Went in to renew my membership today.I was the second person in like. Employee “Mandi” helped the first person and once she was done, I waited to be helped. I stood right infront of her station waiting to be helped but she never acknowledged me. She ignored me, didn’t say one single word to me for the 4 mins that I was standing there. After a few mins she gave her coworker who was walking by a side eye and then walked away. I had to wait for that other employee to log in and help me.Still in shock on the poor customer services.Costco, do better with training your employees how to be polite to customers.

I love Costco and today was a reminder. I got there just after opening this day, filled up my gas tank, put air in my tires, and got my shopping done. The only problem is that it seems everyone knows this is when its not too busy because its now busy on Tuesday mornings. Ugh!

When with a new prescription for eyeglasses I picked up two pairs of glasses and I wanted them to do the same thing that my old glasses do and that is be able to walk into a room and they turn clear and be able to walk outside and the darkness dark the Sun I have progressive for my eyeglasses in cash I asked if I could please have them do the same thing that the glasses I had on my face do except I needed a new prescription on that I brought in from my eye doctor they said sure we could do those we could do that I picked out two pairs of glasses and beautiful glasses but neither of them switch from clear too dark 🕶️ one pair is for indoor and one pair is for outdoor I do not like hearing two pairs of glasses with me when I leave my home thats not what I wanted it I wanted one pair glasses that does both and be able to wear them and not worry about carrying some other glasses to do the opposite but they are beautiful they fit great and I get a lot of compliments on them I just wish that I would have been able to get what I paid for when I requested what I asked and I will be taking them back and hopefully theyll be able to do it I did pay a pretty penny I do hope that they are understanding and theyre able to do what Im asking and if they couldnt all they had to tell me was that they didnt do that theyre in their store I would have gone elsewhere..... These are the two new glasses under $600. Sorry I didnt take a picture inside and outside of the same glasses Ill do tomorrow just got turned on to this review on where ....( Love my glasses do not like what they dont do what I wanted them to do 😭 ) 😔.

I can’t complain about Costco because I find everything there with a reasonable price. But be sure buy the product you actually need it because the quantity is a lot for a small family. Most of the time I have to give away food or share with someone who needs it.

One of the least crowded locations and its always better to shop towards closing. Order from the food court first and pick up after shopping. Lunch or dinner is served.

This was my first visit to this location (Gilroy) as I live in San Jose into most of my shopping at the Coleman location (which I love). I went in because I happened to have a little extra time and was having an issue with my membership. Tammi helped me out and was so sweet during the process. She actually made my whole day just a little bit better! She explained everything and was friendly while still working quickly which I very much appreciated as I had my 5-month-old daughter with me.

Gilroy Costco is not only small but is always overcrowded due to the fact that there is no other Costco in the area for the communities of Hollister or Morgan Hill but always well stacked with product staff and customer service is what you would expect from Costco

I love Costco but I don’t love this location. Having been to lots of Costcos recently, this one was disappointing in that it had bare minimum produce and much less selection compared to the 2 San Jose locations I also frequent. It’s gotten to a point that I’m asking to go to the SJ locations to get things when visiting Gilroy because that location just doesn’t carry the product or have them in-stock.♿️ accessible location with ample ♿️ accessible parking and stair-free entrance.

Costco continues to have high-quality meats at a pretty good price. Also, they have low prices on my favorite bottles of liquor. The Kirkland brand dog food nutritional value is better than most dog foods at twice the price. The Gilroy CostCo is cleaned and well organized.

Terrible Service. DAMAGED MY CAR AND WONT HONOR REPAIRS!!!Purchased new tires at Costco January 2023. Tire technician stated that one of the wheel bolts was stripped and could not put on the final lug nut. The wheel would have 4 out of 5 lug nuts mounted. I come back in April 2023 to repair a flat under Costco tire warranty and a different technician stated the lug nut was missing. I had a 3rd party mechanic look at the wheel and stated the wheel bolt isn’t stripped, but broken off. Costco technician lied about it and I filed a claim with Costco and they refuse to honor the claim.A WARNING TO OTHERS: Costco can and will damage your vehicle and you have no recourse. They don’t care about their customers or their technicians lying about damage they cause to your vehicle.
