This place was so good! I feel that the name doesnt justify the place. We thought we were going to a coffee shop (like a Starbucks) that maybe had some breakfast sandwiches and croissants, etc. but this is a full-fledged breakfast/lunch spot! We were in the area for 4 days and ended up there twice. The first day we had the wrap with avocado and egg. it was huge! We also got pancakes that were cooked perfectly. The cappuccino was excellent and their iced tea was great too (it was mango flavored, but unsweetened. Perfect)The 2nd time we had turkey avocado wrap and an omelette. They were both so good.Everything there is very fresh and homemade. I highly recommend it. I even downloaded the app because next time Im in MV, I will definitely go back!

There is plenty of seating space with power outlets. There is usually always foot traffic, but you should be able to find a place to sit and work. They got good music, too.

We ordered a bagel sandwich and a used staple was found in the sandwich. This is unacceptable. There isn’t a customer service email on their website to place a formal complaint. If this wasn’t found and was eaten, there would be a lawsuit at hand.

Very slow and meh service. You order at the counter and get a beep device when your meal is done. Coffee was in a paper up. Many cafes in California don’t have coffee in mugs even though people dine inside, which is very environmentally unfriendly.

Good and crispy waffles, friendly staff! Would be great to have a dirty dish bin as we didnt know what to do with it besides brining it back in and giving to the staff at the counter - which seemed like thats what we were supposed to do?

Great cafe with nice atmosphere. Very relaxed, clean, spacious, cozy, and was playing upbeat music. Took our food to go but would have loved to stay and enjoy it there.Drink: Spicy Maya Mocha was delicious! Just the right amount of spice, cinnamon, and chocolate. Not too sweet.Food: Cheese empanaditas. Very tasty! Loved how cheesy it was and the dough was different than other empanadas I have had recently, more pancake-like texture. My friend had the chicken arepa and said it was enjoyable. We also brought home the dulce leche croissant. It was delicious, but am glad I saw how it was filled so I folded it on half and ate both sides together. 😂Will def be back!

I can’t stop thinking about the cinnamon rolls. They’re unlike any other cinnamon roll- more like a cinnamon croissant. Light, flaky, twisted with a good amount of cinnamon filling, and topped with Demerara sugar. One of the best pastries I’ve ever eaten. Also, the Mayan mocha with oat milk is absolutely perfect. I ate here three times in my 5 days visiting from out of town… so just know that if Coupa Cafe ever comes to Utah I’ll be there often

The ambiance is great but I was expecting my $17 avocado toast to do a backflip or fly for that price. Like this(picture below) cannot cost $17 to make. Look at the thickness of this bread(second pic). It looks like they buy one loaf of bread to use it for all their customers for the day.EDIT: reply to the owner. yeah it’s 12.25 without the eggs + taxes and forced 20% tip that you have to find the tiny “other” button to put anything less than 20%. Can you imagine this plate without eggs? It’s 2 tiny slices of bread and a half avocado. No butter. Nothing. Air for $12.25

Im so happy they opened a 2nd location a bit closer to me. I came here to eat arepas and empanaditas, and I loved them! We will definitely be back for more!

Im so excited that Coupa Cafe finally is around the corner from me. Great cappuccino and I cant wait to try the empanadas. Love the food at the Palo Alto location. Very friendly and fast service. Very homy feeling in here. Just ate here today with a couple of friends and we were not impressed with the food. Cheese in the crepe was not melted and very bland dish. My arepa with chicken salad with overpowered by the chicken salad. The panini actually looked the best. Hopefully the food will improve over time.
