It’s so convenient to have Costco in the community!They have everything from foods to clothes as well as leisure stuffs and electronics!Especially it’s a great place to go if you have a big family or big friends gathering event etc!I enjoyed the shopping there!Cheers 🥂

Nearly unbeatable prices, but unclear/unlabeled shopping leads to confusion even for experienced customers. An intimidatingly big warehouse chain. Worth it to be an “Executive Member”. The gas prices and food court are worth the membership alone. $120 for a year of deals with a 3% return on almost all purchases. There’s also tire service, optometrists, and a pharmacy. Staff are more friendly and are supposedly paid better than competitor Walmart, but they still seem tired and overwhelmed most of the time. If you want the most enjoyable shopping experience I’d recommend Trader Joe’s over Costco. The streamlined, curated, and limited options offer more enjoyment to Trader Joe’s customers. But for some of the best values available on the market, Costco is where you go.

I went into Costco and ordered a refrigerator online and it showed up and it sounds like a cat is dying in it! Thank God they’re picking it up Thursday. I should’ve known better. I’ve never heard of this brand and highly recommend not to buy this refrigerator cheap!

Awesome Santa Monica Costco location. Lots of cool local products. Inked Organics Bread and Banana Bread. Most of all the staff are so friendly! I finally figured out how to get my digital Costco card with their help. The banana bread is perfect is for grabbing on my way to work with my coffee because it is individually wrapped.

This Costco has to be one of the most sales in the USA, plenty selection and excellent location, but sadly some of the workers there are not well trained in giving good customer service. I was doing my shopping and was not able to find some items, I asked the workers around me and they just cared about pulling the pallets than giving me information. At the cashier section, I was in line where a big white old man was the cashier and he was not polite at all at checking out the merchandise, I witnessed how he was not kind toward one customer in front of me, so sad. The General Manager has to be aware about the unprofessional service some of their staff are giving in this important location.

I mean…it’s Costco so it sorta is what it is, in both the good and bad ways. It has all that you would expect of a Costco, so that part is great. The parking lot can be a little busy given the dense part of town that it’s in, but extra points for even having a massive parking lot in the middle of LA and a fairly easy enter/exit. Gas station is great too and not nearly as busy as some others ones in greater LA I’ve been to.

Always an adventure for me going into costco... almost always see a great deal or three a few items especially on TVs. Saw the 70inch two days ago for $329😯 Which is a way better deal than I paid for same size bout a year ago. All good. Winter wear is out and those are always fun to browse thru. I was a bit disappointed I couldnt find my favorite tea biscuits #Biscoff. The price on them is awesome here. Happy to learn that they have self service to put air in ur tires. I love the location of this one also, very convenient from work for me. If youre in the Venice, Culver city santa Monica area, check it out 😊

Wow...this place stays crowded and congested. Its HUGE from the expansive parking lot and the warehouse where the goodies are.Got an adorable down jacket for 20 bucks!I basically shopped for my family and got enough food for the rest of the month and into next. My total was 321 but I tend to.go off script without a monitor and when they have samples. Lol.The one thing I wish they could change is if things were easier to find.. I easily get lost and end up spending more money getting the good deals and delicious foods!

I give it one star for the manager Brian who behaved very unprofessional, yesterday I went around 4:00 pm to look for some pots that were at a discount but unfortunately they only had the one for display, they told me that I couldnt buy those, since They were the exhibition ones, for which a girl helped me search for 20 minutes, because according to what they had in stock but we couldnt find them, then Marc very kindly helped me for another 20 minutes, in total I had already lost 40 minutes of my time because Lastly they told me to talk to Manager Brian and he didnt even pay attention to what Marc and I were telling him. Then he told me to come another day, without caring about the time I had lost, I told him well, Ill come another day and youll do the same thing to me. discount and he told me of course no, making fun, very unprofessional, but he didnt know where they were, nor did the others, it made me very angry having wasted my time without any results and at the end of the day he said buy the display ones in a very bad way as I said very little professional, then I told him well, let me have them cheaper since they are the ones for display and he told me no, making fun again, I had to go to an appointment, as soon as I turned around he started laughing, instead you ordered the store, if you cant find the items and can’t solve something so simple, better leave your position to someone else who is professional and ethical with their customers.

The optical department, while busy, is very efficient and the staff that works in that area are very friendly. Jesus was especially helpful with my needs. He explained things very well and was friendly throughout. Also, Costco prices are exponentially better than any eye doctors office. I paid a fraction of the price for lenses compared to what another eye office tried to charge me. I will stick with Costco optical going forward.

This is my favorite Costco! Marina location is always clean and staff is very helpful. Store can be crowded at times but the lines move pretty fast. This location also has items that you can’t get at some other locations. I guess it’s based on demographics. Overall I still prefer coming to this location

The best time to shop at this location is during the week about 1hr before they close. The parking lot is 2/3 empty and you dont have to deal with a bunch of people who havent learned how to operate a shopping cart yet. It is amazing how many people have zero shopping cart etiquette! LOL Anyway.... I LOVE COSTCO so shopping at a time where you arent dealing with wall to wall people, packed parking lots, etc. is a guilty pleasure. But just know if you think youre just going to come in and grab something real quick or spend less than $100 youre only fooling yourself. LOL

Good Costco. I wish the gas lines werent ridiculous. Also, kinda envious of other Costcos with carwashes, bulgogi bakes, poutine, fried chicken, etc... It would be nice if we could at least get the combo pizza, and maybe the chopped onions for our hotdogs :/ Thankful for having the churros back, but any chance you guys can consider speaking with any sidewalk churros vendor to make your recipe better? I am usually in and out pretty quick, the workers here are exceptional.

That you have advantages with Visa vs MasterCard, Amex or other, its fine. To constrain the customer to one card payment method, less so. Its not customer-oriented and basically corporate bullying.

It closes at 8p on Saturdays. So we had to rush through. Got some good deals though. Theyve changed the setup at the snack bar (where they sell soda hot dogs & pizza etc). You have to order first from a self serve screen thats over by the napkins and THEN go and pick up the food.Inside the store theyve got a self checkout and the line was super short for it so I highly recommend it. There are two lines.

Its Costco. Whats not to like? I mean, every Costco location is going to be busy with shoppers. It seems like there are people here ALL the time. It is the only Costco around, so that that parking can get crowded.I Love Costco for the quality of the products they offer. The workers at this warehouse seem like they hate working here and always have an attitude.I cant really blame them since it sounds like management has really become bad recently and the workers never got decent pay raises despite being essential the last 3 years.This location is also always super busy with aimless customers blocking the (quite frankly WIDE) aisles with their shopping carts in the middle.Really hope things go back to the way they were before COVID, but management needs to step up and start paying their workers to at least give some percentage of care they used to have prior to COVID.

Update 4th July week-end using the new (to me) self check-out feature! The first time I didnt need store associate help like the supermarkets. It saved at least 20 minutes of standing around in line with a few purchases. And I saw the deal of deals Cuties (oranges) and the fancy GRANA PADANO cheese I had at a restaurant last week-end! Thank you always, always COSTCO!A note to say that even with twice the gas lines that I experienced earlier, it took less than 15 minutes to gas up. Costco has also provided extra, friendly helpers to make it go even easier.Even when the service is slow and lackadaisical - as it was yesterday (as the store was closing down, when I told a mgr about it, LUPE apologized and got me what I needed and explained how COVID had drained energy. All any customer wants is to be listened to and given an answer; this is why we LOVE COSTCO so much.Dr. Nishida is about the best there is for eye exams and prescriptions. He told me to consult with another doctor for a procedure that my insurance provider said could wait. I listened to Dr. Nishida and am thrilled with the results not to say that with covid I would not have been able to do elective surgery.When I recently suggested him to a friend, the answer was: all my neighbors and I have been going to him for years!The new products and samplings coming to COSTCO are amazing. And some of the newer ones pre-COVID are back on stands. Although not quite sampling, still the friendly faces and encouragement to try. As with Sukhis Indian food -- thanks, guys!

Amazingly different items every time I walk into this huge store. From Dog items to clothing, foods, beverages, hygeine and so much more. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. This is one of those insane busy costcos. it runs, but at what cost to the 3+ CITY blocks of cars lined up for gas and to get in. Absolute absurdity is an understatement. Avoid at all costs or expect to spend an extra hour just getting in and out. anything less busy is a miracle so get in and out quick.The obvious solution is close the damn place or open more costcos in the area, but we all know those less competitive merchants who simply mark up costco goods and sell them in prime locations will eternally fight to keep costcos life changing prices away. i hate all you greedy middle men and im ending your parade over the next couple decades so laugh it up at you dinner parties and strip clubs while you can because... oh wait never mind, when i take over im not punishing anyone aside from calling names like middlemen.Someone with property in the area, just let another costco in please. Its a huge wholesale store at which you can get everything from needles to jumbo jets under one roof! (Sorry i lied about jumbo jet ;))Though you need a membership of this store to buy any product from here. And this membership is not transferable!There is a food joint with this store where you will get some hot dogs n soda a surprisingly cheap rate... around 1.50$, which attracts alot of crowds.

I don’t know why there’s so many good reviews about parking & the flow/space of this place. It has been so insanely chaotic every time I’ve visited. I waited 20 mins in the gas line the other day and that was “short” I often drive by with intention to fill but have to leave. One time they were repaving the lot, another time a gas pump was down, the other time the member picture wasn’t printing on the cards, not to mention cart traffic jam central. I have tried coming at 11am, noon, 3pm, and even 7 pm and honestly I’d say only 2-3 times I’ve had an efficient experience in either the store or the gas station. Thankfully now they have people directing traffic. I have to say I’m not one for big places like this so maybe that’s why, but I definitely dread coming here based on my first handful of experiences.Also they absolutely need someone directing the gas lanes and parking unfortunately because a lot of the clientele here is incapable.

I recently visited the Culver City Costco and was thoroughly impressed by the staff and the overall shopping experience. The employees were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make sure I found what I was looking for. The store was well-organized and the shelves were well-stocked, making it easy to find what I needed.In addition to the great customer service, I was also impressed with the variety of products available at the store. From fresh produce and meat to electronics and household essentials, they had everything I needed and more. I also appreciated the bulk buying options, which allowed me to save money and stock up on items I use frequently.I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Culver City Costco for making my shopping experience a positive one. I will definitely be returning for my future shopping needs.

We love the Ice cream sundaes, the pizzas and of course the better price on gasoline. This time I had to come to Culver City to a medical appointment (we live in Monrovia) and after check how long it will take us to come home I decided to stop to have lunch there and filled the thank. One of the Best Costco’s I’ve ever Experienced. The one in Inglewood doesn’t have to worry. I’m definitely not going back there. Even though it’s closer to my home. My daughter lives in Culver City and I decided to go closer to her home the experience was totally different. Loved my experience at the Marina del Rey store. Costco Marina del Rey is the no hassle quality product store with prices you can trust except some few electronic products. Wait line is still long at 8am senior shopping hours before door is open but line disappears in 10 minutes because everyone was able to get in the store. Some normally stock items are not available during Covid19 outbreak and store arrangements kept getting moved around so you need to spend a little more time looking.

The Costco Tire Center is the best. I got a flat tire and visited there for a repair. It turned out the damaged tire could not be repaired, which had been used in the past 2 years and a half. However, the Costco applied a prorated refund to my repair work.I left the Costco at 8:25 p.m. after the replacement tired was successful installed.Thanks John Reed and Avan for your excellent repair work for me at the Costco Northridge, CA.

After 5 months their membership card machine still isn’t working so I was turned away from the register when I offered to give them my membership number confirmation email… had to go to membership booth when I was told again card machine was still broke. Then the manager explained I had to keep the temporary card on me instead which is basically just a bulky piece of paper that is easy to lose. Costco, great for meat, terrible for tires. This had been our go to Costco until today. We had a flat tire and stopped in to get it replaced. We were told it might be repairable and charged $20.00 to check. It would take 2.5 hours. We picked a replacement tire and waited to see the results. 3 hours and 45 minutes later we were told the tire was not repairable. We asked for the new tire, but were told that we could only buy two tires. Having recently purchased the tires that are on the car, we asked if they could just change the one. We were told that would not be possible because the old tires had different speed ratings and that if only one were put on, the car would spin out. Our car, like nearly ever other car since 1958 has a differential in the rear axle that allows the tires to move at different speeds without effecting the vehicles ability to move forward or causing a lack of traction. I asked the Automotive Manager about this, but he would not acknowledge my question. When he once again began claiming if we did not change out both rear tires, we would spin out and wreck the vehicle I told him I understood what he was saying, but did not want to argue. They offered to install the doughnut for us and we accepted. As we began to walk away he once again, rather rudely kept trying to argue his point. They put on the doughnut. Apparently its speed rating didnt matter. I drove down the road and purchased a new tire from Pep Boys. It turned out to be cheaper and faster and there were no rude mechanics. To top it all off, they just threw the old tire in the backseat without even asking. There was plenty of room in the trunk where the doughnut came from. If your only going to sell two tires, please let people know up front. Why even give pricing for one tire if you will only sell two?

Costco is really really great for some specific things for me and my wife, and we absolutely love it for those things! However, its not the perfect store for everything we need. We love the prepared foods (salads, tacos, chicken, wraps, sandwiches, etc.) and eat them weekly. We also shop weekly for snacks to keep around the house as there are some really affordable and delicious options! We also live walking distance away, so on a lazy day the food court is actually pretty helpful for super quick meals. There are some other grocery items weve started getting there recently as well, but really the membership is absolutely worth it for us just for the prepared foods, snacks, and food court!

I always come to this Costco to buy alcohol for my household. I use my dads credit card to purchase the alcohol as he asks me to. I never once had a problem until today. They first said I needed to pay with debit or cash which is not true as I always pay with credit. After they called the supervisor Janette over they realized I could pay with credit. However, they still didn’t let me pay because the credit card is under my dads name. Keep in mind you don’t need to have a Costco membership to buy alcohol. Janette does not realize that you can buy things with other peoples credit cards. The last name on the credit card was even the same as my ID. She didn’t allow me to purchase any of my items. I never had this problem before as other supervisors have always authorized my alcohol purchases. Not returning to this Costco again and I hope none of you have to deal with Janette.

The renovation is complete, and the store is larger and easier to navigate inside. The parking lot can still be a headache on busy days (weekends are dicey), but its slightly better. The tire counter has been moved inside the main store, but fortunately the snack bar is still outside so you can grab the best meal deal in town without even going inside the main store. They usually tell you to check back tomorrow about items they don’t have in stock. When members who go up to management or the red vests. They’re usually met with no attention or interest to assist them. Constantly I watch how management and red vests are usually standing doing nothing as lines begin to get longer and registers are still without cashiers. It’s unacceptable because it’s on a DAILY basis. And don’t even get me started on some of the aisles. Empty boxes laying everywhere. One item for instance is cheese or butter. In this warehouse, there are 4 different locations for butter and cheese. So if your looking for a certain cheese. It won’t be all in one aisle. It’ll be scattered around in different aisles of the warehouse. I’ve heard employees and red vests be very rude and condescending to one another about lack of people. When they themselves don’t look like they do much either. Of every Costco I’ve been to. This has to be the one the worst managed. Hands down.

Costco is always great except for this trip. There was hardly anything in the store that I meeded. There were no paper towels no toilet tissue and no snow crab. They usually have everything Im looking for. They also had no chocolate cakes nor Coca-Cola. I was quite upset since these are the main items that I wanted to purchase.

First time Ive been here since Covid started. It was busy but not packed full like usual. As elsewhere, prices are noticeably higher, except for the hot dog combo -- still $1.50 but now without a Polish sausage option or chopped onions for condiments. Otherwise a typical Costco experience.

Super crowded, although the service pretty efficient. The lines move along steady. Staff friendly greet you with the nice smile. They made really good modifications on the food court line which allows the line to really move rapidly. They also have a gas station which is super crowded and it moves a bit slow. Costcos, a great environment for bulk shopping, decently priced food, moderately priced gas.

This is my favorite Costco. Lots of kosher options, kosher meat, great produce, awesome prices and they always have new hot items. Their clothes and everything they sell is high quality at a good price. Bathrooms are clean and accesible. The car was is always packed but it’s worth it because of their low price and quality gas.

I liked the store. It had a nice selection. As packed as it was, they didnt seem to be out of anything.The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because it was just so packed! All Costcos are busy however, I have never seen a Costco this packed. I needed gas but waiting close to an hour to get is ridiculous.

Costco is hell on earth. The staff are great but the customers are the worst. Impossible to find anything and youre forced to steer a giant cart through drifting trickles of plodding humans who also cant find what they need while pushing giant carts. The warehouse aesthetic drains my life force and the peoples dead-eyed stares cause me to suspect that Costco is the purgatory before the apocalypse. Costco, you are poison to human advancement, generosity and creativity.

This place is definitely more pricey than it used to be When it comes to the food. They sell everything in very large portions so if you dont have a large family then this is probably not the place for you, Although they do have a small clothing department where you Can find some good quality items at Very economical prices And you dont have To buy in bulk at this department. They also have an electronics department where they sell quality items at reasonable prices and you dont have to buy in bulk there either..... So basically only the food is pricey here

Wonderful ..the only recommendation is, YOU Should definitely place if not all but the majority of your items on the counter when purchasing a lot of stuff. Although it speeds up your check out Cashiers may by simple human error scan items that remaini in or at the bottom of the basket twice and not even recollect. Pay close attention and definitely read over your receipt with a sharp eye. Darn this means back to Costco I go, oh!theres no annoyance its the fact that I will have to fight myself not to dare go past the member service desk😳🤗🤗🤗

Costco always has been my go to place for a lot of everything. There are people everywhere all the time like a wholesale supermarket concert.. 🙄 every time its a new experience.. Got a good parking spot today though right up front but I didnt get in on the cheap gas for members to many cars its like going to in and out of chick fillet on a Friday night... Next time..

Very busy, buy hey its Costco. Deducting one star because it takes too long to checkout a mnd hard to find parking. Today it was so busy and yet some of the check out stands were not open. The new self checkout helps a but still why not have all the stands open on busy days? Also some of the stands were manned by 2 people, one of whom does not appear to be doing anything useful other than pointing to boxes.
