experience every time I stayed there. This is a hotel with many good qualities. I highly recommend it. --Diana
The staff does a very good job. All the staff are friendly, remember us and greet us warmly. They are very accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast was even better than in the past, and some of the offerings reflect the taste of the area.It is a busy motel, with upgrading being done. The downside is that the furniture gets a real workout, and some of it, while fairly new (probably less than 6 months old), already shows wear. I looked into the fitness center and intended to use it. I was impressed with what was there, but unfortunately, never had time to actually go in! We do use the laundry facility, which works out well for us. I think the dryer in there had been replaced since we were last there (maybe the washer, too, I dont know).
This was definitely a pleasant stay. Hotel stuff was very professional and courteous. My room was very nice and clean and very comfortable. I also like the fact that there was on demand offered a selection for TV. What sets this Hotel apart from others in my area is the Continental free breakfast. Definitely two thumbs up. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nice room for 5 adults. The check in and out was quick and efficient. The room layout felt comfortable, and the beds were comfortable. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was tasty and well timed. Our only concern was the parking, but we always found a space we were able to fit in.
This is a very wonderful hotel, whose staff is attentive and the building is kept clean and neat. I didnt have any major issues with any one or anything, just that the housekeeping kept turning off the A/C when they cleaned. We were there for 5 days/4 nights it happened the first couple of days. We told the staff at the desk and it was kept to our wishes going forward.. Were thankful, cause were not from California and need the A/C on more than natives.We enjoyed our stay and would recommend guest to stay at this hotel.
It was simply amazing. The staff was great. The comfort level is unmatched. You truly feel at home. The rooms are really up to date. I loved the art work and pictures from town on the walls. Im from the area so I enjoyed seeing the community history as part of the hotel.
No reason or reduction in price when hotel lost power for roughly 6 hours. All businesses next to us had power. I left a message for the manager at the front desk. No power means no heat, TV, Wi-Fi, etc. My daughter was highly stressed as she had an important event the next day and was facing the prospect of no hair dryer or curling iron.Strong smell of cleaners in lobby and elevator during the evenings. Glad they cleaned but you need to do it right.Neighbor and setting was not as good as other comfort suites. However it was accessible to many stores, restaurant s, etc.Bathroom door did not latch closed.As a chain, I have never had a complaint with Comfort Suites, this one had multiple issues.With a few minor improvements this could be a good value.
Stayed here for one night on my way home. Liked the reviews online and really did not know about the city it was in. A little hard to find hotel. Did not feel comfortable in the area this hotel was in, being a white female traveling alone. Driveway leads to the back of hotel and felt better parking there and also noticed they had cameras. Front desk check in was easy and friendly. Stayed on second floor, was told it would be a little quieter. Room was great, really liked the bed. Bathroom had a little mildew in shower but other wise everything was clean. Slept in so did not have breakfast. Really liked hotel just did not feel safe in the neighborhood. Would not recommend hotel due to location but would stay at another Comfort Suites.
I had to find a hotel to stay at for the night while transitioning from my old place to my new one. Found this gem and was pleasantly pleased! The rooms were clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the night clerk and morning crew were very nice. I got a great rate too but would’ve paid reg price!And of course, the free coffee and breakfast... “is the best reward”!
Loved how through out my stay the front desk remembered my name. The room was very clean as well as lobby. I will definitely be returning to this hotel for future visits.
This was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was tasty. We stayed here 2 times in the last month. Both times we were very happy with our stay. The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The only thing I wished is that they had more USB ports for charging electronics, but they did have plenty of sockets for us to plug into and charge using our own USB chargers. Breakfast was good all 3 mornings we were there. One morning we even had chicken and waffles. Still it is mostly a carbohydrates dream, but over all it was good. The rooms come with free wifi, there is plenty of off street parking and there is even a couple of spots for motorcycles.
Beautiful, clean rooms. The staff was awesome and attentive to our needs. Very peaceful and quiet. We are OTR truck drivers and stayed for 5 days. The comfort of this hotel and its staff make it very difficult to want to leave. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
My family and I enjoyed our two nights stay very much at this Comfort Inn during Thanksgiving. The hotel was very busy but we felt very welcome and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was stocked with a variety of choices both mornings. A great value all around. Excellent customer service! Super comfy beds too.
Everyone was wonderful. The rooms, lobby kept clean. My trip was to be 7 days but got extended to 14 and the staff did everything they could to make me feel welcomed. They quickly learned my name and were always sure to say good morning and good night. They would ask me how my day was and if I seemed particularly down they were sure to remind me of the delicious cookies keep in the lobby.Very much a safe haven in a turbulent time.
Excellent staff with excellent facilities! The breakfast was amazingly ample and well stocked. The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the best was the staff who seemed to work well with each other, were friendly, and were very helpful. Everyone greeted us with smiles! The only drawback was that the fitness center was a little small and towels were not to be found 4 days in a row.
Friendly and professional front desk staff. Allowed early check in. Rooms are large suites and have comfortable beds. Ask for rooms on second floor facing the back, as they are quieter and you are not getting the street noise. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Would stay again. Recommended!
I have stayed at many different hotels (mostly three/four star) and this one continues to exceed my expectations. They always have various discounts when you book your room, along with other promotions. Even without them, though, the price is still extremely reasonable for what you get. When I stay its usually 2-3 nights at a time so I take advantage of everything they offer.The wifi is free, also the TV has many different cable channels not just the usual news / infomercials / Spanish stations. The set up of the room is very studio like, I always get the king bed and the divider makes it so theres a living room and a bedroom. I really enjoy the continental breakfast, its not just fruit and some pastries theres a variety. The fitness room is small but there has never been another person in there when I am so its a nice private workout.The staff is amazing, the managers Ive worked with always go above and beyond with accommodating me and they really personalize your stay.
Overall everything was good from Room to breakfast. The hallway where the room was, smelled a little like if it was a smoking hotel but the room did not. Most of the staff was very friendly encountered one person only where I said good morning and did not answer back I guess the person was too busy. This person was not smiling just in in a hurry. Parking was good it was small but there as plenty when arrived. The desk was friendly and helpfull checking in and out.
The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, updated, and with all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was very good, more than I expected. The parking lot is a bit small so be sure to get a spot as early as possible. Otherwise we had a great stay.
Hi there, My Aunt and I stayed with the comfort suites near industry expo center in la Puente, Ca. Just wanted to let you know that Marilyn, who was working in the dining area this morning, did a wonderful job. Kept the place clean and was so helpful. She kept everything stoked up and was so friendly!!:) (But check your bagels because our first morning they had mold all over them) One suggestion would be that it would be nice if the heavy curtains in room could close over the shear curtains because it was sooo bright in the mornings.(we were room 109 and felt uncomfortable with the sheer curtains and a sidewalk right outside the window:/) Considering we had the 2 of us in the room for 2 nights it would have been nice to have a few more toiletries. Thank you, for the wonderful experience overall and we look forward to staying here again. We would recommend staying here and we will return since we have family down here that we visit occasionally.-Desi
Best hotel Ive ever stayed. The breakfast was awesome and the staff very pleasant. Our first time in california was great and this hotel was on top of our expectations. As soon as we got tgere we got treated very good and the service was fast. Plus the rooms were cleaned and the beds were the best. Definetely I will stay again at this hotel
For the most part, the staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Hotel is located in an area that is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are updated, clean, and comfortable. I did have an issue with my headphones coming up missing after maid service and maid service for my room was skipped a few days. All in all, for the price and location, its a good value.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Its not in a great area of town, but once inside the lobby...the staff and surroundings were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. I had the room closest to the lobby and kitchen, so it was noisy...but I expected that and it was not a problem. My room was delightful. I could have been comfortable there for several days instead of just one night*
My spouse & I stayed here recently, as a honeymoon. Great rooms! Great prices! Excellent service! Last, but not least...great breakfast! The only problem that occurred was the fact that there were initially no shower curtains. I phoned down to the front desk, and staff arrived before I could even get off the phone! Good location right off the freeway and close to shops and restaurants. Seems like a decent area. The lady that checked me in at night (her name slips my mind) was amazing and so friendly. They also offered free cookies 🤗 No complaints about the room. It was very clean, and had super fully pillows 😊
We only stayed for a night but the room was very comfortable & clean. I like the cleaning precautions being taken to avoid the spread. My only complaint doesnt actually have to do with the hotel itself. There were guests in the elevator & lobby without masks on. My only complaint
This was definitely one of (if not The Best) hotel my Family & I have ever stayed at while visiting Los Angeles! Room was really nice and clean. As well as the bathroom. And the staff was very friendly and helpful! Example, my sister in law likes her eggs well done. So they went above and beyond to make her eggs the way she likes them. I had a bad experience here a few months ago but their General Manager Maria contacted me and asked to make it up to me. I was a returning customer so I was happy to oblige. I had a much better experience this time around even on one of their busiest weekends (Valentines Day). I always enjoy this hotel because of the cleanliness, comfort, and breakfast. Overall a good place. You have regained my business. Thank you for caring enough to make your customers happy!
This is the nicest Choice hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Im not sure if the hotel itself is new, or if the property was recently renovated, but the hotel was absolutely gorgeous. I loved having both soft and firm pillows to choose from. I slept too late for breakfast, but it was still nice to enjoy some infused water. The hotel is also near both the 10 and the 60, which gave me easy access to the events I attended in Pomona and Santa Ana.
I often work in the general area of this hotel. The hotel was nice, clean, safe and I really liked my room. I stayed there for a week. I am a Diamond level member which means I stay in hotels often. In all my travels, I don’t really remember having the following issue come up. Since I have several hotel options in the area, I do NOT plan to stay here again due to their billing policy. Because I travel for work, I have to keep track of all my receipts and make sure they correspond properly to my business credit card. Thursday night I was surprised that my credit card had already been charged for the week even though I still hadn’t even checked out! I called the front desk to ask about why I was being billed before I received an invoice or had completed my stay. She said that it was their policy to collect the full amount at check-in. I told her that my work schedule changes at times and asked what if I had needed to check out early? She said I would still have been billed for the full amount. Later in the conversation, she said that they would have worked to try and get a refund. I have enough paperwork to deal with. I don’t want the hassle of having to chase down refunds.
Updated, very clean rooms that smell GREAT. Breakfast was a notch above the standard for a Comfort Inn both because of the burritos & fritters Ive never seen elsewhere, plus the lady attending the breakfast area very attentively (clean & food didnt run out). Management really seems to go above and beyond.If Im ever needing a place in the L.A. area again, I will return without hesitation.

I usually dont do reviews about 95% of the time but I cannot thank this hotel and staff enough. Angelina, the front desk clerk ALWAYS remembers my name. I was quite surprised too, because you cant hardly find something to that standard in any hotel. Plus she always makes sure that I am taken care of no matter what it is. Rooms are always well taken care of as well. I would also recommend this hotel because there are quite a bit of places to choose from to eat that arent too far away. As long as this hotel has rooms available, I will always choose and refer people to this location. Keep up the good work.
We enjoy staying at Comfort Suites in La Puente, the general Manager Maria is the very best, she makes my family feel welcome and at home. The staff is very warm and its always a pleasure to stay. We love it and will definitely continue to visit. Thank you so much for everything !
Aesthetically, the hotel is nice. The room was clean and nice looking. The staff is friendly and efficient. Its all the small things added up that made it a disappointment. The water pressure, the non existent WiFi, and the inedible breakfast food really took it to a downward level.
Room is very nice and modern. Price is reasonable. Could use a few more amenities. Staff really needs to brush up on hospitality. Hoping it was an off day for them. Will consider giving the hotel a second chance as we all have.bad days. Cant emphasize enough on room. Was quite nice, high cielings, pictures and items in room were very modern and cool to look at. Good framework.
Weve stayed here before and were happy to be back. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are really nice. Probably one of the most comfy beds ever. Rooms are big and always clean. Hotel is not far from several shopping centers, restaurants, etc. Definately recommended.
Strong smell of cleaners in lobby and elevator during the evenings. Glad they cleaned but you need to do it right.Neighbor and setting was not as good as other comfort suites. However it was accessible to many stores, restaurant s, etc.Bathroom door did not latch closed.No reason or reduction in price when hotel lost power for roughly 6 hours. All businesses next to us had power. I left a message for the manager at the front desk.With a few minor improvements I would give a 4.
We stayed for about a week with a mix of business and pleasure. I was there on business but brought family so they can hang out during the day. The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and professional. our suite was very spacious and clean. We thought the breakfast was great, although for the most part we only drank coffee and milk since there are lots of eateries around the area.
Nice things are that the room is neat, well maintained, easy access to freeways and nearby a lot of restaurants and shops. Booked two king and a soft bed and also had another room with two queens and a soft bed. Comes with Microwave and small refrigerator. Coffee always available in the lobby.Breakfast area around lobby and is not that good. Waffles are hard, no enough stock of things when over, limited seating area, scrambled egg very dry. After first day we eat outside the next two days.Overall nice if you are not too hooked to nice breakfast.
Theresa and the lady who initially checked us in where two of the best hotel clerks Ive encountered. And the new made Maria even though it was here 3rd day on the job was very helpful in our room transition and prompt. The facility is so nicely put together. Staff is 100% courteous and helpful. Almost feels as comfortAble as being in your own home. I would live here if they had living arrangements available.
Great hotel. I booked a double queen bed room and when I checked in I was bumped up to a double King room for the same price. Even found some free waters waiting for me in the room. I am a rewards member and I think alot of this had to do with that so join if you want some great service. The staff was supper nice and the breakfast is pretty good. The parking lot does get full but even then we still found a spot.
Room had all amenities we needed. We were traveling with a family member who requires extra care. This hotel has a room with an extra private bedroom attached. It was perfect because it provided privacy but with only one entrance then our dad with alzheimers wasnt able to sneak out of the room. The continental breakfast had a generous selection of food with an attendant that kept it stocked and clean.
Hotel is clean, all the staff friendly. Our room was clean, all the appliances Like microwave, mini fridge, tv works well. Free hot breakfast in the morning was awesome. The lady breakfast marilyn always clean the area. Plenty of parking available . Overall we had a good experience stay. Definitely will stay there again!!
Check in was quick and easy. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was basic waffles, bacon, sausage and scrambled eggs. But thats better than a continental dinner. There was no charge for parking. The first night, Sunday, there was a lot of parking. On Monday night we returned just before midnight and there was only one spot left. WiFi was free as well but a bit slow.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Families, couples, singles. The breakfast had a really good selection. The coffee and water in the lobby 24/7 was a nice touch. Very clean and comfortable room. Easy to all theme parks. Close to several freeways, and the staff could give easy directions.
I scheduled two rooms via phone reservation for my family and I to attend the funeral of a family member. This was a short-notice and impromptu trip and I mentioned this to the employee who took care of my reservations. When I checked in, the property provided a flower bouquet and signed sympathy card to us. It wasnt anything they had to do but the gesture went a long way. This property is very clean, the staff is very friendly, and the overall decor is pleasant. I highly recommend this Gold Star property (top 10% in the Comfort Suites brand) to anyone travelling in the La Puente, CA area.
This hotel did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and there were no parking issues. The breakfast was what I expected for a Choice Hotels breakfast. The location was good, with numerous restaurants within walking distance. I will stay here again in the future.
Excellent. The bed was clean and comfortable. Had a good nights rest. The breakfast was very good as well. Had a variety of food. The Waffles were definitely my favorite. Hotel staff was very friendly. She made out check in very pleasant. Was extremely helpful and polite. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Frienldy staff, clean hotel, plenty of nice towels. Due to its location sandwiched right between two well-travelled main city roads (Glendora and Hacienda) it is very noisy regardless of the room location. Parking is limited, but well lit. I did not try the breakfast food, but it appeared to be fresh and a good assortment. I will staty there again if I have business locally.
I drove passed this hotel, twice, because it doesnt really stand out. Its a pretty small and I wasnt expecting anything special since I got a great deal for my two nights. But, WOW, was I mistaken. Alma was an absolute delight my entire stay there. They really make the effort to add personal touches which make it welcoming. The layout of the room is very nice as well, almost like a little studio with a small divide between the bed and the couch. I will be returning sooner rather than later.
I have stayed at this hotel so many times over the years and it seems to me that they have an extreme turnover in personnel which does nothing for the service of your regular guests. I was not recognized as a Diamond member nor did I receive the customary gift that comes with the room nor did I feel any kind of friendliness when I checked in. Great Customer Service is what continued to bring me back for all my visits. I however am having to rethink if I should try to find another hotel since this one seems to be going backwards in their service to their guests.
NO STARS!!We came in as a bridal party for an overnight stay in 3 rooms, only to use and get ready for the wedding.Got ready left. Housekeeping supposedly cleaned the rooms but when we returned to the rooms. They werent cleaned and one of the rooms had a used bong on the floor. (See pictures).I do not blame the staff for the lack of management. I blame the owner and therefore all those working for this franchise for the horrible experience! We had children with our party. Really unprofessional when we were told to call the corporate number and all corprate could do was say sorry and that this was a legal matter and not something they dealt with. And though we came in as one party and paid under one card and because of this our whole party had to check out! However, they would only reimburse for the room with the used bong on the floor.STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN HEALTH RISK!!!
Wonderful and convenient stay. I was very close to where I needed to be and plenty of food in the surrounding areas. Would recommend to friends and family if they needed to stay in this area. The set up was nice, wish it had a swimming pool. The eggs I didnt like though. Loved the waffles!
Hotel manager called me prior my arrival asking me to switch room from a handicap access room to a regular room, and willing to offer me extra 5% discount. I am ok with that. During my 3 night stays, i was trying to explain to 3 different people about what was happening and why i m getting extra discount. The night shift staff said will talk to the morning manager about reflecting the discount on the bill, but he never did i guess at least no one came to me to follow up and explain...until when i was checking out..finally someone kinda understand my language...and willing to knock off $15.00 which is technically less than 5% discount as it was stated. I was like..whatever...dont even want to waste time on explaining anymore......which is kinda the worse experience i had with Comfort Inn in my life.....
This hotel is spotless, from the breakfast area to the main desk and in the rooms. Beds are totally comfortable with wonderful toppers for a great nights sleep. This hotel management is extremely accommodating, especially with diet needs. I am on Atkins and have lost 46 lbs since February. I was concerned about getting breakfast that would allow me to stick with my plan...and Maria came to the rescue. I asked her at check in if the hotel had mayo with their normal condiments. She said no, not normally, but I will make sure you have some daily. I went to breakfast the next morning and all I had to do was ask once, and my mayo appeared!I am convinced you will not find better accommodations anywhere in the area, and at Comfort Suites, for a much better price.Thanks, Maria and Staff.Michele
I had nothing but good customer service from the first day I arrived at the hotel. All of the staff members is very nice and courteous. The rooms is very clean and bed was softer than expected. The manager Yuli is very nice and always willing to help no matter what.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We were on the middle of all of the attractions we were gonna visit & couldnt of chosen a better place. We have vacationed many times to Florida & this was our first to California & my kids enjoyed it so much that they want to go back & also want to stay here at the same place. So I am happy w/their decisions on that. Great job comfort suites. Maria Mendez really took care of us thank u thank u keep up the good work!!!
Rented 3 rooms, one of them the bath had mole!! When we asked for extra towels they didn’t bring any in ( we had to ask at least 4 different times). Our beds were made all 4 days we stayed there except for 1 of our rooms it never got cleaned up!! Breakfast, so it’s supposedly open from 630-930am on weekdays, the cleaning lady started cleaning the kitchen and throwing everything away 20 mins before 930!! And she also turned off the waffle maker on some lady. SUPER RUDE!! Never ever would stay here again, the staff was ridiculously rude.
The hotel was clean. The parking felt secure. Though I do feel it was a little overpriced for the quality. Overall I’d stay again
This hotel is very nice. All of the staff was great. They recommended a restaurant across the street (that was had great food and low prices) and a route for my run for the next morning. Also, were very gracious about letting me leave my car in the parking lot for part of my check-out day while I traveled with an associate. I would stay there again if in the area.
My wife Lili adores this hotel.she says its like coming home. The staff here are very friendly. and then make you feel like youre one of the family.the rooms are clean the beds are wonderful. Alma Carmen and Ricardo are all the most helpful people and very kind.they go the extra mile for example,Alma baked cookies one night to share with the guests. how much more xcould be done by hotel staff to make you feel like youre at home. and Ricardo goes out of his way to bring up items mywife had forgotten like tooth brush.
This hotel has a great location. Lots of restaurants, malls and other attractions nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is pleasant and helpful. Maria the manager is a miracle worker. The complimentary breakfast has everything you need and want. Definitely will continue staying here long as Im doing business in southern California.
The room was very minimul. No closet in 2nd bedroom. No hot water in sink for 4 days, we did report it. Toilet ran at night. Refrig froze the foods. Motel did not seem in good repair, shabby and worn.
If you are in need of an affordable hotel for a night or two, this location would be suitable. It is relatively easy to find. The bed was comfortable. The staff does not go out of their way to recognize Choice Members in any way. No thank you at check in and no snack for platinum level guests. Sadly, this location does not live up to the standards of other Comfort Suites.
This is a really nice place, clean rooms and facility. The staff were really friendly courteous and helpful. They have everything you might need including a laundry room coin operated. There free breakfast goes way beyond some doughnuts and coffee. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I felt comfortable and got a good nights rest both days i was here. I give it 👍👍👍👍👍
The Room was really nice for the price, definitely better than a Motel6 😂 and the complimentary breakfast wasnt as bad as I thought, to be honest.My only complaint is the Sofa bed, the mattress was really thin, but what else could I have expected.Id definitely go again, if Im ever back in Cali.
Corporate office sends me to hotels throughout the United States, and all have some sort of problem whether it be with the room or front desk. With that being said the General Manager Maria Mendoza has this particular hotel in 5 star shape. The unbelievable customer service, and outstanding housekeeping is something you just dont find anymore. And yes I said 5 star, and yes I have been to a five star hotel. Comfort Suites you have a outstanding team here in Mrs.Mendoza and her employees. Oh, did I forget to say the great price? That takes second to everything else. When you have a experience such as this, money is no concern.
Awesome, clean rooms with reasonable rates. Great complimentary breakfast. Check in person Yuli was great. Gave us complimentary water and found our rewards number to give us credit for our stay. Every time I come to visit my Uncle in Valinda, this is where I stay. I will continue to come back here.

We were greeted by lovely staff and throughout our stay staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean, bathroom was well stocked and clean with everything functioning well. Good continental breakfast. A lovely place to stay.
This was a nice place to stay. The hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was tasty. We stayed here 2 times in the last month. Both times we were very happy with our stay. The room was good sized and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean as was the bathroom. The only thing I wished is that they had more USB ports for charging electronics, but they did have plenty of sockets for us to plug into and charge using our own USB chargers. Breakfast was good all 3 mornings we were there. One morning we even had chicken and waffles. Still it is mostly a carbohydrates dream, but over all it was good. The rooms come with free wifi, there is plenty of off street parking and there is even a couple of spots for motorcycles.
Hotel was expensive for what is offered because it does not have a pool. Also, the air that the unit blows stinks bad like dirty air/dust, every time I turned it on my son wold cough. The breakfast good but there was this worker that kept cleaning while we were trying to serve. She made a remark when my child dropped food.
The staff was attentive & very courteous. Breakfast was so-so. Not warm or hot & eggs were never replenished. Room was very spacious, clean, & comfortable. The hallway upon arriving was extremely cold, but room temp was nice. We would stay again, but insist on more handicap necessities.
Easy clean and friendly. These are all extremely important for me as I travel often. Easy check in and check out because let’s face it, I’m always late. Clean because of the obvious lane friendly because I’m away from home and it’s important to me to be able to have some interaction with real honest people. This hotel knocks all of those out of the park! I’ll be back!!!!!!
My room was clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Traveling by myself, I felt very safe in my room at night. The hot breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
I stay in a lor of hotels since i travel for work. I made a mistake with this one. Although the staff is friendly. The room is less than to be desired. Carpet was dirty looking and i didnt want to walk withbout shoes. Doors have fingerprints and spots that looks like someone splashed their soda on them. Not just one door all the doors in them room. However bathrooms seem to be clean and bed are better than some.
The front desk lady, Angelina, was wonderful ! Because of her, our stay was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. the breakfast was ok and the fitness center was ok. The rooms were clean.
Reserved the double king suite with family as we started our SoCal vacation. Late check-in went smooth. Saw stars on doors for gold/platinum members; nice, but since I booked with points (20K) I guess I didnt get recognized as a platinum member. No big deal, but it does take brand loyalty to reach the platinum level (20/stays/yr). Anyway, all went well and no complaints with the hotel experience.
Hotel is centrally located by grocery store, gas station, and other shops within walking distance. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is great, especially on weekends when they serve huevos con chorizo and tortillas. Room was spacious and clean. Will definitely come back again.

A bit off the highway, but easy to access. We had no problems with traffic noise, even with our room on the street side. Comfortable bed in a non-smoking hotel. Breakfast was fine. I would consider staying again.
This is a very well kept hotel with courteous staff. One of the best Comfort Inns I have used anywhere in North America. They really know how to treat road warriors- theres always hot coffee and infused water in the lobby.The breakfast is the same as or maybe a little better than most Choice Hotels.
We recently had a delightful stay at Comfort Suites Near Industry Hills Expo Center. Angelina, the manager greeted us with her cheery disposition many times over our 3 day stay, always willing to make our stay the best it could be. The location is excellent as it is centrally located and you can take side streets to avoid the freeways when they are congested. We had a lovely time and would recommend out hotel to our friends. Bonus! The historic drive through Donut Hole is within minutes of the hotel. A must-do!
Outside and lobby was nice and clean. Room needed lots of attention. Wall covering in bad repair. Sheets were dingy. Problems with TV cable connection. Housekeeper responded for TV issue but couldnt speak English and unable to help. I had to wiggle the cable connection from time to time to get TV reception. The desk chair had tears and leather pealing off. The chair was replaced as my request. A yellow chair looked very dirty. Breakfast was not bad. Overall room was unclean and needed some repairs.
The room was great and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than I expected; I utilized both days. The only issues I had were with the wifi and parking. The wifi liked to cut out on me, which was a bit of a pain. Parking was okay, but there were a couple of times where the lot was full and I had to park elsewhere. Overall, it was a good experience.
Hotels are hard to find that are cost effective near the NASCAR track. I stay here because this hotel is very new, clean, the rooms are amazing and the mattresses are probably the nicest mattresses I have ever slept on. When you fall asleep and wake up in the same spot, you are comfortable! Nice place and a good breakfast.
First time staying in La Puente, needed an overnight stay. Check in was good, room was fine, my tv didn’t work, but needed sleep anyway. Safety was worrisome as parking lot had lots of activity late at night
We checked into the hotel in the evening and we were provided with a room with 2 beds and to our surprise the bathroom doors doesnt even close properly and subsequently after informing the front desk she helped in changing the room but the room was having only a single bed. Some how we managed with that and next day morning we once again got it changed to the room that is with the 2 beds. Once again to our surprise we were not able to lock the bathroom just we were able to close the bathroom.I had to sleep in the sofa because of the shortage of the bed. Next day morning the hotel people gave us a discount of 25% for the first day night (for the single bed)Our over all satisfaction was not at all good.1

The most comfortable, clean beds I have slept in compared to all other hotels....even the Standard, in Los Angeles. The staff here is like family to us. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. From Maria, Carmen, Juan and Yulie...They take such good care of us when we are here that its like a second home.. Over two years. I believe we have stayed here over 100 visits alone at this location....close to shopping and sits between the 60 and 10 freeways. Theres a hot breakfast every morning and coffee, tea and hot chocolate available all day. And more often than not there is always a jar of freshly baked cookies. Best choice for this location, best in southern California as far as quality and price...highly recommend.
Love to stay here. Rooms are big and check in is easy. Breakfast is also good here in the mornings. Parking is a little tight if you check in late, but normally it’s good. I’ve stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so

The room was wonderful, huge and lots of furniture. However, on the Comfort Suites web site I chose an accessible room with a roll in shower. The room did not have a roll in shower, it had an ordinary bathtub which is a barrier to people with limited leg mobility. Also, accessible rooms should be on the first floor, not upper stories as the first floor provides less distance for a person with limited mobility to travel.
I am a frequent Comfort Suites visitor and I must say this was the best experience Ive had so far. The staff was so friendly and the hotel was great. We were treated like royalty from the moment we got there until we left. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Very nice and clean rooms, staff were very nice, breakfast had the best oatmeal Ive had in a long time and was fairly quiet. Only down was the sprinklers went on and got the whole side and front of our car soaking wet. Other than that all was very good 👍
This hotel amazing!!! Very clean, up to date, friendly employee, and good breakfast specially on weekend they have mexican breakfast!! I stay a few times always have a great time . Try to stay there if you around that city, believe me you won’t regret !Ps: I really like the charging port next to bed. It’s really nice!!!

The suite was more spacious than I had expected, the beds were big and comfortable. The customer service was excellent. They were friendly, and helpful with our needs. Breakfast was good and they had variety of food items to choose from.
This place is diamond in the rough!!! I have found my GEM. Its in a great location, clean, quiet, great rates, breakfast and the staff is wonderful. Travel to this area a lot for business and pleasure, but I can tell you this, I will be coming more often to this hotel. They make me feel at home!!!! I will continue to visit this hotel and try to get as many as my friends and co-workers to to the same. You get a quality stay at this location!!!!
I would highly recommend this hotel because it has an excellent service and it is SAFE. They serve delicious and hot breakfast with unlimited juice and coffee. Most of the staff are friendly especially the Filipinos. However, their dryer is not working but theres a laundry place nearby so it wont be a problem.
Stayed for 5 nights during the first week of May 2018 with my family. It was a pleasant experience. The front desk receptionist named, Yuli was very courteous, friendly, helpful and attentive. She was so kind as she went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Also, the hotel housekeeper named Eleanor is an outstanding hard-worker and pleasant. She always left our room spot clean and is very responsible. I will definitely stay at this hotel again in the near future and I will recommend to my friends and colleagues. Id like to add, that my aunt forgot her ipad on the hotel bed when we left for the day and when we arrived the ipad was left and placed right back on the bed; which allowed us to feel safe and our things secured. Our stay here was GREAT! The only thing Id suggest is the breakfast to be modified a bit. The worker that was in charge of the breakfast bar area did not give us a welcoming feel; she didnt acknowledge the presence of the customers, nor was she courteous. The food was almost/always warm to cold. Aside from this we LOVED the coffee and the options available. And we deeply appreciate Yuli, Eleanor and the rest of the staff that has made our stay a very enjoyable one.Sincerely, Jessica
For a quick overnight stay en route to our next vacation destination, this Comfort Inn didnt disappoint! The front desk attendant, Angelina, was very kind and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast the next morning was hot and tasty. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
I use to use a different company for our family outings but after the experience I we had on Feb. 15th-16th, I will just be booking with this brand. My family loved the 2 rooms in our suite. Lets not forget the great breakfast we had. Simple perfect. The staff was awesome, very friendly and attentive.
We stayed here for three nights while on vacation. Wasn’t much available around LA so we stayed out at La Puente. Very clean hotel. We could hear the people next to us but it’s a hotel so that’s going to happen. The breakfast was alright, nothing fancy but its food. It’s not too bad of a drive if you want to go venture into Hollywood and LA. You must try the Mexican food place across the street! Really good food!
I arrived in La Puente with 4 sick children. We were there to visit my eldest daughter who lives in a nursing home. Carmen made every effort to have our room cleaned quickly so that we could check in an hour early. Carmen is a God send. Our room (201) was large, immaculate, the beds were more than comfortable, bathroom clean and the sitting area perfect. The staff was more than courteous and before check out we had a wonderful hot breakfast. I plan on coming back soon and you have won me as a Choice Hotels customer for life. Thank you!
The stay was quiet. Lots of fireworks popping off outside as well as sirens. Bed was comfortable. Room was not fully cleaned from the stay before. Staff was extremely nice.
From the managing staff to housekeeping everyone employed at this particular hotel is more than friendly a more than knowledgeable of their position. Maria has done an excellent job of Staffing this hotel. To us they are like our extended family.
We really enjoyed our stay after a long transatlantic flight. Very clean bedroom, calm and friendly staff helped us to recover fast. The hotel shows that the staff cares and they make feel you at home.
This hotel is right off the freeway, very close to a ton of shopping areas and eateries. The staff were very friendly, from the front desk folks checking us in to the ladies assisting during the breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, probably one of the more decent breakfast we have had in one of the smaller Marriott brand hotels.
The housekeeper walked in without knocking or announcing himself and I was naked. I complained at the front desk and she said she told him to know and she was sorry. I was not offered any compensation for this and I was not comfortable to stay another night.
I thought it was a nice hotel because it was quiet and seemed clean. I woke up with a little blood on the sheets near my head and thought it was odd. I came home to multiple bites from bed bugs. Called the GM right away to notify her and she kindly said what she was going to do to rectify the situation. I haven’t seen a refund on my credit card and have also requested the doctors appointment confirming bed bugs.
The staff are friendly, the bed comfy, and the complimentary breakfast is hot and tasty. The room had everything I needed, including an awesome AC unit and plentiful gizmo charging options. Check in and Check out were amazingly simple and quick.
Very nice hotel. The breakfast area was well stocked with good food. The lady running the breakfast area did a good job.My Credit Card information was stolen during this stay. Dont know if it was hotel related or car rental related!
Our trip out here this was difficult for me because we were in town for my Fathers Memorial. This was our 2nd stay at your hotel. During our check-in, Alma remembered us and once again, she made us feel very welcomed. I just wish I could have thanked her in person. Saturday night, returning from Dads services, my Wife asked Maria a question (I honestly dont remember what it was. I was sort of out of it). But I do remember Maria giving me her condolences and she also shared her story about her Father. She didnt have to, but I thanked her because she made me feel a little bit better. I appreciated it tremendously.As far as our breakfast, Daniela was very curtious. I usually have a plain bagel in the morning. But I didnt see any so when my Wife asked if there were any, not only did she bring some out for me, she offered to place them in the toaster. Not only that, during our stay, she had started to have a Diabetic Attack. So for the long drive back home to San Diego, she gave Mom a few extra of the little peanut butter spreads. Mom was greatful.Overall I give your Hotel, Staff, & Services 100% once again!!!My Family and I look foward to staying with you all again (hopefully) real soon. THANK YOU AGAIN!!
Am a regular business guest at this hotel. Always have a friendly greeting and they always make sure my accommodations are met. Just a great overall stay. The beds are very clean and comfortable. which is a big plus in my book.
Well, theres walls and a roof. I can hear my neighbors as if were sharing the room, theres an odd perfume odor in the room, and the hairdryer died after being on for literally 2 seconds. Not sure how this place received the positive reviews to date. Its one of lifes great mysteries...
Angelina is excellent in the front Lobby. Her attention to detail goes a long way! Marilyn, b-fast cook, was wonderful. Her food presentation is A+! She is so neat and replenished as needed. Carmen was very helpful and provided the extras needed without hesitation. This hotel and its staff are always on point. Thank you all!
Bathtub floors are extremely slippery, even when not wet! My wife fell and split her head open above her eye during our stay. After speaking with the front desk staff, they called 911 and that was the last we ever heard from them. My wife did end up in the ER and we continued to stay at the hotel for 2 additional nights after the incident. Not ONCE did they ask how she was doing, if there was anything they could do to make our stay better, or any acknowledgment whatsoever beyond the call to 911 (after I asked what their policy was in this type of incident). I find their lack of sympathy and customer service skills to be unacceptable.
Again the hotel was not clean! The bathrooms did not work! The staff was OK about refunding our money but again this experience almost ruined a vacation. We travel 20 hours to spend quality time in California and did not expect to stay at a hotel that was so unclean.
I used my points for the 1st three nights of our stay. Our 4th night we paid. Alma made us felt very welcome upon our arrival. The hotel only had two stories. However, it was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again if I visited.
For the money, there are other better options. While convenient, this hotel failed on 4 of 5 of my main items to look for:1 - Safety; I literally pushed the room door open without using the key card. Figured out how to close it so it would latch on my own. POOR2 - Cleanliness: stains on carpet and couch that made me wonder what happened in there; drips of something on the walls, both in the room, and the bathroom. Stains in the toilet upon arrival. POOR3 - Breakfast: limited items (more limited than most of this chains). What was supposed to be hot was lukewarm at best. POOR4 - Water pressure / Water drainage; tub drained fine, but water pressure was mediocre. AVERAGE5 - Staff: Did not honor an agreed late check out time (only 1 hour extra). Made making a late check out time difficult at the front desk - claiming to be sold out for the next night, when I check on-line, lots of availability. Did not recognize me as a frequent Choice guest. POOR
Comfortable bed.Carpets are stained and filthy. We had 2 rooms and both of them had hair in the shower/tub. Staff was just average.
We were in the room very little. But the BED and linens were great. Staff at check-in, check-out were swift and efficient and best of all very friendly. Morning breakfast attendants were attentive and very cheery. Good location with easy access to Pomona Freeway. We were in for a funeral and this location was close to the cemetery for us.
We came down to CA to see our daughter & granddaughter for Christmas. We always stay at this hotel, so it surprised me to find my room only half cleaned, the bathroom seems to have been neglected. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we will stay again.
Fair, but needs to be spruced up a bit. The backdoor was not operating and had a sign on it acknowledging the same. The same with some of the fitness center. I prefer an elliptical trainer. The treadmill display and function were not working properly. There was a sign on the Universal gym and it was not working. The only thing that was working properly was the stationary bike. The whole place was worn, but clean. The rate was not that great, but for the area, I;m sure they are competitive. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was OK, Ive been in Choices that have better and worse. I prefer real cooked oatmeal and hate instant.Thanks
The service of the staff were really helpful, and the reason I give 4, instead of 3 stars. The food had a good variety but I suggest having a fruit salad (lighter) option. Close enough to things, but far enough out to feel relaxed. Prices are resonable/average for an international traveller.
The check in time was at 3 but how we drove 5 hours to het there they had a room availble as soon as we got there. The receptionist was great she welcomed us in and asked if we need anything when she would see us. Greeted us in the morning for breakfast. Perfect just the place i’d go back to when we travel far again.
The hotel lobby is well maintained and cleaned. The service was excellent by the staff. The room was amazingly well cleaned and maintained. The feeling of staying at a five Star hotel was very much present. Only commited staff would provide such amazing service.
The Comfort Suites, La Quente - Industrial City is a very clean hotel property. My suite was spotless. The breakfast offering had lots of varieties of assorted items, hot and cold. Above all, the staff was very courteous and always helpful.
Great staff and clean rooms. Nice breakfast available in the morning. Quick Wi-Fi, safe parking, and the most comfortable beds ever. I especially like the work space in each room. Makes for a productive business trip.
This hotel was small and quiet. The staff is very pleasant. A good distance away from the busy areas of LA but not too bad of a drive. Service was excellent and the price is something to beat
Not clean, The hallways were dirty and unkept, the room can be cleaned with more detail i.e. the bed skirts should be changed as well the one on the bed from the room I was staying in was disgustingly dirty with stains all over them I checked to see if they were just permanent stains but it was obvious that they weren’t even washed. The remote control doesn’t get wiped down it had food stains, they’re were hairs on the comforters and in the shower, the carpets were dirty walking barefoot got my feet dirty maybe consider shampooing the carpets, walls are thin able to hear conversations and tv from surrounding rooms
I believe that I received a good rate for LA, although the hotel was a little far from most attractions. Most of the Comfort Suites I had stayed in the past was either new or updated, this one could you some renovating, still you cant beat the free breakfast and parking.
The rooms are nice, they neighborhood is decent. Hotel is not to large and has a home like feeling. staff is courteous. Parking is close to the door and you dont have to walf far, like in a larger hotel
After a very late night we totally needed a good rest. The hotel was excellent, our room was awesome and we had a great stay! We will be doing more travelling this summer and will definitely look to Comfort Suites first!
Comfortable and large room, clean, and pleasant staff. We are fam of five with 3 teenagers so we got a larger room with two king beds and a sofa sleeper, with a separate bedroom which gave everyone plenty of room and minimized arguments…and we kept pir sanity, LOL.
Great place to stay! Maria and her staff are top notch! Even Kenny, the new young guy, is on the program. Marilyn, the person in charge of the food, made sure we had everything to make our experience enjoyable.
Extremely beautiful decor service was excellent some insignificant but mentionable experience with the remote control not working but it was handled swiftly. Coffee machine in room was not working. A bit of noise came from the room above but to be fair it was a little child running back and forth and I didnt report it. OMG the bedding was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT, boy did they get it right, plush, luxuriously done.
The experience was positive. The room was very clean and well kept. The facility was well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our stay there made our vacation experience all the more wonderful.

2023-12-05 05:57:43Rooms and the hotel were old and dated which was surprising considering the place has good reviews. I’ve stayed in a couple of Comfort properties and this definitely ranks at the bottom. But people were very helpful and friendly.

2023-08-15 23:59:59Hotel is not big, but the room is! Room was clean and very good. Had suspicious stains on the wall. If it’s a designer choice, it’s weird. If not, I’m sure I don’t want to know what is it. Breakfasts were very good! The staff is very friendly. The location is in quiet neighborhood, there are a lot of fast food and stores nearby, so it is very convenient.But if you expect to go to LA or visit Hollywood, this place is pretty away from them. Like 25 min by taking highways, so with LA traffic it may take over that hour. Overall for this hotel: Great I very like it!

2023-08-20 23:59:59This Comfort Suites is in a convenient location. Not a lot of other hotels nearby so we picked it. The stay went beyond our expectations. Our two-king-bed suite, albeit a bit old, is spacious and functional. The beds are comfortable. Ample outlets or USB ports to charge the phones and laptops. A/C is bit noisy, but they work well in the summer heat of Southern California!

I forgot the gentleman’s name in the front desk, but he worked night shifts and helped supply us with extra towels and toothbrushes since we forgot one. Rooms were really clean and they always had some refreshing cold lemon water. 10/10

2023-09-04 23:59:59The stay was better than most Choice hotels. I was working nights and sleeping during the early morning till noon. At least I was trying to sleep. The people leaving in the morning made it difficult. As did the cleaning staff with the constant rapping on the doors. The last day I was there, my shift ended by midnight. So I did get to sleep at night and it was fairly quiet, except for the road noise.

2023-08-08 15:21:29From the start we had a good service and stay. The entire staff is friendly and they go above and beyond for the guests. They always say good morning and make you feel welcomed.One of the cleaning ladies asked if we needed anything before her shift ended since in the morning we had the “Do not disturb sign”. No cleaning staff from previous hotels have ever done that. Our rooms were cleaned without even asking.Diana has been amazing. Going above and beyond with the food and heating up tortillas (no hotel has tortillas lol). The menudo on a Sunday was the best.The receptionist were so friendly. From the moment we wanted to check in the lady was friendly and welcomed and the guy (receptionist) too. I lost one of my daughters crocs and he had them within less than 5 minutes from when I lost them.Overall, it was a great stay. We will definitely book our stays here again.Thank you all for the hospitality. It was a different experience and uniqueness .

2023-05-28 09:25:45This hotel was ran very well. All staff was kind and the room was cleaned and serviced very well everyday for my group. Diana was very nice and she noticed that my group only ate halal/vegetarian and the breakfast did not have many options for us. Therefore, she went above and beyond and made fresh eggs and tater tots for us! We appreciate the good service and will definitely be staying here in the future when we are in the area.
