The guys working here are EXTREMELY kind!!! Some of the friendliest service Ive had in a while! They were really patient with us while we ordered. My family loved their food and the tater tots disappeared from the table almost immediately. Im vegetarian so I usually assume the worst without looking ahead of time, but their vegetarian sandwich option had impressive flavor that I can imagine craving at a later time (like now!). Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved my lunch date with my husband here. Staff was so pleasant, food was great and service was amazing and fast. Will definitely be back for these amazing burgers. Or neighbor told us these are the best burgers and they did not disappoint.

Some of the best food you will ever have. All of their sauces their bread their cheese all freshly made in house. Something I cant believe but is very rare in todays restaurant industry. They grind their own meat. All their pastries are baked fresh in the house. I truly cannot recommend this place enough.

Im not usually a full veg burger person. BUT I had the tree hugger n it was fantastic. Didnt realize I would like veg burgers. My husband had a regular burger. N he liked it just that there was a little too much garlic for him.

Everything I ordered was super delicious, can’t wait to go back and try everything on the menu. The seasonal pickle plate was life changing, feel like it was made just for me. The bartender Fredo was so helpful and friendly, he answered all my questions about the food and beverages and gave great recommendations. Will definitely be back!

Excellent food in a great space! These guys have been around as a pop-up at breweries and places like that for a few years and the food is always right on point. The new location has an expanded menu and plenty of beer and wine options, with indoor seating and a great patio. Do yourself a favor and try them out!

This is legitimately one of the best burgers I’ve had. The ingredients are insanely fresh and everything melds together so so well. I got their spicy burger which changes out pickles for peppers. I’m also having this burger at one of their pop-ups in San Diego. So good!!

We tried Copper King for the first time over at Eppig Brewing and wow, they did not disappoint. One of the better burgers I’ve had, I’d put it up there on your list of “Best burgers in San Diego”. My wife tried the veggie option and loved it as well. Everything thing is so fresh and house made. Can’t wait to go back!

Hired Copper Kings for a 200+ catering event for a non-profit childrens charity. Short sighted on their business practices. We hosted a charity event that needed to be adjusted several days prior from 350-200. They gave zero concession, and took off with the extra food for 150+ people that we paid for after the event. Out of principal, we drove down and donated to another local charity. They could have easily sold the extra food at another event, or even given a small credit. It killed the purpose of our event seeing we were raising money for the charity. Worst part was their lack of compassion and bad attitude.

Had Cooper Kings Burgers from their pop up in San Marcos and wow, 10/10 burgers. Sauce is great, cheese is creamy, patty is crispy and well seasoned. All in all a great burger.

Origional and above average burgers - matched what I was drinking wonderfully. Fresh tasting, hot, melted cheese and plenty of meat. Quick service, friendly staff. Will be going to whatever brewery they visit next 👏highly recommend. Even the tree hugger with an added beef patty was amazing.

CK burgers are great. Not much more needs to be said on food taste and quality. Be prepared to wait ~30 minutes. My only (recent) issue was dealing with their self-service order and payment device. Use the order feature on their website.

Enjoyed their burgers at Hangar 76 in Oceanside. We had the spicy, classic, and chorizo burgers and they were all very good. The chorizo was simply amazing, but will soon be off the menu. Cajun fries, waffle, fries, and regular fries were all very good, well-seasoned, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We will definitely seek them out again at a pop-up or their home location.

If youre looking for an amazing burger, with fresh homemade ingredients, this is your place! We found this place just walking around waiting for our car to get detailed, so its definitely a hidden treasure. Dermot, the owner, greeted us and gave us a run down on what they do here since we had never been before. He directed us to their online menu where we placed our order. Theres a single table outside right under the shade of a tree that makes the perfect waiting/eating area. The burgers come out fresh and hot. When you bite its a delicious burst of flavor immediately. The fries are crisp and fresh. One of the highlights for me, the bbq sauce!! Its all homemade, and not like that sweet stuff you get at the store. It has real flavor with lots of spices, YUM!! Dermot the owner is a class act, I would come back just for the service, and good conversation. Thank you Copper Kings Burgers!

Really great burger and the copper sauce is sooo goood! You can tell that everything is made from scratch including the bun. Super reasonable prices too. They also have veggie options. They are regulars at Stone Brewery in Oside, so do yourself a favor and check them out.

I work at the Laberge Hotel and Spa in Del Mar. Every now and then the GM will do something extra special for his staff. Last week the hotel hired Chopper King Burgers to cook for the staff. All I can say is, OMG!! The burgers and fries were so freaken good!! Not your average burger in and way what so ever. My boss and I had the spicy burger. Promise to god, best burger I’ve ever had!! Melted in my mouth. I’m sensitive to spicy but I just couldn’t put it down and stop eating it. Lol. I also had the sweat potato fries. So perfectly seasoned and crispy. The service was fast and very friendly. You could tell these guys were pros. I would highly recommend them to anyone having an event. Thanks again Chopper King. You guys were the balm. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

OMGOSH!!! Went here today WED May 5th 2021 for a early Moms Day Lunch at Copper Kings Burgers here in OSIDE. I got the regular cheese burger while my son and his father got the special of the day a Chorizo 🍔. Needless to say both burgers were juicy. The buns were made from scratch. Japanese buns nice and soft. Everything there is made from scratch. Quality burger meat. Homemade Ranch. They have seasoned fries and tots! My burger had the perfect amount of condiments with pickles and onions. That will be my go to burger here at Copper Kings. Highly recommended. Service is fantastic and makes you want to come again! That was the cherry on top! Copper Kings Burgers hats off to you and a job well done! We definitely will be back!

Been hearing about this spot and had to finally try it out. Out of control. Ordered the western and it was on another level. Cooked perfectly, was hot on delivery and had great flavors from the pickel onion cheese and bacon combo. Bun was soft and flavorful. Highly recommend and cant wait to come back🫡

RUN (dont walk) over to the Copper Kings new location in San Marcos. Ive always heard great things about the Copper Kings pop-up locations, but I am now able to sit and enjoy a delicious hand-held creation in a place that isnt going anywhere soon! The burger ingredients are well thought out and they have a big menu of burgers and other creations, including vegan options, a kids menu, and even a burger for your furry friend. I ordered the Spicy Burger, French fries, and a side of their craic sauce. Everything was insanely good! Kimberly behind the bar was really friendly, and the owners were a pleasure to talk to. If youre local to San Marcos (and the area), come support this business. I will be back with my family and friends very soon!
