Costco Wholesale in Goleta

Very bad management for the relocation of the handicap parking spots. We now have to cross the roadway to enter the warehouse whereas in previous location we did not. This was a major plus! Previous parking spots were next to the warehouse’s sidewalk and it seemed like there were more available. Finally yet importantly, the new handicap spots are scattered around, limiting availability. Please reconsider the old location coming from an Executive Member. Thanks.

This is for the pharmacy manager. Shes extremely rude and never smiles. Every time. There was one time where I walked up to the pharmacy. The manager was standing there talking and then when she FINALLY looked at me, she pointed to the empty line and said I had to go stand there first or she wouldnt help me. There were NO customers and 3 employees at the registers. It was entirely a power trip. She is unhappy and its apparent. I was going to buy a membership to save on prescriptions but I will now be getting my prescriptions elsewhere.

Great experience here! Super friendly staff and a great selection. I have been here a couple of times and I plan to continue shopping here. The location is great as there are lots of shops in the area. It makes it easy to do all of your shopping at once without having to drive around.

Very well stocked, busy store. Parking lot is adequate, but may need to walk a distance on busier days. Lots to choose from, aisles are wide, employees friendly and helpful. Self check out is nice option when you only have a few items.

The roast beef sandwich is absolutely terrible. It tastes like premade and stored in a refrigerator. The bread was cold and dry. I threw most of it in the trash

Im a huge fan of Costco. Membership is reasonably priced. Food court 😋 very reasonable, whole extra large pizza $9.99, hot dog and soda $1.50, chicken Caesar salad $6.99, soft serve ice cream 🍦 large slices of pizza 🍕 $1.99.

I was looking to purchase two 35 lbs bags of salmon kirkland brand dog food. The dog food area was moved and when I got to the new location everything was there except the salmon . Two employees who were restocking the area and told me it was probably sold out ...supply chain issues which I thought had gone out of style .Two other customers were asking about the salmon dog food too. I asked if there was a dog food expert and was told the manager in a red vest up front would know so I got the meet Tiana and she went back with me to check and learned there was an entire pallet sitting high up somewhere in the back of store. Tiana said sir I will deliver two bags and find you at the check out . I thought that was great and glad I did not go with the out of inventory / supply chain story . Tiana was great and I told her I write great reviews . I run a wholesale floral company with 22 employees since 1994 .

The Goleta Costco is typical of this big box warehouse. They have an outdoor food courtyard ($1.50 hotdogs) and tire center but no gas station. They sell a wide variety of goods and offer a number services The prices are good and seasonal merchandise is displayed prominently near the front entrance. They have a great selection of wines and liquor at very reasonable prices. There is an in-house bakery offering a large selection of breads, pies and pastries. If you find something you like get it because it may be gone when you check back. Of course they sell the famous Costco cooked whole chicken.

They really need to have a map and/or lines on the ground. Signs telling us what is in this isle!! I waste precious time running around trying to find what I need!
