I arrived at around 3 pm and was delighted to find an abundance of available parking spaces.When I returned some items, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there was no waiting line. The person who assisted me was exceptionally kind and helpful.The store is well-maintained, and they offer a fantastic selection of products. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. I ended up buying more items than I had initially planned because of the wonderful experience. This Costco has now become my favorite one.

This location is a hidden gem. Never crowded which I love. Some products here arent sold at the Costco Wholesale location. They do have alot of selection of meats. One of the reasons I come here is for Lamb and Goat. You can actually buy a frozen carcass ( not something everyone looks to buy at a Costco) but it ends up being a better price overall.

First theres a gas station behind the warehouse. If you own your own business this is the place to go for discount or wholesale prices. There are four roles candy alone. The meats and vegetables are in a separate room that is kept around 34 degrees. Very good choice a products. Even has lamb and goat by the whole.

Costcos photo department is excellent. They offer high-quality prints and photo gifts at affordable prices. The tire department at Costco is a great resource. There was 1 cash register open in the morning, apparently the management decided that business customer service was not important enough. But that wasnt the only problem I encountered. I am a business owner, and I needed to visit the Costco Business Center in Hawthorne. I bought a heavy item and needed help loading it into the car. I asked several employees, but they were shifting the responsibility to someone else. I ended up asking a security guard to help me because after repeated requests there was no one else..

I was running low on gas and I had an appointment to get to pulled up in there to get gas the lines were so long to get gas on that day and their prices had dropped the prices were good compared to any place else and I was stressed when I got there but I was happy when I left the staff out there was very helpful directing traffic and make sure you know people get their turn on that day I was a happy camper

Costco Business Delivery, I don’t know about you, but I’ve been seeing this trucks around town for years and finally started using their services and I LIKE IT!1) What I experienced: Ordered online early afternoon, completed order before 3pm and it all arrived the next morning! Wow!2) 2nd time I ordered- the system said they did not have the quantity I wanted to complete my order. I contacted Business delivery customer service. Man on phone was very helpful with me in ordering a substitute item. When I hung up I had peace of mind even tho it took 20 minutes by the time all done. Next day- delivery driver had original order! They got it off the am truck for me. Impressive, but I wasted 20-30 minutes the day before. When running a business it all adds up.3) 3rd delivery I asked for after 12pm, and he arrived at 10am after calling me 30 min ahead, so I was able to be there.Highly recommended!

I like the set up of the store and it is so nice to have courtesy jackets for the cold areas! The service is fast and friendly. The only reason I didn’t rate it five stars ⭐️ is because the entrance is not very user friendly. You either walk up some stairs or use a very long ramp. I suggest you park East of the entry.

There is a pretty good selection of most of the major items one would expect to find at a business oriented store. Parking is always easy and everyone is always nice and helpful. If I had one improvement they could implement, it would be the speed at which the checkers move. If I was an employee at a business focused location, I would understand that time is money and their customers time is expensive. There can be huge lines and I see absolutely no change in their performance as compared to when they are slow. Management just slowly walks around, ignoring the fact that their staff is slammed. Empty and closed cash registers sit idle as lines spill into the isles. Anyone is business know that the customer experience is key to success. My solution would be to light a fire under the cashiers and especially the management. There is nothing worse as a customer than sitting in epic lines and watching the manager just sit there, doing nothing.

Went to get gas before latest increases, was 4.449. 5 cents better than next closest Costco, and about 50 cents better than other gas stations.Next time will monitor gas lanes, closest inside lane was fastest due to least longest car lines due to snaking around parking lot. Seemed that one semi truck was blocking pump, but not a problem. Seemed that you were limited to $75 unless this was due to pre-paid netspend card rules and gas charging rules and lack of direct refund of balance. One employee was keeping cars/trucks efficiently moving given spacing of pumps. Was low on fuels so did take advantage of restarting car between stops.

If youre a Costco fan like me, the Business Costco as I refer to it, is a completely different experience. It is open to all members of Costco but what makes it different is the focus of the merchandise shifts away from consumer to business needs.That means no clothes or books but it does have individual snacks meant for counter or vending sales instead of the massive single bags. You can also get things found in a commercial kitchen or restaurant from pots and pans to utensils, tablecloths, place settings and even kitchen wear like aprons and shirts. There is a section for commercial appliances and ovens which you would not see in the regular Costco.My favorite section is the meat department which is located in a massive refrigerated section of the store. There used to be jackets provided but since Covid19 they are gone so prep for a gigantic version of the normal walk in sections like the Dairy or Produce walk ins.A good percentage of products you can find at both regular and Business Costco but the prices do vary especially the sale prices. If it is on sale at a regular, it is not necessarily on sale at the Business Costco so be wary when going for sale items. There is a separate book sent out for the Business Costco and there are some great deals for Business Costco at times that you do not see at regular Costco.The hours are geared towards businesses so it opens earlier and closes earlier. They are also closed on Sundays.There is no food court although this particular location does have a gas station. If you are in the area and are curious I recommend popping in and checking it out. We now split our Costco trips between here and a regular Costco.

I been shopping to this Business Costco for years and its never been a problem buying pallets of cup noodle soups, nesquik, 2Liter sodas etc.. Stop coming here for that reason that lady never let us buy stuff. Also, she so rude when asking for help. Gave her many chances but never again ever coming back here. Lots and Lots of Lots! Almost exclusively for business owners, but smaller quantities can be found. Unbelievable meat, deli, produce and dairy selection in an enormous walk-in cooler (bring a coat and hat). I especially like the coffee selection, which is better than that at the retail locations. Easy in, easy out. Also has a small gas station which is frequently not busy. FYI, the Costco Business Center opens and closes earlier than the retail locations.

This is my favorite Costco 😍 its never crowded and its always clean. Since its geared towards businesses there arent any unattended children running around 👍. Some of my go to food items are only available at the business Costco. I have a large deep freezer so Im able to cash in on the better buys offered here as opposed to a regular Costco location. Theres no food court so no pizza and hotdogs after shopping 🤷 but I dont mind since I can get in and get out at this location 😁. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly, as if they know that they work at the best Costco location. True enough that you cant get everything here but for the things I dont get at the business Costco I go to a regular grocery store for 😉

Because I am a business owner I have the need to go to Costco business Center in Hawthorne and I just had the worst experience ever. I bought heavy items and needed help to load them up to my car. I asked three members and all three kept passing the buck to someone else. The majority of the customers who shop at this Costco are business owners. If we had employees like these we would be out of business. They need to be retrained and know what customer service really is.. This is ridiculous. The security guard had to help me because nobody else was around after asking many times. Thank you Hany for your help.

Im the business owner shopping in Costco business center in Hawthorne unless two or three time a week, I know a lot of their employees be careful of them if they are not in the good moon they over charge you-- pay close attention to your recipes unbelievable, i got over charged so many times i can even count, couple times the manager went to my car check---then give my money back and Employees here dont seem to be pleasant working here, bad attitude and rude, yesterday i went shopping there after the cashier charge me then do the next customer I said can you finish my? didnt put the items in my cart ? (she did last time when i was shopping there so i was the one putting everything in my cart) she turn her head looks over everything-- said, my back hurt you have to do yourself-------then said, how can you push this thing so heavy then went back keep charging the next costumer i was like OK i do it, then I put everything in my cart and left, i dont know what to said just very sad. We call this the secret Costco because there are usually no lines. The selection of products overlaps but its different than in the main warehouses. If you want larger quantities this may be the place to go. For consumer items youre better off at the main warehouses.

I came here as an already executive member and always shop for my business needs here. I curiously wanted to get my own separate business card but I was rejected by their team member saying I did not have the right business documents (you need two). I provided my business permit, address mail verification and pay stub for business but she said those were not enough. Maybe next time Ill try St a different location. If youve been shopping at regular Costco for everything but clothes and home furnishings( then this is the place for you. Larger selection of snacks and drinks, items not available at regular Costcos, jackets you can put on while you walk through the enormous freezer section, and the wondrous lack of lines make this place my first choice. Like I mentioned, they dont have clothes, toys, books, or free samples, but they do have a large parking lot that is always empty, and friendly employees who dont mind someone (me) asking a bunch of stupid questions about where items are located.

I think they should leave gas station open overnight for customers, like Food 4 Less does on Western and Imperial, which I think is Gardena CA. 24 hour money maker, well from members that travel all hours of the night, even the ones like what I use to be, ride sharers. lol

Keep in mind this is not a regular Costco. Its a business one so everything is the selection is more limited and geared towards businesses. For example, there is no electronics section but an abundance of choices for beverages and snacks. The nice thing here is there are no lines and few people.

Since many of the items are set up for business owners contractors caterers and whatnot there are often very clever products available at this location not available at every Costco. Docked 1 star due to the physical setup of this Costco (there is a long ramp that is the only way to get in). Just make sure you park by the entrance of the ramp and not by the actual entrance itself.

Today, my sister a paying member, was yelled at and denied access to the store because she went to shop for groceries with her two young daughters. She is a single mom and has no choice but to bring them along. The manager came out of the store and yelled at her, telling her that because of COVID-19 only two people were allowed to come in. She explained that she could not leave her daughters alone at home or in the car and he told her that he didnt care. Not only was she humiliated in front of other shoppers, but her daughters had to witness this disgusting act of discrimination. She cant type this review because shes not a fluent English speaker. She didnt get the name of the manager, but I hope to find out he who is. This is truly unacceptable.

It’s about 5:40 am and I’ve been standing outside since 2:30 am. The store manager Miguel, walks up and down the line of over 100 people with his briefcase in hand. So chipper and happy, saying good morning and how we’re doing, it’s contagious!!! :D During these rough times of the COVID scare, this is all you need. A little positivity after standing in line in the freezing cold, for 5 hours, to just purchase toilet paper. God bless the over 20 truck drivers (I lost count after a while) that have come to drop off goods and necessities, and ALL the employees including Ira (she’s the sweetest for checking in constantly the members). Thank you Costco Business Center in Hawthorne for your time and service and dedication to keeping your customers supplied and positive during these times.

So, so, SO much less crowded than regular Costcos in the LA area and it offers a much greater selection of most products (the only downside is no bakery/fresh takeaway or food court). What s difference a year makes, they have the rapid Covid tests here. If you cant wait for results from a lab, its worth the almost $40 for a pkg of 5 test. I still get here bulk size items like at the regular costco, soft drinks, bread, coffee, ect. They also have things here that you cant get a regular costco like the large cottage cheese, beef chorizo and buttermilk. These are the primary reasons I come here, lines are shorter to, great for business supplies, and better parking so youre in and out quick.

The Costco Business Center is great if you need to buy things in bulk. They carry a lot of things that they dont have at the regular store and they dont have a lot of things that a regular Costco carries. If youre coming for sodas or chips or cleaning supplies this is the place to go. Last year they added a gas station so that is a big plus for this Costco. Remember the business centers dont have a food court so theyre hoping for a churro go elsewhere. The thing I love about the business center is that people are in and out quickly.

Nothing out of the ordinary at this Costco other than it caters more to businesses so youre going to find a selected number of items in bulk like the huge container of soap or the boxes of chips ready for resale. As a result, youre not going to find a lot of the items that you may find at a regular Costco. There isnt a food court but the meat section seems to have a lot of different cuts of meat and bigger quantities than a regular Costco carries. There are also tons of beverage, candy and ship options which are geared more for businesses than home consumers. There are less checkouts and no self checkout is available.

Ok, so Im going to assume youre familiar with costco in that they are pretty much a wholesaler right? I mean, there are no small portion items there, unless youre looking at a gazebo or a car or whatever. Well the business centers a pretty much the same but their inventory is limited to mostly the kind of stuff small businesses, namely restaurants consume on a daily basis. Like for example i went with my mom to go look for some meats. Why the business center? Because they regularly have every kind of cut by the box if you want, where as regular costco might have alot of just a few kinds of cuts that they rotate around. If youre a restaurant owner you need the whole cow and not just the limited cuts that regular costco has available at the time of each visit. Same goes for other things like breads and tortillas. Available at the business center in spades and brands galore. But if youre looking for that gazebo or the car or whatever your looking for that is available as a one-off item, you wont find it here at the Costco Business Center.

This is the Business Center on Prairie, not the main one on Hindry. I dont understand why some people are commenting on this one as if its the main one on Hindry.You dont have to own a business to shop here, its open to all members Monday - Friday and closed on Sunday.I frequently shop at this one and I love it. I like this costco, they dont have the food court and that make this costco way less crowed . they have the primary necessities like fruit, milk, drinks, etc. If you are looking for a costco to go in and out quickly this is your best bet. BUSINESS CENTER COSTCO.This Costco warehouse isnt quite labeled properly on Google. Its designed to cater to businesses, rather than individuals or families.I was outside of my normal neighborhood and saw that this location was only a few minutes out of my way. I thought Id stop by on my way home, but its important to note that this is not a regular Costco warehouse. This means no rotisserie chickens, and also, disappointingly, no Kirkland peanut butter. Everything is sold in even more bulk size than normal Coscos, and theres no pharmacy or restaurant.Parking was amazing and there was no line at all to check out, but I left without a lot of the things I usually get on my Costco runs.
