The nice gentlemen Juan at the front desk went above and beyond when I had a co.plaint about my ac not working good, he literally gave me the shirt off his back,by allowing me to use a portable fan that he was using in the lobby, allowed me to take it to my room for the night so I would be comfortable, dude is awesome sauce at its finest the service alone here is worth the stay, the young lady was very pleasant as well,thanks again, good service is hard to find, but not here at courtyard by marriot

Im considering eating the early departure fee. If youre an Ambassador - there are better options to take advantage of your status.Staff is nice, which is echoed in other reviews. Location is decent. However the facility is tired. The plumbing of the nearby rooms can be heard from mine. HVAC setups are insanely old.As far as status recognition - my recent stay at the CY Palo Alto got me a free drink from the bar, free bottle of wine upon check in, and $10 food credit for each day of the stay. Tonight at this property I did not even get a card for my lone $10 credit (for 8 nights). I was offered to grab a complimentary snack.... which was limited as the offerings were about empty. I opted to not waste their money and my time.I will say this was not the staff members fault as he was insanely nice, but did not have much to work with. I wont be back, if I even stay the length of my reservation.

Thanks so much to both of the ladies at the front! I appreciate you letting me use the restroom at 11:00 p.m. As an Uber driver, sometimes its really hard to find a restroom lol. You guys have a great night! Everyone I saw in here looked like they were having fun and enjoying a Monday lively night! There are lots of people that do not prefer Starbucks Coffee... this may be petty, but... how about some COMPLIMENTARY, FREE COFFEE in the lobby of the hotels.(The answer always is: theres coffee in the room.... yeah, only if that little machine is CLEAN ...and who like powered creamer?)Come on... can we stop with the 7 dollar SB at the hotels ?!?!?!?!?!I wont stay here again, because of it. Sorry.And NOW....THEY DONT TAKE CASHHAHAHAHAHAHAHABHILTON PROPERTIES FROM NOW ON !

Very professional. Great lobby. Looks like its been recently upgraded. Nice exercise room. Rooms are a bit dated but nice and clean. They have streaming TV!

I think 3 stars is a bit generous, but is probably the closest rating I would go with. The staff is friendly, and the location was good for my needs, however the facility is pretty run down. The work out room equipment is missing key components needed to use, for example, they have a nice cable rack system but no handles or attachments to actually use it.They have a lovely pool and jacuzzi, however theyre both at 60 degrees since the jacuzzi is broken and remained so for the entire week I stayed here. The room was clean, however the AC/Heat pump leaked water all over the floor from a plugged drain, and the sink appeared to be plugged. I reported both, but neither was repaired in the remaining 2 days I was here. Very disappointing. It appears maintenance is a low priority. I will likely choose somewhere else next visit.

The hotel turns on the radio extremely loudly every morning at 6AM, which can be heard from within your the third floor. It is impossible to sleep. When asked to turn it down, they simply refuse to turn it down to an acceptable level.

My favorite thing about this hotel is the location near all the restaurants in proximity to the office. I typically stay here when I come to town and have never been disappointed. Not saying there havent been issues, but when there are they were quickly resolved.

Bed was a boat...wore out. The worst issue I have with this property is that the Bistro has less than 50% on their menu than a traditional Courtyard. $5.50 for ONE hard-boiled egg is ridiculous! At $66 a dozen...really?. Somewhat a dated property and can give a honest revieq being Ambassador Member.

WOW! Id like to not take away the fact that its a decent place. But, NO breakfast unless you BUY!! NO MICROWAVE in the room. Why are there ZERO trash cans in the front of building, lobby, or near ice machine 3rd floor for us to throw away the trash? Lastly, why give me the option of Mobile Key if I still have to waste my time stopping by the front lobby? Others chains or Marriotts do not hassle me with any of these inconveniences.
