A little over a week ago my tire pressure light came on when driving on the 91 freeway. As I had such a positive experience at another Costco the week before when I had a tire puncture I went straight to the closest Costco which was Savi Ranch Costco in Yorba Linda . I was pretty stressed out because I needed to get to Hemet in a timely manner to take my mom to the Doctor and was reluctant to drive any further. It was 8:30 in the morning and Costco was closed. The tire center was receiving a delivery and the manager, Dave, agreed to come out and check my tire pressure even though they didn’t open until 10. My tire pressure was perfect and he said that because I had a new tire the car computer was reading the pressure incorrectly. He showed me how to reset the computer tire pressure in settings . I got back on the freeway and the light came on again and administration patched me in to Dave who eased my stress and told me once again how to reset the computer. I couldn’t ask for for more wonderful caring employees than I found that morning at Costco. A good reason to never buy tires anywhere else! Thank you again !!!!

Super clean and organized. I did pick up an item that was mislabeled and priced wrong but didnt know about it until after I paid. At the register, the cashier said the price is accurate since it rang up that way. Head over to membership to return the items. Big shout out to Abigail and Christopher working return and refunds. Told them what happened and they went ahead to talk to their manager. They ended up honoring the incorrect price that was listed for the item and I got a cash refund of the difference! Thanks guys!

I just rejoined Costco & upgraded my membership. I only buy for myself but with the great deals that l purchased is well worth it. Especially the womens clothing. I bought two pairs of pjs for less than $30.00. Also...two pairs of Splendid 2 Piece of Womens Lounge Sets for about the same price. This is just the two great deals that l got. Getting help out to unload my items is a plus too. Planning my next trip to Cosco this coming Tuesday 8-29-23. To me...well worth saving & stocking up

We went inside and found all of what we originally came to purchase and also a few other items at great prices. we couldnt find a few different things we were looking for and asked one of the workers for help and they pointed us in the right direction. we also ordered some food at the food court and received very fast service. it was a great overall visit but the parking lot was a bit smaller than expected.

One of the best around. A busy day here is better than any other day at others. Gas lines move fast and parking is not bad. Some cost is can just be a huge pain in the rear and such an effort. Fridays after 6pm are AWESOME to shop.

Something appalling happened to me this week when I visited this Costco warehouse. I showed up at 9:55 because I wanted to get there before the doors opened. First of all, I find it ridiculous that they insist on checking your ID before you enter the warehouse and then again when you go to pay for your items. Why cant they just check my ID one time at the end? Is it because they think that people are going to come in and get samples for free without being a Costco member? That cant be the reason because I didnt see a single food sample anywhere in the store. Just because its a warehouse and you have to pay an exclusive membership fee doesnt mean that youre getting a great deal, most of the stuff in the store is overpriced this is the scam theyre running, but there are a couple items that are a good value such as the alcohol or the toilet paper. Anyways, I finished my shopping and headed for the self-checkout. When I arrived, the worker asked to see my Costco ID. I asked her, doesnt the machine scan my ID anyways, why do you need to check it? She told me that she needed to check if the picture on the card was actually me. What kind of sick fascism is this? Yes, it was my own card, but they are trying to screw over people who share IDs with each other just to cut costs at the expense of the dignity of the customer. I felt like they were treating me like a criminal as if sharing my ID with someone else is a crime that would ruin their business. I will not be renewing my Costco membership next year, I dont care if the gas is 5 cents cheaper, its not worth the cost of dealing with these cheapskates.

Love costco, and especially this costco. I always park over by Ashley to avoid the gas station traffic. The only bad thing about costco is that if you see something you like, better stock up immediately. There are so many great things they have had in the past that disappear forever.

I just talked to an employee named Kevin and did not have a good experience. I was trying to add on my brother and get him a costco card but Kevin was extremely rude and claimed that I would have to buy a whole new membership. I knew this was not right and spoke to the manager. She let me know that I was indeed able to get my brother a card for free. I hope Kevin is able to learn from this experience and not treat customers with attitude.

Came here on a Saturday just before 10:00 a.m. and was very surprised that this place wasnt packed with people. I also like this Costco better than the Fullerton one because it carries more of the items that I like to purchase. As you can see from the photo they check out lines are almost empty. Beautiful isnt it! If only Costco could be like this everyday.

The employees at this location are extremely rude. Almost got run over by a guy with a pallet jack. The worst was self checkout. I had never been to this location before and had never been through the self check out. First a lady yelled at us from across the floor no liquor in self checkout so we gave her our Kahlua a continued to wait our turn. When we got to the part were we are able to scan our purchases, I asked if there was a scanning gun to scan the water and large items. The guy up front said he would do that and walked away. We had to wait for him to come back. When we were ready to pay, I tried to scan my rewards certificate and the same guy yelled at me from about 12 feet away no checks, I told him it wasnt a check and he continued to yell at me from 12 feet away pointing at some sign hanging from the ceiling. He then offered to void my entire transaction so I can go stand in line and use my rewards certificate. Both interactions I had at self checkout were unpleasant and every time someone yelled at me, everyone in the vicinity turn to look at us. If these people have something to say to a customer, they need to walk over to them and explain politely what you need to know. I felt like I was either in the way of someone doing their job or was being scolded loudly by the employees. Overall a very unpleasant experience at this location.

My cashier Monica V. was super rude having a personal or work related conversation. With her helper Brandy, which she was very sweet when she noticed Monica being rude to me because I didnt know where to tap my card, which it was my first time using it. And sorry if I am not an expert on knowing where to place the card. You dont have any right Monica for being rude. I have manners and was not going to be rude back. Hope you have better days at work. I go to Costco every week they have great stuff I love buying in bulk for my big family the food is fresh and tastes great. Pretty good price if you ask me the return policy is excellent if you dont like it you can return it they have the receipt in the computer so if you lost the receipt no problem so far everything great about Costco.I love it they have great quality and everything I need.

09/16/2023 Update:Inflation still out of control! Two shopping carts, 35 items of just household staples that needed restocking, $500.00. Theses same staples use to be $200.00! Also, noticed that store stock was low on a number of items. Never have I seen so many items at Costco in such short supply.Original review:__________________________Ok, inflation is totally out of control! Food prices are double and some triple what they used to be! 1 cart of food items was close to $500.00. Thats double what these items used to be. Best place to buy a lot of supplies. The prices are very reasonable. Sometimes they have food samples which helps me choose the best food options. You can find anything in Costco. This store also has a small food area with delicious pizza, 2 slices for so less. Many of the foods taste delicious but also are very reasonably priced. Costco is my go to grocery place it is so helpful to find all of your needs in one place. The checkout is very quick, the employees are very nice and sweet.

This is not for Costco in store experience, its for Costco kitchen experience... Ordered over the phone 2 whole combination pizzas at 11:04am, the lady who was helping me over the phone asked me what time Ill be picking up the pizzas, I then told her Id be picking up the pizzas at 11:40am because Ill be coming from orange and it was gonna give me a little time in case there was traffic, i asked the lady if they will be ready when i get there? She said yes thats plenty of time. So, I get to Costco kitchen at 11:30am, I wait in line to pay, I go over to the pickup window and hand over my yellow ticket, the lady helping me at the window then says, itll be a little while longer, I said I ordered my pizzas 40 min ago, she says (rudely) yes but itll be a little bit longer. I was pretty upset, so I had no choice but to wait, unless of course i went back there, put an apron and Costco hat on just to raise the temperature on the oven to cook my pizzas quicker, cant do that, so wait it is! anyway, as I was waiting I looked at my ticket and saw that my order was placed at 11:36am and not when I called. I dont know if this is protocol for pizza orders via phone but I will not be driving to this Costco for pizza ever again, unless of course its Armageddon or the zombie apocalypse and theres no where else to eat but this Costco pizza kitchen. One positive thing I can say about this kitchen is that the line moved swiftly and the cashiers upfront were nice except for the pizza lady at the pickup window. So, for future reference people who love Costco pizza and order via phone, quadruple check your pizza will be ready by the time you get there and take a name down so you know who you spoke to.

Typical costco. It seems like they are in stock for as long as they need to be. They do run sales occasionally for a few days to get rid of slower moving merchandise. If you see it on sale, get it while you can. I have purchased a very nice $1,500 computer for $700 when they marked it down at the end of the season. I happen to be there when he was marking it and got it right then. It would not have been there 15 minutes later. When they Mark things down, theyre serious about it.

Costco has always been very good at basically everything. But I have noticed that the customer service is getting a little rough around the edges. The other day I placed my groceries on the belt and the guy finished scanning it and then I had one small item in addition that I wanted to pay for separately. (No, this item was not limited in quantity nor have I purchased this before). He told me that I was not able to do that. I asked why, since Ive done this in the past without any problem. He repeated that I could not do it. Then I was irritated and and told him never mind. I paid for my other items and left this cashier. Then I went over to another register to pay for extra item. As soon as I got there the manager appeared seemingly out of nowhere asking me what the problem was. At this time I got really mad that she came after me like parent scolding his child. Then I explained the situation and she told me that she was going to make an exception this time. This just added more fuel to my fire. I reminded her that I didnt need any favors from her. I was paying for it. Then I asked her what would happen if I took my groceries to my car and just before I left I remembered that I forgot something and needed to go back to buy it if I wouldnt be able to buy it. She said: Well, thats a gray area This was a new policy and she had to look into it from corporate. NEEDLESS TO SAY I COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT I was hearing. WHAT COUNTRY ARE WE LIVING IN???????

Bad service in the optical department today. Long wait..30 minutes for me. During the time I waited I saw numbers called out by Larry, an older tall gentleman, but he did not change the display as he was calling them..only when he said a number and someone responded would he update the display. A woman came up and said I have #4... The display said #8. In a hostile and almost passive aggressive tone he said Mamn..I already called your number..did you go shopping?. The woman replied No, I have been right here Since he was being so disrespectful to her I told her You are right, it is because he does not change the numbers on the display as he calls them. I encouraged her to go talk to a supervisor with the red vest. When she started to go to the supervisor, then Larry helped her. That is not right. Demographically this location has a lot of seniors, and people whose first language is not English. There are hearing and language issues. I then said to Larry Are you open to suggestions?. He didnt answer so I said People are missing their turn because you are not changing the numbers on the display board as you say the numbers. There were 3 customers watching this. He said I change them..right after that he called a number..not changing the display again. The others customers rolled their eyes because of his rude behavior. I should say that all people involved were women. He was really rude to both me and the elderly woman; he seems to have a chip on his shoulder. Maybe he should do some other job if he hates customers so much. Such a simple thing that he would not do that ends up causing chaos for all customers, and disrespecting a woman who was a senior.

Never been to a warehouse where employees are so happy and they take upon themselves to ensure customers have great shopping experience. Costco is my weekly Trip for all pantry basics or any get togethers or birthday parties. List goes on. Got my eye glasses from there for very Good price. Use its pharmacy for everything. Tire shop and sometimes pizza party. You name it and Costco is there for you.

This warehouse is very clean, easy to find the products but wondering why every items are more expensive than other locations especially gas which at least 20 cents a gallon higher than other location?. Example, last week, I filled up at Signal hills’ at $4.99 and I took my wife’s to fill up at this location the next day, it was $5.369.

I went into Costco, Yorba Linda last Saturday, March 14th. I took a deep breathe as we are living in a state of complete chaos in any food chain store. I only needed 1 item and I noticed customers with toilet paper. Toilet paper was just a pipe dream at this point for me so I was so excited. There were so, so many people in this Costco it was in sane. I never leave reviews but I had to for this Costco. They rocked it on every level. They had employees everywhere. They were all empathetic to the needs of their customers and ready to jump in and help. They were unbelievably organized in chaos. They worked extremely hard stalking their shelves, trucks just backed up and employees worked as an amazing team to get the product out. Every register was open and the lines were 1/2 the length of the store. Those cashiers worked extremely hard to get each customer out quickly with great attitudes. I left with toilet paper, paper towels and 1 more item and was out of the store within 20 minutes and that included waiting in 2 huge lines. The whole store worked as an amazing team! Thank you!!!

Nice Costco and generally not that busy, especially compared to other Costcos. Gas has 3 pumps in each line so goes fast and again a lot less busy than every other Costco. Only issue is the people checking receipts at the door like to chat with people. Glad theyre trying to be friendly but it creates a huge line to leave.

This Costco charges more than other Costco locations for the same items!I purchased several Items from Fullerton Costco (including Skippy peanut butter $9.69, Kirkland Signature Fancy mixed nut $14.79). I forgot something and went to Yorba Linda Costco the same day. I happen to look at the Kirkland Signature Fancy mixed nut. It was over $16. I checked the Skippy peanut butter price and it was $10.49. I don’t like that this Costco charges more than other Costco locations.

If you are at the store and you need help to purchase a large item, just ask for Todd the store manager. I came in solo to purchase a shed. I found him right when I walked in. Overall experience with this store is fine, just one notice: I spend monthly around $700-$1000 for products, food etc. Usually I ended up with two shopping carts after I pay, fun part is now the asian lady at exit check she always leave me by myself with two cart instead someone (the cart boy’s)helping me out to my car. I had an issue with my business membership card and the employees were ok, but surprisingly the managers were rude. I dealt with Jose at the customer service desk and he literally could care less whether any customers walk through that door or not. I bought f24 battery from costco on apr 10th and ironically the battery died at their parking lot few days ago. The store is will stocked and rotates new items, the down side is that the new item could be dropped anytime. Its a good location, the store and food court are nice and big. The gas station accessibility is a bit of a pain during crowded times with a single entrance lane from the left and single lane from the right side from the parking lot.Exiting the area can be kind of a pain for new comers because of tightly merging lanes that lead to Yorba Linda Blvd and Weir Canyon Rd. You have to yield to on coming traffic before being able to get in the left lane to turn left onto Weir Canyon Rd. and get on the 91 west. Traffic backs up a lot here. Traffic can only turn left or right at this point.

Long story but good ending. I live in Corona and was doing some repairs in the swimming pool. I needed to buy an specific cable for a thermostat. The only and closer store that had it was there in Anaheim Hills. I had the workers waiting, so I took off as soon as I could. When I got to Home Depot, I realized that I didnt have my wallet, and as increible as it sounds, that Home Depot does not have a NFC reader to pay with my watch. So with no wallet, no ID, no credit cards, I started thinking about options. Then ding, ding ding, I remembered that I had a rewards coupon from Costo, and I thought that maybe I could cash it out but with no ID or Costo card I knew that it will be difficult for them to help me. I went to the customer service desk, a beautiful young lady smile and offered to help me. After explaining her the situation, she went the extramile, she review my account. I showed her a picture of my ID, she called a supervisor to authorize the transaction. I cashed out the money, and she saved my day. I hate my self because I forgot her name, but thank you very much, you saved me a lot of money (paying the workers day, without working), you saved my trip, and you left me thinking that Humanity still has hope.My HD experience was a diferent story.

I was working in a company nearby this Costco and love their once a while speciality exclusive sales.. The staffs were always friendly and the only downside I had was their policy on no discount on the display items.. twice it happened as the items that I bought were out of stock and was asked to take the display items with no added discount.. May be its global Costco policy I believe.. but that shouldnt be the case !!

Its Costco what else can I say? Gas is $0.30-$0.50 less than the cash only stations and you get cash back/miles on your card. The staples are less here than anywhere else - milk, cheese, yogurt, proteins etc. plus there are always hidden gems to stumble upon and save big! Well worth the membership just for the gas.

Great gas station! Store meh. You like a product, next month its gone. The worst part is when they change the locations of the items. I hate shopping to begin with but the experience is worse when they play games with your time and puts you through a scavenger hunt against the sea of people with shopping carts and five kids hanging onto a moving basket. None of their store managers will get close to heaven! Purgatory, pushing shopping carts - just sayin.

Based on all the other Costcos Ive been to, Id give this Yorba Linda location 4.5 out of 5 stars. Positives: clean and spacious parking lot, organized & clutter-free interior, a decent selection of goods, and quick check-out. Neutral: the variety of snack and beef jerky selections are limited & lacking. For instance, they only carry Korean BBQ beef jerky but not the other flavors found at other Costcos.

Costo is the greatest place on Earth. We have been buying the bulk of our food there for 20 yearsThe meat is unmatched anywhere and the price is half what it is at supermarketsProduce is also an amazing bargain and very fresh as well. A phenomenal cheese selection packaged meats, milk, eggs, nuts, toiletries, wine, olive oil, mayo canned fish and canned veggies and the spices in the square containers save so much space in my pantry, and the butter, coffee. Everything is about half of what one would pay in supermarket. I pay 15-16 dollars for 3 pounds of premium coffee, it almost costs that much for a pound in the marketsI cant say enough about Costco. If families are not shopping at Costco they are throwing away an awful amount of money. One will make up the cost of membership several times overBetween my executive membership card and Costco Citi card I got back over 800.00. I forgot to mention the seafood so fresh and never frozen, the mussels, King and Dungeness crab, scallops, copper River salmon when it is in season and other types of fish. The only issue I have is the Shrimp. I dont mind that you have far raised Shrimp. You always used to have both farmed and wild shrimp, you only have wild once in a whileI will not buy farm raised shrimp or other fish but I know others do. I really wish you would have wild Mexican prawns like you always use to all of the time. I shop there 2-3 times a weekI dont get everything at once. I like meat as fresh as possibleCostco is a fantastically run businessI cant say enough about it.

I hate costco! This one especially! I keep my membership cuz there are few items that costco sells that are unique & good price. Their shopping experience is fine, little crowded but hey, popular is good. But everything goes down hill the second you get to always long checkout line.Nope, im not complaining about lines, my issue starts at the end of checkout… since costco doesnt give you bags, (which is fine) they pack things in boxes they get from products. But im sure many will agree that they always act like boxes are some sort of novelty and try not to give them to you even though they get them for free! They rarely give you box unless they ask cuz they dont care how you need to bring in $200 worth of groceries with 2 year old screaming in the background. Oh and dont ask to get another box cuz they are squashing my fruit in the bottom of the box cuz they always look at you so annoyed and give you attitude. But at least they comply there.The worst part of costco trip is on the way out. They got these receipt police who are convinced that you are stealing and always give you attitude like youre a criminal and boss you around. First of all, no other store in the US does this and this kinds of treatment is what you want after spending average of $200-300 in crowded, hot store BEGGING for boxes so you can carry in your groceries a bit easier.Today is hot 90s day, so I just wanted to get out of there and go into my car & blast a/c. I was maybe half cart out of their gate when I handed my receipt to receipt police. She just looked at me without saying anything for few min, so I said lets move this along and she said that she cant see my cart cuz half of my. Cart is outside of the gate lol. I said look, my cart is right here within your arms length.You would think this may be one Bad employee. But if it was I will say that and give three star review. But that treatment I got from her today is very typical treatment you get from receipt police every visit.Issues im having is with process and employee training and not with small portion of rude employees who happen to be at checkout and receipt police. And I can probably say with confidence that if I try to smuggle something out of Costco, ur receipt police wont ever catch it. LolPS: ur customer service & return department is always top notch & well trained with good procedures in place, apply same principles to checkout & get rid of receipt police.

Costcos of any kind are not my favorite places in the world. Too crowded, the aisles near the checkout lanes are cluttered and cause people to tangle up with their carts while waiting in line, and frankly, their prices arent all that spectacular. To top it all off, they dont have business hours. Sams Club is infinitely better in every way, and Id still belong to Sams if there was one even remotely close by.However, I can forgive Costco being Costco, except for one encounter I had in the meat department recently. I was buying a large piece of pork (about 10 pounds), and I discovered that every single package was mismarked as a different cut of pork -- at nearly twice the price per pound! I told the department manager, then waited until they pulled every package from the meat case. I also told the store manager, who didnt seem to care very much. I care very much, and Im more than slightly suspicious of their attention to detail.

Our Costco is typical of the Costco experience we have all grown to love. From having to navigate the hairy and scary parking lot to having to navigate the crowded aisles full of inconsiderate shoppers and samplers.Today we also had moderate lines but no one boxing items so my husband boxed our items himself. I guess why pay for employees when customers can do the job.On the up side, this Costco in Yorba Linda has an above average selection of healthy food choices (Gluten free, keto & paleo friendly, diabetic friendly, dairy free, vegan, etc.) that I am very grateful for as someone who has dietary restrictions. Notably my mothers Costco in San Bernardino (or Redlands) does not have the same variety.

I used to shop at Costco. Costco makes you buy a membership this membership creates a commitment to shop Costco (kinda like a marriage similar to an Amazon prime membership). Costco customers got used to buying what Costco sells in very large quantity. They pay a membership fee to struggle funding a parking spot, wait in line and buy from a limited variety of items packaged in bulk. They think they are saving big!! They are forcing themselves to consume items that Costco sells. Most costco customers throw away their savings in the trash when they can not consume it all (bulk packaging waste).People you can do a lot better at Wal-Mart, Smart & Final and Stater Bros. Much better quality, variety and you do not need to buy in bulk with less waiting in line. Did i mention no memberships fees are needed.

I was not happy with my experience at Costco this time. I went in a few days ago, and purchased some fruit & vegetables. Half of the oranges in the bag I bought were moldy which I did not see until I got home. The other half of the oranges taste awful. Half of the avocados that I purchased were also rotten which I didnt see until I got home and opened the bag. I am extremely busy, and dont even have the time to bring the food back. So I will be going to Sprouts for my fruit & vegetables from now on.

Went to have my membership nenewed.Employee at the membership desk asked me if I needed a translator. ..As someone who lived in the States almost 40 years and speak fluent English, I felt insulted and harassed. Spoke with store manager Todd who said the associate provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.Wonder if employees at this store were told by Todd, any customer who looks foreign cant speak English and therefore needs a translator....So, next time I will ask for a Korean translator if I need to speak with an associate.HOPE THEY WILL PROVIDE ME WITH A KOREANTRANSLATOR WHENEVER I AM IN THESTORE.ANY OF YOU WHO LOOKS FOREIGN MAY TRY TO HAVE A TRANSLATOR AVAILABLE FOR THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE

Always crowded here, parking sucks. And is worse since then added the gas station. They put it in the worst location, backs up traffic onto the street.And the gas is always more expensive here then other stations.This Costco needs to close and reopen in a larger location.
