The customer service is so good. The staff are polite and greet you as soon as you walk in. I love the onion rings, the are light and not oily. The prices arent too bad. Will keep coming back.

Attentive, friendly, and quick. Mom and I ordered a patty melt, fries and a drink... let me just say Im glad ur in upland because Id be fluffier than I already am. Lol..The fries, fresh piping hot, crisp and crunchy. But that patty melt with yummy grilled onions and I chose to go with Swiss cheese. Omg omg omg delicious. Thank you so much... its so clean in there as well. Cute Lil set up.

Cheap breakfast place in comparison to the other nearby breakfast places. Lots of variety, Ive tried country fried steak and omelette, taste good and decent portion. The fact that they gave drive thru is a huge plus. Wish they open for more hours though.

This was my go to but not anymore did quality is not what it used to be and that was just a few months ago. Fries are never fresh unless you ask for them to be which is becoming a common thing it seems like a lot of places you go. I always get the BLT even the quality of it has changed tremendously. Im really disappointed and wont be returning unless Im desperate. From today forward I will be at Old world deli where they dont make it till you order it .. money to hard to come by these days and every penny should be appreciated. Im sad to be written this review about them too because I would eat here frequently but not anymore. 😔

I got the popular avocado bacon cheeseburger. Just a good, classic, homemade-quality fresh burger. Came with a generous amount of bacon and avocado! Fairly priced and the staff is friendly. The bathroom was pretty gross, but otherwise a great place!

Might as well as remove the phone number, for an hour straight it was disconnected or something...forced to go order and wait...update they answer and have you on hold for 10 minutes thats why the phone is always busy.......I have to give them a 1 now after the long time being on hold I figured they were busy and forgot....so o just recalled but this time they answered and didnt saying anything as if they answered and just left it on the counter because I could here all the other customers ordering....this was for 3 minutes....

I just had the strangest experience at this restaurant. I went through the drive thru and ordered a ribeye steak sandwich. The photos on the menu had steak, tomato, lettuce, etc between a bread roll. I get home and open my food and see this. I call and I am told that the only way to resolve the issue is to save the sandwich and bring it back when I’m in the area, for a refund. What in the world?! So basically eat nothing tonight because of their error and save the sandwich if I want any kind of resolution. This is ridiculous. So looks like my son and I will be eating fries for dinner tonight and saving this mysteries meat sandwich to get our money back.

Nice place for breakfast, lunch and dinner - This place is near home so at least once or twice a month we order from Connals. We usually get cheese burgers, chicken sandwiches, or omelets depending on the occasion, everything taste good, they have good coffee and the dinner area is clean.The only thing I dont like is that the tacos are a bit overpriced. 3 tacos (no rice or beans) itll cost you almost 10 dollars and they arent as good as some other places. I stopped ordering tacos and I rather have something else.The Philly cheese steak sandwich is goodBurritos, Omelets, chicken sandwiches, etc.Well continue to visit this place.

Ordered A Mexican steak Dinner plate on the drive thru. Cashier repeated the order (Steak, with rice and beans. ) and a order of fries. I then came home and got this instead. I called to let them know, and the floor manager/shift supervisor was beyond rude and unprofessional, she kept hanging up on me and said you can call back tomorrow to speak to the manager on duty. She then said dont waste your time she wont do anything, and started being so rude. I am a bussiness owner and come to this place about 4-5 Times a week. I would totally fire this individual in an instant. All I know is that they just lost a loyal customer. It makes me sad to know there are unprofessional individuals taking on customer service roles, and are rude as can be. I hope the owner of this establishment reads this and knows exactly what is going on at their bussiness.Thank youMaria

I was first in line at the drive thru and the lady told me to wait one second. A few cars behind me started to drive away because of the wait. At about 20 minutes the car directly behind me drove in front of me, passing the ordering booth and straight to the window and started getting served before me. I still even gave them more time and at about 30 minutes I drove off. Horrible

I really like this place. Its local, mom an pop and cheaper than most chain fast food! Their version of the western bacon cheeseburger is amazing, and cheaper. They do take a bit longer due to staffing, most likely, and the area is a little run down. However, it is still worth it and I prefer to give them my money.

Went to the drive thru for breakfast Carne asada burrito Just recently I was paying 7.00 for a breakfast burrito and today when I was in the drive thru all the prices where blacked out.. the guy on the speaker said if you want something let him know and he will tell me the price. So I asked about the breakfast burrito and he says 13.89 for the same burrito that was 7.00 when did tortillas go up this much I was upset about the price gouge and left everything seems shady on the prices being blacked out never will I go here again the quality went down on the burgers it used to be good now theres homeless all around and its dirty on the outside as it dont feel safe and the price gouging is insane I do not recommend this place for anything quality went down big time.

Every time Ive eaten here the food is fantastic. I use the drive-thru and, yes, it can take time but they make the food when ordered. No sitting under a heat lamp like McDonalds. The prices are fabulous. The fried zucchini is delicious. I like patty melts and they are good here. So you can get Mexican and burgers plus sandwiches. You definitely will not be disappointed with anything you order.

I went with my Dad. The lady at the drive thru is really sweet and very considerate. The cook messed up the order and didnt give us what we ordered. The food is good but I went in today with my family and had a coupon they didnt want to take it cause it was expired but that is how it was given to me from stater brothers I was asking the cashier why were they doing that and the other employees even the nosie cook had to come out and see what was going on. Its your basic local burger place, nothing too fancy. But the food is good and the prices are quite reasonable too. I had a gyro sandwich there and it had a generous helping of meat in it, Ive been to places that have charged more and given me a lot less meat.All in all, a great place if you a burger, gyros, and the like and you dont rant to spend a lot.

I recently tried Connals for the first time. After two trips there sampling a number of items on the menu, our family is hooked. The salads are loaded, full of flavor and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The Pastrami and Beef Dip Sandwiches were both incredible, from the meat to the incredible soft but chewy bread. I am not a French Fry fan nor eater, but the fries here are incredible. Hot, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Today I tried their bean and cheese burrito. After eating at so many of best Mexican Restaurants in the greater LA Area, I think the bean and cheese burrito I had today at Connals might have been the best one I have ever eaten. It was a substantial burrito with a soft but chewy tortilla that complimented the perfectly seasoned and smooth beans. To top it all off they were very generous with the cheese, which also perfectly complimented the two other ingredients. I am a salsa lover, and they have great salsa, but the burrito alone was so good, I ate it AS IS. DELICIOUS!

Ive been coming here for awhile now. Service is good and friendly. Food selection is really great, something for everyone. The breakfast burritos are huge and can easily be split to share, plus theyre really good, especially with the green salsa (they have red salsa as well). The also have a steak and eggs combo thats good. Did I mention they have freshly squeezed Orange juice! You dont see that very often.Their burgers are really good as and they have a variety of types, you can definitely have it your way here. Fries have just the right amount of crispiness without asking for well done. You know how some fries dont need ketchup to taste good, these taste good by themselves. Ketchup welcomed. You can actually pump ketchup up unto your plate which I prefer over ketchup packets. I like that they have hand sanitizer easily accessible which leads me to my only negative. The bathrooms are outside the building and you have to get buzzed in.

My 4 year old says Connals makes better grilled cheese sandwiches than I do and I have to agree with him. He also has approved of their pancakes, that he says are the size of his head, and the peanut butter milkshake.I love the fries and the veggie burger!The decor and atmosphere is fun for little ones to look at and enjoy. My kids love it here and so do my husband and I. We moved away but cant wait to come back soon.

Its, in my oppinion, the best burger/everthing place in town. If you are into Asada fries the best by far and the burgers are awesome. Cashier at Drive-Thru Was not wearing a mask, And when I brought it to his attention he said that he refuses to wear a mask. This is our favorite go to place. My daughter LOVES the chili cheese fries. You will never find a better fried zucchini, in fact, after eating Connals zucchini, you wont bother with anyone elses! Service is usually great. Went recently in the night and they had some new people that werent that great, but they could have been having a bad day. Over the years ive tried most of the menu and have never been disappointed. I currently cant stomache meat and Connals has the best bean and cheese burritos ive ever eaten!
