You will not find better service in a restaurant in San Diego. The owner is always on site, friendly, knowledgeable, and an amazing human being! And, don’t get me started on the food. We have had everything on the menu and nothing disappoints! Ingredients are fresh, food comes quickly, and it’s delicious!!! Great place to eat anytime!

Been here several times and always had great food and service. Place is a bit small so be prepared for not having a place to sit as it gets crowded.

Great value for the quality of food! We tried the ahi and steak sandwiches and savored every bite. Also enjoyed the green tea and carrot juice. A good find tucked away in El Cajon. Seems like a popular lunch time delivery option. Definitely want to come back to try other menu items.

We went in for the first time yesterday starving after being at the DMV and we were pleasantly surprised. I needed something other than pizza, which was appearing a lot in my searches for quick bites, and this stood out. Parking was easy, and there was plenty of seating both outdoor and indoor.We ordered one Nicoise and added seared Cajun tuna and one Autumn Pear and added free range chicken. We also ordered 5 sandwiches to go for the rest of the family. I wanted to try the soups so we were able to upgrade from the chips they offer with the sandwiches to soups for a little bit more. Since I was hungry, I also ordered one of their in-house brownies and a chocolate peanut butter bar. We ordered quite a bit and no one was disappointed.Everything was seasoned well, the salad greens were very fresh, the proteins were cooked perfectly and it was done fast. My only minor criticism is that that pears in the Autumn salad were a little under ripe - but they were also fresh and not canned so it really didnt bother us at all. This is a great place, would definitely recommend if youre in El Cajon looking for a healthy, tasty, organic, and fast meal.

Tried the veggie sandwich which was an absolute tasty delight! Amazing, hidden little gem of a cafe/restaurant, which sources its food (meat and fish) responsibly and good food in general seems to be a high priority here, as it should be. Vegetarians aren’t 2nd citizens, and meat eaters are catered for as always. All in all, just a beautiful place for everyone it seems.Parking can be a little tricky during busy hours in the day as this little location also houses a bunch of other stores. Give it a try if you like fresh food made well.

I was just doing an Uber Eats but I noticed ALL of the employees looked happy. The young man that helped me with my Uber Eats order was VERY friendly. That made my wait worth while to deal with a happy helpful employee. He greeted me upon arrival and thanked me upon departure. 😃

The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the veggie sandwhich with avocado. Flavor was great and the bread was perfect. The employees were very friendly and polite. My only complaint was lack of seating. We had a table but due to space we were asked to sit outside since there was 5 of them and only 2 of us. My first time here so I am not sure if seating is always this way. Outside would have not been an issue if there was heaters and wasnt raining. So it was difficult to enjoy our food outside. Lack of seating would be the only reason I would not go back... but they have take out.

My son and wife (vegans) came for a visit recently. I searched the web for a vegan restaurant and Grafted Greens came highly recommended as such. When we got there though they had two salads they could make vegan but no other food. The food was good and it was a small but charming place where you could eat inside or out. It even had beverages that were organic which was nice. But since I specifically ask for Vegan Food in my search this disappointment is the reason for 3 stars.
