Stumbled upon this place while visiting from New Orleans. The exterior seemed a bit questionable, but the interior was quite inviting and cozy. I was immediately greeted upon entering, seated, and given instructions on how to scan the QR code on the table to access the menu. I ordered a Raspberry Margarita, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, and the Chicken Pesto Panini. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! The staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I may have to eat here again before I head back home!

So my husband and I were hungry and came across this pizza joint. We love small restaurants like this one.Well all I can say is the food was amazing 🤩.The waitress was super hospitable and very friendly. She let us know what was top sellers and we went with her suggestion. To all those local and nearby stop and give them a try. You wont regret eating there. Tens across the board.

Super cute spot right up the street from our home. The food was delicious and the service was great. Super cute decor and atmosphere. Will definitely be going back. We had chicken parm, sloppy Joe sliders, a turkey burger mac and cheese poppers. Everything was super fresh and really delicious. Also had a Michelada which was really nice too. It was a super cozy spot for a nice wind down dinner.

Great place with great service and good food! As a group of six, we were highly impressed with the food, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. The server knew the menu and could answer our questions, we were not rushed despite arriving near closing time and we were all greeted when entering and leaving by all staff. 10/10!

First time here! Customer service was AMAZING here. Everyone was so sweet and attentive. My partner and I ordered two micheladas, one with a slider and the other with bacon wrapped shrimp. Both were delicious. The slider had the best tender meat. The shrimp was crispy and paired well with the beer. We ordered one pesto chicken pizza and one pepperoni with jalapeños. The servers were quick and our food was perfect. I will definitely return!!

Better food than a greasy spoon, nice use of flavors, my group ordered the pastor burger, truffle fries, salmon salad (this was excellent), buffalo cauliflower, and sliders for the kids.A bit slow on the takeout given the order for 8 people but worth the wait, a sample survey of the diners all seem to have happy faces when dining in, and they have mini-burgers attached to some of their drinks like you would on a tiki-drink, kids noticed this and asked a patron if it was a real mini burger band it was!

Hidden jem in plain sight. The chelada is a sweet version of the michelada and its to die for. I also had the wing, which where made perfectly. The night ended with a raspberry margarita drink that was sweet but also very dangerous. Im coming back to try the al pastor burger because it looks amazing. The staff was the best. A friend of ours told us to come check this place out because the food is really good! We got there in time for the happy hour menu and we still had time to order off the lunch menu, which was something that I liked alot.But to do that you need to be there between 3pm and 4pm. I loved the caprese panini! It had a balsamic reduction in it to give it a touch of sweet! Loved the truffle fries too! The chicken quesadilla came with a delicious slightly spicy fresh (yellow) salsa that had a tinge of smoky sweet flavor that I loved.The server was really sweet and answered all my questions.....the only thing that bothered me was that the food didnt all come out at the same time...so we were each eating our meals by ourselves.......we will definitely be back! The place is small but have some really cool artwork and graffiti art on the walls.

The corner joint is imbedded in a plaza and yes you guessed it its in the corner, but dont let the placement fool you . Its a nice little gem in hawthorne with not only modern plating, and rustic interior design. Most importantly its food not only looks good, but also tastes amazing. Definitely will be going back to try new dishes .

So for the ladies, they have the pretty drinks that you love, wifey definitely approved.For the fellas, lets start with the chicken tenders, not sure if they are hand breaded on site cause damn! They sure taste like it, in no way, shape, or FORM, do they look like your typical Tenders, and I consume my fair share of Tender poundage throughout the year. Some of the best I have had to date.I had the chicken pesto, and sundried tomato pizza. Thin sliced and crust was toasted on point. Nice and crunchy with that wipe thr crumbs off your shirt after effect.and Lucy was our waitress whos smile and service made the experience all the more pleasant!

Great food, leave yourself a decent window when ordering as pacing can fall behind the crowds there. Plenty of parking, open bar seating and a tight intimate space for friends or dates to enjoy some food outside of the usual chain restaurant affair.Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with pasta salad and it was very delicious. Worth the wait but was under a bit of a time crunch which rushed the eating and exit. Still if Im in the area Ill always give the location a shot because the taste was that memorable.

A pizza and burger spot in Lawndale with a young atmosphere and reasonable prices for food. First thing I noticed when walking in was the seatting which ad like 10 to 12 tables available. The decor is interesting as they put flooring on the walls and have fake brick wall interior. The paints are very cool though.The menu is also very cool. Its nice because most of the menu is from the 11-12 range which makes splitting checks and guilt free ordering easy.The Al Pastor burger is top tier. Like wow, surprised me that Al Pastor can be good in a burger because its consistency and flavor doesnt generally fit in well. Turns out, it does... mixed in with shredded mozzarella, pineapple, avacado, and brioche bun, serious stuff. Even with a cute roasted bell pepper on top. This burger drips Al Pastor juice everywhere so request extra napkins or drip that juice on your fries for some Al Pastor flabor fries.This burger should cost 50% more for what is offers. 5 Stars for quality, flavor, and originality not seen in many burger jointsThat said, service here is a little lacking as the servers are running back and forth for large parties.Highly recommended place, but I recommend arriving at an off hour to avoid overworked servers.

All the food was great, we got the Mediterranean salad, the bbq chicken pizza and the Mac and cheese bites. Our favorite part was their fantastic michelada though. Theyre a little expensive but so damn good. Tables were a little sticky and environment was a little lacking for the cost, but may have still been from having to abide by covid rules still.

I dont usually rate a place by its service, but it was so bad, we never even got seated. I understand if they were busy, but we made eye contact with at least 3 staff members, none of them acknowledged we even existed. There was only 1 other pair in front of us ordering take out, whom have been helped. They werent so busy where there wasnt empty tables. And Ive seen places less staffed that had better service. Couldve got at least a for here or to go? Hate to say it, but maybe it was cuz we were the only Asians, who knows these days. We left after waiting for almost 10 minutes. This cozy restaurant/bar sits right on the corner, with plenty of parking surrounding it! The inside is well done, clean, and has a good amount of seating. Several large screen TVs are up showing games, and a full bar takes up much of the left side of the front of the business. The staff are super friendly! Food is solid, good mini-burgers, good fries, and that meatball sandwich makes it happen! All the food is made fresh, so the order time can take a while. Sadly because of the service I have to rate it low. There was a waitress who was just so upset having to serve us, she had a bad attitude. She didn’t seem to want to do her job and it was a slow day so it’s not like she was super busy, and the other guy helping her wasn’t really attentive either. I wish I could remember our waitress name but she was a young lady who was friendly, attentive & worked with her partner to always check on us & make sure we were having a good time. First she helped us decide what pitcher to get by bringing us 4 tasters of beer she thought we might like. She was patient while we decided & joked around. The pizza was SO tasty. I hate to admit this, but the fact that Lawndale now has an incredible restaurant to offer...is well SURPRISING! There are plenty of junk food places to choose from, but one can only stand so much over-processed food. This family owned restaurant is something to really get excited about. They offer various choices from burgers, pastas, to salads. I am in love with their fettuccine. The garlic cream sauce is to perfection and the noodle portion allows for leftovers. Of course I had to sample their highly regarded Michelada and completely understand the raving reviews. Ive had so many renditions of this classic drinks elsewhere and none compared to the one I had in Mexico...until I came here. I need to return to try all of their other great dishes and enjoy one (or five) more micheladas. So pleasantly pleased with the addition of this restaurant to the Lawndale community and I am wishing they stay for good! Service is top star here too! The most humble owners and accommodating staff members.

Honestly this place has the best chelada in town. If I was to drive by I would for sure missed this gem! The chelada which it’s a sweet version of the michelda It’s prepare on the moment you ask for it. It’s so fresh! I also tried the buffalo wings which were good too. I saw their al pastor burger on Instagram and it just looked like something I had to have. Sadly this is a decision I regret. We walked into the restaurant where it was a little confusing as to whether we should seat ourselves or wait to be sat. After about a minute someone greeted us and sat us down. No one came back to our table for over five minutes to take our order and that was only becuase I started staring down the wait staff in annoyance that I had not even received any water yet. Mind you the restaurant was not even busy at this point. The waitress took our order and REPEATED back to us that we wanted one michelada and two of the al pastor burgers. One with a side sald and one with fries. My burger came out first and after about 10 minutes we asked where the second burger was and then were informed that only one burger had been ordered. At this point I was completely annoyed and to top it off the burger looked amazing but lacked in flavor. The only good part about this experience was that michelada tasted just as good as it looked. Nothing extra was done to take care of our bill she only comped an extra order of fries that we didnt even want in the first place. Needless to say I wont be back.

Was not at this place, was next door at Lucky Bamboo Kitchen Chinese Cuisine. The shrimp fried rice is excellent. Ive gone 2x in 3 days.The first day I got the rice with Kung Pao Beef. I found the beef a bit touch, but well seasoned.Today, I had the rice with Beef w/Garlic Sauce. Again, I found the beef a bit touch and chewy.Im not ready to give up. So next time, rice with a chicken dish.Small area. Clean! Dont believe there is a bathroom. Parking is shared. Which means, a large parking area.The cost is basic/standard $20 to $25 for 2, including drinks.No alcohol!! Which is well with me. I dont drink!Overall, 3* for now. Sevice however, 5* for sure. Wonderful, warm Asian folk, very attentive.

Brunch is a must with $10 bottomless that are very srong had a buzz with only 5 of them. Plus chicken and waffles are delish though id prefer the build your own breakfast which the French toast are on point. Familiy friendly always is great as well. Their pizzas are unique in flavor also and wings are perfect crunch and flavor. All in all must try, tho due to covid restrictions there is usually about 30min to 1hr wait but worth it.
